In order to solve the problem of uneven data distribution or confusion of characteristics in material supply chain under multi-source data, a data balance processing method of material supply chain based on multi-source data was proposed. The data distribution space of material supply chain was established, non-boundary and boundary areas were set, the center of the area was calibrated, the distances between different characteristic data and the center point were calculated respectively, the unbalanced data was searched in advance by using the edge mixed sampling algorithm, and the boundary area to which it belongs was determined according to the data distance characteristics. The unbalanced data was regarded as the working nodes in the supply chain cluster. When the number of working nodes in the cluster changes, the load generated by each cycle execution node was obtained by flow calculation, and the load value was converted into the execution thread score. The unbalanced data was obtained by comparing the scores, the threshold of data memory and CPU resource consumption in the material supply chain was calculated, and the parallel task thread was established. The scheduler was used to transfer the execution thread in the working node to the next node to achieve the purpose of load balancing. The experimental results show that the proposed method has the advantages of short response time, large data throughput, good processing effect and strong stability, and has good practical application value.

为解决多源数据下物资供应链数据分配不均匀或存在特征混淆的问题,提出基于多源数据的物资供应链数据均衡处理方法。建立物资供应链数据分布空间,设定非边界和边界区域,标定区域中心,分别计算不同特征数据与中心点间的距离,采用边缘混合采样算法预先查找非均衡数据,根据数据距离特征判定其所属的边界区域。将非均衡数据看作是供应链集群中的工作节点,当集群中工作节点数量发生变化时,通过流量计算的方式求得每次循环执行节点产生的负载,将负载值转换为执行线程分数,并通过分数对比得到不均衡数据,并计算物资供应链数据内存和CPU资源耗用占比阈值,建立并行任务线程,利用调度器将工作节点中的执行线程转移到下一节点来达到负载均衡目的,从而实现数据均衡处理。试验结果表明:所提方法对电力物资数据均衡处理的响应时间短、数据吞吐量大、处理效果好、稳定性强,具有较好的实际应用价值。

为解决多源数据下物资供应链数据分配不均匀或存在特征混淆的问题,提出基于多源数据的物资供应链数据均衡处理方法。建立物资供应链数据分布空间,设定非边界和边界区域,标定区域中心,分别计算不同特征数据与中心点间的距离,采用边缘混合采样算法预先查找非均衡数据,根据数据距离特征判定其所属的边界区域。将非均衡数据看作是供应链集群中的工作节点,当集群中工作节点数量发生变化时,通过流量计算的方式求得每次循环执行节点产生的负载,将负载值转换为执行线程分数,并通过分数对比得到不均衡数据,并计算物资供应链数据内存和CPU资源耗用占比阈值,建立并行任务线程,利用调度器将工作节点中的执行线程转移到下一节点来达到负载均衡目的,从而实现数据均衡处理。试验结果表明:所提方法对电力物资数据均衡处理的响应时间短、数据吞吐量大、处理效果好、稳定性强,具有较好的实际应用价值。

In order to solve the problem of uneven data distribution or confusion of characteristics in material supply chain under multi-source data, a data balance processing method of material supply chain based on multi-source data was proposed. The data distribution space of material supply chain was established, non-boundary and boundary areas were set, the center of the area was calibrated, the distances between different characteristic data and the center point were calculated respectively, the unbalanced data was searched in advance by using the edge mixed sampling algorithm, and the boundary area to which it belongs was determined according to the data distance characteristics. The unbalanced data was regarded as the working nodes in the supply chain cluster. When the number of working nodes in the cluster changes, the load generated by each cycle execution node was obtained by flow calculation, and the load value was converted into the execution thread score. The unbalanced data was obtained by comparing the scores, the threshold of data memory and CPU resource consumption in the material supply chain was calculated, and the parallel task thread was established. The scheduler was used to transfer the execution thread in the working node to the next node to achieve the purpose of load balancing. The experimental results show that the proposed method has the advantages of short response time, large data throughput, good processing effect and strong stability, and has good practical application value.

电力可靠供应关系国计民生,国家电网公司承担着高负荷的市场压力,电力工程的快速、高质量建设对物资供应链[1]提出了高要求,物资采购由于受到多方面因素的影响,包括社会环境、自然环境与经济发展等众多因素,对物资管理提出了较高要求。而且在电力物资采购供应链中,数据处理过程复杂,为提高供应链的运行效率,实现数据的“链下储存、链上验证”效应,需要针对供应链数据中的复杂和敏感数据进行均衡化处理,按照实时的供应需求,给出适应度最高、最为合理的数据处理方法。
国内一些学者对此展开了研究,如孙湛冬等[2]提出一种基于改进蚁群算法的电力数据均衡调度处理方法。分析现阶段云计算环境中电力数据的动态和静态运行特点,提取数据特征和种类属性参数,计算不同数据属性并分别进行任务传输,采集每次传输数据产生的负载、能耗以及等待时间,计算三者之间的均衡数值,以该值作为均衡控制阈值。该方法的数据能耗参数求解误差较大,针对数据量较大、种类较多的数据集来说,均衡处理实用效果并不理想;谢雍生等[3]则提出一种基于改进深度Q网络(Deep Q-network, DQN)算法的电力集群数据均衡调度方法。建立容器云系统,利用该系统来计算数据集群中是否存在节点资源占用情况。采用DQN算法来定义数据状态空间,求解每个数据在该空间中的状态,实现实时状态均衡调度。该方法没有考虑到多样化数据造成的误差,导致调度精准度不高。宣蔚等[4]提出了一种电力物资采购数据特征提取方法,利用人工蚁群算法计算采购数据频域特征的隶属均值,对电力物资采购数据进行平滑处理。建立电力物资采购数据特征响应函数,实现了电力物资采购数据特征的提取。该方法在面对海量数据处理时,数据均衡性处理效果不佳。赵存秀[5]结合线性分类器、支持向量机、分类回归树等学习方法对不均衡数据进行处理,可提高不均衡数据处理的效果,但准确度识别方面并不理想。杨栋等[6]提出了一种基于特征权重与K-中心点聚类算法结合非均衡数据处理方法,该方法虽将样本数据的特征权重考虑到分类算法或者采样方法中,在处理相同标准数据集时具有更好分类效果,但在处理不同标准数据集时的分类效果并不佳。
为有效解决以上方法中存在的问题,现提出一种基于多源数据的电力物资供应链数据均衡处理研究方法。考虑到电力物资供应链数据的特征量较大,数据之间存在一定的状态差异,若将电力供应数据集看作是一个数字空间,数据点在空间中可分布在任意区域。采用边界混合采样方法提取数据的特征和实时状态,设定中心值计算数据点与中心值间的距离,通过距离关系来判定数据所属的非边界和边界区域,同区域内数据尺度基本一致[7]。在此基础上对其均衡处理能更快地捕捉数据均衡特征项,以同一区域内相邻数据为参照,提升均衡处理效率和精准度。该多源数据下物资供应链数据均衡处理方法的研究对于多种特征数据的高效处理具有重要的意义。
物资供应链数据的特点是种类繁多、特征量大,导致数据之间差异性过强,均衡处理难度较大。为了提高均衡处理的质量和效率,采用边缘混合采样算法预先查找非均衡数据,并利用数据的边界稀疏性进行处理[8-9]。通常情况下,数据的均衡处理需要通过特征和属性查找来实现。然而,电力物资供应链数据中的非均衡数据大多散落在空间中,处于混淆分布状态,不易直接处理[10]。因此,提出一种基于边界混合采样的非均衡数据处理方法。该方法基于数据样本的边界域和非边界域进行有效处理,即在得到数据均衡特性后,根据特征关系进行区域划分,保留数据原始特性的同时,降低多样本数据的信息流失率,提高后续数据均衡处理效果。一般情况下,一个物资供应链数据样本集合中数据分布如图1所示。
图1中可以看出,大圈代表样本密集区域,即非边界区域;圈外为样本稀疏区域[11],即边界区域。在数据空间中,可按照数据的区域特性进行均衡处理[12-13],同等区域内的数据状态基本一致,所以进行处理时可按照数据状态进行均衡计算,提高均衡处理效率和精准度。
对于任意物资供应链数据集 D中的正整数 m,数据点 p到中心点 k距离可定义为到对象 o之间的距离 d i s t ( p , o ),需要满足至少有 m个对象符合关系 d i s t ( p , q ) d i s t ( p , o ),其中, q属于数据集 D q p。该关系是指在物资供应链数据空间中,至少有一个数据处于边界区域中,并且样本点到中心点的距离需大于或等于样本点到另一样本点的距离,这样才能判定该数据的边界区域特性;满足至少有 m - 1个对象符合关系 d i s t ( p , q ) d i s t ( p , o ),该关系是指在数据空间中,至少有一个数据处于非边界区域中,并且样本点到中心点的距离需小于样本点到另一样本点的距离,这样才能判定该数据的非边界区域特性。计算 p到中心点 k的距离之和[14]

用平均值的倒数作为数据点与邻居点的密度[15],公式为

对象 p与邻居数据点之间密度标准差值为 V p,表达式为

根据标准密度标准差值计算变异系数ξ[16],表达式为

变异系数用来衡量数据的离散程度[15]。根据设定的变异系数阈值,进行物资供应链数据的边界和非边界域的划分,若变异系数 ξ小于阈值,则将该数据样本划分为非边界域,若变异系数 ξ大于阈值,则将该数据样本划分为边界域。在此基础上进行数据均衡处理,可保证处理效率和精准度,避免误差。
在对物资供应链数据进行边界区域和非边界区域划分后,提高了同等区域内数据特征的表达特性,使得数据的均衡和非均衡特点更为突出[16]。这为后续的数据均衡处理提供了依据,并提高了处理效率。
多源数据是指从多个数据源获取的数据,例如从多个数据库、文件系统或Web服务中获取的数据,多源数据通常需要使用数据集成技术进行预处理和管理,以保证其质量和准确性。为了实现物资供应链数据的均衡处理,将非均衡数据看作是供应链集群中的工作节点。当集群中工作节点数量发生变化时,通过流量计算的方式求得每次循环执行节点产生的负载,将负载值转换为执行线程分数,并通过分数对比得到不均衡数据[17-18]。多次迭代并计算每一次数据的资源占比差值,采用协同演化算法(coevolutionary algorithms,CEA)建立数据占比的最佳协同序列,按照序列比值实现有效均衡处理[19]
以一个供应数据为例,定义供应任务中每个任务内存为 M s;所占用的CPU为 C s;任务并行数为 P s;共有 n类任务;每类任务所需内存值为 M b k;占用CPU为 C b k;任务并行数为 P b k,得到拓扑加权[20]经计算任务的数据分配耗用 M d和分配数 C d公式为

若得到式(10)的计算结果为 μ 0 0.1,需要对权重系数 ω 1 ω 2进行适当调整,并将调整后的系数值重新代入计算;若得到的计算结果为 μ 0 0.1,则将确定 ω 1 ω 2数值,并定义内存 W m W c的CPU权重系数,通过平均资源(average resources,AR)节点占比公式,得到在进行电力物资供应链数据分配时,不同数据产生的内存和CPU资源占比,计算公式为

通过式(11)得到了在数据集群中各个数据的均衡资源占比差值 D 2

将式(12)求得的资源占比差值可作为数据均衡控制处理的判定阈值,若 D 2 A R N,代表该测试集群中存在数据负载不均衡;反之,若 D 2 A R N,代表数据均衡正常。
通过上述过程得到物资供应链数据内存和CPU资源耗用占比阈值,建立并行任务线程,在任务资源的初次分配阶段,以调度器作为均衡处理算法搭载处理器,将算法输入控制器中[20]。实时获取每一次数据任务运行时,节点内存 C和CPU占比情况M,将得到数值代入上述求解公式中,并计算均衡权重 W m W c,当数据的内存 C和CPU的 M耗用超出标准负载 A R N时,调度器通过将工作节点1中的执行线程转移到下一节点来达到负载均衡目的,通过资源转移来减少占比差值 D 2,不断迭代计算并分配转移,直至每一次数据运行线程的资源占比 D 2都一致,由此来保证数据资源均衡,达到动态平衡,实现有效均衡处理。基于多源数据的物资供应链数据均衡处理框架和流程如图2所示。
为验证提出的基于多源数据的物资供应链数据均衡处理方法有效性,以某煤炭发电厂的供应链数据集为测试对象,涉及的相关数据集信息如表1所示。
数据查询响应时间是指数据库查询操作从开始到结束所需的时间,其中开始时间指的是用户发起请求的时间,结束时间指的是系统或应用程序返回结果的时间。通常情况下,数据的均衡程度将直接影响数据传输、储存以及共享等操作效率,均衡度越高的数据集,数据之间的特征量表达越明显,响应时间越短。以PI实时数据集、TDSQL数据集为测试对象,采用本文方法、文献[2]中的改进蚁群算法、文献[3]中的改进DQN算法分别测试发电厂物资供应链数据查询的响应时间。从数据集特点来看,PI实时数据集、TDSQL数据集的特征差异最大,数据均衡处理的难度较高,更能体现算法的有效性,PI实时数据集查询响应时间如图3所示,TDSQL数据集查询响应时间如图4所示。
图3图4中可以看出,3种方法基于不同数据集得到查询响应时间差距较大,其中所提方法无论在哪类数据集中的响应时间均较短,始终保持在15 ms内,且与未均衡前相比响应时间得到了一定的改善;而另外两种方法的响应时间则明显大于所提方法。由此可以得出,所提方法对物资供应链数据均衡处理的效果好。
物资供应链数据吞吐量是指在单位时间内通过物资供应链系统处理的数据数量,反映了物流供应链系统处理能力。吞吐量可以通过测量在特定时间内成功传输的数据量来计算。吞吐量越大,表示物资供应链系统的处理能力越强。采用本文方法、文献[2]中的改进蚁群算法、文献[3]中的改进DQN算法分别测试发电厂物资供应链数据的吞吐量,得到的吞吐量结果如图5所示。
图5可知,本文方法进行物资供应链数据的吞吐性能较好,在不同数据节点条件下,本文方法的数据吞吐量均明显高于文献[2]方法和文献[3]方法,由此表明本文方法的物资供应链数据吞吐量好,数据处理效果好。
G-mean是一种综合评价指标,通常用于评价二分类或多分类问题中的分类器性能。G-mean是几何平均数的缩写,即TPR(真阳性率)和TNR(真阴性率)的几何平均值。以G-mean作为验证物资供应链数据均衡处理效果的验证指标,该指标反映了正向类样本和负向类数据样本的均衡处理程度,数值越高代表均衡处理效果越好。G-mean的表达式为

选取本文方法、文献[2]中的改进蚁群算法、文献[3]中的改进DQN算法进行物资供应链数据均衡处理,不同方法下的G-mean如图6所示。
图6中可以看出,所提方法的G-mean最高,针对多个数据集的指标差距不大,说明所提方法对数据均衡处理效果较好,稳定性较强;反观另外两种方法的G-mean较低,针对多个数据集的均衡处理效果不佳。因此可以得出,所提方法的物资供应链数据均衡处理效果好,稳定性强。
为了提高物资供应链数据的质量,需要优化供应链运作效率。因此,提出一种基于多源数据的物资供应链数据均衡处理方法。考虑到数据之间状态差异导致均衡难度较大的问题,预先根据数据特征查找其所属的非边界和边界区域位置,不同位置数据给出不同的均衡参数。计算每个数据的资源占比差值,通过差值比实现了有效均衡处理。试验结果表明,所提方法在多种环境中均能实现物资供应链数据的均衡处理,所需响应时间短、数据吞吐量大,稳定性强,适应能力好。在以后的研究中,将考虑采用特征迭代等方法对电力物资供应链数据展开特征提取以及特征分类的预处理,从而降低数据去重难度和计算量,进一步提高物资供应链数据处理的效果。
