In order to explore the impact of the number of bearing plates on the bearing capacity of the expanded pile and the soil around the pile, a small half face pile model test equipment developed was used to record the deformation of the soil around the pile in real-time using using digital image correlation (DIC) technology equipment, and to analyze the displacement and failure characteristics of the soil around the pile. Experimental research shows that during loading, the soil under the load-bearing plate is compressed to form a compression zone, and the influence range of this zone gradually increases with the increase of load, while squeezing towards the soil on both sides. The cracks above the bearing plate continue to develop until a free zone is formed, and this area expands with the increase of load. The bearing capacity of three plate piles has been significantly improved compared to single plate piles and two plate piles, but their load-settlement curve shapes are relatively similar. During the loading process, the displacement changes of the soil around the pile near and below the bearing plate are the most significant. Therefore, the study supplements the research on the impact of the number of bearing plates on the soil around piles and other related directions.

为了探讨承力盘数量对扩盘桩的承载力及桩周土体的影响,通过自行研制的小型半面桩模型试验设备,采用数字图像相关(digital image correlation, DIC)技术设备实时记录桩周土体变形情况,并以此分析桩周土体位移与破坏特征。试验研究表明,加载时承力盘下土体受压形成压缩区且该区域的影响范围随着荷载增大逐渐变大,同时向两侧土体挤压;承力盘上方裂隙持续发展至最后形成临空区,且该区域随荷载增加而扩大。三盘桩较单盘桩和二盘桩的承载力提升较大,但其荷载-沉降曲线形状较为相似。施加荷载过程中,靠近承力盘和承力盘下方的桩周土体位移变化最明显。因此,研究结果对于承力盘数量对桩周土体影响等相关方向研究做了补充。

为了探讨承力盘数量对扩盘桩的承载力及桩周土体的影响,通过自行研制的小型半面桩模型试验设备,采用数字图像相关(digital image correlation, DIC)技术设备实时记录桩周土体变形情况,并以此分析桩周土体位移与破坏特征。试验研究表明,加载时承力盘下土体受压形成压缩区且该区域的影响范围随着荷载增大逐渐变大,同时向两侧土体挤压;承力盘上方裂隙持续发展至最后形成临空区,且该区域随荷载增加而扩大。三盘桩较单盘桩和二盘桩的承载力提升较大,但其荷载-沉降曲线形状较为相似。施加荷载过程中,靠近承力盘和承力盘下方的桩周土体位移变化最明显。因此,研究结果对于承力盘数量对桩周土体影响等相关方向研究做了补充。

In order to explore the impact of the number of bearing plates on the bearing capacity of the expanded pile and the soil around the pile, a small half face pile model test equipment developed was used to record the deformation of the soil around the pile in real-time using using digital image correlation (DIC) technology equipment, and to analyze the displacement and failure characteristics of the soil around the pile. Experimental research shows that during loading, the soil under the load-bearing plate is compressed to form a compression zone, and the influence range of this zone gradually increases with the increase of load, while squeezing towards the soil on both sides. The cracks above the bearing plate continue to develop until a free zone is formed, and this area expands with the increase of load. The bearing capacity of three plate piles has been significantly improved compared to single plate piles and two plate piles, but their load-settlement curve shapes are relatively similar. During the loading process, the displacement changes of the soil around the pile near and below the bearing plate are the most significant. Therefore, the study supplements the research on the impact of the number of bearing plates on the soil around piles and other related directions.

扩盘桩(又称挤扩支盘桩或支盘桩)是在普通灌注桩的基础上增设承力盘(又称支盘)或分支而成的一种新型桩基,桩身由主桩、底盘、中盘、顶盘及数个分支所组成。在同等条件下,扩盘桩相较于普通灌注桩,其混凝土用量增加幅度不大,但在提高桩基承载力、减少沉降、降低综合工程造价和缩短工期等方面都取得了显著的效果。然而工程实践先于理论研究,为此,众多学者对扩盘桩进行了深入探索。
巨玉文等[1]研究发现,在加荷后期,承力盘承担50%以上的荷载,且承力盘阻力体现端承力的性质;扩盘桩与普通直桩相比,单桩承载力可提高60%以上。王安福等[2]针对不同支盘和桩长组合的支盘桩进行静载试验和理论研究,得出支盘桩相较普通桩的承载力更大,分支和支盘承载占比更大。汪益敏等[3]对挤扩支盘桩设计参数及承载特性进行对比研究,发现承载力大小与承力盘参数的选取有关。宋大明等[4]通过室内试验对竖向荷载下挤扩支盘桩与普通圆形灌注桩的承载力进行比较,得出挤扩支盘桩承载力大于普通圆形灌注桩,并指出如何设置合理的支盘位置。钱德玲[5]通过现场试验得出扩盘桩荷载传递性状与桩身不同位置处设置的盘和支有关,并且得出了盘本身、盘间距及土层性质对于扩盘桩本身承载能力的影响。王伊丽等[6]通过数值模拟得出扩盘桩相比于直杆桩竖向承载特性好和沉降小的优势,以及得出最优支盘间距。李连祥等[7]通过数值模拟研究了使扩盘桩承载力发挥最优的承力盘的数量和位置。钱永梅等[8-12]、孙琳等[13]、于航等[14]、李迅等[15]对扩盘桩进行了系统的研究,通过ANSYS进行数值模拟,得出了扩大盘数量对于扩盘桩抗压承载力的影响,定性地分析了扩大盘间距对混凝土扩盘桩抗压承载力的影响;并结合室内试验,探讨了盘坡角对于扩盘桩抗压承载力的影响,研究了盘径对混凝土扩盘桩水平承载力及桩周土体破坏机理的影响并提出盘径与桩径最优比例,分析不同含水率细粉砂土情况下混凝土扩盘桩桩周土体的抗压破坏状态,对扩盘桩土体极限承载力的多种影响因素进行了定性或定量的分析。周威等[16]通过现场单桩载荷试验得到劲扩复合桩的承载特性和桩身侧阻力发挥性能均优于同直径钻孔灌注桩。Ma等[17]以剪切位移法为基础,建立了挤扩支盘荷载传递关系的理论研究。Wang等[18]利用正交试验设计分析挤扩支盘桩的不同承载性能,利用有限元软件模拟试验工况,探究影响挤扩支盘桩承载力的盘参数。
目前,关于扩盘桩的各参数对扩盘桩竖向承载性能影响的研究较多,但方法都较为传统,并不能很好地观测桩周土体的实时变化。为此,现通过自主研发的小比例半面桩模型试验装置,利用数字成像技术,实时观测不同承力盘数量、不同沉降下桩周土体的变形情况,从而得到桩周土体的位移和破坏特征。
采用等比例缩小的钢制半面桩,分为4组,编号分别为Z0、Z1、Z2、Z3,数字代表该桩的盘数量,即0、1、2、3,其中0代表直桩,如图1所示,桩身参数如表1所示。
原状土取土器如图2所示,取土器内边尺寸为300 mm×300 mm×350 mm。试验所取土来自长春市内一基坑,利用取土器在工地现场取土,取土步骤为场地平整、安放取土器、压入取土器、挖出取土器、取土器修整封装及运输。利用取土器取土过程中因土样未受扰动,所以土样为原状土,室内模型试验可更方便地代替大型现场试验。同时进行环刀取样,测得的原状黄土的物理参数如表2所示。
加载装置如图3所示。主要由加载台、千斤顶、位移计、取好土埋进桩的取土器组成。加载台用于安放试验器材,千斤顶用于施加竖向荷载,位移计用于测量桩身下降深度。
试验所采用的的数字图像相关(digital image correlation, DIC)设备如图4所示,主要由LED聚光灯、VIC-3D测量摄像头和计算机测试系统组成,试验中摄像头置于试块采集面的正前方,用VIC-3D非接触式全场应变测量系统进行数字图像采集和处理。相比于之前使用数码相机进行拍照记录,VIC-3D测量摄像头分辨率、子区域大小、步长及拍摄速度均有较大提升。
4组桩的荷载-位移曲线如图5所示,在位移相同时,盘数越多,其承载力越大,其中,在相同位移条件下点cba分别为3盘、2盘、1盘桩对应的荷载取值点。点e、点d和点a具有相同的荷载,但其所对应的位移不同,说明荷载相同时,盘数量越多,扩盘桩位移越小。
当位移达到10 mm时,Z1、Z2和Z3号桩的承载力分别为0.542、0.715和0.889 kN,其中,Z2较Z3提高了24.34%,Z1较Z2提高了31.92%,表明随着盘数量的增加,桩的承载力也在增大,但是三盘相对两盘的承载力没有两盘相对于单盘的承载力提升的多。
由此可知,在相同位移条件下,随着盘数量的增加,桩的承载力逐渐增大;在相同荷载条件下,随着盘数量的增加,桩身位移逐渐减小。
图6所示,对Z1桩施加竖向荷载时,扩盘桩周边土体将形成3个典型区域,分别为盘上临空区、盘下压缩区和桩端压缩区。其中,盘上临空区为盘上表面与土分离所形成的区域;盘下压缩区为盘下表面土体受压产生变形影响的区域;桩端压缩区为桩底部下方土体受压产生变形影响的区域。
Z1号桩受竖向荷载而下降0.2、3、6及9 mm时,其桩周土体变化情况如图6所示,分别记为Z1-0.2、Z1-3、Z1-6、Z1-9,其后数值代表位移值。随着位移的增加,桩周土的压缩范围也在不断增大。
钱永梅等[19]通过对扩盘桩桩周土体极限破坏机理的理论分析及试验研究,证明盘下土体的破坏形式为滑移破坏。以往单桩承载力计算只是单纯地将桩端阻力和桩侧摩阻力叠加计算,但研究理论确定了扩盘桩的盘下土体极限承载力,因此单盘桩的承载力明显要优于直桩。
在相同位移(9 mm)条件下,盘数量不同时,盘下压缩区在图7中用曲线圈出,范围越大代表盘对土体的影响范围越大,Z1到Z3的受压范围依次增大。
单盘桩比直桩的承载能力高,其原因是单盘桩利用承力盘来增加端承力。多盘桩的受力情况较为复杂,在文献[20]有较为详细的阐述,当盘间距比较大时,多盘桩的承载力就是桩侧阻力、桩端阻力及盘下土体承载力的总和;当盘间距比较小时,下盘对上盘的盘下土体会有影响,多盘桩的承载力影响因素较多,针对盘间距较小的多盘桩的承载力还要做深入研究。
夏红兵等[21]认为当多盘桩的盘间距过小和盘数量过多时,土体会贯通剪切破坏,这使得桩的竖向承载力降低,当多盘桩的盘间距过大和盘体数量过少时,均不能充分发挥扩盘桩的承力优势,而导致桩基承载力降低。因此盘数量应该控制在合理范围。
利用DIC设备提取不同位置土体的位移数据,分析了桩周土体在荷载作用下的位移分布规律[22]。以承力盘中线为基准线,提取坐标点处承力盘周围土体位移变化情况,坐标点如图8所示,其中,横轴轴号由下到上分别为A~Y,纵轴轴号由右至左依次为0~13。具体的坐标点规则为字母和数字的组合为点坐标,例如,G4点表示第G行和第4列中的数据点,Z1、Z2、Z3桩点位图的划分方式相同。
4轴不同埋深处的土体水平位移如图9所示,W4、V4为Z3上盘下方的点,O4、N4为Z3中盘下方的点,G4、F4为Z3下盘下方的点,由图9可得,水平位移W4>V4>O4>N4>G4>F4,即Z3桩上盘盘下土体水平移动情况最显著。而4轴不同埋深处的土体竖向位移如图10所示,竖向位移W4>O4>V4>G4>N4>F4,即Z3上盘的盘下土体竖向位移变化最大。后续分析可取Z1、Z2、Z3桩的上盘进行承力盘盘数量不同对扩盘桩承载力影响的分析。
选取Z3上盘盘下3排点,其对应的土体水平位移如图11所示。图11(a)中W6点在0.4 kN后数据缺失,其原因是加载后期土体不断被挤压,斑点变形过大,导致系统无法识别,选取W轴上的点进行分析,荷载0.4 kN处土体水平位移:W4>W6>W8>W10>W12,图11(a)~图11(c)中,点位位移规律大体相似,W4、U4、S4点水平位移最大,W12、U12、S12点水平位移最小,W4、U4、S4为靠近主桩桩身的点,W12、U12、S12为远离主桩桩身的点,因此盘下土体的水平位移与土体距桩身的水平距离有关。选取靠近桩身的4轴上的点位进行分析,得到水平位移W4>U4>S4,W4更靠近承力盘,U4次之,S4离承力盘最远,即越靠近桩身盘下土体的水平位移变化越明显。因此盘下土体的水平位移与土体距承力盘的竖直距离有关,越靠近承力盘盘下土体的水平位移变化越明显。
选取Z3上盘盘下3排点,其对应的土体竖向位移如图12所示。选取W轴上的点进行分析,荷载0.4 kN处土体竖向位移:W4>W6>W8>W10>W12,图12(a)~图12(c)中,点位位移规律大体相似,W4、U4、S4点竖向位移最大,W12、U12、S12点竖向位移最小,W4、U4、S4为靠近主桩桩身的点,W12、U12、S12为远离主桩桩身的点,因此盘下土体的竖向位移与土体距桩身的水平距离有关。选取靠近桩身的4轴上的点位进行分析,得到竖向位移W4>U4>S4,W4更靠近承力盘,U4次之,S4离承力盘最远,即越靠近桩身盘下土体的竖向位移变化越明显。因此盘下土体的竖向位移与土体距承力盘的竖直距离有关,越靠近承力盘盘下土体的竖向位移变化越明显。
通过分析可知,Z3盘桩上盘的盘下土体位移变化最明显,因此取Z1、Z2、Z3上部承力盘分析不同盘数量的桩的承载力大小。
依据点位距承力盘的竖直距离以及距桩身水平距离大小可以确定点位位移变形过大的点是W4点,W4点由于距离盘下较近,受压后土体变形过大,数据缺失太严重,则取V4、V5点进行分析。V4点水平位移变化情况如图13(a)所示,F=0.16 kN及F=0.2 kN时,土体水平位移V4-Z1>V4-Z2>V4-Z3,但Z3桩较Z2桩的承载力提升相较于Z2桩较Z1桩的承载力提升小,说明随着盘数量的增加对扩盘桩承载力的提升效果放缓。F=0.3 kN时三者的水平位移大小接近,F=0.3~0.5 kN的范围内,Z3桩的水平位移最小,Z1、Z2桩的盘下土体水平位移相近且比Z3桩的水平位移大,说明承受相同荷载情况下Z3桩的水平位移变化小,Z3的承载能力较其他两桩的承载力好。图13(b)图13(a)的规律相似,佐证图13(a)的结果。
V4点竖向位移变化情况如图14(a)所示,0.16 kN及0.2 kN时,土体水平位移V4-Z1>V4-Z2>V4-Z3,说明随着盘数量的增加,扩盘桩承载力随之提升。0.2~0.5 kN的范围内,Z3桩的竖向位移最小,Z1、Z2桩的盘下土体竖向位移相近且比Z3桩的竖向位移大,图14(b)图14(a)的规律相似。
通过模型桩竖向加载试验,分析了承力盘数量对桩的承载能力的影响,并探讨了桩周土的破坏状态和影响范围,在此基础上利用DIC设备得到承力盘数量对桩周土的影响范围内的位移规律。
(1)相同位移时,三盘桩的承载力较单盘桩和两盘桩的承载力大,相同荷载时,两盘桩和单盘桩的位移变化大小接近,三盘桩的位移变化较其他两桩小,即承载力随盘数量增加而增大。
(2)三盘桩的上盘桩周土体位移变化最明显。
(3)扩盘桩的桩周土体越靠近承力盘,其位移变化越明显,离主桩径越远,其位移变化越小。
