In response to the problem of insufficient accuracy of the traditional Sadovski model, based on vibration monitoring data from the soft rock tunnel blasting construction site of the West Chongqing high-speed railway, the variation trend of the model parameters of the traditional Sadovski model at different footage was explored, and the Sadovski model was improved accordingly. The fitting accuracy of the traditional model and the improved model was compared. The results show that the peak vibration velocity during blasting construction generally decreases exponentially with the increase of blasting center distance, and the traditional model has a large degree of data dispersion after fitting. In the traditional Sadovski model, the parameters k(coefficient of association)and α(attenuation index)exhibit linear and exponential functional relationships with the footage, respectively. The prediction accuracy of the modified model is improved by about 23% compared to the traditional model.

针对传统萨道夫斯基模型预测精度不足的问题,基于西渝高铁软岩隧道爆破施工现场振动监测数据,探讨传统萨道夫斯基模型在不同进尺下模型参数的变化趋势,并以此对萨道夫斯基模型进行改进,比较传统模型与改进模型的拟合精度。结果表明:爆破施工中峰值振速总体随爆心距增长呈指数下降趋势,传统模型拟合后数据离散性较大;传统萨氏模型中参数k(相关系数)和α(衰减指数)分别与进尺呈现线性、指数函数关系;改进模型的预测精度较传统模型提高约23%。

针对传统萨道夫斯基模型预测精度不足的问题,基于西渝高铁软岩隧道爆破施工现场振动监测数据,探讨传统萨道夫斯基模型在不同进尺下模型参数的变化趋势,并以此对萨道夫斯基模型进行改进,比较传统模型与改进模型的拟合精度。结果表明:爆破施工中峰值振速总体随爆心距增长呈指数下降趋势,传统模型拟合后数据离散性较大;传统萨氏模型中参数k(相关系数)和α(衰减指数)分别与进尺呈现线性、指数函数关系;改进模型的预测精度较传统模型提高约23%。

In response to the problem of insufficient accuracy of the traditional Sadovski model, based on vibration monitoring data from the soft rock tunnel blasting construction site of the West Chongqing high-speed railway, the variation trend of the model parameters of the traditional Sadovski model at different footage was explored, and the Sadovski model was improved accordingly. The fitting accuracy of the traditional model and the improved model was compared. The results show that the peak vibration velocity during blasting construction generally decreases exponentially with the increase of blasting center distance, and the traditional model has a large degree of data dispersion after fitting. In the traditional Sadovski model, the parameters k(coefficient of association)and α(attenuation index)exhibit linear and exponential functional relationships with the footage, respectively. The prediction accuracy of the modified model is improved by about 23% compared to the traditional model.

交通基础设施建设是兴国之要、强国之基,其对于促进区域协调和城乡融合发展、畅通国内大循环具有重要意义[1]。在山区及偏远地区进行跨山隧道及道路建设时,爆破施工成为山体掘进最常用的方法之一。然而,隧道及地下工程建设过程往往面临复杂工程地质条件,且爆破施工可能对周围邻近建(构)筑物产生严重影响,威胁生命财产安全。因此明确隧道爆破峰值振速及其传播规律,对保障邻近建筑物安全具有重要理论和现实意义[2-4]
相比传统爆破方式,光面爆破不仅能减少超挖率,同时爆破面更光滑,围岩完整性更好,工程质量更高[5-6]。然而,尽管当前光面爆破技术已取得较大进步,但由于对爆破振动规律认知不明,对爆破峰值振速预测精度有限,常导致光面爆破效果差、振速过大等问题,甚至造成爆破事故[7]。因此,大量学者针对爆破振速演变规律开展了相关地质条件、地形变化、爆破参数等对爆破振速影响的研究。胡英国等[8]发现,爆破振速峰值存在门槛值,当振速大于该门槛值时,岩体损伤将从零迅速增加至0.8附近,此后发展速度减缓直至破坏;项荣军等[9]通过三台阶延时爆破方法来降低爆破振动叠加效应,发现当孔间爆破延时为7 ms时,爆破峰值速度最小,降振效果最佳;杨建华等[10]指出,隧道喷射混凝土与围岩之间的空洞将使空洞处混凝土振速变大,持续时间变长;王林台等[11]、雷刚等[12]发现,隧道爆破时各方向中竖直方向振动传播速度最大,并沿距离增加呈指数趋势衰减,在受围岩夹制时产生的振动最强。显然,光面爆破不仅直接受场地条件、围岩等级影响,主要还受最大单段炸药量、爆心距等因素影响[13]。而要保障爆破施工振动不会对周边结构物造成不可接受的影响,确保爆破峰值振速在安全允许范围内就尤为重要。当前,相关爆破峰值振速预测的方法主要有经验公式法、神经网络法和函数回归法等。其中,萨道夫斯基经验预测公式依旧是目前使用最为广泛的方法,大量学者在传统萨道夫斯基公式上展开了进一步修正。张雨晨和王海亮[3]依据监测数据对萨道夫斯基公式进行修正,并进一步建立了单段最大炸药量与安全距离的关系式;范勇等[14]建立了基于爆心距、最大单段药量、高程差和纵波波速等参数的预测模型;闵鹏等[15]建立了考虑自由面影响的爆破振动预测模型,提高了预测精度;李晋等[16]推导了考虑密集系数的非线性爆破振动预测模型,将预测精度提高了9.99%;李贺龙和王浩[17]从量纲分析角度出发,得到了可以反映柱状装药特征的成排深孔爆破振动预测模型。
本文依托新建西渝高铁安康至重庆段隧道建设项目对爆破施工引起的地表振动进行现场监测,研究不同进尺、炸药量、爆心距下隧道光面爆破施工对既有高含硫燃气管道振动特征的影响,总结不同进尺下传统萨道夫斯基模型参数的变化趋势,并对模型进行改进修正,建立软岩隧道施工爆破振动预测模型,并探讨其正确性和适用性,以期为软岩隧道光面爆破施工振动预测和安全保障提供理论支持与经验借鉴。
新建西渝高铁安康至重庆段双线隧道工程起讫里程为WD2K16+103~WD2K24+495,全长8 392 m,最大埋深约620 m,高度约12 m,宽度约15 m,开挖断面约150 m2,为Ⅱ级风险隧道。其中暗挖隧道洞身为IV到V级围岩,设计进行钻爆开挖,由于爆破影响控制轮廓线超欠挖,所以,钻爆作业是该段隧道施工的关键。该隧道洞身穿越的地岩层主要是风化泥岩和风化砂岩,抗压强度一般,岩体完整性较差。图1所示为隧道下穿燃气管道区段,隧道于WD2K23+957处(距离隧道出口约550 m)与4根天然气管道相交,交角约为88°,隧道拱顶开挖轮廓线与管道约14 m。其中有两根管道为高含硫天然气管道。若不能准确预测爆破距离对燃气管道的影响,一方面可能会威胁燃气管道运营安全,另一方面亦较难把控隧道施工进度安排,因此,亟待剖析隧道爆破施工对既有燃气管道振动影响程度,保障隧道近接下穿燃气管道施工的安全性。
隧道主洞双线段IV级围岩采用上下台阶法施工,循环进尺控制在2.0 m左右,断面尺寸长14.7 m,高12.4 m,面积148.91 m2。如图2所示,为了最大程度减小基岩的损伤保障其光滑平整,采用光面爆破工艺进行隧道开挖施工,爆破设计采用YT-28手风钻打孔,孔径为42 mm。考虑到单次循环进尺2.0 m,设计周边孔和辅助孔深2.3 m,底孔深度2.3 m,掏槽孔深2.5 m。打孔时,孔深误差不能大于0.1 m。钻孔装药方式为:1段每孔7节,共计2.1 kg;3段每孔6节,共计1.8 kg;5段每孔5节,共计1.5 kg;7段每孔4节,共计1.2 kg;9段每孔3节,共计0.9 kg;11段每孔2节,共计0.6 kg;13段每孔1节,共计0.3 kg,单段最大药量为33.6 kg,总药量为134.1 kg。隧道开挖掌子面距离天然气管道安全距离按照±200 m进行控制,其中,±50 m采用非爆开挖,其余段落采用控制爆破开挖。
现场采用TC-4850-3爆破测振仪开展燃气管道处地表振速监测。全套设备包括测振仪、信号采集线、三矢量速度传感器等,能够高精度完成位移、速度、加速度、压力、温湿度等动态过程的监测和记录。
(1)安装方式。传感器安装必须稳固,保证传感器正常工作,采用石膏固定传感器;测点布置在燃气管道与隧道交叉断面上,传感器安装时X轴方向指向爆心,Z轴方向保持与地面垂直,确保传感器与被测面刚性接触。
(2)固定监测点。为持续监测燃气管道在爆破点方向上的爆破振动,每次监测时测点位置应相同,监测的数据与爆破位置及爆破参数等关联信息相对应,监测点位置于距离隧道掌子面200 m处,随爆破掘进逐步增加。
(3)控制标准。监测点位于西渝高铁隧道与燃气管道交叉点WD2K23+954附近处,参照爆破安全规程中一般民用建筑物振动速度允许值,爆破时燃气管线处质点峰值振动速度应不大于2 cm/s,根据现场安全考虑进一步控制在不大于1.5 cm/s。
隧道光面爆破监测数据主要包含爆破里程、炸药量、进尺和振速等数据,共约100个数据点,将数据进行整理,结果如图3所示。爆破峰值振速随爆破点与管线处距离变化总体发展规律呈现负指数下降趋势,振速下降幅度随距离增加而减小,其中掘进距离260~280 m处曲线段现场监测有效数据较少,且与整体走势存在差异,说明该段监测条件与地层性质发生变化。此外,从掘进距离约360 m处开始,振速发展有小幅度增大趋势,可能是由于高程及周边环境变化导致。图3中部分监测数据变化幅度较大,且与整体的变化趋势不符,可视为突变点,这可能是由于周边条件、岩层性质、地层构造等因素变化,或监测过程仪器本身和操作不当导致,这从另一方面也印证了进一步控制质点允许峰值振动速度对保障实际工程安全具有重要意义。
目前,国内外普遍采用萨道夫斯基经验模型来进行爆破振动评价和预测。该模型具有明确物理意义,应用方便快捷,通过输入最大单段药量、允许峰值振速及以往经验确定的参数值即可计算出爆破安全距离。本节通过传统萨道夫斯基经验模型对前文爆破监测数据进行拟合分析,一方面可确定模型中对应参数值,为后续振速预测提供条件,另一方面对传统萨道夫斯基模型的预测精度进行评价。
传统萨氏模型表达式为

式中:v为爆破峰值振速,cm/s;Q为最大单段炸药量,kg;R为爆心距离,m;k α分别为爆破点至监测点间关于岩性、地质条件的相关系数与衰减指数。
对等式两边同时取对数后,萨氏模型变为

将现场监测数据中突变点和不合理点数据去除,进行对数变换后,最后进行拟合分析。图4为传统萨道夫斯基模型对监测数据的拟合结果。由图4可知,受地层条件不确定性及周围环境干扰影响,监测数据对比拟合结果离散性较大,但从爆破衰减规律上看,整体振速变化趋势与模型预测走向相似,说明该模型仍可为隧道爆破施工预测提供参考。爆破振速变化趋势大致符合线性方程 y = 2.1 x + 7.7,拟合相关系数为0.70,其中模型参数k e 7.7 = 2   208.3, α为2.1,即计算出的爆破振动预测模型为

传统萨道夫斯基模型其优点在于参数较少且物理意义明确,但同时该模型无法涵盖其他可能影响爆破振速传播的因素,事实上,爆破参数、高程变化及地形地质条件等诸多因素都会影响质点振动峰值速度。因此,为了提高复杂条件下萨氏模型的适用性,学者们对萨道夫斯基经验模型进行了改进[15-16,18],改进内容涉及高程差、岩石参数和拟合方式等单一方面,导致研究结果的工程适用性受到限制。由于爆破工程中进尺这项数据的多变性及精确采集的困难性,现有研究中往往忽略其与爆破振速之间的关系,但进尺大小受炸药量、炮孔参数、围岩特性等条件影响,使其具有一定的表征性,因此利用进尺来对传统萨氏模型进行改进在逻辑上是可行的。
通过对监测数据进一步处理发现,进尺大小主要包括3.0、2.4、2.0、1.6、1.2 m,去除突变点与不合理数值,在每一个进尺下至少选择5个数据点利用传统萨氏模型来进行拟合,对比不同进尺下kα的变化。图5所示为不同进尺大小下数据点与传统萨氏模型的拟合结果,表1为不同进尺下传统模型拟合出参数k α的具体值。由图5可知,随进尺减小,参数k α逐渐增大,回归到参数k α自身的物理意义进一步分析,其中k α为表征岩性的相关参数,当岩石类别从硬岩过渡到软岩的过程时,参数k α均随之增大,而现场的监测数据经拟合后发现,参数k α逐渐增大时,对应的进尺却表现出减小趋势,结果虽与一般常理相悖,但究其原因可能是地质条件、高程等因素的变化导致模型参数不规律性变化,侧面也印证了在复杂条件下利用传统萨道夫斯基模型对振速预测存在一定局限性。
图6分别为参数k α与进尺间的关系拟合曲线,其中参数k与进尺两者之间近似服从线性函数关系,线性拟合结果的相关系数达到0.93;而参数 α与进尺两者之间近似服从幂指数函数关系,相关系数达到了0.98,由此可知参数k α与进尺之间的数学表达式分别如式(5)、式(6)所示。根据参数k α与进尺间的关系,对传统萨道夫斯基模型进行改进,结果如式(7)所示。

式中:M为进尺,m;ab为与相关系数k有关的参数;cd为与衰减指数 α有关的参数。
图7为改进萨道夫斯基模型的拟合结果。由图7可知,改进模型拟合的相关系数达到了0.93,拟合精度相较传统萨道夫斯基模型提升约23%,改进模型拟合结果如式(8)所示。这一结果有效说明采取进尺来表示传统的k α参数进而对传统萨道夫斯基模型进行改进这一方法是可行的。此外,相较传统模型,改进模型参数大小会随进尺及最大单段炸药量的改变发生变化,即模型参数与变量之间存在一定对应关系,在参数确定过程中无法像传统萨氏模型可根据相关规范与工程经验进行确定,仍需采取相关模型试验与现场试验进行确定。但若能较为精确得到参数指标,即可根据设计进尺大小进一步控制爆破施工振速对周边影响,有效提供振动预测和安全保障,亦可显著节约工程成本。

图8为最大单段炸药量和进尺确定的情况下,改进萨道夫斯基模型对爆破峰值振速随掘进距离的预测结果与现场监测结果,可以发现两者的吻合度较高,可再次验证改进萨道夫斯基模型存在较高的可靠性。进一步分析可以发现,模型在某些位置的预测值相较实际监测值存在偏低的情况,加之考虑到实际工程中的复杂地质条件可能导致单次爆破峰值振速的突变,其振速传播不符合一般规律,故在实际使用时,可在改进模型的计算结果上根据现场情况加以一定的安全距离。
针对隧道爆破施工领域中的传统萨道夫斯基模型预测精度不足的问题,基于西渝高铁安康至重庆段隧道建设项目对爆破施工现场振动进行监测统计分析,提出了一种利用进尺改进传统模型的新方法,探讨了传统模型中参数在不同进尺下的相关关系,并对模型进行改进及验证,得到如下主要结论。
(1)振速总体发展规律呈现逐渐下降趋势,下降幅度随距离增加而减小,其中部分数据存在突变,不符合爆破振速传播的常规认识。
(2)从爆破衰减规律上看,利用传统萨道夫斯基模型预测振速衰减趋势与监测数据走势相符合,但数据的离散性较大,传统萨道夫斯基模型的预测效果一般、精度不足。
(3)通过对不同进尺下爆破数据综合分析发现,传统萨道夫斯基模型参数k α分别随进尺变化呈现线性、幂函数关系,可依此对传统萨道夫斯基模型进行改进。
(4)改进的萨道夫斯基模型考虑进尺这一参数,其预测精度相较原有模型提高了23%,但改进模型存在预测值偏低的情况。考虑到实际工程中单次爆破峰值振速的突变,在实际使用时,可在改进模型的预测结果上继续预留一定的安全距离。
