基于知识基础理论和组织搜寻理论,运用制造业企业的调查数据,探究跨界绿色技术搜寻对绿色产品开发绩效的作用机制。结果表明:跨界绿色技术搜寻会促进绿色产品开发绩效;技术重构在跨界绿色技术搜寻与绿色产品开发绩效间起部分中介作用;战略前瞻性正向调节跨界绿色技术搜寻和绿色产品开发绩效间的关系;冗余资源负向调节跨界绿色技术搜寻和绿色产品开发绩效间的关系。研究结论为制造业企业绿色转型实践提供了理论指导和决策参考。
