Henan Province has abundant geothermal resources, with the northern and central regions having undergone extensive exploration and large-scale development. However, the southern region of Henan has been subject to limited exploration efforts, resulting in a scarcity of drilling data. Consequently, research on its structural characteristics, stratigraphic distribution, geothermal geological characteristics and resource potential is relatively underdeveloped. This knowledge gap poses challenges in meeting the demands for industrialization and large-scale development. Based on regional geological characteristics and two-dimensional seismic interpretation results, the research on geothermal geological characteristics, resource evaluation and favorable area prediction in Zhumadian area were carried out on the basis of previous studies. The results show that Zhumadian structure is located in five secondary structural units: Wuyang Depression, Zhumadian-Huaibin Depression, Pingyu Uplift and Changshan uplift in the southwest of Zhoukou Depression and Biyang Depression in the east of Nanxiang Basin. In Zhumadian area, the geothermal geological conditions are poor in Zhengyang and Chishan, which are located in the uplift area of Changshan Mountain. There are three sets of stratified heat reservoirs in Neogene, Paleogene sandstone and Cambrian-Ordovician carbonate rocks in this area, and the total static resources are about 115×1015 kJ. It is predicted that Biyang County urban area, Xincai County urban area and the west of Yicheng District are the most favorable areas for geothermal resources development, with moderate depth of heat storage, large water inflow and high temperature.

河南省地热资源丰富,豫北、豫中地区地热资源勘探程度较高,目前已实现大规模开发利用,但豫南地区地热资源勘探程度较低,钻探资料有限,针对其构造特征、地层分布、地热地质特征和资源潜力研究程度相对薄弱,尚难满足产业化、规模化开发需要。基于区域地质特征,结合二维地震解释成果,在前人研究基础上,开展了驻马店地区地热地质特征研究、资源评价和有利区预测。研究表明,驻马店构造位于周口坳陷西南部的舞阳凹陷、驻马店—淮滨凹陷、平舆凸起和长山隆起区、南襄盆地东部的泌阳凹陷5个二级构造单元;驻马店地区除正阳、确山位于长山隆起区地热地质条件较差外,其余地区均具有较好的地热资源开发条件;该区发育有新近系、古近系砂岩热储和寒武-奥陶系碳酸盐岩3套层状热储,总静态资源量约为115×1015 kJ。预测泌阳县城区、新蔡县城区和驿城区西部热储埋深适中、涌水量大、温度较高,为最具地热资源开发有利区。

河南省地热资源丰富,豫北、豫中地区地热资源勘探程度较高,目前已实现大规模开发利用,但豫南地区地热资源勘探程度较低,钻探资料有限,针对其构造特征、地层分布、地热地质特征和资源潜力研究程度相对薄弱,尚难满足产业化、规模化开发需要。基于区域地质特征,结合二维地震解释成果,在前人研究基础上,开展了驻马店地区地热地质特征研究、资源评价和有利区预测。研究表明,驻马店构造位于周口坳陷西南部的舞阳凹陷、驻马店—淮滨凹陷、平舆凸起和长山隆起区、南襄盆地东部的泌阳凹陷5个二级构造单元;驻马店地区除正阳、确山位于长山隆起区地热地质条件较差外,其余地区均具有较好的地热资源开发条件;该区发育有新近系、古近系砂岩热储和寒武-奥陶系碳酸盐岩3套层状热储,总静态资源量约为115×1015 kJ。预测泌阳县城区、新蔡县城区和驿城区西部热储埋深适中、涌水量大、温度较高,为最具地热资源开发有利区。

Henan Province has abundant geothermal resources, with the northern and central regions having undergone extensive exploration and large-scale development. However, the southern region of Henan has been subject to limited exploration efforts, resulting in a scarcity of drilling data. Consequently, research on its structural characteristics, stratigraphic distribution, geothermal geological characteristics and resource potential is relatively underdeveloped. This knowledge gap poses challenges in meeting the demands for industrialization and large-scale development. Based on regional geological characteristics and two-dimensional seismic interpretation results, the research on geothermal geological characteristics, resource evaluation and favorable area prediction in Zhumadian area were carried out on the basis of previous studies. The results show that Zhumadian structure is located in five secondary structural units: Wuyang Depression, Zhumadian-Huaibin Depression, Pingyu Uplift and Changshan uplift in the southwest of Zhoukou Depression and Biyang Depression in the east of Nanxiang Basin. In Zhumadian area, the geothermal geological conditions are poor in Zhengyang and Chishan, which are located in the uplift area of Changshan Mountain. There are three sets of stratified heat reservoirs in Neogene, Paleogene sandstone and Cambrian-Ordovician carbonate rocks in this area, and the total static resources are about 115×1015 kJ. It is predicted that Biyang County urban area, Xincai County urban area and the west of Yicheng District are the most favorable areas for geothermal resources development, with moderate depth of heat storage, large water inflow and high temperature.

中国为实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标,亟须低碳、清洁、多元的现代能源体系,如风能、太阳能、地热能等,其中,地热能因具有高发电利用率而受到广泛关注[1-2]。地热资源按照热储的温度和埋深分为浅层地热能、水热型地热能和干热岩3种[3],其中,水热型地热能作为目前主要的可利用资源,在地热供暖、减排降碳方面越来越受到关注[4-6]
河南省地热资源丰富,并且利用较早,但主要以洗浴、康养等为目的温泉开发为主,至20世纪90年代末,基本未开展区域性地热资源勘查工作[7]。20世纪初,地热能作为“绿色能源”受到广泛的重视,河南省开展了一系列以区域性及以重点城市为主的地热地质勘查工作,但主要以热储条件较好、分布稳定的新近系砂岩热储为勘查目标,未能形成全面的、系统的摸底排查,并且勘查精度低,并没有改变地热资源储量不明的状态,在找热方向、找热效果方面尚未有重大突破[8-9]
2010年以来河南省财政共安排地热地质调查项目超过20多项,对中深层地热资源的分布规律和赋存条件以及产水量有了进一步的了解,基本查明了河南省地热资源情况,估算全省新近系地热资源量830×1015 kJ,古近系地热资源量1 500×1015 kJ,地热可采流体量为9.15×108 m3/a。在经济条件较好的豫北、豫中地区如郑州、开封、商丘等城市,地热资源勘查、开发程度目前已相对较高(已采量与可采量比值大于0.73),但在豫南地区如周口、驻马店、南阳等低开采区(已采量与可采量比值小于0.05),地热资源勘查程度相对较低,研究工作表现为面多点少,资源情况仍不明确,尤其在城区供暖需求迫切地区,针对热储层的评价更少,难满足产业化、规模化开发的需要[10-12]
现基于驻马店地区的区域地质特征,在大量收集南华北盆地和泌阳凹陷油区的二维、三维地震资料、油气井数据(钻井、测井、录井等)的基础上,结合地勘井资料和现有地热井钻探开发成果,对驻马店市全区开展中深层地热资源潜力评价,系统论述影响该区热储成因的地热地质背景、热储特征、地温场特征、水化学性质等地热地质条件,评价了全区地热资源开发潜力,指出地热资源潜在有利区,为该区中深层地热资源开发提供地质依据。
驻马店市辖1区9县,面积15 000 km2,西部被伏牛山东南延和桐柏山西延余脉分隔,横跨南阳盆地东缘和淮北平原。构造位置主体位于南华北盆地周口坳陷的舞阳凹陷、平舆—太和凸起、驻马店—淮滨凹陷和豫西—长山隆起、南襄盆地东部的泌阳凹陷[13-15]。其中确山、正阳位于豫西—长山隆起区,基岩出露盖层不发育导致地热资源形成条件受限,而其他地区地热资源开发潜力较大。其中驿城区(中西部)位于板桥凹陷,西平、上蔡县位于舞阳凹陷,遂平(西)、平舆、新蔡位于平舆—太和凸起,汝南、遂平(东)及驿城区(东部)位于驻马店—淮滨凹陷,泌阳县则位于泌阳凹陷东北部,均发育沉积盆地型地热资源(图1)。
区域性的深大断裂不仅控制构造格局及沉积演化,也是主要的控热断裂[16]。影响驻马店地区的深大断裂主要有NW走向的驻马店—息县断裂、舞阳断裂,NE走向的泌阳—栗园断裂、临泉断裂。其中,驻马店—息县断裂是驻马店—淮滨凹陷的西南和平舆凸起西北部边界断层,属区域活动性断裂,该断裂全长120 km,断距大于1 000 m,断裂下盘为浅山丘陵、山前岗地或隐伏岗地,上盘自燕山运动以来一直处于长期沉降状态,新生界厚度多在1 000~2 000 m,为驻马店—淮滨凹陷地热资源的形成与赋存提供了极为有利的条件[17-18][图2(a)中A'-A剖面]。舞阳断裂为舞阳凹陷南部边界断层,与平舆凸起相接,由叶县田庄以东、舞阳辛店、西平谭店向南东延展,倾向北东,该断裂全长90 km,倾角65°~80°,断距300~1 500 m[19],为区域继承性活动断裂,形成时间较早,控制着中新生代以来的构造及沉积[图2(b)中B'-B'剖面]。临泉断裂为临泉凹陷北界,全长80 km,为犁式滑脱正断层,控制临泉凹陷发展的主要断层,其形成时间较晚,喜山期活动强烈,断层上延至新近系,主要控制新生代构造及沉积,控水作用不明显[图2(c)中C'-C剖面]。泌阳—栗园断裂是泌阳凹陷东缘边界基底大断裂,属区域活动性断裂,该断裂走向由南段的北北东向转为北段的北东东向,倾向北西,延伸长度31 km,最大断距8 km以上,断层倾角上缓下陡,平面上呈弧形延伸,泌阳城区临近栗园—泌阳断层的北部,地热资源受该断裂控制作用明显[20-21][图2(d)中D'-D剖面]。
驻马店中东部地区主体位于淮河平原,西部泌阳县紧邻南阳盆地东侧,该区主要发育地层从上到下有第四系、上第三系、下第三系、白垩-侏罗系、古石炭-二叠系、寒武-奥陶系、元古界、太古界。驻马店地区主要发育两种类型热储:一是新生界砂岩孔隙型热储,二是寒武-奥陶系碳酸盐岩热储(图2)。
表1可知,驻马店地区地热井钻探较多,主要集中在上蔡县城区,其他如新蔡、汝南、驿城区、遂平、泌阳城区也有少量地热井钻探,但多以新生界砂岩热储为勘探目标,只有WT1井在舞阳凹陷内揭露寒武-奥陶系热储,显示涌水量较大、温度较高[19]。通过收集该区已有地质、钻井资料,初步查明地热地质特征,热储类型分为砂岩孔隙型层状热储和碳酸盐岩岩溶热储两种类型,其中砂岩孔隙型层状热储包括新近系和古近系两套热储[22-26]
新近系砂岩层状热储分布范围较广,呈毯式覆盖分布于各凹陷、凸起之上,沉积中心位于周口地区,地层厚度超过2 000 m。驻马店地区残余地层厚度介于0~1 800 m,自北东向南西逐渐减薄。构造分析结果显示上蔡西北部埋深最大,超过1 800 m,西平、平舆东北部埋深也超过1 300 m。从各区县城区来看,西平、上蔡、平舆、新蔡城区新近系底界埋深介于900~1 100 m,汝南县城区埋深700~750 m,其他区县城区埋深均小于500 m或地层缺失(图3)。该区有多口井(上蔡地区地热井、汝热1、新热1、平热1井)钻遇该套热储,岩性为细砂、中砂、中粗砂岩,底部发育一套厚层砾岩,热储层厚80~150 m,单砂层最厚可达25 m,平均10 m左右,孔隙度15%~30%。
该套热储出水温度38~45 ℃,涌水量30~95.9 m3/h(新热1井),为优质低温温水、温热水砂岩热储。
古近系砂岩层状热储主要受新生代构造格架控制,驻马店地区古近系地层主要分布在舞阳、驻马店—淮滨、临泉、板桥和泌阳等各次凹内(图1)。该套热储残余地层厚度0~2 000 m,其中驿城区西部、汝南县区及泌阳凹陷南部地厚度均超过2 000 m,遂平地区地层厚度接近500 m,其他地区如西平、上蔡、新蔡地层厚度则小于200 m,而在确山、平舆、正阳地区该套地层缺失(图4)。综合构造分析表明驿城区埋深最大,超过2 500 m,次为汝南县城区埋深也接近2 000 m,泌阳城区南部埋深也超过1 900 m,除确山、正阳及遂平县西部埋深较浅或地层缺失外,其他县城区埋深均在1 000~1 800 m。从钻遇该套热储较厚的驻热1井、上热1井、遂热1井、假日广场温泉井看,热储平面和纵向上岩性变化较大,其中板桥凹陷的驿城区和泌阳凹陷泌阳县城区因靠近物源,热储岩性以中厚层细砂岩、中砂岩为主,而遂平、汝南等地区则为远源薄层粉细砂岩为主,热储厚度小于100 m。统计表明,该套热储层厚度50~350 m,其中驿城区西部热储厚度超过350 m,泌阳、汝南地区热储厚度也超过150 m,遂平地区该套热储层厚近100 m,而平舆凸起上如西平、上蔡、新蔡热储厚度普遍小于50 m。古近系热储层单砂层厚度1.5~19 m,平均4 m左右,孔隙度15%~25%。该套热储出水温度43~60 ℃,涌水量14~60 m3/h,为低温温热水砂岩热储。
驻马店地区寒武-奥陶系热储主要分布在舞阳凹陷南部、驻马店—淮滨及临泉凹陷内,其中驻马店中南部地区残余地层厚度最大,如新蔡地区厚度超过1 000 m,驻马店北部西平地区地层厚度介于0~600 m,并且自北向南逐渐减薄,驿城区、遂平、汝南、新蔡、正阳地区该套地层残余大于800 m,其他地区如西平南部、上蔡、平舆、确山和泌阳城区该套热储缺失(图5)。综合构造分析认为驿城区东部埋深最大,超过3 500 m,其次为新蔡县城区,埋深超过3 300 m,汝南县城区西部埋深也超过2 800 m,西平城区北部埋深1 600 m,但厚度不足200 m,正阳城区埋深则小于500 m。从钻遇该套热储较厚的WT1井、皖亳地1井看,热储岩性以白云质灰岩、灰岩为主,由于该套热储经历多期抬升剥蚀事件,遭受了广泛而强烈的剥蚀,受风化淋滤和溶蚀作用影响,碳酸盐岩中产生了大量溶蚀孔缝,具有较好的热储形成条件[19]。该套热储平均孔隙度1.21%~2.79%,出水温度超过80 ℃,涌为量60~75 m3/h,为低温热水碳酸盐岩岩溶热储。
地温梯度变化与活动性深大断裂以及基岩埋深有关,断裂带附近或基岩埋深较浅的负向构造地温梯度相对较高,反之则呈现低地温梯度。驻马店地区位于华北准地台南缘,以栾川—确山—固始深大断裂为界与秦岭褶皱系相邻,该区发育大量北西向深大断裂,并且断裂具有规模大、切割深、活动时期长等特征。区域地温梯度研究表明,该区地温梯度介于2.0~2.5 ℃/100 m[27],但大量钻井证实,该区地温梯度介于2.8~3.3 ℃/100 m,明显高于该区域背景值(表1)。甚至在汝南、遂平等深大断裂发育区,局部地温梯度超过3.8 ℃/100 m。驻马店中东部地区新近系、古近系地温梯度一般介于3.1~3.3 ℃/100 m。
驻马店西南部地区如泌阳凹陷地温梯度介于2.8~4.0 ℃/100 m,并且地温场与凹陷正向构造具有一致性特征,地温梯度整体随着埋深增大而逐渐减小,平面上呈现由北向南减小的趋势[21]。从泌阳县城区实钻地热井假日广场温泉井来看,其古近系地温梯度为2.8 ℃/100 m,明显低于油区区域背景值,推测可能与靠近豫西长山隆起区有关。
共收集水样7组,其中新近系水样3组,古近系水样2组,寒武-奥陶系水样1组,另外还收集到地表径流水样1组。根据水化学组分测试结果(表2),驻马店地区均为弱碱性水,其中新近系水化学类型为HCO3-Na型,主要阳离子是Na+,平均含量183.5~342.3 mg/L,主要阴离子是 HCO 3 -,平均含量292.6~544.7 mg/L,溶解性总固体(TDS)含量为540.5~639.1 mg/L,与地表浅层水基本相同,属于淡水;古近系水化学类型为SO4-Na型,主要阳离子是Na+,平均含量955.2 mg/L,主要阴离子是 SO 4 2 -,平均含量1 840 mg/L,TDS含量为3 328.9 mg/L,属于微咸水;上热1井水样表现为新近系和古近系混合水样特征,其水样化学组分界于两者之间;寒武-奥陶系水化学类型为SO4-Na、Cl·SO4-Na型,TDS含量为3 980~6 541 mg/L,属于咸水。
根据遂热1井、汝热1井、上热1井、平热1井和浅层地层水的地热流体同位素δ2D、δ18O测试分析,遂平、汝南和上蔡、平舆、新蔡地热流体均来源于大气降水[22,28]14C地热流体年龄测定表明,驻马店地区新生界地层水形成龄26~44 ka,属次现代水,并且距伏牛山区补给区越远,其地热水形成年龄越大,说明侧向径流是主要天然补给方式[29]
驻马店地区以确山—固始深大断裂为边界,向西、南、东、北为无限开放的含水系统。其补给来源主要是北西走向伏牛山东西两侧山前地带,主要自然排泄方式是向东、向西的径流排泄[18]
驻马店地区主要发育新近系砂岩、古近系砂岩和寒武-奥陶系碳酸盐岩三套层状热储,其中驿城区、新蔡县、汝南县、遂平县、西平县城区三套热储均有发育,上蔡县城区则发育新近系和古近系砂岩两套砂岩热储,平舆县城区和泌阳县城区分别只发育新近系热储和古近系热储,其他县城区如确山、正阳县城区地热资源不发育。
在对驻马店区域地质背景和地热地质特征研究的基础上,按照地矿部1985年发布的《地热资源评价方法》(DZ40-85)规范中地热能储量计算方法和参数,采用热储法估算了驻马店地区地热静态资源量,其中分两类地热资源三套热储分别估算(表3)。
(1)新近系砂岩热储静态资源量。驻马店新近系砂岩热储分布面积4 200 km2,平均厚度120 m,平均埋深900 m,平均热水温度43 ℃,静态资源量为35.6×1015 kJ,折合标准煤12.1×108 t,水量1 260×108 m3。按可采系数20%计算,可采资源量7.1×1015 kJ,折合标准煤2.4×108 t。
(2)古近系砂岩热储静态资源量。驻马店古近系砂岩热储分布面积6 400 km2,平均厚度100 m,平均埋深1 400 m,平均热水温度56 ℃,静态资源量为62.0×1015 kJ,折合标准煤21.2×108 t,水量1 152×108 m3。按可采系数20%计算,可采资源量12.4×1015 kJ,折合标准煤4.2×108 t。
(3)寒武-奥陶系碳酸盐岩岩溶热储静态资源量。驻马店寒武-奥陶系碳酸盐岩岩溶热储分布面积550 km2,平均厚度200 m,平均埋深2 950 m,平均热水温度75 ℃,静态资源量为17.4×1015 kJ,折合标准煤5.9×108 t,水量22.0×108 m3。按可采系数20%计算,可采资源量3.5×1015 kJ,折合标准煤1.2×108 t。
驻马店地区地热资源量较大,总静态资源量约为 115×1015 kJ,折合标准煤 39×108 t,水量2 434×108 m3。可采资源量23×1015 kJ,折合标准煤7.8×108 t。
驻马店地区发育新近系、古近系砂岩和寒武-奥陶系碳酸盐岩岩3套层状热储。其中华北地区新近系砂岩层状热储,为区域含水层,热储物性条件较好,产水量大,其底界埋深决定了地层厚度和温度,因此有利区划分主要参考地层埋深;古近系砂岩热储主要受控于局部构造,其有利区划分主要考虑热储顶面埋深、岩性及地层厚度;寒武-奥陶系碳酸盐岩热储分布范围主要受控于沉积环境,有利区划分影响因素主要是厚度及埋深。这里以热储埋深、热储厚度、涌水量和出水温度为主要技术指标,兼顾储层物性、断裂展布、补给条件、热传递方式和热储规模等因素,结合该区实际地热地质特征,将驻马店地区按不同热储类型划分为Ⅰ类区、Ⅱ类区和Ⅲ类区(图6)。
(1)地热资源Ⅰ类区。砂岩热储底界埋深大于1 500 m,地层厚度大于1 000 m,平均水温大于60 ℃;碳酸盐岩热储埋深1 500~2 500 m,平均水温60~80 ℃,热储物性好,单井涌水量大于60 m3/h。Ⅰ类区主要分布在驻马店市东北部(新近系砂岩热储)、驿城区中西部地区(古近系砂岩热储),总面积约1 660 km2,其中驿城区中西部的古近系热储最具开发潜力。
(2)地热资源Ⅱ类区。砂岩热储底界埋深800~1 500 m,地层厚度500~1 000 m,平均水温40~60 ℃;碳酸盐岩热储埋深800~1 500 m或2 500~3 000 m,平均水温40~60 ℃或80~90 ℃。热储物性较好,单井涌水量大于30~60 m3/h。Ⅱ类区主要分布在驻马店市中东部地区(新近系砂岩热储)、泌阳城区中南部(古近系砂岩热储)和汝南东部及平舆南部(寒武-奥陶系碳酸盐岩岩溶热储),总面积约5 240 km2,其中西平、上蔡、汝南、平舆、新蔡、泌阳县城区均具地热开发条件,但泌阳县城区古近系、新蔡县城区新近系砂岩热储和汝南县城区碳酸盐岩热储最具开发潜力。
(3)地热资源Ⅲ类区。砂岩热储底界埋深500~800 m,地层厚度大于500 m,平均水温30~40 ℃;碳酸盐岩热储埋深500~800 m或大于3 000 m,平均水温40~60 ℃或大于90 ℃。热储物性一般,单井涌水量小于30 m3/h。Ⅲ类区主要分布在驻马店市中东部地区(古近系砂岩热储和寒武-奥陶系碳酸盐岩岩溶热储),总面积约4 420 km2,其中遂平、汝南、新蔡县城区古近系具有一定的地热开发前景。
(1)驻马店地区位于周口坳陷西南部的舞阳凹陷、驻马店—准滨凹陷、平舆凸起、长山隆起区和南襄盆地东部的泌阳凹陷5个二级构造单元。
(2)驻马店地区除正阳、确山县位于长山隆起区地热地质条件较差外,其余地区均具有一定的地热资源开发条件,该区发育新近系、古近系砂岩和寒武-奥陶系碳酸盐3套层状热储,总静态资源量约为115×1015 kJ,水量为2 434×108 m3
(3)依据热储埋深、热储厚度、涌水量为主要技术指标,综合评价驻马店市泌阳县城区和驿城区西部的古近系、新蔡县城区新近系和汝南县城区寒武-奥陶系碳酸盐岩热储为最有利地热资源开发目标区。
