Bridge expansion joints play a crucial role in bridges. In order to solve problems such as the relatively high maintenance costs of traditional expansion joints, an assembled and quickly installed multi-directional displacement bridge expansion joint (hereinafter referred to as the ZPF assembled expansion joint) was now proposed. According to the “General Technical Requirements for Highway Bridge Expansion Joints” (JT/T 327—2016), on-site fatigue tests were designed, and finite element analysis was also carried out at the same time. The test results show that the fatigue life of the ZPF assembled expansion joint decreases as the fatigue load increases. The fatigue life of the ZPF assembled expansion joint depends largely on the concrete under the embedded steel plate. During the loading of the fatigue performance test for 2 million cycles, the overall structure is safe and stable without any abnormal phenomena. The research results can provide a basis for the application of the ZPF assembled expansion joint.

桥梁伸缩装置对桥梁起着关键作用,为解决传统伸装置维护费用较高等问题,现提出一种装配式快速安装多向变位桥梁伸缩装置(ZPF装配式伸缩装置)。根据《公路桥梁伸缩装置通用技术条件》(JT/T327—2016)设计现场疲劳试验,同时进行有限元分析,试验结果表明:ZPF装配式伸缩装置的疲劳寿命随着疲劳荷载的增加而降低;ZPF装配式伸缩装置的疲劳寿命很大程度上取决于预埋钢板下的混凝土;在200万次的疲劳性能试验加载中,整体结构安全平稳且无异常现象。研究结果可以为ZPF装配式伸缩装置的应用提供依据。

桥梁伸缩装置对桥梁起着关键作用,为解决传统伸装置维护费用较高等问题,现提出一种装配式快速安装多向变位桥梁伸缩装置(ZPF装配式伸缩装置)。根据《公路桥梁伸缩装置通用技术条件》(JT/T327—2016)设计现场疲劳试验,同时进行有限元分析,试验结果表明:ZPF装配式伸缩装置的疲劳寿命随着疲劳荷载的增加而降低;ZPF装配式伸缩装置的疲劳寿命很大程度上取决于预埋钢板下的混凝土;在200万次的疲劳性能试验加载中,整体结构安全平稳且无异常现象。研究结果可以为ZPF装配式伸缩装置的应用提供依据。

Bridge expansion joints play a crucial role in bridges. In order to solve problems such as the relatively high maintenance costs of traditional expansion joints, an assembled and quickly installed multi-directional displacement bridge expansion joint (hereinafter referred to as the ZPF assembled expansion joint) was now proposed. According to the “General Technical Requirements for Highway Bridge Expansion Joints” (JT/T 327—2016), on-site fatigue tests were designed, and finite element analysis was also carried out at the same time. The test results show that the fatigue life of the ZPF assembled expansion joint decreases as the fatigue load increases. The fatigue life of the ZPF assembled expansion joint depends largely on the concrete under the embedded steel plate. During the loading of the fatigue performance test for 2 million cycles, the overall structure is safe and stable without any abnormal phenomena. The research results can provide a basis for the application of the ZPF assembled expansion joint.

桥梁的伸缩装置是公路桥梁结构的重要附属结构,长期承受车辆荷载的作用,其承重体系和锚固系统容易发生疲劳破坏[1-3]。传统的伸缩缝安装现场湿作业多,工序复杂,后期维护困难[4-5],由于伸缩缝病害造成的维护费用达到桥梁维修费用的20%[6],现急需一种新型快速安装伸缩装置,缩短伸缩装置的安装周期、提高安装效率和安装质量,减少维护费用。
装配式伸缩缝在工厂内完成混凝土浇筑、养护工序,或者直接通过螺栓和锚固板等构件受力,所以最突出的特点就是不用在施工现场养护混凝土,一旦安装完毕便可通车使用[7]。熊亮和周小伍[8]对一种新型自适应多向变位梳齿伸缩装置的施工技术进行了验证,实践表明,新型伸缩装置较传统的模数式伸缩装置施工更加快捷,同时建设成本也更低。张胜文[9]提出了一种快速更换梳齿型伸缩装置,该装置满足维修便捷,一旦发生损坏,可以快速维修,不影响机场正常运营。胡佳等[10]提出了一种由聚氨酯弹性伸缩构件和跨缝组合钢板所组成的桥梁装配式无缝伸缩装置,该装置承载能力好、安装便捷高效,且破坏更换弹性伸缩构件便捷。刘伟等[11]研究了高架桥装配式聚氨酯无缝伸缩装置,该装置的聚氨酯在工厂浇筑,实现了标准化,实际工程应用结果也表明该装置施工工期较短,改善了行车舒适性。但是不同类型的伸缩缝具有不同的疲劳性能[12],对新型伸缩装置进行疲劳性能分析是有必要的。夏阳[13]研究了快速修复型装配式无缝伸缩缝结构特性,通过有限元软件ABAQUS,表明伸缩缝结构的疲劳寿命最短的部分为填缝料顶端部分。蔡佳骏[14]提出了一种新型钢弹体元件模数式伸缩装置,疲劳试验结果表明弓形弹性元件的厚度增加时候,刚弹体的平均疲劳寿命略有提高;拉压变形长度为30 mm时,其疲劳性能出现显著下降趋势。丁勇等[15]对模数式桥梁伸缩缝进行疲劳寿命分析,基于分析结果,改进前伸缩装置疲劳寿命远规范要求,但增设带横向连接的双中梁支撑肋板,可以达到强度和疲劳寿命要求。针对伸缩装置的疲劳性能尚不明确,开展疲劳试验根据试验结果,可进一步优化结构[16]
基于实际工程应用背景,开展新型ZPF装配式伸缩装置的试设计。ZPF装配式伸缩装置与传统伸缩缝相比,在结构设计方面,ZPF装配式伸缩缝颠覆了传统伸缩缝采用钢筋锚固焊接、混凝土浇筑的结构设计理念,提出了钢箱-混凝土组合结构、全钢型结构等,在连接和固定上也有创新性[17]。在病害防治方面,传统伸缩缝的主要病害之一就是混凝土的破坏[18-19],而ZPF装配式伸缩缝取消了用于连接固定的预留钢筋等焊接结构,便没有了锚固区混凝土破坏的情况。根据相应规范设计疲劳试验荷载,考虑到实际不利作用,适当放大试验荷载,采用实际疲劳试验和FE-SAFE模块有限元分析ZPF装配式伸缩装置的实际疲劳性能。基于实际疲劳试验测试ZPF装配式伸缩装置的在理论荷载作用下的疲劳试验,基于有限元分析ZPF装配式伸缩装置的极限疲劳荷载,为此种新型伸缩装置的实际工程应用提供理论支撑。
试验对象:新型ZPF装配式伸缩装置如图1所示。试验设计ZPF装配式伸缩装置主要由桥梁主体、预埋钢板、挡板、锚固螺纹板、防水结构、锚固螺栓和梳尺板组成。
试验仪器:最大量程为50 kN液压疲劳试验机、扬州晶明JM3841动态应变采集仪、YHD-100型位移计若干、3 mm规格的钢筋应变片若干、30 mm规格的混凝土应变片若干。
根据《公路桥梁伸缩装置通用技术条件》(JT/T327—2016)[20]的规定,在模拟车辆荷载的疲劳作用时,轮载需竖直向下与伸缩装置表面垂直α=0°;以0~Pd为循环幅,施加200万次,测量伸缩装置的应力应变情况,并观察伸缩装置是否出现开裂破坏,若未出现疲劳裂缝,则该伸缩装置的疲劳性能符合要求。
构件安装时,在伸缩缝装置50%开口状态下,梳齿钢板搭接长度为110 mm,将构件吊上工作平台,并通过锚固钢板和螺栓将构件固定在试验装置上。待构件固定完毕,需要在伸缩装置表面加装一块橡胶板,用于模拟车轮对伸缩装置的作用,该橡胶板的尺寸等于车轮的着地面积(200 mm×600 mm)。此外,还需在橡胶板上加一块钢板,避免试验过程中橡胶板被作动头直接压坏,待安装完成即可调整作动头高度,让其表面与钢板表面相贴合,如图2所示。
ZPF装配式伸缩装置试样为长2 000 mm、宽约700 mm、高400 mm的长方体,如图3所示。
试验设计装配式伸装置主要由桥梁主体、预埋钢板、挡板、锚固螺纹板、防水结构、锚固螺栓和梳尺板组成,其中挡板和桥梁主体浇筑在一起,锚固螺纹板焊接在挡板上,防水结构搭接在挡板上,梳尺板通过锚固螺栓与锚固螺纹板连接,如图4所示。若上部结构损伤失效,ZPF装配式伸缩装置就可更换相应构件,完成修复,保证桥梁的正常运行。
根据《公路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTG D—2015)[21],车辆后轮车轴轴重为140 kN,考虑到现实中存在多种不利因素,为了增加安全裕度,本次承载性能试验中的后轮车轴轴重取200 kN,故而设计轮载Pd为100 kN。
取设计轮载Pd为100 kN,车轮实际作用面积不足200 mm×600 mm(图5),将设计轮载100 kN按照式(1)进行换算,式中A1=62 000 mm2,A2=33 081 mm2,A4=9 039 mm2,经计算得出该ZPF装配式伸缩装置实际承受荷载为31.77 kN。为了增加安全裕度以及便于计算,本次试验取实际承受车轮荷载为35 kN。为了确保整个疲劳试验过程中加载仪器和构件的稳定性,取结构应力比r为0.1,疲劳性能试验加载参数如表1所示。

建立一个能够准确反映工程实际问题的有限元模型大致可以划分为五个方面[22]:①根据各部件的形状特征和实际受力情况选择相应的单元类型;②根据构件图纸,严格控制各部件尺寸大小;③ABAQUS软件没有单位限制,因此在进行建模和材料参数输入中要确保单位一致;④网格划分必须保证模型计算的精确程度;⑤边界条件和载荷大小需与实际情况保持一致。以下便是ZPF装配式伸缩装置的有限元模型建立过程及计算结果。
试验设计ZPF装配式伸缩装置主要由桥梁主体、预埋钢板、挡板、锚固螺纹板、防水结构、锚固螺栓和梳尺板组成。
ZPF装配式伸缩装置实际构造相对复杂,因此在进行有限元模拟时可以将非受力构件进行适当删减,用以提高计算速度。桥梁主体、预埋钢板、锚固螺纹板、锚固螺栓和梳尺板是装配式伸缩装置的主要受力构件,挡板、防水结构是主要满足功能需求,对装置的力学性能无影响,为简化几何模型,有限元模型的建立仅包含上述受力构件。
ZPF装配式伸缩装置各部件、加载楔块、加载钢板和加载架子均采用实体单元C3D8R模拟,主要原因是线性减缩单元可以在接触分析中使用,而且实体单元避免了剪切效应导致的计算精度低的问题;钢筋采用桁架单元T3D2模拟,主要是由于钢筋只承受拉、压作用,符合桁架的受力特点。有限元模型的单元选取如图6所示。
在ZPF装配式伸缩装置有限元模型中,各部件的材料均可以设置为线弹性材料,其中梳齿钢板、锚固螺栓、锚固螺纹板、预埋钢板、加载楔块、加载架子和加载钢板的材料为Q355钢材,钢筋的材料为HPB300钢材,混凝土的材料为C50混凝土。
由于本文模型中,伸缩装置为关键部件且混凝土受力较小,因此对伸缩装置各部件网格进行加密处理,混凝土、加载架子、加载楔块和加载钢板划分成较为稀疏的网格。有限元各部件网格详情如图7表2所示。
分析步:疲劳性能试验所施加的竖直荷载为变幅荷载(3.5~35 kN),在ABAQUS中设置两个分析步。在模型中第一个初始分析步Initial是由软件自身创建的,用于表述模型的最初状态,在其后创建了两个分析步,用于施加竖向荷载。考虑到计算精度影响,在Step-1中增大最大增量步数至1 000,并对初始、最小和最大增量进行调整。Step-2的增量步设置与Step-1保持一致。
边界条件:在疲劳性能试验中,伸缩装置通过压块和锚杆完全固定在试验装置的,因此在ABAQUS中将混凝土的边界条件设置为完全固定,如图8所示。
为了尽可能还原试验的加载方式,在有限元模型顶面也设置了加载钢板,还在加载钢板处设置了加载点RP-1,并将加载点RP-1耦合在加载钢板上,用于施加3.5 kN的竖向荷载,如图9所示。此外,本有限元模型借助幅值管理器来实现3.5~35 kN的变幅荷载加载,在Step-1(0~1 s)中设置幅值为1,在Step-2(1~2 s)中设置幅值为10,从而实现试验中的变幅加载。
为了使有限元模型与实际试验保持一致,本文一共使用了四种约束,分别为面面接触、绑定约束、内置区域约束和刚体约束,以下详细介绍各部件间的约束情况。
加载钢板和梳齿钢板之间采用面面接触,摩擦系数取0.5,法向行为选择“硬接触”。在实际试验中,伸缩缝装置各部件均是通过焊接、螺栓连接和混凝土固结,连接性能好,可靠度高。因此,在本有限元模型中,梳齿钢板与锚固螺栓、锚固螺栓与锚固螺纹板、锚固螺纹板与预埋钢板以及预埋钢板与混凝土均采用绑定约束。在本有限元模型中,混凝土与钢筋采用内置区域约束,将加载钢板设置为刚体约束,避免其影响到伸缩装置的受力情况。
根据有限元模拟(3.5~35 kN)疲劳性能初步结果,如图10所示。
在应力较大处设置测点,采用2 mm×30 mm规格的应变片,在中部混凝土侧面粘贴应变片,共12个,如图11所示。采用2 mm×3 mm规格的应变片,在齿板上、锚固板两侧、预埋钢板上均粘贴应变片,共72个,如图12所示。
在ABAQUS软件中,Mises应力除了可以反映主应力的大小,还能通过判断材料的应力大小推断出结构是否失效。
以100 kN荷载为例,描述各部件应力情况并进行有限元模型验证。装配式伸缩装置承载性能试验及有限元模拟的应力大小对比如图13所示,其中混凝土测点处的试验及模拟的应力很小,可忽略不计,故而主要对比梳齿钢板、锚固螺纹板和预埋钢板这三个部件的测点应变大小。由图13可以发现,测点处的试验与模拟的应力曲线具有较高的拟合度。
进一步观察可以发现,各测点的试验应力均会大于模拟应力,这主要是由于有限元模型是在理想状态下进行模拟的,而实际试验过程中,无法达到理想状态,比如会出现试验构件的边界条件不可能完全固定,可能存在着微小的松动、竖向千斤顶安装位置存在误差,导致受力偏向等等问题,这些问题均会导致试验值与模拟值存在一定误差。
表3所示,试验值和模拟值之间的误差较小,属于可接受范围内。由此可见,该有限元模型的接触、约束和荷载设置均能较为准确地模拟出实际情况,该承载性能试验有限元模型具有较高的可靠性。
在200万次的疲劳性能试验加载中,整体结构安全平稳且无异常现象。疲劳试验结束后,用于试验工装的螺栓和锚固钢板连接依然较为紧密,ZPF装配式伸缩装置各部件均未出现裂缝(图14),整体强度和力学性能完好。
综上所述,在50%开口状态下,在车轮荷载100 kN(即梳齿钢板实际接触轮载为35 kN)作用下,ZPF装配式伸缩装置整体满足疲劳性能的要求。
利用FE-SAFE对装配式伸缩缝的疲劳寿命进行分析。由于有限元软件中默认的最高疲劳寿命为10 000 000(107)次,因此若疲劳寿命达到107次,则说明构件不会发生破坏。为了计算该伸缩装置的疲劳极限荷载,本文增设了多组疲劳循环荷载,随着循环载荷的增加,装配式伸缩缝的疲劳寿命逐渐降低,根据装配式伸缩缝的疲劳寿命分布云图,不同循环荷载对应的装配式伸缩缝的疲劳寿命如表4所示。
当疲劳循环荷载为3.5~35 kN时,如图15(a)所示,有限元模型不会发生破坏,极限疲劳循环荷载对应的疲劳寿命云图如图15(b)所示。
综上,疲劳性能试验有限元模型的疲劳极限荷载为52.5~525 kN,疲劳寿命为1 862 087(1×106.27)次,疲劳破坏位于预埋钢板下方的混凝土处。
为了分析ZPF装配式伸缩装置的疲劳性能,通过动力疲劳实验并结合ABAQUS的FE-SAFE模块,对车辆动荷载作用下的ZPF装配式伸缩装置的疲劳性能进行分析,得到以下结论。
(1)随着循环荷载的增加,ZPF装配式伸缩装置的疲劳寿命呈现降低的趋势,循环荷载52.5~525 kN为装配式伸缩缝的极限疲劳荷载。
(2)与预埋钢板相接的混凝土是ZPF装配式伸缩装置上的最容易发生疲劳破坏的位置。
(3)在50%开口状态下,在车轮荷载100 kN(即梳齿钢板实际接触轮载为35 kN)作用下,ZPF装配式伸缩装置整体满足疲劳性能的要求。
