基于2014—2023年河南省地级市面板数据,实证研究新质生产力对高质量就业的影响效应与作用机制。研究发现:新质生产力对高质量就业具有显著的正向赋能效应;运用替换解释变量法和调整样本期两种方法进行稳健性检验,该结论依然成立;技术创新在该过程中发挥关键的中介传导作用,同时,新质生产力促进高质量就业效应存在明显的异质性,2014—2018年及豫西豫北地区表现更为突出。基于研究发现,提出系统培育新质生产力,强化技术创新的中介传导作用,协同发挥政府、产业与消费的支撑作用,实施区域差异化发展战略等对策建议。
