In order to guide the optimal design and daily maintenance of explosive capacity bombs, the response characteristics of 20 L explosive capacity bombs under the explosion action of explosives were studied. Internal explosion tests of different masses of trinitrotoluene (TNT) explosive capacity bombs were designed. The strain distribution and variation law of the outer wall of the explosive capacity bomb were measured, and the internal explosion impact overpressure of the explosive capacity bomb was obtained. According to the test results, the equal-scale simulation calculation model was calibrated, and the propagation law of shock wave inside the explosive capacitor bomb after the explosive explosion was calculated, and the pressure distribution in the explosion field was obtained. The results show that the simulation results of internal pressure of explosive charge are basically consistent with the experimental results. Under the action of explosive explosion, the internal pressure of explosive capacitor presents a complex structure of multi-peaks, the maximum pressure appears at the corner of explosive capacitor, and the maximum strain of the outer wall of explosive capacitor appears at the lower position of the explosion center plane.

为了指导爆容弹优化设计和日常维护,开展了炸药爆炸作用下20 L爆容弹响应特性研究,设计了不同质量三硝基甲苯(trinitrotoluene,TNT)爆容弹内爆炸试验,测量了爆容弹外壁面应变分布和变化规律,获得了爆容弹内部爆炸冲击超压;根据试验结果,校准了等比例仿真计算模型,利用AUTODYN程序计算了100 g TNT炸药爆炸后爆容弹内部冲击波传播规律,获得了爆炸场压力分布。结果表明,爆容弹内部压力仿真计算结果和试验结果基本相符;炸药爆炸作用下,爆容弹内部压力呈现出多峰叠加且压力基线上浮的复杂结构,最大压力出现在爆容弹拐角位置处,爆容弹外璧最大应变出现在爆心平面偏下的位置,应变最大振幅出现在起爆后10 s,显示出了结构响应相对于爆炸冲击作业的滞后效应和延迟效应。

为了指导爆容弹优化设计和日常维护,开展了炸药爆炸作用下20 L爆容弹响应特性研究,设计了不同质量三硝基甲苯(trinitrotoluene,TNT)爆容弹内爆炸试验,测量了爆容弹外壁面应变分布和变化规律,获得了爆容弹内部爆炸冲击超压;根据试验结果,校准了等比例仿真计算模型,利用AUTODYN程序计算了100 g TNT炸药爆炸后爆容弹内部冲击波传播规律,获得了爆炸场压力分布。结果表明,爆容弹内部压力仿真计算结果和试验结果基本相符;炸药爆炸作用下,爆容弹内部压力呈现出多峰叠加且压力基线上浮的复杂结构,最大压力出现在爆容弹拐角位置处,爆容弹外璧最大应变出现在爆心平面偏下的位置,应变最大振幅出现在起爆后10 s,显示出了结构响应相对于爆炸冲击作业的滞后效应和延迟效应。

In order to guide the optimal design and daily maintenance of explosive capacity bombs, the response characteristics of 20 L explosive capacity bombs under the explosion action of explosives were studied. Internal explosion tests of different masses of trinitrotoluene (TNT) explosive capacity bombs were designed. The strain distribution and variation law of the outer wall of the explosive capacity bomb were measured, and the internal explosion impact overpressure of the explosive capacity bomb was obtained. According to the test results, the equal-scale simulation calculation model was calibrated, and the propagation law of shock wave inside the explosive capacitor bomb after the explosive explosion was calculated, and the pressure distribution in the explosion field was obtained. The results show that the simulation results of internal pressure of explosive charge are basically consistent with the experimental results. Under the action of explosive explosion, the internal pressure of explosive capacitor presents a complex structure of multi-peaks, the maximum pressure appears at the corner of explosive capacitor, and the maximum strain of the outer wall of explosive capacitor appears at the lower position of the explosion center plane.

爆容是炸药重要的性能参数之一,爆容越大表示炸药爆炸之后产生的气态产物越多。而爆炸产物中的气态产物是炸药对外做功的媒介,气态产物越多,炸药做功的“效率”相对越高。因此工业炸药和军用炸药通常都追求高爆容设计。
爆容被定义为炸药爆炸之后气态产物在标准状态下的体积。获得炸药爆容的方法主要有产物测定法、理论计算法和压力法三大类[1-5]。其中产物测定法主要是通过色谱、元素标定等方式获得气态产物组成,进而计算气态产物的爆容,这种方法通常只适用于实验室克量级爆容测定,对于10 g及以上量级的炸药通常误差较大;理论计算法主要是通过最大放热原则计算产物组成,进而计算爆容,这类方法是基于化学热力学,对于高度非理想体系炸药的产物组成,计算存在较大误差;压力法测炸药爆容是目前最为常用的试验方法之一,其基本原理是在密闭容器中引爆炸药试样,通过测量容器内气体压力和温度,利用气体状态方程计算容器内部气体在标准状态下的体积,即为炸药样品的爆容。由此可见,影响爆容参数测试精度的因素主要是气体体积、压力和温度的测试精度。密闭容器(爆容弹)是爆容测试准确性的关键因素之一,它的气密性关系到压力和温度的测试精度。
爆容弹的设计需要用到抗爆容器(explosion containment vessels,ECVs)设计技术[6]。然而ECVs侧重于承载能力,而爆容弹还需要在相对较长的时间(10 h)内保持其密封性能,从而确保气态产物不发生泄漏,因此爆容弹的设计相比于普通ECVs更加复杂,需要充分考虑爆容弹在反复爆炸冲击作用下的耐久性。设计需要经过周密的爆炸冲击计算和试验验证,并且反复的爆炸冲击对弹体密封性造成较大影响,需要在设计阶段发现冲击薄弱点,在日常维护和保养中重点关注。因此,爆炸容器设计阶段需要充分了解炸药在容器内部爆炸形成冲击波的传播规律,以及容器在爆炸冲击作用下的响应特性[7-8]
抗爆容器中的爆炸冲击波传播规律复杂多变,存在多个波系的叠加、结构响应滞后,以及冲击波传播和结构响应的耦合作用[9-10]。爆炸容器内爆炸产生的冲击波在容器壁面会产生反射冲击波,是一种动态载荷,通常将其转化为静态载荷,进而采用第三强度理论对爆炸容器设计参数进行校核,然后通过冲击动力学程序对结构强度进一步复核,最后采用爆炸试验验证设计效果。
胡葵等[11]开展了公斤级圆柱形爆炸容器结构设计与安全校核,从爆炸超压输出特点、反射规律出发分析了爆炸容器内部载荷和结构响应。刘欣等[12]研究了圆柱形爆炸容器的内壁爆炸载荷分布规律,发现压力波在椭球端盖内壁端盖极点汇聚的现象。刘文祥等[13]、赵敏等[14]、田威等[15]研究了球形爆炸容器内炸药爆炸形成的准静态气体压力,阐述了准静压的形成机制,推导了准静压和炸药能量之间的计算关系式。孙琦等[16]进一步研究了内爆炸准静态压力对球形容器弹塑性动态响应的影响,发现结构屈服阶段受准静态压力影响显著。刘函等[17]通过实验观察到球形爆炸容器螺栓的应变增长现象,分析认为结构和载荷共振强化应变增长率。现有的研究成果对冲击波在容器内部传播关注较多,研究手段以仿真计算为主,冲击作用下容器的响应特性试验研究较少[18-20]
为了深入了解炸药在爆容弹体内部爆炸后对弹体的影响,进一步改进爆容弹结构设计方案,现采用瞬态压力传感器测试冲击波压力-时间历程曲线,试验测试弹体应变历程,获得弹体外壁面最大应变。利用AUTODYN程序建立等比例仿真计算模型,根据测试数据修正弹体模型,进一步计算爆轰作用下壁面压力变化和弹体应力变化规律,获得爆炸冲击作用下爆容弹的力学响应特点,找到结构薄弱点,为爆容弹体使用和维护提供理论指导。
实验器材包括爆容弹、应变测试系统、压力测试系统、起爆系统等。关键器材参数详细如下。
爆容弹:钢制爆炸容器是爆容实验装置的核心,容积约20 L;能够重复承受200 g三硝基甲苯(trinitrotoluene,TNT)当量的爆炸。筒体的最大应变εmax满足条件为
$\varepsilon_{\max } \leqslant \frac{[\sigma]}{E}=\frac{327 \times 10^{6}}{200 \times 10^{9}}=1635 \mu \varepsilon$
式(1)中:[σ]为爆容弹体的许用应力,MPa;E为爆容弹体的弹性模量,MPa。
应变测试系统:由粘贴在容器外壁的应变片、桥盒、应变仪、记录仪组成。应变片使用强力胶水粘贴在爆容弹体壁面,需要确保应变片中没有气泡。
记录仪:多通道示波器。
起爆器材:8号瞬发电雷管。
样品:TNT药柱,100、150、200 g,直径40 mm,装填在陶瓷壳体内,密度1.57 g/cm3
冲击波压力测试:压电式压力传感器,PCB公司生产,量程200 MPa,线性度1%。
数据采集器:尼高立数据采集器,采样率10 M/s。
为了准确反映爆容弹体在爆炸冲击作用下的响应特点,根据经验和文献报道[22-24],圆柱状爆容弹在爆炸载荷下,爆心附近的冲击载荷最大,且环向变形比轴向变形要大。如表1所示,应变片粘贴位置分为爆心截面和上下各50 mm处,多角度应变片以爆容弹横截面顺时针粘贴。
图1所示,压力传感器安装在弹盖测压接口,位于弹盖半径中点位置,采用钢结构阻挡初始冲击波带来的固态产物撞击作用。
应变片在爆容弹壁面的布局如图2所示。
爆容弹材料为钢,选用STEEL-1006材料模型,采用John-Cook材料模型描述其本构关系,即

式(2)中:Y为屈服应力; ε p n为等效塑性应变; ε p *为规范化等效塑性应变; T H m=(T-Troom)/(Tmelt-Troom),TmeltTroom分别为壳体材料的熔点和室温;ABCmn为常数。
空气的状态方程采用理想气体状态方程,即

式(3)中:p为压力;γ为绝热指数;ρ为密度;e为初始比内能。
使用JWL状程描述炸药爆轰产物。材料模型方面,采用JWL状态方程,表达式为

式(4)中:P为压力;e为比内能;V为相对比容;ABR1R2ω均为JWL状态方程参数。JWL状态方程参数列于表2
建立了等比例仿真计算模型,网格尺寸最小3 mm,计算模型如图3图4所示。
炸药起爆25 ms之后,准静态压力受空气衰减、温度和产物中的水液化的综合影响,准静态压力逐渐降低,李鸿宾等[21]研究了爆容弹体内部爆炸气体产物p-V-T关系,测试了爆容弹在收到反复爆炸冲击作用后的保压性能,结果显示,起爆2 h之后压力保持在98%以上。
采用压电式压力传感器测量炸药爆炸后超压历程曲线。由于爆容弹体内部空间较小,为了防止爆轰产物对超压测试的影响,只能在距离相对较远的弹盖位置处安置压力传感器。图5(a)是100 g压装TNT炸药雷管直接起爆后,爆容弹弹盖位置处测量得到的典型冲击压力历程曲线。基于该压力历程曲线,提取20 ms以内的数据进行局部分析。冲击波压力曲线呈现出多峰结构,没有出现自由场压力曲线的回零现象,这是由于密闭容器内气体快速填充,掩盖了负压区,这种现象是内爆炸超压曲线的特点之一[9]。2 ms时间内冲击波反射叠加三次,虽然峰值压力不断降低,但是基线压力却不断增加,反映出冲击波在爆容弹内部多次反射匀化的结果,首次冲击波峰值超压达到了4.8 MPa,远远大于自由场超压,这是弹体结构对冲击波的反射增强和多个冲击波叠加所致。初始冲击波到达之后3 ms,爆容弹体内部压力基本稳定在0.5 MPa的基线附近,此时爆容弹体内部压力已经趋于准静态压力。通过和文献试验数据对比发现[10-11],密闭弹体容积越小结构越简单,压力趋稳的时间也越短。由此可见,炸药爆炸后,爆容弹内部压力存在初始峰值压力高、后续准静态压力持续时间长的基本特点,这对后续的弹体密封设计提出了更高的要求。项目最终采用了斜面式两级环氧胶圈密封,经过专门设计的胶圈能够抵抗爆轰产物的强腐蚀作用,满足试验需求。
试验发现,压电式动态压力传感器在测量爆容弹内部压力时出现了衰减,分析认为这种衰减并不能体现爆容弹内部压力变化,是压电式传感器在测量长持续时间压力时普遍存在的问题,是爆炸高温和晶体泄压的共同效果,试验过程中需要减少测试时间或者采取技术手段防止衰减现象的发生,测试曲线如图5(b)所示。
爆容弹的底板和端盖厚度大于筒体壁厚,而且弹璧距离爆心最近。因此,爆炸冲击验证实验主要是考核爆容弹璧在爆炸载荷下的变形情况。3种不同当量实验(100、150、200 g TNT)的测试结果如表3~表5所示。
典型的应变测试曲线如图6所示。该波形叠加了爆炸瞬间的电磁干扰信号,需要首先做波形解析。
由于爆炸瞬时的电磁干扰,应变波形上叠加有高频干扰信号,钢材弹性模量为200 GPa,密度为7.8 g/cm3,应力波传播速度以5 000 m/s计算,容器的环向应变的频率不超过fmax,表达式为
$f_{\max }=\frac{v}{L}=\frac{5}{3.14 \times 280}=5.7 \mathrm{kHz}$
式(5)中:υ为应力波波速,mm/μs;L为容器周长,mm。
因此,对测得的应变波形进行10 kHz滤波,再判读筒体应变数值。从3种不同当量实验的应变测试结果看,筒体的最大应变均小于1 635 με,符合设计技术要求,说明容器是安全的。测试结果也表明,筒体的最大环向应变并未出现在爆心截面,而是在爆心向下50 mm处,可能是此处属于筒体与底板的过渡区,爆炸时冲击波在此汇聚所致。设计时,筒体内部采用圆弧过渡,能够减少应力集中,确保容器的整体结构安全。
10 kHz滤波之后不同药量爆心平面环向应变测试的典型波形如图7所示。可见,爆容弹壁面的响应持续时间相比于爆炸冲击波作用存在显著的滞后效应。并且爆容弹壁应变周期性变化,体现了爆炸冲击波在弹体内部反射作用和弹体结构惯性。
通过参考冲击波超压测试结果,校准了TNT炸药JWL状态方程参数。利用校准后的TNT状态方程参数计算了爆容弹内部压力传播和分布,爆炸冲击波轨迹计算结果三维云图如图8所示,爆容弹测点处的压力-时间历程曲线如图9所示,炸药爆轰产物飞散、冲击传播二维云图如图10所示。
计算结果显示,TNT起爆之后,冲击波首先作用于侧向弹璧,弹璧和弹底反射压力和弹盖方向的初始冲击波压力产生叠加,进一步增强了弹盖位置处的压力峰值,达到了4.2 MPa,该数值略低于试验测试结果,这是由于全尺寸计算时采用较大尺度网格所致。说明本文模型能够满足工程计算需求。
通过图9的详细压力云图可以清晰看到,爆容弹内部靠近弹盖和弹体、弹底和弹体连接位置附近测点的压力明显高于爆心平面上的测点,这主要是因为该位置结构相对复杂,容易产生压力叠加,形成额外增幅。这个计算结果和应变测试结果基本相符。日常使用和维护过程中应该重点关注转角附近结构,并且通过观察图9(b)的物质轨迹可见,TNT爆轰产物能够到达爆容弹体壁面,对于常用的含铝炸药、温压炸药等高度非理想体系炸药,还需要充分考虑未完全反应的炸药组分对爆容弹壁面的冲击作用,因此,建议在爆容弹壁面增加防护垫板,对弹体壁面起到保护作用。
(1)爆炸冲击波在爆容弹中呈现出多峰叠加的特殊结构,具有冲击波峰值压力高、作用频次高的特点,试验和仿真计算结果表明,爆容弹内部拐角位置处的冲击波压力高于其他区域,需要对该区域做圆角处理和力学强化。
(2)试验条件下,爆容弹外璧最大应变出现在爆心平面往下50 mm位置处测点,峰值应变为1 250 με,该数值低于爆容弹设计应变,设计时,筒体内部采用圆弧过渡,能够减少应力集中,确保容器的整体结构安全。
(3)冲击波压力历程测试结果表明,相比更大尺寸的密闭容器,爆容弹内部准静态压力形成时间更短,因此可以考虑采用相对较小尺寸的密闭容器,提高准静态压力测试重复性。
