Short science communication videos are an important part of online education for natural history museums. Using the 5W communication model, this paper analyzes the creation process of Nautilus Talk: Paleontology Restaurant series, published by Shanghai Natural History Museum on Bilibili, examining the five key elements-communicator, content, channel, audience, and effect-to identify factors that influence a video's success. This study offers insights for museum content creators on how to enhance their work's impact by building diverse creative teams, crafting high-quality content that meets audience needs, choosing platform-appropriate operational strategies, and fostering two-way communication that encourages deep audience engagement.

科普短视频是自然科学类博物馆线上教育的重要组成部分。文章基于5W传播模式，以上海自然博物馆发布在B站上的《螺说·古生物餐厅》系列短视频为例，从传播者、传播内容、传播渠道、受众和传播效果五方面梳理短视频创作流程，总结影响传播效果的相关因素，从组建复合型的传播者，打磨优质且契合受众需求的传播内容，选择契合平台的运营方式，构筑受众深度参与的双向传播形式等角度，为科普场馆的科普短视频创作者提供优化作品传播效果的借鉴和启发。
