To solve the problem of large steady-state error and poor parameter robustness of MPFC system predicted by traditional model of PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor), a multi-voltage vector selection method based on stator flux prediction error vector analysis was proposed. Firstly, the multi-voltage vector selection criteria for determining the region where the flux error vector is located were established by dividing the sectors according to the axis in the two-phase stationary coordinate system. Then, the predicted value of stator flux and the value function of stator flux in two-phase stationary coordinate system were used to calculate the action time of each voltage vector. In addition, a discrete sliding mode stator flux observer considering the mismatch of resistance and inductance parameters was designed, which further improves the parameter robustness of the system. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed predictive stator flux control method are verified by simulation and experiments. The proposed method still has good steady-state performance under the condition of system parameter mismatch, and significantly reduces the stator flux and electromagnetic torque ripple.

针对永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)传统模型预测磁链控制(model predictive control, MPFC)系统稳态误差大、参数鲁棒性较差的问题,提出了一种基于定子磁链预测误差矢量分析的永磁同步电机多电压矢量选择方法。首先,在两相静止坐标系下依据轴线划分扇区,制定了判断磁链误差矢量所在区域的多电压矢量选择标准。然后,采用定子磁链预测值和两相静止坐标系定子磁链价值函数计算各电压矢量作用时间,改进了传统模型预测寻优过程。此外,设计了一种考虑电阻、电感参数失配的离散滑模定子磁链观测器,进一步提升了系统的参数鲁棒性。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了本文所提预测定子磁链控制方法的有效性和可行性,系统在参数失配情况下仍具有良好的稳态性能,显著减小了定子磁链与电磁转矩脉动。

针对永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)传统模型预测磁链控制(model predictive control, MPFC)系统稳态误差大、参数鲁棒性较差的问题,提出了一种基于定子磁链预测误差矢量分析的永磁同步电机多电压矢量选择方法。首先,在两相静止坐标系下依据轴线划分扇区,制定了判断磁链误差矢量所在区域的多电压矢量选择标准。然后,采用定子磁链预测值和两相静止坐标系定子磁链价值函数计算各电压矢量作用时间,改进了传统模型预测寻优过程。此外,设计了一种考虑电阻、电感参数失配的离散滑模定子磁链观测器,进一步提升了系统的参数鲁棒性。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了本文所提预测定子磁链控制方法的有效性和可行性,系统在参数失配情况下仍具有良好的稳态性能,显著减小了定子磁链与电磁转矩脉动。

To solve the problem of large steady-state error and poor parameter robustness of MPFC system predicted by traditional model of PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor), a multi-voltage vector selection method based on stator flux prediction error vector analysis was proposed. Firstly, the multi-voltage vector selection criteria for determining the region where the flux error vector is located were established by dividing the sectors according to the axis in the two-phase stationary coordinate system. Then, the predicted value of stator flux and the value function of stator flux in two-phase stationary coordinate system were used to calculate the action time of each voltage vector. In addition, a discrete sliding mode stator flux observer considering the mismatch of resistance and inductance parameters was designed, which further improves the parameter robustness of the system. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed predictive stator flux control method are verified by simulation and experiments. The proposed method still has good steady-state performance under the condition of system parameter mismatch, and significantly reduces the stator flux and electromagnetic torque ripple.

永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)凭借高效率、高功率密度以及高控制精度等优势,在新能源汽车、航天航空等高端技术装备中得到广泛应用。为拓展永磁电机系统在高端技术装备中的应用范围,有关模型预测控制(model predictive control, MPC)的研究受到中外学者的高度关注[1-3]。模型预测控制策略可分为两种:一类是连续集模型预测控制,另一类是有限集模型预测控制[4-5](finite control set model predictive control,FCS-MPC) 。
模型预测磁链控制(model predictive flux control, MPFC)属于FCS-MPC方法中的一种控制方法,将定子磁链幅值作为控制量引入价值函数中,以获取最优电压矢量[6]。传统MPFC具有FCS-MPC相同的特性,即结构简单、动态响应快等优点。然而,由于客观条件:如温度的影响,电机运行过程中处在不同温度环境会导致电阻、电感随时间变化,若继续采用电机标称值进行控制,易造成严重输出误差。因此,传统FCS-MPC方法对参数依赖性较强,参数鲁棒性较差[7]。同时,每个控制周期仅靠单电压矢量输出容易增加系统的稳态误差,所以每当开关信号施加于逆变器时,对开关频率的要求更高[8-9]
为提高传统FCS-MPC系统的参数鲁棒性,许多学者对此进行了研究 [10-15]。文献[10]提出了基于预测误差补偿的方法,在每个控制周期内对采样结果进行动态补偿,同时提高了系统参数的抗扰性。文献[11]提出了一种融合Tent映射和t分布变异策略的参数辨识算法,采取的数学模型易于实现,但对采样精度要求较高。文献[12-13]引入了广义待选电压矢量,通过增加虚拟电压矢量的方法降低电压输出误差,降低电流输出脉动,并对电感和磁链参数分别进行有效补偿。文献[14]提出一种基于自适应高增益观测器的控制方法,解决了电机模型预测电流控制中受到参数失配以及外部复杂扰动影响等问题。文献[15]设计了永磁体磁链滑模观测器, 能实时观测转子磁链,使预测模型中的电机参数数值与电机实际参数数值保持一致,提高了系统容错率。文献[14-15]均从考虑参数扰动失配的角度对观测器进行设计,然而无法对定子磁链值进行实时观测。
为提升系统的稳态性能,文献[16]提出可变步长的两步预测方法,可以灵活改变电压矢量作用时间,降低了磁链响应脉动,但对控制频率要求较高。文献[17]利用两电平逆变器发出的电压矢量划分6个扇区,将每个扇区的相邻电压矢量和零矢量组合,电压矢量输出大小和方向均可调节,有效改善了控制稳态性能,但系统计算量相对较高。文献[18]提出了一种新型三矢量模型预测电流控制策略,利用第一最优矢量产生的电流误差选择第二最优矢量,再加上零矢量合成输出电压,简化了计算过程。文献[19]提出了改进型三矢量模型预测磁链控制方法,通过分析磁链和转矩的差值参数来形成有效矢量表,可灵活选取有效矢量,但提高了系统计算量。文献[17-19]均采用多矢量输出方案,最低限度减少了控制响应的静态误差,相较于单电压矢量选择输出方式,计算量仍然相对较高。
由上述分析可知,基于传统有限集的模型预测磁链控制方法的各方面问题限制了电机预测控制领域的发展,且难以适应参数失配的各种工况。多数研究从多矢量角度展开分析提升稳态性能,而未考虑控制计算量;同时,在定子磁链计算过程中,为准确观测出定子磁链的实际值,提高观测精度,需设计用于直接观测定子磁链的观测器,而针对定子磁链观测器的设计则鲜见研究。
因此,现提出一种基于改进多矢量选择的鲁棒MPFC方法。通过定子磁链的预测误差矢量所在区域,制定多电压矢量选择标准,并兼顾简化预测控制过程计算[20],解决因系统扰动产生的稳态误差大的问题。同时,进一步设计一种定子磁链离散滑模观测器,消除电阻、电感参数失配情况下系统的预测误差问题,提升系统的参数鲁棒性。
本文研究以表贴式 PMSM为仿真和实验对象。不计电机铁芯饱和、涡流和磁滞损耗,PMSM在两相旋转坐标系下的电压方程[1]

最后根据式(8)得出参考电压,遴选三相两电平逆变器的7个电压矢量状态,以获取最优电压矢量作为驱动电压输出。
通过式(7)和式(8)可知,传统基于计算电压参考值来选择电压矢量的模型预测磁链控制方法具有较强的参数依赖性。当电机发生参数失配时,式(7)预测电机dq ( k + 1 ) T s时刻的电流对电感参数敏感性强,易产生较大预测误差,同时式(8)所含dq轴定子磁链受电流计算误差的影响,进而导致电压输出偏离参考值电压。
为消除因参数扰动带来的电机系统失衡影响,同时为提升电机稳态性能,降低系统控制器产生的较大计算量成为研究内容的关键。下文中将从定子磁链响应误差补偿的角度,具体分析定子磁链预测误差矢量和电压矢量所在空间位置的关系,提出基于改进多电压矢量的控制方法。
由于电机系统受到参数扰动影响极易造成预测误差,为了得到定子磁链预测误差值数据并进一步定量分析,直接采取欧拉离散化的定子磁链预测矢量 [16],即

与传统MPFC相同,本文研究采用三相两电平逆变器作为驱动。如图1所示,将电压源逆变器的7个开关状态的电压矢量代入式(10)。根据无差拍预测磁链原理,以及控制器实际运行出现的延迟现象,将式(10)改写为式(11),表达出在一个控制周期内产生的定子磁链预测误差矢量,即

基于式(12)可用于判断定子磁链预测误差矢量的空间位置,进而以式(13)制定多电压矢量的选择标准。制定矢量选择标准需考虑简化计算,因此对扇区进行划分时,以相邻的6个有效电压矢量之间的位置为中心划分 l 1 l 2 l 3轴线,通过轴线将每个电压矢量为中心30°划分为6个扇区。由于每个轴线对应着固定斜率,通过这种划分方式,在计算完一个扇区相邻轴线的斜率后,同时可完成相对扇区斜率的计算,极大简化了电压矢量选择标准的制定过程,如图2所示。通过式(13)计算得到定子磁链预测误差矢量斜率,可判断磁链误差矢量所在的扇区范围,如表1所示。
由于 l 1 l 2 l 3轴线划分的对称位置扇区对应的斜率范围相同,如扇区1和扇区4。为了进一步区分两者,增加了定子磁链预测误差矢量实部正负判别,如表2所示。通过上述分析,即可获得第一最优电压矢量 V 1
选定第一电压矢量后,以 Δ ψ s所在的扇区可进一步选择第二电压矢量。为避免较高开关频率造成不必要的开关损耗,第二电压矢量的具体选择方法如下:以图3所示定子磁链预测误差矢量位置举例,当 Δ ψ s落在第二扇区,但 Δ ψ s _ g r a d大于 V 2所在位置斜率时,按逆时针方向选择 V 2 + 1,即以 V 3作为第二最优电压矢量。同理,如果小于 V 2斜率时,则可按顺时针方向选择 V 1作为第二电压矢量。设第一非零电压矢量为 V n,则第二电压矢量选取方法通用公式为

在单位控制周期内,采取上述方法对待选电压矢量进行选取,实现定子磁链误差矢量的准确补偿,降低系统因参数扰动带来的预测误差。
本文提出的PMSM改进多电压矢量选择方案,依据定子磁链预测误差矢量的大小和方向,提前制定电压简化选择标准,提升了系统的控制性能。
2.1节提出的改进多电压矢量选择方法在判断出待选电压后,为实现简化控制计算量的要求,本节进一步提出多电压矢量作用时间计算方法。
为了得到第一、第二最优电压矢量作用时间,首先设立价值函数,采用两相静止坐标系下的定子磁链预测误差价值函数,即

上述多电压矢量输出方法与传统单矢量输出误差对比效果如图3所示,传统MPFC采用单矢量输出方式不可避免地加大了系统的输出脉动,提出多矢量输出方法兼顾简化计算量,同时降低了定子磁链响应与给定值的误差。相比于传统有限集单矢量输出方法,提升了系统的稳态性能。
为进一步提升系统的参数鲁棒性,将式(1)改写为dq轴旋转坐标系下的定子磁链状态方程,即

基于上述滑模观测器观测的交直轴磁链值 ψ ^ d ( k + 1 ) ψ ^ d ( k + 1 ),并结合已知转子永磁体磁链值和转子位置电角度便可估算出定子磁链。提出了基于改进多矢量选择的鲁棒预测磁链控制方法如图4所示。综上所述,本文提出的MPFC方法具体实施步骤如下。
(1)采用式(31)的离散定子磁链滑模观测器观测出下一个控制周期定子磁链值,用于计算定子磁链预测误差矢量值。
(2)利用式(13)判断定子磁链误差矢量所在扇区,并通过表1表2制定的电压选择标准确定第一最优电压矢量,随后通过式(14)确定第二最优电压矢量。同时,根据式(21)计算下个周期内各待选非零电压矢量以及零电压矢量的持续时间。
(3)根据式(21)计算得到 t 1 t 2 t 0后,在不考虑逆变器中开关死区电压的条件下,将计算输出脉冲的占空比信号作用于逆变器。
为验证上述方案的有效性和可行性,利用MATLAB/Simulink对传统MPFC和本文提出MPFC进行了对比试验。传统MPFC和提出MPFC方法在仿真中均采用 i d = 0的控制策略,转速环PI参数 k p = 0.05 , k i = 1。增益系数 k 1 = 10 , k 2 = 10。设定系统采样频率为10 kHz,控制周期为100 μs。所采用的电机参数如表3所示。
使用传统MPFC方法和提出MPFC方法分别进行正常稳态工况仿真测试。仿真设定电机负载2 N·m并由给定转速1 000 r/min工况下运行。电机转速经过一段超调时间后迅速跟踪到给定值,对比图5(a)图5(b)可知,传统MPFC中电机电磁转矩和定子磁链响应脉动较大,磁链响应围绕给定磁链值的误差为±0.05 WB,电磁转矩响应围绕给定值的误差为±0.5 N·m,提出MPFC方法相比传统方法的定子磁链脉动更小,证明了提出MPFC方法的有效性。同时,从仿真数据中取5个运行周期的单相电流波形进行快速傅里叶变换分析。传统MPFC方法定子电流的总谐波失真(total harmonic distortion,THD)为6.49%,相比之下,本文提出MPFC方法定子电流的THD仅为1.73%,电流波形所含高频分量更低。
为了进一步对比分析传统MPFC和提出MPFC的效果,并验证提出MPFC方法在电机参数失配工况下的参数鲁棒性,本文设计了两组仿真实验。在电阻参数失配情况下,设置仿真条件为:0 s时给定转速500 r/min,负载4.7 N·m,运行时间1 s,仿真结果如图6图7所示。在电感参数失配情况下,设置仿真条件为:0 s时给定转速500 r/min,负载4.7 N·m,运行时间1 s,仿真结果如图8图9所示。
图6(a)给出了电阻失配工况下,采用传统模型预测磁链控制方法时,电机电磁转矩和定子三相电流的仿真结果。图6(b)则给出了相同工况下,提出模型预测磁链控制方法的仿真结果。两种控制方法下的电磁转矩响应值与给定值无明显偏差,传统模型预测磁链控制方法的电磁转矩脉动较大,同时定子电流谐波含量明显更高。
图7(a)给出了电阻失配工况下,采用传统模型预测磁链控制方法时,α-β轴定子磁链响应的仿真结果。图7(b)则给出了相同工况下,提出模型预测磁链控制方法的仿真结果,传统模型预测磁链控制方法的α-β轴磁链响应偏差范围为±0.05 WB,而提出模型预测磁链控制方法的α-β轴磁链响应偏差范围为±0.02 WB,两者定子磁链响应均能跟踪给定值。
由此可知,相同仿真条件下,传统模型预测磁链控制方法和本文模型预测磁链控制方法受电阻参数失配的影响较小。
图8(a)给出了电感失配工况下,采用传统模型预测磁链控制方法时,电机电磁转矩和三相定子电流的仿真结果。图8(b)则给出了相同工况下,提出模型预测磁链控制方法的仿真结果。传统模型预测磁链控制的电磁转矩响应值与给定值均出现明显偏差,电磁转矩脉动较大,同时定子电流发生明显畸变。
图9(a)给出了电感失配工况下,采用传统模型预测磁链控制方法时,α-β轴定子磁链的仿真结果。图9(b)给出了相同工况下,提出模型预测磁链控制方法的仿真结果。传统模型预测磁链控制方法的α-β轴磁链响应值出现不规则振荡并偏离磁链给定值,提出模型预测磁链控制方法的α-β轴磁链响应值则能平稳跟踪给定值。由此可知,在相同运行工况下,电感参数失配对传统模型预测磁链控制性能影响较大,提出模型预测磁链控制磁链响应能够保持系统稳定,未出现明显的偏移,提高了系统的鲁棒性。
综上所述,电阻参数失配对传统MPFC和提出MPFC方法的控制性能影响较小。电感参数失配对传统MPFC影响较大,并且产生较大的预测和响应偏差。相比之下,本文提出的MPFC鲁棒性更强,能保证系统稳定运行,且电磁转矩和磁链脉动较低。
为验证传统MPFC和提出MPFC方法,搭建了PMSM硬件实验平台。如图10所示,实验装置包含控制器、受控电机、磁粉制动器、PC上位机、示波器以及相关接线。硬件平台中电机系统参数与表3参数一致,转速环参数、增益系数等参数与simulink仿真参数保持一致。
选取电机转速1 000 r/min,额定负载2 N·m稳态运行的工况来进行对比实验。图11(a)给出了正常工况下,采用传统MPFC的定子磁链、电磁转矩和三相电流的实验结果。图11(b)给出了相同工况下,提出MPFC方法的实验结果。传统MPFC中系统定子磁链波动范围为±0.06 WB,电磁转矩峰-峰值围绕给定值的波动范围为±0.8 N·m。而本文提出MPFC中系统定子磁链波动范围为±0.01 WB,电磁转矩峰-峰值围绕给定值的波动为±0.3 N·m。实验结果表明,相同工况下提出模型预测磁链控制方法的定子磁链和电磁转矩脉动相比传统控制方法更低,同时定子电流所含高频分量更少,证明了本文方法的可行性。
进一步对比两种控制算法的计算时间可知,提出的多矢量模型预测磁链控制方法的计算量相对传统控制方法略微减少,如表4所示。
由于电阻参数失配对两种控制方法性能的影响较小,本文研究着重对两种控制方法在电感参数失配工况下的运行效果进行对比,并调整至转速500 r/min,负载4.7 N·m的稳态工况运行。图12(a)给出了电感参数失配工况下,传统模型预测磁链控制的α-β轴定子磁链响应和单相定子电流实验结果波形。图12(b)给出相同工况下,提出模型预测磁链控制的α-β轴定子磁链响应和单相定子电流实验结果波形。实验结果表明,在电感参数失配下,传统MPFC的定子磁链响应波形出现一定程度畸变,同时定子电流的谐波含量较高。相比之下,提出模型预测磁链控制方法能保持较小的磁链脉动,同时具有更低的谐波含量。
为进一步直观对比两种控制方法的定子磁链响应的稳定性能,将观测器提取的定子磁链响应值数据在示波器上绘制成李萨如图,如图13(a)图13(b)所示。两相静止坐标系下,传统模型预测磁链控制的α轴和β轴定子磁链响应波形相位差在[π/4,3π/4]范围内变化,而提出模型预测磁链控制方法磁链波形相位基本维持在π/2。由此可知,电感参数失配下,本文模型预测磁链控制方法的定子磁链响应波形能够保持稳定,具有更好稳态性能。
综合上述仿真和实验结果,提出MPFC方法相比于传统MPFC方法具有更高的参数鲁棒性,并且可在不增加系统额外计算量的情况下,显著减小定子磁链与电磁转矩脉动。
针对传统 MPFC 存在的参数鲁棒性差、稳态响应误差较大的问题,提出了一种改进型基于多矢量选择的永磁同步电机鲁棒 MPFC方法,并与传统 MPFC 的给定参数失配工况和传统的基于单电压矢量输出方式进行比较。从给定工况的仿真和实验结果对比可知,传统 MPFC 受电机电感参数失配的影响较为明显,而提出的MPFC方法对电机电感参数失配具有较好的抗干扰性。传统基于单矢量的MPFC 方法稳态误差较大,相比之下本文所提多矢量选择方法可不增加系统计算量,并且能有效降低定子磁链与电磁转矩脉动,在稳态工况下具有更好的控制性能。
