The problem of inaccurate evaluation of the clamping performance of the spiral angle type slip will be effectively overcome, which is caused by the unclear contact characteristics between the slip and the pipe string. The forces acting on the interaction between slip and columns were analyzed by the theoretical method. A full-scale finite element model of the interaction between the slip, pipe column, and slip seat was established using the numerical simulation method. The mises stress and contact stress distribution patterns of the slip and pipe column under different axial loads and friction coefficients were studied. The mises stress and contact stress gradually decreases from the bottom to the top in the axial direction. They are an imperfect symmetric distribution in the circumferential direction. And there are stress concentration locations. The slip is subjected to higher mises stress and lower contact stress than the pipe column. As the axial load increases, the mises and contact stress increase. As the friction coefficient increases, the mises and contact stress decrease. In design and practical use, emphasis should be placed on components and locations with high-stress levels. Under high load conditions, increasing the friction coefficient by changing the material and shape of the slip teeth is recommended. Further the clamping performance of the slip under high load conditions is improved. It also prevents damage to the pipe column caused by excessive clamping force. The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the design of slips and the evaluation of clamping performance.

针对螺旋升角型卡瓦齿的卡瓦与管柱接触特性不清晰而造成卡瓦夹持性能无法准确评价等问题,采用理论方法分析卡瓦管柱相互作用受力,通过数值模拟方法,建立卡瓦-管柱-卡瓦座全尺寸相互接触有限元模型,开展了不同轴向载荷和摩擦系数下卡瓦和管柱的Mises应力和接触应力分布规律等接触特性研究,得到在轴向上,由底部往顶部逐渐减小,在周向上为非完成对称分布,且存在应力集中位置,卡瓦与管柱相比所受的Mises应力较大,接触应力较小;随着轴向载荷增大,Mises应力和接触应力都增大,随着摩擦系数的增大,Mises应力和接触应力都减小;在设计和实际使用中应着重考虑应力较大的部件和位置,在大载荷工况下,建议通过改变卡瓦材料、卡瓦齿形状等方式来增大摩擦系数,从而提高卡瓦在大载荷工况下的夹持性能,同时又可防止夹持力过大造成管柱被咬合过深而损坏。研究成果可为卡瓦的设计及夹持性能的评价提供理论指导。

带压作业卡瓦接触特性分析及夹持性能评价

针对螺旋升角型卡瓦齿的卡瓦与管柱接触特性不清晰而造成卡瓦夹持性能无法准确评价等问题,采用理论方法分析卡瓦管柱相互作用受力,通过数值模拟方法,建立卡瓦-管柱-卡瓦座全尺寸相互接触有限元模型,开展了不同轴向载荷和摩擦系数下卡瓦和管柱的Mises应力和接触应力分布规律等接触特性研究,得到在轴向上,由底部往顶部逐渐减小,在周向上为非完成对称分布,且存在应力集中位置,卡瓦与管柱相比所受的Mises应力较大,接触应力较小;随着轴向载荷增大,Mises应力和接触应力都增大,随着摩擦系数的增大,Mises应力和接触应力都减小;在设计和实际使用中应着重考虑应力较大的部件和位置,在大载荷工况下,建议通过改变卡瓦材料、卡瓦齿形状等方式来增大摩擦系数,从而提高卡瓦在大载荷工况下的夹持性能,同时又可防止夹持力过大造成管柱被咬合过深而损坏。研究成果可为卡瓦的设计及夹持性能的评价提供理论指导。

The problem of inaccurate evaluation of the clamping performance of the spiral angle type slip will be effectively overcome, which is caused by the unclear contact characteristics between the slip and the pipe string. The forces acting on the interaction between slip and columns were analyzed by the theoretical method. A full-scale finite element model of the interaction between the slip, pipe column, and slip seat was established using the numerical simulation method. The mises stress and contact stress distribution patterns of the slip and pipe column under different axial loads and friction coefficients were studied. The mises stress and contact stress gradually decreases from the bottom to the top in the axial direction. They are an imperfect symmetric distribution in the circumferential direction. And there are stress concentration locations. The slip is subjected to higher mises stress and lower contact stress than the pipe column. As the axial load increases, the mises and contact stress increase. As the friction coefficient increases, the mises and contact stress decrease. In design and practical use, emphasis should be placed on components and locations with high-stress levels. Under high load conditions, increasing the friction coefficient by changing the material and shape of the slip teeth is recommended. Further the clamping performance of the slip under high load conditions is improved. It also prevents damage to the pipe column caused by excessive clamping force. The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the design of slips and the evaluation of clamping performance.

在石油天然气钻探开采过程中,压井作业费时费力,且对油气层有一定的污染,极大增加开采成本和施工周期,带压作业的应用有效解决以上问题,为石油天然气开发节约大量成本[1-3]。但油气井带压作业危险性大,作业工况恶劣,对装置的安全性和可靠性要求高,其中带压作业卡瓦若发生打滑现象,容易发生井喷、天然气泄漏等事故并造成重大损失[4-5]。为保证带压作业的安全高效实施,高性能带压作业卡瓦成为必不可缺的关键装备。因此,为提高带压作业卡瓦夹持性能,亟需开展相关研究工作,特别是卡瓦与管柱的接触性能及其与卡瓦夹持性能的关系研究。
目前,针对卡瓦的研究工作主要集中在结构设计、受力分析和产品研发等方面。NOV、Weatherford和DEN-CON公司针对不同的管柱和工况开发了一系列产品,如Unislips、PS21-30系列卡瓦和TES卡瓦[6-8]。袁玉庭[7]设计了一种游动卡瓦结构,并开展卡瓦应力分析。文献[7-9]针对常规圆周无螺旋升角齿形双向自锁卡瓦进行接触分析,通过建立1/4接触模型得到基于接触特性的优化结构参数。沈如芳[10]分析了封隔器仿生六棱柱齿状卡瓦微牙痕及稳定性,得到最优结构配置参数,证明该结构比常规结构的性能优越。刘冰等[11]基于摩擦阻力系数对连续油管卡瓦夹持能力进行分析,得到摩擦阻力系数安全区间为0.4~0.6。文献[12-13]开展了温度和力耦合作用下封隔器卡瓦锚定性能的影响因素研究,对卡瓦结构进行优化,得到较优结构配置。宋超等[14]分析了不同牙型卡瓦的力学性能,得到卡瓦牙失效规律及卡瓦最薄弱位置。董学成等[15]基于实验和数值仿真方法,对钻具防上顶卡瓦进行结构优化研究,得到较优结构参数配置。文献[16-19]针对封隔器卡瓦的牙齿结构优化、接触特性、受力状态等开展研究,得到了用于封隔器的卡瓦特定结构参数和接触特性。综上所述,现有的研究未针对螺旋升角型牙齿的卡瓦进行深入开展,特别是在该类型卡瓦的接触特性和卡瓦夹持性能评价方面,在仿真时都是采用建立1/4模型,认为卡瓦管柱作用为对称分布。但该研究内容对螺旋升角型卡瓦的性能提高和使用上具有强大的作用。
基于此,针对用于外径为6.03 cm的油管的带压作业卡瓦,采用理论方法分析卡瓦管柱相互作用的受力,揭示管柱卡瓦相互作用中卡瓦主要受力。通过数值模拟的方法,建立全尺寸仿真模型,开展不同轴向载荷和摩擦系数下卡瓦和管柱的Mises应力和接触应力分布规律等接触特性研究,得到Mises应力和接触应力分布特性,旨在判别带压作业卡瓦和管柱受力薄弱位置。最终形成一套基于摩擦系数与接触特性关系的带压作业卡瓦性能评价方法,该方法可为带压作业卡瓦设计和使用提供理论指导。
采用带压作业机卡瓦实物如图1(a)所示,主要由径向预紧力加载装置、卡瓦座和卡瓦(包含卡瓦齿和卡瓦体)组成。其工作原理是,当需要起下油管时,油管穿过卡瓦组成的空腔,径向预紧力加载装置施加预紧载荷,让卡瓦上的卡瓦齿夹紧油管,进一步在油管的自重作用下卡瓦沿卡瓦座锥面下移,实现卡瓦径向移动保证卡瓦齿持续夹紧油管,从而达到起下管柱的功能。为简化仿真过程,将卡瓦齿与卡瓦体合并,简化后的结构示意图如图1(a)所示。选取带压作业机卡瓦主要针对外径为6.03 cm的油管,卡瓦齿结构参数如表1所示。
带压作业卡瓦主要依摩擦力在管柱自重作用下,使卡瓦沿卡瓦座楔形面下移达到卡瓦体径向移动来使卡瓦夹紧管柱。选取卡瓦来进行受力分析,其受力如图2所示。
当带压作业机卡瓦锚定油管后,卡瓦整体处于受力平衡状态,在直角坐标系中,分解到XY轴方向的受力总和为零,则有

当带压作业机正常工作时,管柱被卡瓦夹紧后不再滑动,因此,卡瓦体与管柱之间的摩擦力F2必须大于卡瓦牙托板与卡瓦座在竖直方向Y上所产生的摩擦阻力,则有

式中:FY为卡瓦整体在Y轴方向的合力;FX为卡瓦整体在X方向的合力;F1为卡瓦体与卡瓦座之间的摩擦力,可由F1=f1N1计算所得;F2为卡瓦牙与管柱之间的摩擦力,可由F2=f2N2计算所得;N1为卡瓦体受卡瓦座的法向力;N2为卡瓦体受管柱的径向力;f1为卡瓦体与卡瓦座表面之间的摩擦系数;f2为卡瓦牙与管柱表面之间的摩擦系数;α为倾斜角。
由式(1)~式(3)可得带压作业机卡瓦夹紧管柱的条件为
f2≥$\frac{{f}_{1}+tan\alpha }{1-{f}_{1}tan\alpha }$
根据API Spec 8C 钻井和采油提升设备规范(PSL1和PSL2)标准,α一般取9.4°,钢材料与钢材料表面之间的摩擦系数取0.15,即f1为0.15,代入式(4),则有f2≥0.37时,卡瓦便可夹紧管柱。
由于该卡瓦由4瓣组成后形成一个类螺纹牙齿型,因此其不再是完全对称结构,常用的1/4模型或者1/8模型不再适用。为此,采用全尺寸模型开展仿真分析,简化后的仿真模型如图3所示,其网格全部为六面体网格。
根据带压作业工作中装备采用的实际材料来选择仿真模拟所用材料,具体参数所表2所示。
由于卡瓦能夹紧管柱主要靠相互间的摩擦力,故需对部件之间的摩擦力进行设定。卡瓦与卡瓦座之间的接触主要为钢与钢的光滑摩擦,其接触方式为表面与表面的接触,法向行为采用硬接触,切向行为采用罚摩擦,摩擦系数取0.15。在带压作业机工作过程中,卡瓦齿与管柱的接触不是简单的摩擦且会随着卡瓦齿的状态而发生一定的变化,采用当量摩擦系数来表征,故当量摩擦系数会发生改变。其定义接触方式同样采用表面与表面,法向行为采用硬接触,切向行为采用罚摩擦,摩擦系数初定0.4。
根据带压作业机卡瓦实际工作过程,使用显示动力算法,卡瓦座假设固定不动,对其底面进行全约束,卡瓦体侧面施加环形约束,管柱只释放竖直方向自由度,其他自由度全约束,定义2个分析步,第1个分析步模型预紧力施加过程卡瓦夹紧管柱,第2个分析步模拟管柱自重加载时的卡瓦夹紧管柱。
为验证所应用的仿真模型,将采用仿真模型计算所得卡瓦Mises应力与现场失效的卡瓦进行对比,其对比如图4所示。可以看出,在轴向,从底端到顶端现场失效卡瓦的卡瓦齿失效程度逐渐降低,底端的卡瓦齿磨损断裂程度最严重。而在周向上,每圈卡瓦齿都存在一个断裂较严重位置,以底端三圈为例,第一圈和第三圈都在在边角处,第二圈在中间位置。以上失效现象与仿真分析所得Mises应力结果基本一致,失效最严重的位置位于Mises应力最大位置的附近,说明所采用的仿真模型是正确的。
为分析带压作业卡瓦与管柱的接触特性,达到对卡瓦夹持性能评价。根据实际使用时的工况,选择轴向载荷20、30、40、50 t,摩擦系数0.3、0.35、0.4和0.45的具体工况对卡瓦与管柱接触进行分析,主要从卡瓦与管柱相互接触产生的Mises应力和接触应力的变化规律进行评价研究。
摩擦系数保持0.4不变,不同轴向载荷下管柱的Mises应力云图如图5所示,可以看出,随着轴向载荷的增大,管柱的Mises应力都不断增大,主要是由于轴向载荷增大,在摩擦力作用下,径向载荷也随之增大。管柱所受应力最大出现在与卡瓦咬合位置的下端,所产生的最大应力超过774.3 MPa,超过管柱的屈服极限,管柱会发生屈服,卡瓦齿咬入管柱中,产生强大的夹紧力实现卡瓦牢固的夹紧管柱。
管柱的Mises应力从底端到顶端都逐渐减小,其主要原因是径向夹紧力随着卡瓦锥体受轴向载荷作用下滑而产生径向位移而增大,底端卡瓦咬合管柱的力度更大。在周向,管柱的Mises应力存在一定的差异,且与每瓣卡瓦接触的位置的最大应力不同,其主要原因是四瓣卡瓦齿组合成一定升角的类螺旋线形状,导致卡瓦齿与管柱的接触存在差异。因此,在带压作业机施工过程中,虽然卡瓦咬合住管柱有助于夹紧管柱,但为防止管柱不被卡瓦齿咬坏,轴向载不宜过大。
不同轴向载荷下卡瓦的Mises应力云图如图6所示,可以看出,随着轴向载荷的增大,卡瓦所受Mises应力都不断增大,主要是由于轴向载荷增大,在摩擦力作用下,径向载荷也随之增大。与管柱相比,卡瓦的Mises应力更加大,其主要原因是卡瓦齿形状引起的,其受力面积较小,且存在一定的应力集中。在轴向,最大应力位置出现在卡瓦咬合位置的下端,在周向,每一瓣卡瓦每一圈上都会出现一个最大应力点,卡瓦最大应力位置各不一样。从数值来看,1号卡瓦的Mises应力最大,2号卡瓦的Mises应力最小,但四瓣卡瓦的受力值相差不大,故四瓣卡瓦的受力并非完成对称,存在受力不均匀现象。其主要原因是四瓣卡瓦在整个圆周上对称分布,但是其卡瓦齿并不是对称布置,而是组合成一定升角的类螺旋线。该现象与在带压作业机实际施工过程中出现底部卡瓦齿的某些部分磨损严重或崩断等情况相匹配。因为,在实际使用过程中,建议重点关注卡瓦与管柱接触位置的底部卡瓦齿和管柱情况,从而评价卡瓦夹持性能,进一步在设计卡瓦过程中也应重点考虑该类受力较大的位置。
摩擦系数保持0.4不变,不同轴向载荷下的管柱和卡瓦相互作用而产生的接触应力云图如图7图8所示。可以看出,随着轴向载荷的增大,管柱和卡瓦相互作用而产生的接触应力都不断增大,大部分接触应力值在600 MPa,最大接触应力高达9 000 MPa,其中最大接触应力出现卡瓦底部牙齿。在轴向,从底部向顶部方向,接触应力不断减小,在周向,四块卡瓦与管柱接触所产生的接触应力成非完全对称分布,在数值上1号卡瓦和4号卡瓦接触应力较大且数值接近,2号和3号卡瓦接触应力较小且数值接近,所产生的接触应力最大值位置有所差异。说明在带压作业时该类型的卡瓦能保持高性能的夹持能力,卡瓦底部牙齿的夹持作业最大,其受载荷最大,最容易断裂、磨损等而造成失效,建议在设计带压作业卡瓦时应该着重考虑。造成接触应力非完成对称的主要原因是四瓣卡瓦在整个圆周上对称分布,但是其卡瓦齿并不是对称布置,而是组合成一定升角的类螺旋线,每个卡瓦牙与管柱的具体咬合位置存在较大的差异。因此,在实际带压作业施工过程中要定期观察底部卡瓦牙的磨损、断裂等情况,从而掌握该卡瓦的使用寿命,防止带压作业过程中事故的发生。
在轴向载荷保持在30 t不变的情况下,改变管柱与卡瓦接触时的摩擦系数。不同摩擦系数下管柱的Mises应力云图如图9所示,可以看出,随着摩擦系数的增大,管柱的Mises应力都不断降低,其主要原因是轴向载荷不变的情况下,摩擦系数越大所产生的径向载荷就越小,因此卡瓦对管柱的作用力就越小,所产生的Mises应力自然就小。管柱的Mises应力在轴向和周向上的分布规律与不同轴向载荷下所产生的规律相同。因此,在实际载荷固定的情况下,可通过改变材料属性、设计特殊卡瓦齿形状等方式来增大管柱与卡瓦接触的摩擦系数,从而降低管柱的Mises应力,进一步来保证卡瓦高性能夹持能力的前提下防止管柱被严重咬合而损坏。在轴向载荷保持在30 t不变的情况下,改变管柱与卡瓦接触时的摩擦系数。
不同摩擦系数下卡瓦的Mises应力云图如图10所示,可以看出,随着摩擦系数的增大,卡瓦的Mises应力都不断降低,与管柱的Mises相比,卡瓦的Mises相对较大,其主要原因是轴向载荷不变的情况下,摩擦系数越大所产生的径向载荷就越小,因此卡瓦座锥面与管柱对卡瓦的径向挤压作用力就越小,所产生的Mises应力自然就小。卡瓦的Mises应力在轴向和周向上的分布规律与不同轴向载荷下所产生的规律相同。因此,在实际载荷固定的情况下,可通过改变材料属性、设计特殊卡瓦齿形状等方式来增大管柱与卡瓦接触的摩擦系数,进一步来保证卡瓦高性能夹持能力的前提下防止卡瓦被相互挤压而造成卡瓦齿的损坏。
在轴向载荷保持在30 t不变的情况下,改变管柱与卡瓦接触时的摩擦系数。不同摩擦系数下管柱和卡瓦相互作用的接触应力云图如图11图12所示。可以看出,随着摩擦系数的增大,管柱和卡瓦相互作用而产生的接触应力都不断减小,其在轴向和周向上的分布规律与不同轴向载荷下的分布规律相同。其主要原因是在轴向载荷一定的情况下摩擦系数的增加会减小径向载荷,也就是降低卡瓦与管柱之间的径向相互作用,但能保持轴向相互作用,也就是保持相同的夹持能力。说明摩擦系数的增大可有效的提高带压作业卡瓦的夹持性能。建议在带压作业卡瓦设计中可通过改变卡瓦牙结构、卡瓦牙材料等方式来增大摩擦系数,从而提高带压作业卡瓦的工作性能。同时也可通过检测带压作业卡瓦实际作业中的摩擦系数来评价卡瓦的作用能力。
(1)分析四瓣螺旋升角型卡瓦齿的卡瓦与管柱相互作用的接触特性,得到四瓣卡瓦和管柱的Mises应力和接触应力分布规律,在轴向上,由底部往顶部逐渐减小,在周向上为非完成对称分布,且存在应力集中位置,卡瓦与管柱相比所受的Mises应力和接触应力都较大,建议在设计和实际使用中应着重考虑应力较大的部件和位置,如结构的1号卡瓦及其与管柱接触的位置。也可通过监测应力较大部件和位置来评价卡瓦的夹持性能。
(2)研究了轴向载荷和摩擦系数与卡瓦夹持能力关系,得到随着轴向载荷增大,Mises应力和接触应力都增大,随着摩擦系数的增大,Mises应力和接触应力都减小,因此,建议在大载荷工况下,通过改变卡瓦材料、卡瓦齿形状等方式来增大摩擦系数,从而提高卡瓦在大载荷工况下的夹持性能,同时又可防止夹持力过大造成管柱被咬合过深而损坏。此外,可通过检测摩擦系数的变化来评价卡瓦的夹持性能。
