In order to further explore the main research forces, knowledge base, evolution of knowledge structure and research front in the field of technology innovation management, the CiteSpace visual analysis software was used to analyze the paper data of the top 10 technology innovation management specialty journals in the Web of Science database during the year of 2000 and 2024. The results show that the main research force is concentrated in Europe, but are transferring to Asia.The knowledge base of this field includes two aspects, including theoretical perspective and research method. The evolution of knowledge structure in the field of technology innovation management is divided into four stages.The current research front in the field of technology innovation management include digital-intelligence technology innovation management and green technology innovation management.

为进一步探究技术创新管理领域的主要研究力量、知识基础、知识结构演进及研究前沿,运用CiteSpace软件,对Web of Science数据库中技术创新管理领域10本顶级专业期刊2000—2024年的文献数据进行分析。结果表明:主要研究力量集中在欧洲,但正在加速向亚洲转移;该领域的知识基础包含理论视角和研究方法两个方面,知识结构演进分为4个阶段;该领域当前的研究前沿包含数智技术创新管理和绿色技术创新管理两方面。

In order to further explore the main research forces, knowledge base, evolution of knowledge structure and research front in the field of technology innovation management, the CiteSpace visual analysis software was used to analyze the paper data of the top 10 technology innovation management specialty journals in the Web of Science database during the year of 2000 and 2024. The results show that the main research force is concentrated in Europe, but are transferring to Asia.The knowledge base of this field includes two aspects, including theoretical perspective and research method. The evolution of knowledge structure in the field of technology innovation management is divided into four stages.The current research front in the field of technology innovation management include digital-intelligence technology innovation management and green technology innovation management.

技术创新是培育企业竞争优势、推动产业转型升级,以及实现经济高质量发展的关键,亦是学术界持续关注的焦点。自技术创新管理研究领域诞生以来,管理学、经济学、政策科学和工程学等不同学科的学者们为该领域的发展做出了巨大贡献。作为一个及时回应科技进步和经济社会发展需求的研究领域,技术创新管理在不同发展时期呈现出不同的研究主题和发展趋势,因此,定期对该领域的研究文献进行系统性回顾,剖析其研究进展和前沿趋势具有十分重要的理论及现实意义。
当前,学者们主要采用两种做法对技术创新管理领域的研究进展进行文献回顾。一是采用结构化的定性文献回顾。例如,Opland等[1]对员工驱动型数字创新的研究历史、现状及未来研究方向进行了评述;王昶等[2]对组织创新采用的文献进行了系统性归纳,并提出未来研究的指导性理论框架。二是基于文献计量学的定量文献回顾,即对已发表的文献数据进行分析,由于其客观性和可复现性等特征,近年来受到了广大学者的青睐。例如,常静[3]、湛军和张顺[4]利用CiteSpace、VOSviewer等文献计量软件分别对可持续商业模式创新和服务创新理论的研究脉络和发展方向进行了分析;Naeini等[5]对创新管理领域中的概念结构和研究视角进行了文献计量学综述。综上可知,无论是结构化的定性文献回顾还是基于科学计量学的定量文献回顾,国内外学者更多关注技术创新管理领域中某一细分主题的知识结构、演进脉络或发展趋势,对整个技术创新管理领域的研究力量分布、知识基础和前沿热点进行时效性和系统性分析的研究尚不充分。
基于此,借助文献计量分析软件CiteSpace对技术创新管理领域的10本顶级专业期刊(specialty journals)2000—2024年的文献数据进行可视化知识图谱分析,以回答下列问题:① 2000—2024年技术创新管理领域都有哪些主要研究力量(作者、机构和国家)?这些研究力量之间的合作网络状况如何?哪些研究力量可能成为该领域当前和下一阶段的重要推动者?② 2000—2024年技术创新管理领域的知识基础由哪些重要的文献构成?该领域的知识结构是如何演进的?③ 2000—2024年技术创新管理领域的研究热点有哪些?当前阶段该领域的研究前沿和发展趋势是什么?对于上述问题的回答,不但可以对技术创新管理领域的研究现状进行系统性总结,而且有助于学者们把握该领域的前沿主题,推动该领域的进一步发展。
选择合适的数据来源范围对于文献计量学的研究结果至关重要。若数据来源范围太宽泛,则研究数据会包含较多的冗余或干扰信息;反之,则可能遗漏一些重要的文献信息[6]。目前,学者们主要采用两种方法限定文献计量研究数据的来源范围:一是代表性关键词限定法,即选择合适的数据库对某一领域的一组代表性关键词进行检索,获得相应的文献数据;二是代表性期刊限定法,即将某一领域的一个或多个专业学术期刊上发表的论文作为相应的文献数据[6]。本文选用代表性期刊限定法,原因如下:一是技术创新管理属于典型的跨学科研究领域,关键词限定法很难囊括该领域的所有研究分支;二是本文旨在分析整个技术创新管理领域的知识结构及其发展趋势,而非该领域中某个分支的研究动态,因此,代表性期刊限定法更为适合;三是尽管不同学者对于技术创新管理领域代表性专业期刊的排名略有差异,但是目前较为公认的是Linton和Thongpapanl[7]依据引文分析所提出的10大技术创新管理领域专业期刊(表1),这10本期刊能够较好反映整个领域的发展情况。因此,本文采用Linton和Thongpapanl所提出的10本技术创新管理领域专业期刊作为数据来源。具体的数据检索和清洗过程如下。
(1)从Web of Science核心合集数据库中检索上述10本技术创新管理领域代表性期刊的学术论文及其参考文献,文献发表时间为2000—2024年(具体检索时间截至2024年11月8日)。为使检索的文献更具代表性,排除上述期刊收录的书籍评论(book review)和社论材料(editorial material)等文献类型,仅将学术论文(article)这一文献类型纳入后续研究。最终检索获得20 956篇学术论文及其相应的参考文献,不同期刊检索获取的论文数量见表1
(2)为得到更准确的分析结果,对获取的数据进行清洗。文献计量分析要求同一作者、期刊名称、被引文献等以单一形式出现,而Web of Science核心合集数据库中同一作者或期刊等可能会有不同的形式。例如,由于缩写的问题,作者“Coates, Joseph F”在数据中有“Coates, JF” 和 “Coates, Joseph”等不同形式。而期刊“Journal of Product Innovation Management”也有“J PROD INNOVAT MANAG”和“J. Prod. Innov. Manage”两种变体。同一概念可能会以多种同义词变体的形式出现,如“management of technology”和“technological management”等均为技术管理。因此,对原始数据文件中的作者姓名、期刊名称、被引文献等进行了手动清洗,并通过修改CiteSpace软件Project文件夹下的citespace.alias文件对同义词进行合并和清洗。此外,检索结果中有16篇发文时间为2025年的early access论文。由于数量过少,未纳入后续分析。
文献计量分析是通过对文献数据的相应元素(如作者、机构、国家、被引文献、关键词等)进行分类并可视化,从而展现特定时期内某一研究领域的知识结构、前沿热点及其演进动态的过程[8]。目前,有许多研究工具被用于文献计量分析,如VOSviewer、Bibexcel和CiteSpace等。Cobo等[9]、田军[10]从不同视角对上述分析工具的优缺点和个性特征进行了剖析。CiteSpace软件是美国德雷塞尔大学信息科学与技术研究院陈超美教授团队所开发的文献可视化分析工具,其设计旨在探寻科学文献中的新兴趋势和演化模式[11]
本文选择CiteSpace软件的6.4.R1版本作为研究工具,主要基于以下3点原因:①CiteSpace具有强大的数据预处理功能。例如,时间切片(time slicing)功能有助于分析研究领域在不同时间段的研究情况;数据删减(data reduction)和网络删减(network reduction)功能将方便地呈现关键数据、节点或网络。②CiteSpace具有完备的网络分析功能,具备分析作者/机构/国家合作网络、文献共被引网络、关键词共现网络等功能。③CiteSpace能够通过分时、动态的引文分析可视化技术绘制知识图谱,能够将一个研究领域的演进历程集中展示在一幅引文网络图谱中,并通过突现检测(burst detection)功能来分析研究热点和趋势。学者们形象地将CiteSpace的基本特征概括为“一图谱春秋,一览无余;一图胜万言,一目了然”[12]
在学术研究中,主要的研究力量包含微观(作者)、中观(机构)和宏观(国家)3个层面[13]。CiteSpace可以对上述3个层面的研究力量进行发文量及合作网络图谱分析,不但能够客观呈现某一研究领域的主要研究力量,也能够为学术动态的追踪和学术影响力的评估提供相应参考。在CiteSpace软件中对施引文献数据进行分析得到的合作网络图谱中,不同节点代表不同作者、机构或国家,节点大小代表发文量,节点年轮的颜色及宽度代表相应年份及其对应的发文量,节点之间的连线代表不同作者、机构或国家之间的合作情况,连线越粗则表明合作次数越多,无连线则表明尚无相应合作[14]
通过在CiteSpace软件中设置下列参数来进行作者合作网络及发文量分析:①时间为2000—2024,时间切片长度=2年;②节点类型=作者;③阈值设置Top 10%;④网络裁剪方法=pathfinder,且同时裁剪时间切片内网络与合并后网络。最终得到如图1所示的作者合作网络图谱,共有节点1 773个,连线1 357条,网络密度(density)为0.000 9,网络相对松散。通过对整个网络的节点中心性(centrality)分析,可以发现,Chen Jin和Wang Yuandi等作者在网络中占据重要的位置。
表2呈现了2000—2024年,在10本技术创新管理领域专业期刊上发文量前20的作者,这些作者构成了该领域不同时期的核心学者,引领了该领域的发展与进步。Daim Tugrul(73)、Phaal Robert(51)、Carayannis Elias G.(51)、Brem Alexander(45)、Coates Joseph F.(45)的发文量高居前5。此外,对图1中节点最外圈环状颜色和节点中心性分析可知,Brem Alexander、Dabic Marina、Tugrul Daim、Choi Tsan-Ming和Islam Nazrul 5位学者近年来的发文量和中介中心性呈现增长趋势,这些学者很可能会对技术创新管理领域未来一段时间的发展起到重要的推动作用。
在CiteSpace中除了将节点类型设置为机构之外,其余参数均与作者合作网络的相应设置一致。得到了如图2所示的机构合作网络图谱,共有360个节点和410条连线,网络密度为0.006 3,网络同样较为松散。
表3呈现了2000—2024年,在10本技术创新管理领域专业期刊上发文量前20的机构。①排名前3的机构为University of Manchester(318)、University of London(307)和University of Georgia (271),然而University of Manchester的中介中心性很小,表明其中的研究人员主要以内部合作为主。②排名前20的机构中有13所来自欧洲,表明技术创新管理领域的主要机构研究力量集中在欧洲。③从中介中心性来看,荷兰的Maastricht University,英国的University of London,荷兰的Eindhoven University of Technology在网络中占据重要的位置,表明这些高校在国际上的活跃度和合作度均很高。④机构突现分析显示,近年来活跃度最高的5所高校均来自中国和印度,分别为武汉大学、浙江工商大学、同济大学、Indian Institute of Technology、Indian Institute of Management,表明中国和印度的高校可能在今后一段时间内对该领域做出更大的贡献。
在CiteSpace中除了将节点类型设置为国家且阈值设置为Top 30%、时间切片长度=3年之外,其余参数设置与作者/机构合作网络一致,得到如图3所示的国家合作网络图谱,共有38个节点和40条连线,网络密度为0.056 9,网络同样较为松散。
表4呈现了2000—2024年在10本技术创新管理领域专业期刊上发文量前20位的国家。美国(4 675)、中国(4 372)和英国(3 212)的发文量占据前3位,为技术创新管理领域的最核心研究力量。
从中介中心性来看,英国的中介中心性最大,其次为法国、美国和中国。从区域分布来看,前20位的国家中有13个来自欧洲,这与机构层面的研究力量结果一致,欧洲地区在2000—2024年为该领域最重要的研究力量。从图3中节点最外圈环状颜色的分析可以看出,近年来活跃度最高的国家为中国、印度和法国。
知识基础(knowledge/intellectual base)指一个研究领域中最具影响力的一组文献[15],为该领域的兴起与发展奠定了基础,在研究中通常采用引用次数最高的文献列表呈现。知识结构(knowledge/intellectual structure)指一个研究领域的知识基础所呈现出的结构特征、动态及范式[16]。在CiteSpace中可以通过文献共被引分析(co-citation analysis)对被引文献进行聚类,探寻相应的知识结构。文献共被引指两篇文献共同被后来的文献所引用[17],文献共被引次数越高,表明这两篇文献在研究内容上的相似度越高,从而便于进行文献聚类,寻找某一领域的知识结构。因此,本文通过对被引次数最多的10篇文献进行分析,揭示技术创新管理领域最重要的知识基础,并通过文献共被引聚类分析剖析该领域的知识结构演进特征。
表5呈现了2000—2024年技术创新管理10本专业期刊发表论文的参考文献列表中被引用次数最多的10篇文献,这10篇文献构成了该领域最重要的知识基础,主要包括理论视角和研究方法两个方面。Cohen和Levinthal[18]合作的关于吸收能力的论文被引次数最高,对技术创新管理领域具有相当重要的影响。在被引次数前10位的文献中,有3篇文献属于研究方法类的文献,其中,Eisenhardt[19]所发表的关于案例研究方法的论文排序第2,Fornell和Larcker[20]所发表的关于结构方程模型的论文排序第3,Podsakoff等[21]发表的关于如何降低共同方法偏差的论文排序第4,可见在研究方法层面上,案例研究和实证研究为技术创新领域主流的研究方法。Teece等[22-23]是唯一有两篇论文进入被引次数前10榜单的学者,其关于动态能力以及关于为什么创新企业会失败的解释对于技术创新管理领域的研究影响深远。其他进入前10位榜单的还有Nelsonhe和Winter[24]、Laursen和Salter[25]分别关于经济变化的演化理论和开放式创新的论述,以及Barney[26]和March[27]所提出的持续竞争优势理论和双元学习理论。
进一步,使用CiteSpace中的突现检测功能,寻找了最近几年内被引次数激增的文献(图4),包括Teece[28]、Gioia等[29]和Davis[30]、Hair等[31]、Hen-seler等[32]。这些文献是当前技术创新管理领域研究热点和前沿的知识基础,某种程度上亦指明了该领域的研究趋势。值得一提的是Gioia等[29]所写的关于扎根理论的论文受到了极大的关注,这也表明越来越多的学者开始采用质性研究方法,探索本土化情境下的技术创新管理理论与实践。其次,Davis[30]于1989年发表的关于技术接受模型的论文再次受到极大关注,这可能缘于世界人口老龄化进程加快,企业在产品开发和技术创新过程中越来越关注老年人友好型技术。
在使用文献计量软件进行文献共被引分析时,需设置合理的被引次数阈值来限制共被引分析的文献数量,以平衡两个相互竞争的目标,即展现一个尽可能全面宽泛的知识结构图谱还是一个更加聚焦清晰化的图谱[6]。如果文献被引阈值设置过高,则可能导致一些被引次数相对较少但重要的文献和聚类被忽视;反之,则可能导致一些不重要的文献干扰聚类结果和知识图谱的解读。为平衡上述两点,经过多次尝试,最终将被引次数阈值设置为50。其他参数设置为:①时间=2000—2024,时间切片长度=2年;②节点类型=cited reference;③名词性术语提取来源=title;④聚类标签算法=log-likelihood ratio:⑤网络裁剪方法=pathfinder,且同时裁剪时间切片内网络与合并后网络。最终,得到图5所示的文献共被引聚类图谱,以及表6所示的文献共被引聚类信息。
文献共被引聚类图谱的Q值为0.855 6,S值为0.966 6,每个聚类的S值均大于0.85,表明聚类合理且质量良好。图5左下角图例表明不同颜色代表相关聚类主题的活跃年份信息,因此整个文献共被引聚类图谱揭示了技术创新管理研究领域知识结构的时空演进情况。依据图5,将2000—2024年技术创新管理研究领域的知识结构演进划分为4个阶段。
第1个阶段为2000—2009年,如图5蓝色区域(#13 national innovation system、#7 informal network)所示。此阶段为创新系统研究起步阶段,主要关注创新系统的构建和运行机制。该阶段,全球化及技术变革快速发展,创新成为国家竞争与发展的关键变量,国家创新系统研究逐渐兴起。同时,非正式网络作为知识传递的重要渠道,对创新具有重要影响,亦受到广泛关注。
第2个阶段为2010—2013年,如图5绿色区域(#1 product development、#2 technological discontinuities、#8 knowledge creation)所示。此阶段为技术创新研究深化阶段,重点关注知识创造对技术创新的推动作用。该阶段,随着技术变革加速演进,技术不连续性等问题制约了企业的健康发展,技术创新、产品创新等创新形式成为形成发展新动能的重要抓手。知识创造作为创新的核心过程,逐渐成为技术创新领域的研究热点。
第3个阶段为2014—2017年,如图5浅绿色以及浅黄色区域(#11 sustainability transition、#9 absorptive capacity、#5 innovation ecosystem、#6 ambidextrous learning、#14 collaboration network)所示。此阶段为创新系统研究深化阶段,强调创新生态系统对技术创新的赋能作用。该阶段,创新活动的复杂性和跨界性进一步深化,创新生态系统成为推动技术创新的新着力点。同时,作为创新生态系统的重要组成以及创新主体的重要能力,协同网络、双元学习、吸收能力等研究主题亦受到较多关注。
第4个阶段为2018—2024年,如图5橙色以及红色区域(#0 new product development team、#10 digital transformation、#3 business model innovation、#4 artificial intelligence、#12 open innovation)所示。此阶段为数智化引领阶段,聚焦数字技术、人工智能等前沿技术对创新的引领作用。该阶段,新一轮科技革命与产业变革加速演进,数字化转型以及智能化升级成为壮大新增长点的题中之义,由此,数字化转型、人工智能成为创新领域的研究热点。此外,由于数智技术的前沿带动作用加速了企业创新进程以及创新渠道拓展,开放式创新、商业模式创新等研究主题亦受到重点关注。
研究热点指一个研究领域中学者们广泛关注的话题,即在一定时期内包含文献较多且有内在联系的一组文献所聚焦的学术话题[11]。一篇学术论文的关键词是该论文研究内容的高度凝练,高频关键词可视为该领域在一定时期内的研究热点,高频关键词的变化情况可用于分析研究热点的演进[12]
利用CiteSpace的关键词共现功能来分析技术创新管理领域在2000—2024年研究热点的演进情况,利用关键词突现功能(即一段时间内该关键词急速增加)来揭示现阶段技术创新管理领域的研究前沿。CiteSpace的参数设置如下:①时间=2000—2024,时间切片长度=2年;②节点类型=keyword;③阈值设置:Top 10%;④网络裁剪方法=pathfinder,且同时裁剪时间切片内网络与合并后网络。最终,得到图6所示的关键词共现图谱,以及表7所示的高频关键词列表。
图6表7可知,在2000—2024年,技术创新管理领域的高频关键词有“innovation”“performance”“technology”“impact”“management”等。表7中除“impact”“growth”“capability”“framework”和“information”外的15个高频关键词与Huang等[33]对来自13本技术创新管理领域的专业期刊在1997—2017年间的高频关键词分析结果一致。究其原因,可能在于:2018年之后,数字技术的快速升级推动了经济社会的迅速发展,技术进步与创新的长期效应进一步显现,数字化转型、政策导向等成为推动技术创新管理领域研究热点演进的重要驱动因素,学者们对技术创新的后效、数字化转型以及高质量发展的关注度增加,技术创新管理领域的研究重点从单纯的创新过程和短期效应,转向技术创新的长效作用、数字化转型和高质量发展的综合研究。最后,由图6可知,技术创新管理领域有3个主要的理论研究视角,即基于资源的视角(resource based view)、吸收能力视角(absorptive capability)和动态能力视角(dynamic capability)。从这3个理论视角节点年轮图的颜色来看,现阶段学者们更多采用吸收能力和动态能力两种视角。随着科技革命与产业变革的演进,技术创新的跨行业、跨领域的特征进一步凸显,创新活动的复杂性不断提升,单一的资源基础观难以充分解释复杂环境下的资源整合和优势获取,技术创新管理领域的理论视角逐渐转向通过吸收能力和动态能力来提升创新效果和环境适应性。
利用CiteSpace的突现功能,分析了2000—2024年技术创新管理领域的关键词突现情况(图7),以揭示现阶段该领域的研究前沿。由图7可知,“cooperation”和“economics”的突现时间长达15年,持续时间是2000—2015年“big data”“technological innovation”“artificial intelligence”“moderating role”“decision making”“digital transformation”“supply chains”“sustainable development”的突现一直持续到2024年,可见当前阶段的研究前沿主要包含数智技术创新管理研究和绿色技术创新管理研究两个方向。
(1)数智技术创新管理研究。随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的推进,人类历史正加速迈进数字经济时代。以大数据、人工智能、云计算、区块链等为代表的数智技术使得企业具有了获取、分析和利用海量数据资源的能力,改变了企业的产品创新、过程创新、组织创新和商业模式创新等多个方面[34]。例如,在产品创新方面,Johnson等[35]研究发现,人工智能尤其适用于探索式创新,对推动新市场和新业务领域的产品研发具有重要作用;在过程创新方面,数字技术提升了企业的信息处理、交互协作、智能制造等环节,为企业的过程创新赋能[36];在组织创新方面,数字技术使得组织的纵向结构更加扁平化,横向边界更加模糊化[37],促进平台经济以及零工经济的产生,多系统并行成为组织的常态[38];在商业模式创新方面,张骁等[39]提出,工业互联网平台通过以“数字基础夯实-知识交互-企业解耦”为主要过程的元赋能模式,推动企业商业模式创新能力的提升。Zhang等[40]提出,企业通过数字技术优化企业信息获取、组织管理以及柔性生产方式等推动商业模式创新。综上,未来研究需更加重视数智技术与组织、文化、政策等因素的互动,关注如何在快速发展的数智技术环境中平衡创新与管理、效率与合规、安全与开放。未来产业、新质生产力、数字创新生态系统、跨界合作与协同创新、数据治理等可能成为未来的重要研究方向。
(2)绿色技术创新管理研究。2012年联合国可持续发展大会上各国同意将绿色经济作为可持续发展的重要工具,认为绿色经济应该具有包容性,能够推动经济增长,促进就业,消除贫困,同时保持地球生态系统的健康运转。在保持地球生态系统的健康运转方面,学者们主要围绕低碳、可再生能源、循环经济等绿色技术创新管理展开研究工作。这与Ávila-Robinson等[41]的研究结果一致,即可持续发展驱动的创新是目前创新管理领域的研究前沿话题。在增强经济发展的包容性,推动经济增长,促进就业,消除贫困方面,近年来学者们尤其关注社会创新[43],包容性创新[44],节俭式创新[45]等“有意义的创新”[46]。综上,在全球气候变化和资源环境压力增大的背景下,为践行人类命运共同体理念,未来研究需进一步聚焦企业绿色创新、有意义的创新的驱动机制、路径选择、创新生态系统构建、政策有效性评估,以及相关行业绿色技术的预测和识别等,从而实现经济效益和社会价值的双赢。
(1)2000—2024年技术创新管理领域在作者、机构和国家3个层面的主要研究力量集中在欧洲地区,但正在加速向亚洲地区转移。从研究力量的趋势来看,Brem Alexander、Dabic Marina、Tugrul Daim、Choi Tsan-Ming和Islam Nazrul 5位学者有望成为未来一段时期内该领域的引领者;中国和印度的5所高校(武汉大学、浙江工商大学、同济大学、Indian Institute of Technology、Indian Institute of Management)为当前和下一阶段最活跃的机构,有望在该领域做出更大的贡献;从国家层面来看,技术创新管理领域的研究力量逐渐由欧洲地区向亚洲尤其是中国和印度转移。
(2)2000—2024年技术创新管理领域重要的知识基础包含理论视角和研究方法两个方面。在理论视角方面,关于吸收能力、动态能力、企业资源观、双元学习和开放式创新等几篇经典文献构成了该领域重要的理论视角类知识基础;在研究方法方面,案例研究法和以结构方程模型为代表的实证研究方法构成了该领域重要的研究方法类知识基础。此外,从被引文献的突现情况可知,扎根理论质性研究方法受到了极大关注,表明当前和未来一段时间,学者们越来越关注特定情境下的技术创新管理理论与实践。未来研究需关注中国独特的文化、制度、法律和金融等情境要素,构建中国特色的技术创新管理理论体系。
(3)2000—2024年技术创新管理的知识结构包含14个主要聚类,其演进过程可划分为4个阶段。第1阶段(2000—2009年)为创新系统研究起步阶段,代表性聚类为“national innovation system”等;第2阶段(2010—2013年)为技术创新研究深化阶段,代表性聚类如“technological discontinuities”等;第3阶段(2014—2017年)为创新系统研究深化阶段,代表性聚类如“innovation ecosystem”等;第4阶段(2018—2024年)为数智化引领阶段,代表性聚类如“digital innovation”等。
(4)当前阶段,技术创新管理领域的研究前沿有数智技术创新管理和绿色技术创新管理两个方面。数智技术创新管理方面的研究前沿聚焦于以数智技术激活数据要素潜能,包括以数智技术推进企业创新管理、产业的数字化转型以及国家和社会的治理创新。绿色技术创新管理方面的研究前沿聚焦于促进社会进步、消除贫困、推动自然生态可持续发展的“有意义的创新”范式。在数智技术与绿色发展的双轮驱动下,未来技术创新管理领域的研究将呈现跨学科、跨领域的融合与创新趋势,聚焦于未来产业、新质生产力等研究主题。
