In order to meet the needs of fast and efficient transportation for coal mine drilling construction operations with trackless transportation conditions, a trackless rubber tyre vehicle integrated drilling rig was used to travel directly from the ground to the drilling site without the need for secondary transportation. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of integral and articulated chassis structures, the narrow body rubber tyre chassis structure was determined based on actual underground tunnel conditions, and key performance parameters for the vehicle design were provided. Based on the overall technical requirements, multiple key technologies of the trackless rubber tyre vehicle were designed and analyzed, and the static load capacity and dynamic characteristics of the frame under two working conditions, namely the driving process and the drilling process, were simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the stress and displacement meet the design requirements of the frame load capacity during the walking and drilling processes, and it has good stability. After the installation and adjustment of the rubber wheel chassis, a climbing test and comprehensive performance test were carried out. The test shows that the whole vehicle meets the 15 ° large angle climbing condition, all data meet the standard requirements, and the performance meets the transportation needs of the coal mine drilling rig. It can adapt to the complex working conditions underground in coal mines.

为满足具备无轨运输条件的煤矿钻探施工作业的快转快运的需要,采用无轨胶轮车集成钻机从地面直接行驶到钻场而无需二次转运,有效减少辅助运输人员并提升运输效率。通过对比整体式和铰接式底盘结构优缺点,根据实际井下巷道条件确定为窄体胶轮式底盘结构,并给出了整车设计关键性能参数。依据总体技术方案需求,对无轨胶轮车多项关键技术进行设计与分析,并对车架的行驶过程和施钻过程两种工况下的静承载能力和动态特性仿真分析,仿真结果表明:应力、位移均满足行走和施钻过程中车架承载能力的设计要求,且具有较好的稳定性。胶轮式底盘装调完成后,开展爬坡试验和全面性能测试,试验表明:整车满足15°大角度爬坡工况,各项数据符合标准规定要求,性能满足煤矿井下钻机的运输需求,能够适应煤矿井下复杂工况条件。

为满足具备无轨运输条件的煤矿钻探施工作业的快转快运的需要,采用无轨胶轮车集成钻机从地面直接行驶到钻场而无需二次转运,有效减少辅助运输人员并提升运输效率。通过对比整体式和铰接式底盘结构优缺点,根据实际井下巷道条件确定为窄体胶轮式底盘结构,并给出了整车设计关键性能参数。依据总体技术方案需求,对无轨胶轮车多项关键技术进行设计与分析,并对车架的行驶过程和施钻过程两种工况下的静承载能力和动态特性仿真分析,仿真结果表明:应力、位移均满足行走和施钻过程中车架承载能力的设计要求,且具有较好的稳定性。胶轮式底盘装调完成后,开展爬坡试验和全面性能测试,试验表明:整车满足15°大角度爬坡工况,各项数据符合标准规定要求,性能满足煤矿井下钻机的运输需求,能够适应煤矿井下复杂工况条件。

In order to meet the needs of fast and efficient transportation for coal mine drilling construction operations with trackless transportation conditions, a trackless rubber tyre vehicle integrated drilling rig was used to travel directly from the ground to the drilling site without the need for secondary transportation. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of integral and articulated chassis structures, the narrow body rubber tyre chassis structure was determined based on actual underground tunnel conditions, and key performance parameters for the vehicle design were provided. Based on the overall technical requirements, multiple key technologies of the trackless rubber tyre vehicle were designed and analyzed, and the static load capacity and dynamic characteristics of the frame under two working conditions, namely the driving process and the drilling process, were simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the stress and displacement meet the design requirements of the frame load capacity during the walking and drilling processes, and it has good stability. After the installation and adjustment of the rubber wheel chassis, a climbing test and comprehensive performance test were carried out. The test shows that the whole vehicle meets the 15 ° large angle climbing condition, all data meet the standard requirements, and the performance meets the transportation needs of the coal mine drilling rig. It can adapt to the complex working conditions underground in coal mines.

煤矿井下钻机是实现瓦斯抽采、探放水、超前钻探等隐蔽致灾因素探查的重要技术装备,能够有效保障煤矿井下安全生产作业[1-4]。目前常用煤矿井下坑道钻机采用履带行走机构,通过外接电缆提供行走动力源,行走速度低(≤2 km/h),适用于井下短距离行走,同时钻机行走过程中除需要行走操作人员,还需配备多名工人对电缆进行拖拽搬移,工人劳动强度大,搬迁过程烦琐。而在钻机的长距离转运过程中,必须借助有轨运输平台、辅助运输车辆或其他转运设备进行,整个搬运过程中前期准备时间较长,严重限制煤矿企业高效生产[5]
随着煤炭工业的高速发展,煤矿井下巷道环境大幅改善,巷道路面硬化占比高,完全具备无轨胶轮运输所需条件。多年以来,矿井规模、采煤速度、采煤工作面长度和采煤深度逐年提高,尤其是在以神东煤矿为代表的大型现代化矿井,采面长度已经普遍提高到了3 km,部分矿区工作面最大长度甚至达到了6 km。通过无轨胶轮车能够快速、便捷完成生产人员和材料的运输,极大提高煤矿安全生产效率和作业的安全性,是一种经济实用、安全高效的巷道运输设备[6-10]
在面对履带式钻机无法适应无轨运输条件好的煤矿企业运输需求,为满足井下瓦斯、水害等治理的钻探施工作业的快探快转,减少辅助运输设备的需要,现采用无轨胶轮车集成钻机实现钻机从地面直接行驶到钻场而无需二次转运,运输速度快、运载能力强,有效减少辅助运输人员并提升运输效率,助力煤矿企业提质增效。因此,亟需开发一款煤矿井下钻机用窄体胶轮式底盘,实现煤矿井下长距离快速搬迁的目标。
目前,国内外胶轮式底盘种类丰富,根据车辆结构形式分为整体式和铰接式两种。同样尺寸下,车辆采用铰接式结构形式能够有效获取较小的转弯半径,但是在要实现相同功能的情况下,铰接式车辆整体尺寸,尤其车辆长度比整体式要大。同时采用铰接结构操控难度大,倒车等操作不够灵活,因此对驾驶员的操作要求高。另外铰接式车辆行驶过程中车辆震动较厉害,通常作为运料车型使用[11]
整体式无轨胶轮车由于没有铰接部分,所以设计时可以省去铰接部分的空间,使得完成相同运载量的条件下,相对于铰接式无轨胶轮车的长度可以设计得更短,更方便驾驶员操纵车辆[12]。另外整体式车架和车身集成于一体设计,更有利于减轻车辆的自重,减少自重功率消耗,达到提升整车的动力性能、降低车辆油耗。整体式和铰接式胶轮车优缺点对比如表1所示。
国家能源集团神东煤炭集团公司保德煤矿无轨胶轮运输条件好,以其井下巷道条件进行无轨胶轮车基本性能指标设计。保德煤矿井下运输巷道最小平均宽度5 m,巷道最小高度3.5 m;顺槽巷道最小宽度4.5~5 m,最小高度为2.8~3.2 m,最大坡度14%。
煤矿井下钻机用胶轮车作为关键的运输设备及承载装置,要求具有尺寸小、承载量大、能够依靠自身动力行走等特点,满足在大型矿区快速的上下井运输和井下转场需求[13-15],同时为适应较多巷道条件下的钻探施工,尤其是皮带巷的探放水和瓦斯抽采钻孔的施工,尺寸要求高,因此煤矿井下钻机用胶轮式底盘采用整体式结构形式,并将胶轮车底盘宽度设定为(1 600±50) mm。
目前市面上现有的整体式无轨胶轮车,虽然承载能力能够达到10 000 kg,但宽度都在1.8 m以上,而符合钻机用的胶轮底盘宽度在1.6 m以下的要求,最大承载能力仅有3 000 kg。因此针对现有胶轮设备在宽度和承载能力等方面存在的局限性,必须根据钻机的使用需求定制一款专用窄体胶轮式底盘。另外综合考虑胶轮式底盘与全液压履带钻机的优点,在钻机主机结构、调角装置、电机泵组、液控操纵台、油箱、泥浆泵等关键部件布局完成后,重点对胶轮底盘的承载能力、传动系统、悬挂系统等进行设计与分析。确定煤矿井下钻机用窄体胶轮式底盘关键性能参数,如表2所示。
随着具备无轨胶轮运输条件的煤矿企业对胶轮钻机需求增大,亟需设计一种宽度窄、承载能力大、可满足钻机集成布局于胶轮行走底盘上部、实现钻机的快速转场的系统。整车基于《矿用防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车通用技术条件》(MT/T 989—2006)作为设计依据,形成窄体式整体车架结构,防爆柴油机、液力机械传动、后双桥驱动、钢板弹簧悬架等关键系统,并采用全液压制动和转向系统,以及稳固支腿双控制系统。
为满足煤矿巷道内专用无轨运输条件,同时提高搬移钻场时的良好通过性能,胶轮底盘须具备运输便捷、承载吨位大的特点,同时要有恶劣工作环境下的良好适应性。采用两根工字钢作为车架主梁,若干根横梁加固连接形成整体式钢梁焊接车架,额定载重量10 000 kg,宽度1 600 mm,主要由整体式钢梁车架、转向控制机构和动力机构组成。
车架前端布置有驾驶室、防爆柴油机动力总成、驱动单元总成和转向桥总成等行走关键结构部件,中后部布置电机泵组、油箱及泥浆泵单元等施钻关键结构部件,使车架单元空间极大合理化利用,ZDY3500JDK胶轮式钻机,如图1所示。为避免施钻过程对车桥单元的损坏,中后部设计有稳固支腿对钻机进行支撑稳定,使胶轮离地并保护车桥单元,提高钻机施工安全性。另外主梁侧面设计有管线卡口用于管路和电缆的布设,提升其整体美观的同时,便于故障排查与检修。
在传动系统匹配设计和关键零部件选型时,需要考虑多种因素,以确保传动系统具备足够的动力输出、良好的稳定性和可靠性、良好的操作性和可维护性。同时,还可以采用多种技术手段来提高传动系统的性能,以用于提升胶轮底盘的行走能力及复杂巷道的良好通过性能[16-17]
胶轮底盘的动力传动系统主要包括发动机、液力变矩器、驱动桥总成、轮胎、传动轴等,传动系统组成及传动顺序如图2所示。其工作原理为:发动机将动力先传递至液力变矩器,再由液力变矩器经传动轴1传递到变速器,然后再通过传动轴2传递到驱动桥1,通过传动轴3传递到驱动桥2,最后经驱动桥的减速器变速后传至车轮,从而驱动车辆行驶。该传动系统实现后侧四个车轮全驱动,具有传动系统简单可靠、驱动力大、对地比压小、通过性好等优点。另外轮胎选装充填式实心胎,承载能力大,不怕扎,抗耐磨,使用寿命较普通充气式轮胎显著提高。
防爆柴油机广泛应用于煤矿井下无轨胶轮运输车动力来源,是一种能够把其他形式的能转化为机械能的机器,主要技术参数包括功率、输出转矩、输出转速及缸径行程等。根据车辆的最大行驶速度以及低速时的最大爬坡度,由式(1)和式(2)可以计算出发动机的最大功率[18-19],进而确定发动机的型号。
最大行驶速度时,发动机功率的计算公式为

式(1)中:W为满载整车重量,N;f为滚动阻力系数,取0.01;Va为各挡车速,km/h;CD为空气阻力系数,根据车辆迎风面积,取0.51;A为车辆迎风面积,取3.63;η为整车的机械效率,取0.72。
低速最大爬坡度时,发动机功率的计算公式为

式(2)中:Vmin为最低行驶速,km/h;α为坡道角度,(°)。
在煤矿井下作业中,无轨胶轮车采用液力机械传动的优势主要如下:①液力变矩器抗冲击振动能力强,能有效防止发动机过载;②能够根据速度需要和负荷状况自动判断换挡时机并执行换挡过程,降低驾驶员操作的复杂程度;③动力换挡变速器的换挡次数和换挡动力中断的无效时间都显著少于机械变速器,更适应井下工况变化频繁的场合。
总之,煤矿井下钻机用胶轮车采用液力机械传动方式,能够获取良好的自动适应性能,保证发动机处于额定工况下工作,满足牵引力和运输工况的要求,避免发动机因外载荷突然增大而熄火;同时整车起动平稳,能够在较大的速度范围内实现无级变速,并吸收和减少震动及冲击,从而提高车辆的舒适性;此外,通过增加车辆与地面的附着力,以提高整车的通过性能。动力传动系统的主要技术参数如表3所示。
煤矿井下钻机用胶轮式底盘需具有载重能力大、宽度窄的特点,适应巷道地形复杂和施钻工作环境恶劣的工况,因此在悬挂系统的设计过程中,需要充分考虑钻机的工作需求和工作环境,确保具有较好的承载能力、足够的强度及使用寿命、复杂地形的适应性和通过性[20]
由于采用整体式胶轮底盘结构及须满足额定载重10 t的设计需求,钻机关键施钻机构布设于胶轮底盘后桥上部位置,后部承载能力需求大,同时整体式胶轮底盘为满足煤矿井下15°爬坡需求,保证整车行走时六轮着地,避免爬坡过程中存在翘头及下坡过程中存在拖地等问题。因此,胶轮式底盘的悬挂系统设计直接决定整机的稳定性、通过性和操控性。
采用双联驱动/制动桥并行结构设计,如图3所示,其设计思路为:采用平衡杆将后双联桥连接于两端,而将平衡杆中部与车架作铰链式连接,当一个车桥抬高将使另一个车桥降低,而且由于平衡杆两臂等长,两个车桥的垂直载荷在任何情况下都相等,不会产生个别车轮悬空的情况。同时平衡悬架配备钢板弹簧,能够更好适应路面起伏工况,并改善车轮的附着条件,增强牵引力和工作稳定性,最终使双联驱动/制动桥具备桥间补偿功能、驱动/制动功能、轮间差速及锁止功能。
胶轮车的防爆电气系统设计需结合煤矿井下巷道使用要求,同时为提高行驶安全性和驾乘体验的目的,将防爆电气系统设计包括信号采集系统、控制系统、显示系统及自动保护系统等;此外根据煤矿井下防爆要求,对系统所需元器件进行选型。信号采集系统主要用于倒车提醒及倒车影像采集;控制系统主要用于控制转向、照明、刹车等;显示系统可以显示机油压力、温度(发动机、尾气、冷却水)、液位(水箱、油箱)、转速、行驶里程及爆炸气体含量等;自动保护系统可显示电源、各保护/报警信号提示,并配备蜂鸣器。当监测相关参数出现异常情况时,自动保护系统能够及时发出声光报警信号,并在报警后即时将发动机自动熄火。防爆电气系统组成如图4所示。
为确定窄体胶轮底盘的承载能力,通过静力学分析施加额定载重情况下,获取行走和施钻过程中底盘的应力和位移变形。底盘主要采用16Mn材料,因此密度设置为7 870 kg/m3,弹性模量和泊松比分别设置为212 GPa和0.310;选用Tet单元类型和C3D4线性四面体单元进行网格划分[21-22]
为缩短分析计算时间,对模型进行了简化,忽略对分析结果没有影响的工艺圆角、螺栓孔、护板等,将整机忽略的驾驶室、主机、油箱、操纵台、电磁启动器等质量添加到车架上,其中驾驶室与车架连接处施加3 000 kg的质量,后部施加8 000 kg的质量。行走过程中3轴驱动桥承载车架全部重量,因此将车架与驱动桥连接处设为固支条件;施钻过程中通过运行稳固支腿,使得6轮离地,避免施钻过程对轮胎的损坏,因此将稳固支腿与车架连接处设为固支条件。
胶轮车行走过程的应力云图和位移云图显示结果如图5所示,施钻过程的应力云图和位移云图显示结果如图6所示。
图5所示,由胶轮车行走过程车架静载结果应力云图可知,其整体受力良好,最大应力为75.39 MPa,远小于16Mn材料的屈服强度;由车架位移云图可知,最大位移为0.380 8 mm,最大应力和最大位移均出现在驾驶室后部安装的斜面处,仿真结果表明,应力、位移变形均满足行走过程中车架承载能力的设计要求。
图6所示,由胶轮车施钻过程车架静载结果应力云图可知,其整体受力良好,最大应力为209.3 MPa,远小于16Mn材料的屈服强度;由车架位移云图可知,最大位移为2.472 mm,最大应力和最大位移均出现在驾驶室后部安装的斜面处,仿真结果表明,应力、位移变形均满足施钻过程中车架承载能力的设计要求。
为获取窄体胶轮底盘的动态特性,分别对行走和施钻过程中底盘进行模态分析,通过分析得出的结构固有频率及各阶模态振型,以此确定结构的振动特性。在分析步中选择线性涉动分析步和频率分析,特征求解器选择Lanczos,选取前6阶模态进行分析[23]。行走过程设为行走方向自由,其他方向约束的边界条件,而施钻过程边界条件设为稳固支腿与车架连接处设为固支条件,主机与车架连接处设为给进/起拔、回转方向自由,其他方向约束的边界条件。
模态分析前6阶固有频率如表4所示,对应模态振型如图7所示。
表4的前6阶固有频率和模态振型(图7)可知,行走过程中车架一阶模态固有频率为2.105×1 0 - 3  Hz,频率较小,接近于0,因此忽略不计。2~6阶模态的固有频率为85.58~157.13 Hz,而由路面不平导致的激振频率为0.5~25 Hz,因此胶轮车行走过程中车架动态特性良好,同时底盘采用悬挂系统等设计,能够进一步提高整体动态特性,以及驾驶过程的舒适性。
施钻过程中根据钻机转速计算,激振频率一般在10 Hz以下,同时还要承受电机等内部激励源的激励,激振频率24.67 Hz。而1~6阶模态的固有频率为63.65~213.05 Hz,远大于钻机施钻过程的激振频率。因此,施钻过程中车架整体动态特性良好,满足施钻作业底盘稳定的需要。
煤矿井下钻机用胶轮式底盘装调完成后,将钻机部分上装进行安装,并使用等重量的物体放置在车架上,保证胶轮式钻机要求的承载力,最后分别在坡度为8°、11°和15°的情况下进行了爬坡试验,胶轮车15°爬坡试验如图8所示。试验表明:爬坡过程中所有轮胎都与地面接触,后悬及离地间隙设计合理,不存在蹭地现象,并在双联桥作用下,整车满足15°大角度爬坡工况。
基于《矿用防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车通用技术条件》(MT/T 989—2006)、《机动车运行安全技术条件》(GB 7258—2017)和《矿用产品安全标志审核发放实施规则 防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车》(ABGZ-MA-CGB-2017-01)的相关要求作为检验依据,分别对产品的结构尺寸、操纵性能、制动性能、传动性能等进行全方面性能检验。另外结合防爆电气系统功能特性要求,从照明、信号、自动保护等方面进行全面性能测试。胶轮车部分测试数据如表5所示。胶轮车性能测试试验表明,整车结构紧凑、动力性好,各项数据符合标准规定要求,性能满足煤矿井下钻机的运输需求,能够适应煤矿井下复杂工况条件。
(1)针对煤矿井下巷道条件开发的窄体胶轮式底盘,具有尺寸小、承载量大、能够依靠自身动力行走等特点,满足在大型矿区快速的上下井运输和井下转场需求,适应复杂巷道条件下的钻探施工,尤其是皮带巷的探放水和瓦斯抽采钻孔的施工。
(2)针对煤矿井下钻机用胶轮式底盘关键技术研究,解决了窄体和承载两方面技术难题,实现无轨胶轮车的整体结构、动力传动系统、后双联悬挂系统、防爆电气系统、液压系统等关键结构与系统设计。
(3)通过对行驶和施钻过程中,车架的两种工况下的静承载能力和动态特性仿真分析,仿真结果表明:车架整体受力良好,应力、位移变形均满足承载能力的设计要求,且具有较好的稳定性。
(4)根据爬坡试验,验证了15°大角度爬坡工况适应性,并通过全方面性能检验,验证了产品的结构尺寸、操纵性能、制动性能、传动性能等,整车结构紧凑、动力性好,为煤矿井下钻机的快转快运提供了可靠的无轨运输装备保障。
