In order to improve the security performance of civil aviation security personnel, the relationship between security personnel's hazard perception ability and security performance under different factors was explored. Based on the fuzzy signal detection theory(FSDT), the discriminability and judgment criterion were used as indicators to measure the hazard perception ability of security personnel. A mixed experimental design of 2 (experience: novice, veteran) ×2 (time pressure: no time limit, time limit) ×2 (probability of occurrence of contraband: high, low) was employed to examine the impact of experience, time pressure, and probability of contraband on the hazard perception ability of security personnel. The results indicate that experience and time pressure significantly impact security performance, while the main effect of contraband probability on security performance is not significant. Experience has a notable effect on fuzzy discriminability and fuzzy judgment criterion, with veterans demonstrating higher overall hazard perception ability than novices. Additionally, a time limit reduces the discriminating power of security personnel under low contraband probability but improves fuzzy judgment criterion standards under high contraband probability. Attaching importance to security skills training, setting reasonable search time and conveyor speed can effectively improve security personnel's hazard perception ability and ensure aviation safety.

为提高民航安检人员的安检绩效,探究不同因素下安检人员危险感知能力与安检绩效的关系。基于模糊信号检测论,以辨别力和判断标准作为衡量安检人员危险感知能力的指标,采用2(经验:新手、老手)×2(时间压力:无时间限制、有时间限制)×2(违禁品出现概率:高、低)混合实验设计,分析经验、时间压力、违禁品概率对安检人员危险感知能力的影响。结果表明:经验和时间限制对安检绩效有显著影响,而违禁品出现的概率对安检绩效的影响不显著;经验对安检人员的模糊辨别力和模糊判断标准均有显著影响,老手组危险感知能力的总体水平大于新手组;时间限制会降低安检人员的模糊辨别力和低违禁品概率下的模糊判断标准,但会提高高违禁品概率下的模糊判断标准。重视安检技能培训、设定合理搜索时间与传送带速度可有效提高安检人员的危险感知能力,保障航空安全。

为提高民航安检人员的安检绩效,探究不同因素下安检人员危险感知能力与安检绩效的关系。基于模糊信号检测论,以辨别力和判断标准作为衡量安检人员危险感知能力的指标,采用2(经验:新手、老手)×2(时间压力:无时间限制、有时间限制)×2(违禁品出现概率:高、低)混合实验设计,分析经验、时间压力、违禁品概率对安检人员危险感知能力的影响。结果表明:经验和时间限制对安检绩效有显著影响,而违禁品出现的概率对安检绩效的影响不显著;经验对安检人员的模糊辨别力和模糊判断标准均有显著影响,老手组危险感知能力的总体水平大于新手组;时间限制会降低安检人员的模糊辨别力和低违禁品概率下的模糊判断标准,但会提高高违禁品概率下的模糊判断标准。重视安检技能培训、设定合理搜索时间与传送带速度可有效提高安检人员的危险感知能力,保障航空安全。

In order to improve the security performance of civil aviation security personnel, the relationship between security personnel's hazard perception ability and security performance under different factors was explored. Based on the fuzzy signal detection theory(FSDT), the discriminability and judgment criterion were used as indicators to measure the hazard perception ability of security personnel. A mixed experimental design of 2 (experience: novice, veteran) ×2 (time pressure: no time limit, time limit) ×2 (probability of occurrence of contraband: high, low) was employed to examine the impact of experience, time pressure, and probability of contraband on the hazard perception ability of security personnel. The results indicate that experience and time pressure significantly impact security performance, while the main effect of contraband probability on security performance is not significant. Experience has a notable effect on fuzzy discriminability and fuzzy judgment criterion, with veterans demonstrating higher overall hazard perception ability than novices. Additionally, a time limit reduces the discriminating power of security personnel under low contraband probability but improves fuzzy judgment criterion standards under high contraband probability. Attaching importance to security skills training, setting reasonable search time and conveyor speed can effectively improve security personnel's hazard perception ability and ensure aviation safety.

近年来尽管中国航空安全形势总体较为平稳,但由于客流量的增加和违禁品种类的层出不穷,安检人员在长时间、高强度的违禁品检测工作中面临着巨大挑战,极易导致“错、忘、漏”等事件的发生,而这也正是安检人员危险感知能力降低的外在表现。研究表明,人—机系统中20%~90%的失误源自人为差错,其中70%~90%会直接或间接引发事故[1]。安检过程中的X光机判图环节是典型的人机交互系统,安检人员对违禁品的判断决策直接影响安检的效率和准确性,因此,提升安检人员的危险感知能力,对降低安检差错,保障航空安全有着重要意义。
近年来,学者对安检人员的搜索绩效的影响因素开展了深入研究。Wolfe等[2]通过行李安检影像研究了在违禁品出现概率分别为50%、10%和1%的情况下的安检绩效的变化,发现违禁品出现概率越高,安检人员的漏报率越低。Rieger等[3]分析了安检人员在不同时间压力下搜索绩效和反应时间之间的差异,结果表明,低时间压力下的安检搜索绩效更高,而高时间压力下搜索绩效降低但被试的反应速度会提高。刘畅等[4]通过模拟安检作业中的环境噪声探究语音的噪声环境对安检绩效影响,发现不同语言可懂度的噪声环境对安检时间有显著影响。除了上述客观因素外,也有学者剖析安检人员的自身因素。舒晓苓等[5]研究发现,不同时间压力下五类人格特征对视觉搜索安检绩效有不同影响:较高和较低时间压力下,严谨性人格经过策略调整后绩效较好,开放性人格在中等时间压力下绩效最好。靳慧斌等[6]通过比较新老安检人员在安检模拟实验中眼动数据的差异,认为有经验的安检人员倾向于系统搜索,而新手安检员倾向于随机搜索。
危险感知能力是指个体对危险信息的感知和相应的响应行为能力[7]。对于安检人员而言,则主要表现为安检人员对违禁品图片的判读能力,即安检人员面对X光机呈现的违禁品的图片,根据以往经验,评估其为违禁品的可能性,最后决定是否采取措施。众多学者以反应时间作为测量指标,对驾驶员的道路危险感知能力开展了深入研究,如通过视频剪辑模拟真实情景让被试进行危险感知任务,发现有经验的驾驶员的危险感知能力要优于新手驾驶员[8-9]。吴初娜等[10]从道路危险特征、驾驶员的年龄、性格、性别等因素分析了驾驶员的危险感知能力。乔洁等[11]从驾驶风格、交通环境、驾驶状态等因素分析了危险感知能力的影响。王辛岩等[12]基于有序Logistic回归分析方法分析了交通情境、性别、驾驶里程以及驾驶人特征及其经历等因素对驾驶员危险感知能力的影响。Salmon等[13]在比较不同道路交通方式中被试的状况意识时,利用危险信息口头描述以评估情况合理性及口头描述的准确性反映危险感知能力。Wallis等[14]通过分析新老手司机的敏感性和反应偏差以分析他们的危险感知能力,发现未经培训的新手组在愿意将情况归类为危险之前具有更高的风险阈值。
信号检测论(signal detection theory,SDT) 是一种以概率为基础的理论,广泛应用于量化评估测试对象的反应倾向,如临床诊断评估[15]、行为实验分析[16]和视听觉感知研究[17]等领域。结合安检实际情况,基于模糊数学修订SDT,即以模糊辨别力和模糊判断标准作为衡量安检人员危险感知能力的指标,并构建安检人员的危险感知能力评估模型,为客观评估安检人员人因可靠性提供新的思路,同时分析各因素对安检人员危险感知能力的影响程度,以提高他们对违禁品的敏感性,降低错漏检行为的发生。
安检人员在识别违禁品时,将违禁品作为信号,将影响因素和干扰物视为噪声。在SDT的框架下,场景可能存在的两种状态以及安检人员可能做出的两种响应,共同构成4种可能的结果类型如表1所示。安检人员能够正确判断出违禁品,此判断便被视为“击中”,标志其准确识别了潜在风险。
传统的SDT是基于二分法思想,即安检人员识别违禁品过程中只能将物品判断为危险或安全。然而,由于违禁品的遮挡伪装,安检人员判断该物品是否危险的界限并不清晰,且安检人员在对违禁品的判断时也具有模糊加工偏好,因此采用传统的SDT来分析安检人员的危险识别能力会产生误差[18]。因此,以模糊数反映安检人员识别违禁品情况,修订SDT,从而形成模糊信号检测理论(fuzzy signal detection theory,FSDT)[19]。具体分析过程如下。
(1)模糊评价集合的确定。结合安检工作实际情况,选用5个语言评价级对违禁品出现的可疑程度进行评估, 即安检人员识别违禁品的隶属度评语集为{低,比较低,中等,比较高,高}。其中,评语集合为低,比较低、高和比较高4个集合选用梯形模糊数,以反映安检人员辨识违禁品属于该区间的可能性;评语集合为中等的集合选用三角模糊数,用来反映安检人员辨识该物品是否为违禁品的界限。根据梯形模糊数和三角模糊数的定义,用模糊标度法对以上集合进行变换,得到相应模糊集合如表2所示,三角模糊函数和梯形模糊函数可描述为图1
(2)安检人员的违禁品识别结果表示。根据Parasuraman等[20]提出的方法,结合表1,将信号值s和是否采取措施的数值r的取值通过函数映射到[0,1]上,可表示为

式(1)中:HFAMCR分别为击中、虚惊、漏报和正确拒绝的模糊函数值;s为安检人员判断物品为违禁品的可能性值,取值为[0,1];r为安检人员采取措施的可能性值,取值为{0,0.5,1},其中0代表不采取措施,0.5代表不知道是否采取措施,1代表采取措施。
(3)安检人员的危险感知能力表示。危险感知能力的个体差异既表现在安检人员对违禁品的敏感性,也表现在安检人员对疑似违禁品的识别阈值,因此以辨别力和判断标准作为衡量安检人员危险感知能力的指标。所谓辨别力,是指个体区分真实信息和错误信息的能力,反映了安检人员危险感知能力中区分违禁品的水平的高低。根据FSDT对敏感度的修订[21],利用正态分布曲线对称特性和正态分布函数的定义,得出安检人员的模糊辨别力d'

式中:P(H)为击中率;P(FA)为虚报率;Φ-1[P(H)]和Φ-1[P(FA)]分别为击中率和虚报率的反函数;Hi为被试第i组实验时对应的击中模糊函数值;Si为被试第i组实验场景下判断物品为违禁品的可能性值,取值为[0,1];FAi为被试第i组实验时对应的虚惊模糊函数值。
判断标准是指个体在判断信息时将信息识别为真或为假的倾向,反映安检人员危险识别能力的阈值,超过该阈值安检人员就会采取措施。同理,根据FSDT对判断标准的定义,利用击中率、虚惊率、正确拒绝率和漏报4种反应概率的PZO转换来获得被试判别标准对应于信号分布和噪声分布上的纵轴长度,从而得出安检人员的模糊判断标准β的计算公式为

式(4)中:Y(H)、Y(FA)分别为击中率与虚报率在标准正态分布上所对应的纵坐标值。
招募12名具有四级及以上安检资格证书,且工作时间在一年以上的民用机场在职安检人员组成老手组;招募12名在校大学生和研究生组成新手组。新手组经过简单的判读培训,无操机经验。所有被试身体健康,无色盲色弱,视力、听力均正常。
以PPT方式展示给被试4组X光机成像图片。每组有30张不同的X光机图像图片,其中,第1组和第3组随机出现15张有违禁品的图片,15张空包图片;第2组和第4组随机出现6张含违禁品图片,24张空包图片。要求包含有违禁品的图片中,违禁品只包含一个,图2(a)为包含违禁品的图片示例,图2(b)为未包含违禁品的空包图片示例。
采用2(被试经验水平:高、低)×2(违禁品出现概率:20%、50%)×2(时间限制:有、无)的混合设计。其中,经验水平为组间变量,违禁品出现概率、有无时间限制为组内变量。无时间限制下,被试有足够的时间对每张图片进行判定;有时间限制下,将每张图片的判定时间设定为5 s,每组30张图片要求在2 min 30 s内,对于到了时间未搜索的图片按漏报处理。违禁品存在概率的高低会影响安检人员的判断倾向[3],因此再根据安检人员的工作特点,实验设定50%和20%两个先验概率。结合两种概率以及时间限制,将实验分为无时间限制高概率、无时间限制低概率、有时间限制高概率以及有时间限制低概率4种处理过程,要求被试依次完成。
正式实验开始前首先向被试呈现指导语,说明实验程序,进行练习指导,然后进入正式实验。实验开始后,通过PPT方式依次向被试展示30张X光成像图片,被试逐一判读图片,之后根据前面的FSDT打分规则,对可能包含违禁品的图片进行评分,即为所辨识的违禁品的危险度s打分;是否采取措施r打分。实验共分4组,被试每完成一组实验可休息2 min。
以经验水平、违禁品出现概率、时间限制为自变量,以击中率为因变量,进行三因素有交互作用方差分析,结果如图3所示。结果表明:时间限制的主效应显著(检验统计量F=46.55,P<0.000 1,效应量 η p 2=0.29),无时间限制下被试的击中率(M=0.66,SD=0.17)显著大于有时间限制下被试的击中率(M=0.51,SD=0.17);经验主效应显著(F=22.36,P=0.000 6, η p 2=0.40),老手组的击中率(M=0.68,SD=0.17)显著大于新手组的击中率(M=0.49,SD=0.15);违禁品出现概率的主效应不显著(F=0.45,P=0.515 3, η p 2=0.003);时间限制与违禁品概率交互作用显著(F=41.41,P<0.000 1, η p 2=0.31),其余交互作用不显著;进一步进行Bonferroni事后检验,结果表明:老手组违禁品概率为50%条件下,无时间限制时的击中率显著大于有时间限制下的击中率(无时间限制下的均值Mntime=0.83,有时间限制下的均值Mltime=0.50,无时间限制下的标准差SDntime=0.09,有时间限制下的标准差SDltime=0.16, t=8.07,P<0.000 1);违禁品概率为20%时两组击中率无显著差异(Mntime=0.68, Mltime=0.70,SDntime=0.15, SDltime=0.10, t=0.34, P>0.999 9);新手组违禁品概率为50%的条件下,无时间限制时击中率显著大于有时间限制下的击中率(Mntime=0.63, Mltime=0.35, SDntime=0.06, SDltime=0.15, t=6.91, P<0.000 1),同样违禁品概率为20%时的两组击中率无显著差异(Mntime=0.49, Mltime=0.69, SDntime=0.15, SDltime=0.10, t=0.07, P>0.999 9)。
研究结果发现,经验和时间限制对安检绩效有显著影响,违禁品概率对搜索绩效的影响主效应不显著;在违禁品概率为20%时,有无时间限制对新老手击中率的影响均不显著,时间限制在较高违禁品概率情况下对安检人员的击中率有较大影响。
以经验水平、违禁品出现概率、时间限制为自变量,以虚报率为因变量,进行三因素有交互作用方差分析,结果如图4所示。结果表明:经验的主效应显著(F=161.5,P<0.000 1, η p 2=0.77),新手组的虚报率(M=0.35,SD=0.88)显著大于老手组的虚报率(M=0.08,SD=0.69);时间限制的主效应不显著(F=0.006 3,P=0.938 0, η p 2=0.005);违禁品出现概率的主效应不显著(F=0.61,P=0.450 4, η p 2=0.017);时间限制与违禁品概率交互作用显著(F=10.81,P=0.007 2, η p 2=0.070);其余交互作用不显著;进一步Bonferroni事后检验发现,在无时间限制条件下,新手组在违禁品概率为50%的虚报率显著大于违禁品概率为20%的虚报率(违禁品概率为50%下的均值M50%=0.41,违禁品概率为20%下的均值M20%=0.33,违禁品概率为50%下的标准差SD50%=0.09,违禁品概率为20%下的标准差SD20%=0.08,t=3.369,P=0.033 2),而老手组无显著差异(M50%=0.09,M20%=0.06,SD50%=0.08,SD20%=0.05,t=1.656,P>0.999 9)。
从虚报率的表现分析结果(图4)可以看出,新老手之间则存在较大差异,由于老手有更多的实践经验,能够更好地识别真正的违禁品和无害物品,从而减少错误报警的发生,而新手由于缺乏经验,可能会对可疑物品过度敏感,导致更多的虚报。
受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic, ROC)能够显示在不同分类阈值下的模型表现。引入ROC曲线来对新手组和老手组的两类安检人员的危险感知能力进行有效性评估。ROC曲线下方的面积大小(area under curve,AUC)表示可辨别的程度或测度。AUC值越高,区别信号有无的能力越高,即安检人员的危险感知能力越高。图5描述在无时间限制下和有时间限制下的新老手ROC曲线。
分析新老手的ROC曲线并计算AUC值,在无时间限制下老手的AUC值高于新手(AUCold=0.83,AUCnew=0.62);在有时间限制下老手的AUC值也高于新手(AUCold=0.77,AUCnew=0.54),老手的AUC值均高于新手,AUC两种状态下差值分别为0.21和0.23,老手相较于新手有较高识别违禁品的能力。无论有无时间限制,老手的AUC值均大于0.7,老手识别违禁品的能力均保持在较高水平。根据Gawronski等[22]的研究,在错误信息鉴别时,给予被试更多的分析性思维时间会提高他们的辨别敏感性;进一步分析时间限制对AUC值的影响,发现无时间限制时,新老手的AUC值均高于有时间限制时的AUC值,结果表明时间限制会显著影响安检人员的辨别能力。
以经验水平、违禁品出现概率、时间限制为自变量,以模糊辨别力为因变量,进行三因素有交互作用方差分析,结果如图6所示。结果表明:时间限制的主效应显著(F=46.55,P<0.000 1, η p 2=0.20),无时间限制的辨别力(M=1.44,SD=1.09)显著大于有时间限制的辨别力(M=0.93,SD=0.92);经验的主效应显著,(F=98.26,P<0.000 1, η p 2=0.74),老手组的辨别力(M=2.03,SD=0.74)显著大于新手组的辨别力(M=0.34,SD=0.38);违禁品出现概率的主效应不显著(F=0.43,P=0.524 1, η p 2=0.02);时间限制与经验交互作用显著(F=14.94,P=0.002 6, η p 2=0.04);其余交互作用不显著;进一步Bonferroni事后检验发现,在老手组违禁品出现概率为50%条件下时,无时间限制下的辨别力要显著高于有时间限制下的辨别力(Mntime=2.48,Mltime=1.54,SDntime=0.75,SDltime=0.67,t=5.97,P<0.000 1),违禁品出现概率为20%时无显著差异(Mntime=2.29,Mltime=1.83,SDntime=0.63,SDltime=0.58,t=2.91,P=0.097 1);而在新手组违禁品出现概率为50%条件下时,无时间限制下的辨别力要显著高于有时间限制下的辨别力(Mntime=0.58,Mltime=0.07,SDntime=0.28,SDltime=0.47,t=3.22,P=0.047 8);违禁品出现概率为20%时无显著差异(Mntime=0.41,Mltime=0.29,SDntime=0.32,SDltime=0.27,t=0.76,P>0.999 9)。
在FSDT中,安检人员对违禁品的判断相比传统SDT包含了主观概率,反映了安检人员对疑似违禁品的主观信心程度,这种主观概率可以通过模糊集合来表示,使得决策过程更贴近安检人员的主观感知和判断。对安检人员的危险感知能力分析发现,新老手的辨别力和判断标准之间存在较大差异,经验对新老手的危险感知能力影响显著。
以经验水平、违禁品出现概率、时间限制为自变量,以模糊辨别力为因变量,进行三因素有交互作用方差分析,结果如图7所示。结果表明:经验的主效应显著(F=15.82,P=0.002 2, η p 2=0.265),老手组的判断标准(M=3.95,SD=3.72)显著大于新手组(M=1.03,SD=0.13)的判断标准;时间限制的主效应不显著(F=1.09,P=0.318 4, η p 2=0.003);违禁品出现概率主效应不显著(F=0.06,P=0.814 6, η p 2=0.001);时间限制与违禁品概率交互作用显著(F=10.29,P=0.008 3, η p 2=0.064);时间限制、经验与违禁品概率三阶交互作用显著(F=10.78,P=0.007 3, n p 2=0.066);其余交互作用不显著;进一步Bonferroni事后检验发现,在老手组违禁品出现概率为20%条件下,无时间限制下的判断标准显著高于有时间限制下的判断标准(Mntime=5.60,Mltime=2.58,SDntime=4.63,SDltime=2.27,t=4.62,P=0.001 6);而在违禁品出现概率为50%时并无显著差异(Mntime=2.85,Mltime=4.87,SDntime=2.77,SDltime=4.17,t=2.99,P=0.080 5);在无时间限制的条件下,老手组在违禁品概率为20%的判断标准显著大于新手组违禁品概率为20%的判断标准(老手的均值Mold=5.60,新手的均值Mnew=1.06,老手的标准差SDold=4.63,新手的标准差SDnew=0.17,t=4.39,P=0.001 3);在违禁品概率为50%时并无显著差异(Mold=2.85,Mnew=0.99,SDold=2.77,SDnew=0.10,t=1.80,P=0.975 6);在有时间限制的条件下,老手组在违禁品概率为50%的判断标准显著大于新手组违禁品概率为50%的判断标准(Mold=4.87,Mnew=0.97,SDold=4.17,SDnew=0.14,t=3.765,P=0.007 8);而在违禁品概率为20%时无显著差异(Mold=2.48,Mnew=1.08,SDold=2.27,SDnew=0.12,t=1.353,P>0.999 9)。
对安检人员的判断标准分析结果表明,由于新手组的判断标准之间没有显著差异且总体呈现较低水平,分析老手组的判断标准发现时间限制提升了老手组违禁品概率为50%下的判断标准,但降低了违禁品概率为20%的判断标准。当违禁品概率较高(50%)时,时间限制会促使安检人员提高警觉性和判断标准,由于预期中违禁品出现的可能性较大,安检人员可能更加谨慎和严格地检查每一件物品,以避免漏报违禁品,在这种情况下,时间限制可能会强化他们的风险意识,促使他们更专注于准确识别潜在威胁;当违禁品概率较低(20%)时,时间限制反而可能导致安检人员放松警惕,降低判断标准,这可能是因为在低概率的情况下,安检人员下意识地认为出现违禁品的几率不高,因此在面对时间压力时可能倾向于更快地通过检查流程,而不做详细检查。这种情况可能导致误报减少,但同时增加漏报的风险。
(1)经验和时间限制对安检绩效有显著影响,违禁品概率对搜索绩效的影响主效应不显著。
(2)经验是影响安检人员危险感知能力的重要因素,老手组危险感知能力的总体水平大于新手组。
(3)时间限制会降低安检人员的辨别力和低违禁品概率下的判断标准,但会提高违禁品概率下的判断标准。
