When a train set operates at high speeds, significant vibration and noise are generated in the outer door due to external airflow and road surface excitation, which directly impacts ride stability and train operation safety. To address the significant vibration of the thin-walled backplate structure of the outer door at the first five modal frequencies, particle damping was applied to mitigate vibration and noise. Firstly, a discrete element model of the particle damper for the outer door was established to analyze system energy consumption through simulations under various filler parameters. Based on these simulation results, an optimized design of the filler parameters was conducted, and experiments were performed to assess sound insulation with each filler material. The results show that the installation of particle dampers achieves a sound insulation improvement of 5.33 dB, significantly optimizing the radiated noise from the outer doors. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of particle damping for vibration and noise reduction in the outer door of a moving train set.

动车组在高速运行时,由于外界气流路面激励等因素,外车门会产生巨大的振动与噪声,其直接影响动车乘坐的稳定性以及列车运行的安全性。针对外车门背板薄壁结构在前五阶模态频率处振动巨大的现象,将粒子阻尼应用于外车门振动噪声抑制。首先通过建立外车门粒子阻尼器的离散元模型,基于该模型仿真分析不同阻尼器填充参数下系统耗能;接着基于仿真结果对阻尼器填充参数进行优化设计,并通过实验分析了各填充材质下的隔声量。实验结果显示,在安装粒子阻尼器后隔声量达到5.33 dB,较大限度优化了外车门的辐射噪声,该结果也证明了将粒子阻尼技术应用于动车组外车门振动噪声抑制的有效性。

动车组在高速运行时,由于外界气流路面激励等因素,外车门会产生巨大的振动与噪声,其直接影响动车乘坐的稳定性以及列车运行的安全性。针对外车门背板薄壁结构在前五阶模态频率处振动巨大的现象,将粒子阻尼应用于外车门振动噪声抑制。首先通过建立外车门粒子阻尼器的离散元模型,基于该模型仿真分析不同阻尼器填充参数下系统耗能;接着基于仿真结果对阻尼器填充参数进行优化设计,并通过实验分析了各填充材质下的隔声量。实验结果显示,在安装粒子阻尼器后隔声量达到5.33 dB,较大限度优化了外车门的辐射噪声,该结果也证明了将粒子阻尼技术应用于动车组外车门振动噪声抑制的有效性。

When a train set operates at high speeds, significant vibration and noise are generated in the outer door due to external airflow and road surface excitation, which directly impacts ride stability and train operation safety. To address the significant vibration of the thin-walled backplate structure of the outer door at the first five modal frequencies, particle damping was applied to mitigate vibration and noise. Firstly, a discrete element model of the particle damper for the outer door was established to analyze system energy consumption through simulations under various filler parameters. Based on these simulation results, an optimized design of the filler parameters was conducted, and experiments were performed to assess sound insulation with each filler material. The results show that the installation of particle dampers achieves a sound insulation improvement of 5.33 dB, significantly optimizing the radiated noise from the outer doors. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of particle damping for vibration and noise reduction in the outer door of a moving train set.

有相关研究指出,当动车组以300 km/h甚至更快的车速行驶时,其主要噪声源将从轮轨噪声转变为气动噪声[1]。其中列车在行使中,轮轨噪声为其行使速度的2~3 次方,而气动噪声为其的 6~8 次方。由此可见,对列车高速运行时产生的气动噪声进行控制尤为重要[2]
而为了提高车速,设计师对车身部件进行了轻质化减重,这导致车身部分的薄壁结构部分的动态刚度较差。动态刚度较差会导致列车在高速运行时候薄壁件结构发生共振,共振会导致结构振动加剧,危害结构的安全性和寿命。其中由振动所产生的辐射噪声,也对乘客的乘坐体验和工作人员的生理健康带来巨大危害,同时由于振动的危害也使得列车运行速度不行过快[3]。因此设计师对车身部件进行了轻质化设计时,也需要关注车身薄壁件结构的振动噪声抑制。
学者们针对动车组薄壁件部件振动噪声抑制问题做了大量的研究工作。李大勇等[4]通过对青岛地铁3号线车内噪声的测试与分析,实测结果表明:轮轨噪声是车内的主要噪声,并且与车门的结构形状紧密相关。张学成等[5]研究了具有工程实践意义的板壳组合结构在声振联合作用下的响应预测方法数值方法,他们成功地对声振联合试验的响应进行预测。欧笛声等[6]通过不同截面多胞薄壁结构的吸能特性研究,创造性地设计了一种新型的薄壁部件。姚学斌等[7]通过统计能量法建立了车内噪声预测模型,并对车内板件结构的隔声量进行优化设计,使车内噪声得到进一步降低。Xiao等[8]通过在车身壁板表面表贴阻尼层,减低了车内噪声幅值。
综上所述,鲜见针对动车组外车门的减振降噪设计研究,故现提出将粒子阻尼技术引入外车门背板薄壁结构的振动与噪声抑制中,探讨阻尼器不同填充参数下外车门的隔声效果;通过对外车门结构的动力学分析,得到外车门结构的前六阶主振频率并在相应共振区域安装粒子阻尼器;通过仿真分析得到不同填充参数下的耗能情况;通过外车门隔声实验,验证填充不同粒子材质下的隔声规律。
本文研究将CRH380B型动车组外车门作为研究对象,该外车门背板为薄壁结构,外车门背板外部尺寸为649 mm×1 758 mm×40 mm,其材料为铝合金。
动车组外车门作为一个多自由度振动系统,其受迫振动下的一般运动方程[9]

式(1)中: M为外车门背板的质量矩阵; K为外车门背板的刚度矩阵; C为外车门背板的阻尼矩阵; x ¨ (t) 为外车门背板振动运动加速度向量; x ˙ (t) 为外车门背板振动运动速度向量; x (t) 为外车门背板振动运动位移向量; F (t) 为外车门背板所受外部力。
本文研究采用有限元法对外车门背板进行模态仿真计算后,得到了外车门薄背板前六阶固有频率与前六阶模态振型,如表1图1所示。
图1可知:外车门背板在低阶模态中的前五阶的响应幅值较大。其中一阶模态振型主要表现为车门中心大幅度弯曲;二阶模态其振型主要表现为车窗处和车门中心同步弯曲;三阶模态其振型主要表现为车门把手两侧弯曲;四阶模态其振型主要表现为上车窗处大幅度弯曲;五阶模态其振型主要表现为车门底部弯曲;由于其前五阶模态的变形幅值较大,因此本文主要对外车门背板前五阶模态频率进行振动噪声抑制设计。
通过对外车门的模态分析,得到其振动敏感区域。本文研究通过在模态敏感点位置处安装粒子阻尼器,围绕外车门表面周围进行安装,通过粒子间的碰撞耗能提高结构阻尼,减少由振动产生的结构辐射噪声,降低壁板结构的局部振动,提高外车门隔声量。
考虑到外车门的安装空间有限,所设计的阻尼器应能很好地与原结构进行安装。故将阻尼器设计为方形扁平结构,为了让粒子间能得到充分的运动,避免粒子聚集时粒子流态不明显,相对运动不充分,将其分为4块小区域,如图2所示。阻尼器的长×宽×高分别为140 mm×140 mm×10 mm,为了降低阻尼器自身重量,故将阻尼器壳体材质选用铝合金,阻尼器质量为0.8 kg,通过4个Φ16 mm的通孔与外车门背板连接。
粒子阻尼减振系统的耗能机理为:当外车门受到气动噪声时薄壁板发生振动,从而带动粒子阻尼器和外车门共同发生剧烈的振动,阻尼器的振动能量使其内部粒子与粒子之间发生大量的碰撞与摩擦、同时粒子与壳体内壁也在进行大量的摩擦与碰撞,外界振动能量通过阻尼器内部进行的碰撞和摩擦从而达到耗散能量的作用[10]
图3为基于离散单元法的外车门粒子模型,建立了粒子与粒子之间、粒子与边界之间的Herzt接触模型。
根据一般运动方程可知,可将二粒子撞击过程的接触振动模型中的一般运动方程划分为3种方程:依次是粒子割向滑动、粒子法向冲击和粒子割向滚动。3种运动方程式为

由先前的研究可知粒子阻尼耗能主要可分为两大类:粒子与粒子之间的碰撞耗能和粒子与粒子之间的摩擦耗能。由动能定理可知值,当阻尼器内部任意两粒子,假设分别为 i j发生碰撞时,粒子与粒子之间的碰撞耗能为

为简化计算过程,将粒子与阻尼器内壁之间的碰撞过程所耗散的能量也分为碰撞与摩擦耗能,故动车组外车门粒子阻尼总耗能为

粒子系统的耗能直接由内部填充粒子的密度、粒径、弹性模量、表面恢复系数、摩擦因素等影响,在宏观中则表现为内部粒子的大小、数量和材质等[11-12]
粒子的选型参数主要包括粒径、填充率及材质。受限于列车高速运行的工况以及对粒子的使用寿命的要求,此次隔声方案设计中选用不同填充比、材质的粒子进行研究。将外车门受到前五阶激励时频率大小作为激励频率,通过对不同粒子阻尼器的材质、填充率进行仿真分析,得到其最佳的材质、填充比参数,其中阻尼器安装示意图如图4所示。
粒子材质对于阻尼器的减振效果至关重要,不同的粒子材质其密度、弹性模量、泊松比等物理参数各不相同,其两粒子之间产生的摩擦与碰撞能量也不一致,由此产生的阻尼效果是不一样的[13],目前市场上并无确切对应剪切模量、恢复系数、泊松比均在最优系数的粒子材质。因此,需要综合考虑对比分析。
由先前的研究初步选定三种粒子材质进行分析,分别为铁基、陶瓷基、钨基合金粒子。各材质的物理参数如表2所示。
为了保证不同材质的粒子仿真结构的准确性,选定粒子粒径为3 mm,粒子填充率为50%。阻尼器内部的粒子产生碰撞与摩擦耗散能量形成阻尼效应,达到对外车门结构的减振作用,从而达到减少由振动引起的辐射噪声。图5为粒子阻尼器内部填充不同材质时内部粒子运动情况。其中,不同颜色表示粒子的运动速度大小,颜色越红表示运动速度越快。
不同粒子材质耗能值如图6所示。通过对阻尼器填充不同材质的粒子计算,3种填充不同材质的粒子阻尼器分别有不同程度的耗能效果。由图6可知,其中钨基合金粒子的耗能作用最为明显为9.98 J,陶瓷基粒子的耗能作用最差,仅为1.64 J。故不同粒子材质耗能值顺序为:钨基合金>铁基合金>陶瓷基。
通过上文对粒子填充材质的研究,确认各阻尼器中粒子粒径为3 mm,材质为钨基合金。由于粒子填充率对于系统的耗能具有重要的影响,其直接导致内部填充粒子的数量与内部运动空间的大小。故本文将进一步研究粒子填充率对系统的影响规律,填充率设定为40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%;不同填充率的粒子阻尼器的状态如图7所示(以50%和70%为例)。
图8为粒子布置在外车门内部t=0.5 s时粒子阻尼器内部不同填充时内部粒子运动情况。其中,不同颜色表示粒子的运动速度大小,颜色越红表示运动速度越快。
不同粒子填充耗能值如图9所示。
综合分析图9中的耗能数值表明,随着粒子填充率的变化,系统的耗能表现呈现出一定的规律性,随着填充率的增加,系统的耗能呈现出先变大后减少。具体而言,当粒子填充率较低时,系统的总耗能受到填充量的限制,尽管粒子之间的碰撞较为充分,但由于填充量不足,整体耗能水平相对较低。相反,当粒子填充率过高时,粒子内部相对固化,导致粒子间碰撞与摩擦减弱,同样限制了系统的耗能效果。综合考虑不同填充率下系统的性能,研究发现,在外车门结构系统中,当粒子填充率达到80%时,系统能够实现最大的耗能效果。
为了验证阻尼器实际的隔声效果,设计相应的实验方案对外车门背板上安装粒子阻尼器后的隔声量进行验证。首先,依据相关标准,搭建声学测试平台,声学测试平台实验装置图如图10所示。将白噪声声源放于两个位置,分别与传声器激励外车门结构,在外车门的另一侧上布置声强探头采用横向扫掠方式,采集3次数据取其平均值作为衡量指标。不改变其外部激励下,通过安装不同填充参数方案的阻尼器进行实验(阻尼器通过4个安装孔位和外车门背板进行刚性连接),在声强信号采集端对信号进行采集,采集数据后,通过DASP(defect and dopant ab-initio simulation package)软件进行分析,获取安装阻尼器与未安装阻尼器隔声值[14]
在声源提供的原始噪声条件下,研究不同填充材质下粒子阻尼器的隔声效果,其中在声源1与声源2激励下,通过测试得到的不同激励情况下隔声曲线与外车门空板进行比较,其中安装3 mm、80%填充的钨基合金阻尼器后隔声曲线如图11所示。
随之依次更换不同填充粒子材质的阻尼器进行实验,在外车门另一侧采集穿过外车门和阻尼器后的噪声值,然后与未安装阻尼器时外车门的声强值相减后,得到各粒子阻尼器填充方案下的隔声量,仿真与声学测试结果对比如图12所示。
图12可知,粒子系统的耗能与隔声量随阻尼器填充材质变化的趋势保持一致,皆为采用钨合金材质进行填充时,系统的能量耗散与隔声量达到最大。该实验结果也验证了阻尼器离散元模型与和不同填充材质耗能仿真计算的合理性与正确性。
通过离散元方法对外车门背板减振隔声效果进行仿真分析,并通过隔声实验验证仿真的合理性与正确性,可以得到如下结论。
(1)将CRH380B型动车组的外车门作为研究对象,通过有限元软件分析获知外车门在前五阶模态处振动最为剧烈,在外车门背板多个位置出现较大的位移响应,故在相应位置安装粒子阻尼器,从而达到抑制其共振时局部位置的位移响应。
(2)通过对不同粒子阻尼器填充参数进行仿真分析与声学测试,仿真与声学测试结果皆显示当粒子材质为钨合金时,外车门的耗能值与隔声量最大,由实验结果可知在安装粒子阻尼器后隔声量达到5.33 dB,较大限度优化了外车门的辐射噪声。
