In deep oil and gas development, it is difficult to drill targeted with traditional sliding drilling tools because of the increasing number of wells with complex structure. To help solve the problem of wellbore trajectory control in complex structural wells, a discontinuous directional rotary steerable structure was proposed. Moreover, a mechanical model of discontinuous directional rotary steerable bottom hole assembly(RSBHA) was established by combining the element division idea of finite element method and the continuous beam-column theory. The bit side force and dip angle of were calculated by compiling mechanics program. The effects of borehole geometry parameters, drilling parameters and drill assembly structure parameters on mechanical properties were analyzed. It is concluded that weight on bit and inclination of hole have little influence on bit side force, but the structural parameters of drill assembly have great influence. The research results provide theoretical premise for the optimization of RSBHA structure and drilling parameters, and provide mechanical support for accurate control of wellbore trajectory.

深层油气开发钻遇复杂结构井型增多,使用传统滑动钻具时靶向钻进困难。为助力解决复杂结构井型井眼轨迹控制难题,提出一种非连续型指向式旋转导向结构,在此基础上,结合有限元法单元划分思想和纵横弯曲法,建立一种非连续性指向式旋转导向底部钻具组合(rotary steerable bottom hole assembly,RSBHA)力学模型,通过编译力学程序,求解出底部钻具组合钻头侧向力和倾角,并分析井身几何参数、钻井参数和钻具组合结构参数对力学性能的影响规律。得出钻压与井斜对钻头侧向力影响较小,钻具组合结构参数影响较大。研究成果为旋转导向底部钻具组合结构优化及钻井参数优化提供理论前提,为井眼轨迹精确控制提供力学支撑。

深层油气开发钻遇复杂结构井型增多,使用传统滑动钻具时靶向钻进困难。为助力解决复杂结构井型井眼轨迹控制难题,提出一种非连续型指向式旋转导向结构,在此基础上,结合有限元法单元划分思想和纵横弯曲法,建立一种非连续性指向式旋转导向底部钻具组合(rotary steerable bottom hole assembly,RSBHA)力学模型,通过编译力学程序,求解出底部钻具组合钻头侧向力和倾角,并分析井身几何参数、钻井参数和钻具组合结构参数对力学性能的影响规律。得出钻压与井斜对钻头侧向力影响较小,钻具组合结构参数影响较大。研究成果为旋转导向底部钻具组合结构优化及钻井参数优化提供理论前提,为井眼轨迹精确控制提供力学支撑。

In deep oil and gas development, it is difficult to drill targeted with traditional sliding drilling tools because of the increasing number of wells with complex structure. To help solve the problem of wellbore trajectory control in complex structural wells, a discontinuous directional rotary steerable structure was proposed. Moreover, a mechanical model of discontinuous directional rotary steerable bottom hole assembly(RSBHA) was established by combining the element division idea of finite element method and the continuous beam-column theory. The bit side force and dip angle of were calculated by compiling mechanics program. The effects of borehole geometry parameters, drilling parameters and drill assembly structure parameters on mechanical properties were analyzed. It is concluded that weight on bit and inclination of hole have little influence on bit side force, but the structural parameters of drill assembly have great influence. The research results provide theoretical premise for the optimization of RSBHA structure and drilling parameters, and provide mechanical support for accurate control of wellbore trajectory.

指向式旋转导向技术代表当前智能导向技术的发展方向,具备井眼轨迹控制精度高、钻具摩阻小、井眼平滑度高、侧向载荷小等特征[1-2],在薄油层水平井、大位移井、多分枝井、聪明井等复杂结构井的井眼轨迹控制方面起着不可或缺的作用[3-4]。但其核心技术长期被国外油服公司所垄断,中国以静态推靠式为主,在执行机构可靠性、高造斜钻进、高精度靶向控制、自动化信号传递、井下降温隔热等方面存在较大差距,难以满足钻采现场井眼轨迹控制需求[5-6]
底部钻具组合(bottom hole assembly,BHA)力学性能研究是有效实施井眼轨迹控制的前提,是突破旋导技术封锁的关键[7]。近年来,中外专家学者对BHA静力学进行大量研究。李飞等[8]基于空间延时微分方程,建立复合式旋转导向工具造斜预测模型。狄勤丰等[9]建立旋转导向底部钻具组合(rotary steerable bottom hole assembly,RSBHA)静力学微分方程,基于权余法与双重优化法求解上切点位置。Bradlley[10]结合有限差分法求解BHA静力学微分方程。Walker等[11]提出利用最小势能原理来描述钻具组合在三维井眼中的受力行为,并优化底部钻具组合结构。Zaharov等[12]建立BHA有限元分析模型,给出了受轴向载荷作用下BHA静载问题数值解。Guan等[13]采用有限单元法对推靠式RSBHA进行建模,并建立其运动模型。史玉才等[14]应用纵横弯曲梁理论重建推靠式钻具组合力学模型,推导RSBHA三弯矩方程及侧向力表达式。纪慧等[15]基于纵横弯曲法对单弯螺杆钻具防斜纠斜钻具组合进行推荐。李军等[16]分析了RSBHA结构参数对指向式工具侧向力的影响。王鹏等[17]提出一种RSBHA力学计算新方法。贾建波等[18]模拟分析了475型静态推靠式RSBHA的弯曲应力分布规律。
综上所述,当前中外学者主要应用微分方程法、有限差分法、能量法、有限元法和纵横弯曲梁法[19],并提出了较为成熟的钻具组合的一维、二维及三维力学求解方法、上切点位置预测方法,力学性能影响因素分析方法等,但现有研究大多基于连续芯轴结构,对非连续芯轴结构(具备单位钻头偏转角所需偏置力小、芯轴弯曲程度小、芯轴承受交变循环应力程度低等优点)的力学研究较少。为助力解决复杂结构井井眼轨迹控制难题,提出一种非连续芯轴指向式旋转导向结构,在此基础上,建立一种非连续型指向式RSBHA力学分析模型,结合实钻参数,利用MATLAB编译力学计算程序,求解出钻具组合力学参数,并分析了井眼几何参数、钻井工艺参数、钻具组合结构参数对RSBHA力学性能的影响规律。研究成果可为非连续型指向式RSBHA力学计算提供方法和思路。
非连续型指向式旋转导向结构如图1所示,它主要由旋转芯轴、内外环电机、内外偏心环、动力传递结构、密封装置等组成。导向作业时,两个无框直流电机分别带动内、外偏心环发生相对旋转,由滚针轴承减小滚动摩擦,通过内、外偏心环的配合旋转,驱动旋转芯轴在球座外壳内以球座为支撑点进行偏摆,改变内外偏心环的相对转动角度、速度与方向,使芯轴可以进行周向360°范围内导向偏置,实现井斜与方位变化;上部钻杆的扭矩通过上接头传递至传动机构,再由旋转芯轴传递至钻头,钻压经由上接头、通过球座外壳传递至旋转芯轴,再由旋转芯轴传递至钻头,由此该动力传递机构联合导向偏置机构,可实现工具在周向360°任意方向导向偏置的同时实现钻压与扭矩传递;钻采过程中,钻井液经上部钻杆流经上接头与旋转芯轴并最终流入钻头进行携岩返排。
图2所示,非连续指向式旋转导向底部钻具组合主要由钻头、近钻头稳定器、指向式旋转导向工具、无磁钻铤、上稳定器、钻杆等组成。
图3所示,建立非连续芯轴式旋转导向底部钻具组合力学模型,考虑两个稳定器间钻柱截面大小突变,根据变刚度纵横弯曲梁法,取近钻头稳定器与上稳定器间的一跨钻柱为研究对象,视该跨钻柱受纵横弯曲载荷,M1M2为两个稳定器处所受弯矩,I1I2为不同截面直径钻柱所受惯性矩,q1q2为不同截面直径钻柱所受均布载荷,P为轴向载荷。于井眼坐标系中,在该跨钻柱中间取一微元段dx进行力学分析,并在右侧画出微元段dx受力示意图。

为确立动态指向式旋转导向底部钻具组合的力学边界,如图4所示,首先基于有限单元划分思想,在钻头处、下稳定器处、偏置机构处、钻铤变截面处、上稳定器处、上切点处建立节点,每两个节点间的部分视为1个单元,拆分为由6个节点连接的6个单元。
RSBHA在井眼轨道中由于自身重力、狗腿度、井眼空间限制等影响,在井眼轨道中近似呈圆弧形,建立二维分析力学坐标系。如图5所示,各段钻具以其上两个节点的连线为x轴,过x轴作垂线确定y轴,建立各节点处的广义坐标系,以挠度、转角、弯矩、剪力等作为广义坐标,以井眼轴线为单元参考构型建立位移描述,结合纵横弯曲法建立每个单元的受力变形方程[20]。由于芯轴与外壳在偏置机构处存在重合段,因此视第二段钻具与第三段钻具的基准坐标系重合,通过控制两段钻具在y轴的差值来调控偏置位移。

式中:dxw为下稳定器直径;D为井眼直径;L1~L6分别为第1~6段钻柱长度;x1~x6分别为第1~6段钻柱长度坐标;y1~y6分别为第1~6段钻柱位移坐标;E1~E6分别为第1~6段钻柱弹性模量;I1~I6分别为第1~6段钻柱惯性矩。
(2)下稳定器由于直径小于井眼直径而靠贴于某侧井壁,同时该处非连续,因此下稳定器处非连续性边界条件表示为:x1=L1,x2=0,x3=0。
(3)偏心环处芯轴与外壳存在重合段且非连续,通过控制两端钻柱在y轴的差值来给定偏心距,偏心环处非连续性接触条件处理为:当x2=L3,x3=L3,x4=0时,有

结合川西地区两口水平井实钻参数,设定底部钻具组合各段结构及材料参数如表1所示,偏心环组的偏心距为6 mm,按图6所示求解流程,利用MATLAB编译力学程序进行求解,求得钻头侧向力为27.63 kN,钻头转角为0.194 3°。
井斜角是指井眼轨迹曲线上任意一点井眼的方向线与铅垂线的夹角,是重要的井身几何参数,井斜角的变化将引起非连续指向式RSBHA各段钻柱的轴向力与均布载荷发生变化,从而使受力情况随之变化。如图7所示,为分析井斜对RSBHA力学性能的影响规律,控制其他参数不变,分别在井斜角为10°~90°时,求解钻头侧向力。可以看出,随着井斜的增大,钻头侧向力有所降低,但总体影响较小。
钻压是钻进过程中钻头底部与地层岩石相互作用的轴向压力,是重要的钻井工艺参数,钻压变化将引起旋转导向底部钻头与地层间的压实、吃入程度发生改变,钻柱单位转角所引起的相互作用力发生改变。如图8所示,为分析钻压对RSBHA力学性能的影响规律,控制其他参数不变,分别在钻压为10~200 kN时,求解钻头侧向力。可以看出,随着钻压的增大,钻头侧向力有所增加,但增量不大。
探明非连续指向式RSBHA结构参数对RSBHA力学性能的影响规律,对RSBHA结构优化设计及井眼轨迹控制有指导意义[21]
偏心距由偏置机构中内、外偏心环相对旋转产生,改变内外环转动速度与方向,可得到不同大小的偏心距,它在数值上等于偏置机构截面上导向芯轴中心轴线与外壳中心轴线间的距离。偏心距极大影响着造斜作业时钻头对地层的抵靠力。如图9所示,为分析偏心距对RSBHA力学性能的影响规律,控制其他参数不变,分别在偏心距为2~8 mm时,求解钻头侧向力。可以看出,随着偏心距的增大,钻头侧向力有所增加,且增长幅度较高。
导向钻进作业时,上稳定器直径变化将直接引起稳定器与井眼之间的间隙值改变,消除间隙值所引起的钻柱端部附加转角值发生改变,从而使钻柱受力情况产生变化。如图10所示,为分析上稳定器直径对RSBHA力学性能的影响规律,控制其他参数不变,分别在上稳定器直径为200~214 mm时,求解钻头侧向力。可以看出,随着上稳定器直径的增大,钻头侧向力有所降低。
下稳定器处为三段钻柱交界点,同时该处由传动结构进行钻压扭矩传递,受力情况较为复杂。如图11所示,为分析下稳定器直径对RSBHA力学性能的影响规律,控制其他参数不变,分别在下稳定器直径为201~215 mm时,求解钻头侧向力。可以看出,随着下稳定器直径的增大,钻头侧向力有所增加,且增长幅度较高。
稳定器在RSBHA中起到扶正与支撑作用,其安放位置也对钻柱力学性能也有较大影响。如图12所示,为分析上稳定器至偏心环距离对RSBHA力学性能的影响规律,控制其他参数不变,分别在上稳定器至偏心环距离为220~340 mm时,求解钻头侧向力。可以看出,随着上稳定器至偏心环距离的增大,钻头侧向力有所降低。
图13所示,为分析下稳定器至偏心环距离对RSBHA力学性能的影响规律,控制其他参数不变,分别在下稳定器至偏心环距离为150~500 mm时,求解钻头侧向力。可以看出,随着下稳定器至偏心环距离的增大,钻头侧向力有所减小,降低幅度值较大。
图14所示,为分析下稳定器到钻头距离对RSBHA力学性能的影响规律,控制其他参数不变,分别在下稳定器到钻头距离为0.5~1.2 m时,求解钻头侧向力。可以看出,随着下稳定器到钻头距离的增大,钻头侧向力有所减小,且降低幅度较大。
(1)提出一种非连续型指向式旋转导向结构,结合有限单元法和纵横弯曲法,建立一种非连续性指向式旋转导向底部钻具组合力学求解方法,利用川西地区水平井现场实钻参数,计算得出钻头侧向力为27.63 kN,钻头转角为0.194 3°。
(2)所建立的非连续性指向式旋转导向BHA力学分析模型,相比现有研究,可适用于非连续、多刚度以及动态边界问题。
(3)研究井身几何参数、钻井参数和钻具组合结构参数对底部钻具组合力学性能的影响,可以看出,随着钻压、偏心距与下稳定器直径的增大,钻头侧向力与造斜率有所增加;随着井斜、上稳定器直径、上稳定器至偏心环距离、下稳定器至偏心环距离、下稳定器至钻头距离的增大,钻头侧向力与造斜率有所降低。有助于进行参数优选和底部钻具组合优化设计。
