以产才融合为视角,分析鄞州区人工智能产业生态与人才供需现状。研究发现,鄞州区初步形成人工智能产业集群,但存在产业规模不够、结构性问题突出、创新生态建设滞后、人才需求与供给结构性错配等问题。通过“推进基础攻坚-促进创新协同-深化场景赋能”构建产业生态,通过“实施精准引才-加强联合育才-优化服务留才”创新人才引育,通过“增强资金联动-落实考核评估-保障政策执行-实行动态调整”完善保障机制,从而促进人工智能产才融合发展。旨在为鄞州区及长三角其他地区推动人工智能产业与人才协同发展提供理论参考与实践范式,助力实现从“产业聚集”向“产才共生”的跃升。
