At the present stage in China, the situation of rural domestic sewage collection and treatment is grim, and management is difficult. Rural domestic wastewater treatment has become one of the important tasks in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. Focusing on rural MBR membrane treatment stations, the influence of water quality on their operating conditions was comprehensively analyzed. Key water quality parameters including chemical oxygen demand(COD), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), total phosphorus(TP), and suspended solids (SS) were analyzed in detail to clarify the characteristics of wastewater quality. In terms of sludge characteristics, the capillary suction time (CST) was used to evaluate the sludge dewatering performance, and it is found that the change of water quality could change the difficulty of sludge dewatering. Using bioinformatic analysis, it is revealed that the structure of microbial community was intrinsically linked to water quality parameters, and the relative abundance of species under different water quality conditions showed obvious differences and was closely related to the treatment efficiency. With the help of membrane fouling monitoring methods, such as transmembrane differential pressure(TMP) measurement, the membrane fouling status can be grasped in real time. Through correlation analysis, it is found that there are complex associations between water quality parameters, sludge characteristics and biological information, which affect the operation of rural MBR membrane treatment stations, providing a comprehensive theoretical basis and data support for the precise control of the operation of the stations, which can help to improve the efficiency and quality of rural wastewater treatment and reduce the operating costs.

中国现阶段农村生活污水收集和处理形势严峻,管理难度较大。农村生活污水治理已成为实施乡村振兴战略的重要任务之一。聚焦于农村 MBR(膜生物反应器)膜处理站,全面剖析水质对其运行状况的影响。详细分析包括化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH3-N)、总磷(TP)以及悬浮物(SS)等关键水质参数,以明确污水水质特性。在污泥特性方面,通过测定毛细吸水时间(CST)评估污泥脱水性能,发现水质变化可改变污泥脱水难易程度。运用生物信息分析技术,揭示微生物群落结构与水质参数的内在联系,不同水质条件下物种相对丰度呈现明显差异且与处理效能密切相关。借助跨膜压差(TMP)测量等膜污染监测方法,实时掌握膜污染状况。通过相关性分析发现,水质参数与污泥特性、生物信息之间存在复杂关联,这些关联共同影响农村MBR膜处理站的运行效果,为精准调控处理站运行提供了全面的理论依据与数据支持,有助于提升农村污水处理的效率与质量并降低运行成本。

At the present stage in China, the situation of rural domestic sewage collection and treatment is grim, and management is difficult. Rural domestic wastewater treatment has become one of the important tasks in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. Focusing on rural MBR membrane treatment stations, the influence of water quality on their operating conditions was comprehensively analyzed. Key water quality parameters including chemical oxygen demand(COD), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), total phosphorus(TP), and suspended solids (SS) were analyzed in detail to clarify the characteristics of wastewater quality. In terms of sludge characteristics, the capillary suction time (CST) was used to evaluate the sludge dewatering performance, and it is found that the change of water quality could change the difficulty of sludge dewatering. Using bioinformatic analysis, it is revealed that the structure of microbial community was intrinsically linked to water quality parameters, and the relative abundance of species under different water quality conditions showed obvious differences and was closely related to the treatment efficiency. With the help of membrane fouling monitoring methods, such as transmembrane differential pressure(TMP) measurement, the membrane fouling status can be grasped in real time. Through correlation analysis, it is found that there are complex associations between water quality parameters, sludge characteristics and biological information, which affect the operation of rural MBR membrane treatment stations, providing a comprehensive theoretical basis and data support for the precise control of the operation of the stations, which can help to improve the efficiency and quality of rural wastewater treatment and reduce the operating costs.

在国内,水污染问题主要体现在工业生产环节所产生的水污染以及居民日常生活所引发的水污染这两大方面。工业生产往往伴随着大量复杂的化学物质排放,其污染具有污染物种类繁多、浓度较高、处理难度较大等特点,对水体生态系统造成了严重的冲击与破坏[1-3]。而居民生活水污染方面,其难点聚焦于农村生活污水的治理。相较于城市,农村地区的基础设施建设相对薄弱,污水收集与处理体系不够完善。农村生活污水来源广泛,包括厨房污水、洗涤污水以及人畜粪便污水等,这些污水含有大量的有机物、氮磷营养物质以及微生物病原体等[4-5]。由于农村居住较为分散,污水排放难以集中收集和统一处理,这给农村生活污水治理带来了巨大的挑战。
妥善处理农村的污水问题对于整个生态环境的可持续发展具有不可估量的重要性。从生态层面来看,未经有效处理的农村污水直接排入周边水体,会导致水体富营养化,引发藻类大量繁殖,破坏水生生物的栖息地与食物链结构,进而影响整个水生态系统的平衡与稳定。从人类居住环境的角度出发,改善农村污水的处理现状与农村居民的生活质量息息相关。良好的污水治理能够减少污水横流、异味散发等不良现象,为农村居民营造一个清洁、卫生、健康的人居生存环境,降低因污水引发的疾病传播风险[6]。此外,农村作为全国地域的重要组成部分,其污水治理成效也在很大程度上影响着全国整体环境治理工作的推进步伐。农村环境治理的滞后会拖慢全国环境保护战略目标的实现,而成功治理农村污水则能够为其他地区提供宝贵的经验与借鉴,形成示范效应,推动全国环境治理工作的全面深入开展。
本文对陕西省西安市常宁新区A和B两个农村生活污水处理站开展走访调研,了解其设施出水主要去向、管网配套情况、单位建设和运行成本、主要的运行主体类型等内容,在水质参数监测与分析手段上,采用原位实时监测技术与实验室高精度分析相结合的方式,精准捕捉常规指标瞬时动态与微观转化。另外,在微生物群落研究中,深入阐释微生物群落结构与水质参数之间的定向调控关系。通过相关性分析发现,水质参数与污泥特性、生物信息之间存在复杂关联,这些关联共同影响农村 MBR (膜生物反应器)膜处理站的运行效果,为精准调控处理站运行提供了全面的理论依据与数据支持,从而为各地在农村生活污水治理工艺及适用技术的选择提供借鉴。
两个污水处理站都采用工艺为AO+MBR(厌氧-好氧+膜生物反应器)一体化技术,生活污水经处理满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准后,达标排放。设计进出水水质见表1
生活污水先经 3 mm 粗格栅,其栅条间隙精准控制在 3 mm,能拦截树枝、塑料瓶、大块织物等大颗粒悬浮物,防止后续管道堵塞、设备损坏。离开粗格栅,污水靠重力自流至集水池。集水池容积经科学设计,能缓冲污水流量、水质波动,使水流平稳、水质初步均匀。池内提升泵适时将污水排入调节池。污水进入调节池后,因生活污水成分复杂、时空差异大,调节池利用充裕停留时间,借水体自然混合、扩散效应,匀化酸碱度、温度、污染物浓度等指标,营造稳定水质环境,降低处理工艺负荷波动。经调节后污水由提升泵送至 MBR一体化设备(图1)。缺氧区中,反硝化细菌将硝态氮、亚硝态氮转化为氮气脱氮;好氧区里,好氧微生物以有机污染物为食,分解、氧化生成二氧化碳和水,降解有机物;膜区借助超滤、微滤等膜组件截留微小颗粒、胶体、微生物等,让污染因子与水分离。膜池上清液靠重力流,经紫外消毒后达标排放。
实验中分析方法采用国家标准方法。COD 采用重铬酸钾法测定[7],NH3-N含量采用纳氏试剂分光光度法测定[8],TP 含量采用钼锑抗分光光度法测定[9],TN 含量采用过硫酸钾氧化-紫外分光光度法[10]。水温采用水银温度计测定,pH 采用哈希pH 分析仪测定。
分别在调节池、A区、O区、膜区以及出水口进行取样测试,结果见表2
在污水处理领域,进水水质对处理效能及膜污染状况影响重大,剖析不同污水站进水水质差异很关键。聚焦 A、B 两座污水站,在水温 16 ℃下连续稳定运行,探究其水质特性与膜污染关联。
经多轮、多点水质监测,A 污水进水水质与 B 污水差别显著。有机物方面,A 污水各取样点的 COD、DOC 值远超 B 站,意味着有机污染物更多、更复杂,后续净化难度大增,膜组件受有机污染风险也更高。电导率和磷含量上,A 污水偏高。高电导率显示离子浓度大,易造成盐分累积;磷超量不仅加剧富营养化,还可能生成难溶沉淀附于膜面,加速膜通量衰减。值得注意的是,A、B 两站 pH和氮含量相近。稳定的pH利于维持微生物活性及膜稳定性,氮含量相当说明氮素污染负荷相近。但现有水质差异信息,尚不足以判定其就是 A 站膜污染严重的主因。这些是否是造成A污水处理站膜污染严重的主要原因还需要进行进一步分析。
在利用液相色谱-有机碳联用检测仪(LC-OCD)开展本次样品测试工作时,严格遵循设备既定的测试要求是获取精准、可靠数据的关键前提。LC-OCD 明确规定,待测试样品的溶解性有机碳(DOC)含量需低于 5 mg/L,一旦 DOC 浓度超出这一阈值,便极有可能干扰仪器的检测信号,致使峰形异常、检测结果出现较大偏差,进而影响对样品有机碳组成及含量的准确判断。
鉴于此,在着手检测前,依据前期细致测得的水样 DOC 测试结果,对此次10个样品进行了不同程度的稀释。就 A 污水处理流程中的不同关键点位而言,其水质状况呈现出较大差异,相应地所需稀释倍数也各有不同。A 污水的调节池水样 DOC 含量较高,经检测判定需稀释 20 倍,方能契合仪器检测要求;A 区水样 DOC 浓度次之,稀释 5 倍即可;O 区水样情况又有所区别,稀释 4 倍为妥;膜区水样较为特殊,综合考量其成分复杂性与 DOC 水平,确定稀释 6.25 倍;而出水水样 DOC 含量相对接近标准,仅稀释 1倍。
B污水处理站的水样整体水质相对较好,所含 DOC 量远低于 A 站同流程点位水样。即便如此,为精准适配 LC-OCD 检测标准,依然对各点位水样实施了适度稀释。调节池、A 区、O 区、膜区水样分别稀释 3.2、2、2、2倍,出水水样 DOC 浓度本就达标,仅稀释1倍。测试具体结果如图2所示。
从液相色谱-有机碳联用检测仪(LC-OCD)分析图中,对比研究A、B 两站膜区水质情况,A 污水处理站的膜区水质表现出严峻问题——大量大分子物质的生成与累积。这些大分子物质涵盖了蛋白质、多糖以及腐殖酸类化合物等,从污水成分溯源角度来看,A 站进水中的生活污水中含有高浓度有机废弃物,经前端处理流程不完全分解转化,在抵达膜区时,复杂的理化环境促使这些物质进一步聚合、反应,最终形成大分子物质。而大分子物质的固有特性,如较大的分子粒径、较强的黏性,使其极易附着在膜表面,堵塞膜孔。随着处理进程推进,膜孔被不断侵占,膜通量持续下降,跨膜压差急剧上升,膜污染由此加剧。B 污水处理站,其膜区大分子物质含量明显更低,水质情况相对稳定,膜污染程度也处于可控范围。因此,现阶段有充分依据判定 A 污水处理站膜区大量大分子物质的涌现是致使该区域膜污染愈发严重的关键诱因。
在农村污水处理的研究范畴内,污泥的脱水性能是关乎整个污水处理流程效率与成本的关键要素。为深入考察 A 和 B 农村污水处理站污泥的脱水特性,选取A 区、O 区以及膜区,分别从中提取5 mL污泥样品,以此展开污泥脱水性能的专项检测工作。在检测指标的选定上,选用毛细吸水时间(CST)来精准表征污泥脱水性能。CST 这一指标具备直观、可量化的优势,其数值与污泥脱水的难易程度紧密关联,即 CST越低,意味着污泥内部水分越易于脱离,脱水性能也就越好。
图3结果显示,A 污水处理站各区域污泥呈现出相对不理想的脱水态势,A 区、O 区以及膜区污泥的毛细吸水时间分别达到 13.7、13.9、12.2 s;而B污水处理站,对应区域污泥的毛细吸水时间大幅降低,分别仅为 8.6、9.2、8.7 s。这一鲜明对比清晰地揭示出,B 污水处理站污泥脱水性能显著优于 A 污水处理站,后者脱水性能欠佳,后续污泥处置环节势必将面临更多阻碍与更高成本。
深入探寻造成这种差异的根源,水质不同极有可能是最终原因。A 站进水或许混入成分复杂的工业废水,致使污水中有机物、重金属离子及胶体含量偏高,这些杂质在污泥形成过程中混入其中,改变污泥结构,使其孔隙变小、持水性增强;或是生活污水来源区域特殊,洗涤剂、油污等难处理物质较多,干扰正常絮凝沉淀,进而恶化污泥脱水性能。相较而言,B 站进水水质成分较为单纯,利于污泥沉淀脱水,造就良好脱水效果。
对两个污水处理站膜区的污泥进行生物信息分析,根据物种注释结果,选取每个样本或分组在各分类水平(Phylum、 Class、 Order、 Family、 Genus)上最大丰度排名前10的物种,生成物种相对丰度柱形累加图,以便直观查看各样本在不同分类水平上,相对丰度较高的物种及其比例。以门水平物种相对丰度柱形图为例展示,如图4所示。
从柱形图中分析可得,两个污水处理站膜区污泥的物种相对丰度存在差异。其中A 污水处理站膜区的污泥样本,检测数据明确显示叶绿素、放线菌以及酸菌的相对丰度处于较高水平。叶绿素含量较高,暗示着该区域污泥中极有可能存在大量光合微生物,或是与污水中携带的藻类残骸、浮游植物碎片相关,它们能利用光能进行一定程度代谢活动,与此同时,也可能影响污泥颜色、凝聚特性;放线菌作为一类具备较强分解复杂有机物能力的微生物,其高丰度反映出 A 站膜区污泥内富含待分解、转化的难降解物质;酸菌的大量存在则可能致使污泥微环境酸化,改变局部化学性质,影响其他微生物活性及金属离子存在形态。
而B 污水处理站膜区污泥,变形细菌和芽孢杆菌展现出相较于 A 站更高的丰度优势。变形细菌是细菌域中极为多样且广泛分布的类群,在 B 站膜区大量出现;芽孢杆菌因具备形成芽孢的特殊生理特性,耐受性强,高效参与有机物矿化、拮抗有害微生物等生态过程,维持着污泥微生态稳定,保障处理流程平稳推进。这种物种相对丰度的差异,后续需结合两站进水水质、处理工艺参数做综合考量,深挖内在联系。
图5考察了两个农村污水处理站膜区的跨膜压差的变化情况。跨膜压差被定义为驱动水透过膜所需的压力,为进水压力和过滤压力的差值,在水温较低、通量较高以及发生污染时,跨膜压差也较高。
在6个月的监测内,可以明显得出:A污水处理站膜区的压力处于不稳定的状态,整体波动较大,而B污水处理站膜区的跨膜压差值在整个时间段内变化不显著。这是由于A农村污水处理站的水质对一体化集成MBR工艺运行产生的影响,即随着运行时间的推移,膜污染的形成导致膜通量迅速下降。
图6显示了各水质指标与生物大分子之间的相关性。分析结果表明,总磷、电导率、总氮、正磷、溶解性有机碳、毛细吸水时间、氨氮与生物大分子的出现有强的相关性;反之,pH、溶解氧、温度与生物大分子不显著相关。综上可知,生物大分子与水质密切相关,进而对膜污染产生重要的影响。
阐述了MBR 工艺在两个污水处理厂工程中的设计参数、设计特点和水质情况。运行结果表明,在水温16 ℃条件下连续运行,A污水处理站的进水水质和B污水处理站的有很大差异,其中A污水处理站的各个取样点的COD、磷以及电导率偏高。在污泥浓度极高的膜区,A污水处理站膜区产生大量的大分子物质,这种大分子物质的出现是导致膜污染严重的原因。另外,通过生物信息分析可以得出,两个污水处理厂的污泥在聚类上没有显著区别,污泥的物种丰富程度相当。从相关性分析可得,生物大分子与水质密切相关。因此,综合考虑农村生活污水特征、区域农村特点和农民生产生活习惯等因素,对水质进行实时监测,及时对水质进行分析,是系统达到设计水平并且稳定运行的关键。
