With the rise of the Internet, the contemporary communication activities have entered "the era of audiovisual-oriented image-reading", and animation, as a form of art with prominent personality, has gradually entered the field of health communication. This paper analyzes the multi-modal composition, meanings and relationships of various modes in animation works popularizing health science by using the multi-modal discourse analysis method and the multi-modal image analysis framework in the theory of visual grammar. On the basis of discourse analysis, this paper summarizes the advantages of animation science popularization, which make animation irreplaceable in the popularization of health science. At the same time, this paper discusses the existing problems of health science animation in our country, and tries to put forward corresponding development countermeasures, in order to give full play to the advantages of animation in the field of health science popularization, and promote the health literacy and the development of health cultural industry.

互联网兴起的环境下，当今社会的传播活动已进入“以视听媒介为主导的读图时代”，动漫作为一种个性突出的艺术形式逐渐进入到了健康传播领域。文章利用多模态话语分析研究方法与视觉语法理论中的多模态图像分析框架分析动漫类健康科普作品的多模态构成、模态意义以及各模态之间的关系。在话语分析的基础上，总结出动漫科普的优势，以及这些优势特点使得动漫在健康科学普及方面有着不可替代的作用。在探讨动漫应用于健康科普所发挥的作用的基础上进一步发现我国动漫类健康科普的现存问题，并尝试提出相应的发展对策，以充分发挥动漫在健康科普领域的优势作用，同时为促进全民健康素养提升与健康文化产业发展做出努力。
