The Neogene loose sandstone has the characteristics of low diagenesis and poor cementation. Its structure is loose, and groundwater is easily enriched in this formation, making it the main seepage channel for groundwater. Based on the Xiangshan No.2 Tunnel, the application technology of the advanced support system of horizontal rotary jet grouting piles in the formation of mudstone interbedded with loose sandstone was systematically studied through on-site pile testing and numerical simulation. The secondary supplementary grouting technology was proposed to improve several technical deficiencies of the horizontal rotary jet grouting piles and solve the frequent problems of collapse of the face and sudden water and mud influx during the excavation process of Xiangshan No.2 Tunnel. A simplified calculation method for horizontal rotary jet grouting piles based on rod structure is proposed by refining the calculation model, which will facilitate the promotion and application of this support system.

新近系疏松砂岩有着成岩程度低、胶结程度差的特点,其结构疏松,地下水容易在该地层中富集,是地下水的主要渗流通道。结合香山2号隧道,通过现场试桩试验及数值模拟的手段系统研究水平旋喷桩超前支护体系在泥岩夹疏松砂岩地层中的应用技术,并提出二次补充注浆技术完善了水平旋喷桩的若干技术缺陷,解决了香山2号隧道掘进过程汇总频发的掌子面垮塌、突水涌泥等病害问题。通过提炼计算模型,提出基于杆系结构的水平旋喷桩简化计算方法,便于该支护体系的推广应用。

新近系疏松砂岩有着成岩程度低、胶结程度差的特点,其结构疏松,地下水容易在该地层中富集,是地下水的主要渗流通道。结合香山2号隧道,通过现场试桩试验及数值模拟的手段系统研究水平旋喷桩超前支护体系在泥岩夹疏松砂岩地层中的应用技术,并提出二次补充注浆技术完善了水平旋喷桩的若干技术缺陷,解决了香山2号隧道掘进过程汇总频发的掌子面垮塌、突水涌泥等病害问题。通过提炼计算模型,提出基于杆系结构的水平旋喷桩简化计算方法,便于该支护体系的推广应用。

The Neogene loose sandstone has the characteristics of low diagenesis and poor cementation. Its structure is loose, and groundwater is easily enriched in this formation, making it the main seepage channel for groundwater. Based on the Xiangshan No.2 Tunnel, the application technology of the advanced support system of horizontal rotary jet grouting piles in the formation of mudstone interbedded with loose sandstone was systematically studied through on-site pile testing and numerical simulation. The secondary supplementary grouting technology was proposed to improve several technical deficiencies of the horizontal rotary jet grouting piles and solve the frequent problems of collapse of the face and sudden water and mud influx during the excavation process of Xiangshan No.2 Tunnel. A simplified calculation method for horizontal rotary jet grouting piles based on rod structure is proposed by refining the calculation model, which will facilitate the promotion and application of this support system.

甘肃省内广泛分布有新近系疏松砂岩,突出特点为成岩作用较弱、层间水发育、胶结物含量少,结构疏松、力学性质差,易发生涌水、塌方等工程事故,对省内的隧道、地铁等建设工程的开展造成了较大的不利影响[1]。刘高等[2]、边义成[3]对该类地层的成因进行了论述,并对该类岩石的物理力学性质进行了研究;杨洪等[4]对地下工程如何穿越富水疏松砂岩地层提出的具体的技术措施。对于隧道工程而言,近年来针对该类地层工程界新探索的方向有冻结法、帷幕注浆法及高压旋喷法[5-9]。其中冰冻法利用人工制冷将隧道周围的土层冻结成封闭的冻土体,以抵抗水土压力,隔绝地下水,该工法在兰州地铁、引洮工程、水下隧道中有应用;帷幕注浆法将浆液灌入岩体或土层的裂隙、孔隙,形成连续的阻水帷幕,减小渗流量和降低渗透压力的灌浆工程,该工法在兰州地铁、引洮工程、水下隧道中有应用;高压旋喷技术是利用高压射流切削土体,通过射流的旋转使浆液与切削下来的土体混合,形成具有一定强度和抗渗能力的柱形加固体,具有加固和止水两种功能。
香山2号隧道长约1.7 km,洞身穿越新近系泥岩,开挖过程中掌子面中部和顶部存在连续疏松砂岩层,厚度和具体揭露位置缺乏规律,垂直剖面图上其颗粒大小的顺序基本上是底部粗上部细特征,其中的砾石磨圆度较好,具备河床相沉积规律。层状近水平,浅黄色-红褐色,弱胶结~无胶结,手掰易碎(图1),层厚1~7 m,砂层与泥岩交界面存在股状流水,部分段落泥岩浸泡后崩解、软化,疏松砂岩层遇水浸泡后胶结力进一步减弱,常规超前支护无法穿越该影响带,开挖过程中存在掌子面塌方、突泥涌水、支护结构变形及侵界换拱等病害风险。隧道东西向掘进,进口处为大厚度高倾角含炭薄层状板岩和近40 m宽的逆断层破碎带,形成进口隔水带,出口处存在大厚度的第四系粉质黏土层隔断了地下水向出口方向排泄通道(图2),南北方向形成宽阔的汇水带,降雨通过第四系地层下渗,在此处形成一个“地下水库”,加剧了隧道病害的发展。实际开挖过程中隧道渗水量约为0.05 m3/(h·10 m)。
香山2号隧道在施工过程中主要出现的病害类型为:①隧道拱顶出现地层为泥岩层,泥岩层上部为层厚1~7 m的疏松砂岩层,泥岩顶板受地下水浸泡影响出现崩解、软化等现象,承载力减弱,进而挤压初期支护,造成大的变形、落拱、突泥涌水等病害,如图3所示;②隧道拱顶及掌子面出现地层为疏松砂岩层,该层经开挖暴露后,地下水渗流水携走细颗粒,造成类似于“管涌”状的渐进破坏,继而引起掌子面整体垮塌[10-11],如图4所示。
在统筹考虑施工效率、费用及技术难度的前提下,香山2号隧道最终采用了以水平旋喷桩为基础的超前支护体系。拱顶120°范围内(根据现场地质情况可适当扩大施作范围)施作高压水平旋喷桩,形成承载拱[12-14],旋喷桩桩径50 cm,桩长9 m,每环43根,左右相互咬合不小于10 cm,内插ϕ60 mm钢管,长度9 m,旋喷桩外倾角为5°~12°,每6 m施作一组。典型的应用方案如图5所示。
目前学术界对于旋喷桩的成桩理论尚未形成统一的认识,缺乏合理的理论模型,旋喷桩的成桩直径虽然有很多的计算公式,但都缺乏代表性。尤其是考虑到施工机械的性能差异,施工时面对的地层差异,使得求解旋喷桩的成桩直径异常困难。客观来说,旋喷桩的成桩直径还是要依靠现场试验来确定(图6)。经现场试验,在目标成桩直径为500 mm时,该地层中采用单管法旋喷即可,施工机械及其型号见表1,施工工艺参数见表2。同时在洞内养护放置21 d后,破取桩头,切割成标准件,测得桩身的立方体抗压强度为8.5 MPa。
近年来水平旋喷桩支护体系在地下工程中的应用并不鲜见,如在引洮供水一期工程、兰临高速公路长下坡路段改造处治工程、清傅高速邵堂隧道等项目中都有应用。但经现场试桩试验分析,传统旋喷桩的应用尚存在如下缺陷。
(1)在桩基固结的过程中,地下水流易冲走胶结物,造成旋喷桩成桩效果差,不能满足设计要求,需要配合隔水、降水措施为旋喷桩的固结提供条件,但仍存在一定的概率成桩不满足要求。
(2)地层复杂变化快、地层中有空洞,孔口地层松动、裂隙等导致压力密封不好等,导致成桩不满足要求。
(3)旋喷桩斜向上打设,在自重作用下返浆量大于置换土体的量,这种情况下高压旋切形成的空腔无法填充密实,旋喷桩存在天然缺陷。
结合香山2号隧道中的病害特点,提出通过二次注浆来解决上述问题,即在旋喷桩成桩结束后立即送入等长的直径60 mm注浆钢花管,进行二次补充注浆。注入普通浆液可充填空隙,弥补桩体缺陷;注入水玻璃双浆液,则在充填空隙的基础上可以及时止水,为浆液-土的混合体的凝固提供条件。完整的施工流程如图7所示。
基于二次注浆的水平旋喷桩完善水平旋喷桩超前支护体系存在的若干弊端,从引孔、调整角度、旋出成桩、补强钢管、补充注浆、成桩检查等工序出发,建立了成熟的施工流程(图8),为该工法的推广应用提供了条件。
该支护体系在富水疏松砂岩地层中的应用取得了决定性成果,总计施作长度超9 000 m,成功解决了坍塌冒顶、掌子面塌方等一系列病害问题(该类事故的平均处理周期约为3个月),从而给予了隧道施工的安全保障与时间周期的保障,最大限度地降低了安全风险与人工成本。
成熟工艺、工法的细化研究与应用推广需要完善的理论支持,因此本文在现场应用的基础上对水平旋喷桩超前支护体系计算模型进行了研究。
对于逐环、依序施作的超前支护结构而言,单次施作长度及两次施作间搭接长度均是方案研判的关键节点,对于水平旋喷桩超前支护体系而言更是如此,合理的施作长度及搭接长度不仅关系到资金成本更关系到时间成本及施工的安全性。通过试桩,在采用表1所示的施工机械时,合理单次打设长度为9 m,过长的打设长度会导致旋喷桩成桩质量下降。通过数值模拟的手段对旋喷桩开挖过程中的受力特点进行建模分析。旋喷桩相互之间存在5 cm的咬合宽度,整体受力可按具备一定厚度的等代层考虑(采用shell单元),基本地层及初期支护结构均采用实体单元进行模拟。计算采用的参数见表3。水平旋喷桩超前支护体系计算模型如图9所示。
数值试验共设置4个对照组:①单次打设9 m,搭接6 m;②单次打设9 m,搭接5 m;③单次打设9 m,搭接4 m;④单次打设9 m,搭接3 m。未消除模型边界效应对计算结果的影响,所有试验组均从开挖并支护(初期支护)3 m后开始打设旋喷桩超前支护。
所有数据及图像均在模型计算平衡后采集。考虑到旋喷桩在打设后两端处于受支撑状态,中部开挖段受洞身径向的均布力,偏向于纯弯受力,因此重点分析的力学参数为壳体的X轴弯矩(图10)。
将旋喷桩简化为杆件且发生纯弯曲变形,则截面抵抗矩为 ω = π D 3 / 32 = 0.01 m 3 图10表明,在打设长度均为9 m时,当单次开挖长度小于5 m(即搭接长度≥4 m)时,弯矩值M处于相对稳定的状态,介于110~120 kN·m,桩身最大应力σmax=M/ω=±(11~12)MPa。当单次开挖长度为6 m(搭接长度为3 m)时,弯矩值出现了明显的增长,约为160 kN·m,桩身最大应力σmax=M/ω=±16 MPa。根据桩身强度测试结果,此时的桩身应力大于桩身的承载能力,但考虑到桩身内插的直径60 mm注浆钢花管,对桩身承载力的增强作用,可以认为此时桩身仍处于合理的受力范围内。当开挖跨度较小时,桩身弯矩最大值出现在前部约1/3范围内,且分布较为均匀,在开挖跨度逐步增大的同时,桩身弯矩最大值出现的范围开始快速的后移,且出现向拱顶集中地趋势,由此可以推断,在继续扩大开挖跨度后将出现拱顶的支护失效、破坏。
根据隧道开挖力学理论,隧道变形可分为洞周收敛变形、掌子面基础变形及预收敛变形3个部分,三者在空间维度上相互制约。其中挤出变形是开挖掌子面时受地应力调整的影响向外水平挤出的变形。收敛变形是掌子面后方已经开挖的隧道轮廓向隧道内的变形。通过施作水平旋喷桩超前支护体系,可同时减小洞周收敛及掌子面的鼓出变形,进而减少掌子面坍塌的风险。对各实验组拱顶沉降、横向收敛及掌子面鼓出3个维度的变形情况进行统计,见表4
表4表明,在单次打设长度一致的前提下,随着开挖跨度的增加,发生明显变化的是横向收敛及掌子面鼓出值,其增加值与开挖跨度增长值正相关。掌子面变形特点的另一项关键参数为最大剪应变增量,可以表征掌子面的变形趋势,如图11所示。
图11表明,在洞周压力的作用下,掌子面疏松砂岩层的前端、顶部出现了较为明显的应变,旋喷桩等代层向掌子面顶部传递了较大的压力,掌子面的变形区域呈明显的圆弧状,即掌子面可能的破坏方式为圆弧形滑动。就影响范围而言,不同搭接长度对变形范围影响较小,均为2 m左右;就影响程度而言,在打设长度均为9 m时,当单次开挖长度小于5 m(即搭接长度≥4 m)时,影响程度响度一致,当单次开挖长度为6 m(搭接长度为3 m)时,剪应变增量值出现了明显的增长。结合3.1节、3.2节的计算结果综合判定,在该类地层中,单次打设9 m长旋喷桩,其合理的搭接长度≥3 m。
合理的力学模型有助于分析结构受力特性,从而有针对性地制定方案。旋喷桩的一端搭设在拱架上,另一端放置在稳定岩体上,其受力模式与普通的超前支护一致。考虑到旋喷桩的成桩原理,其末端一般都与岩层相对稳定地固结在一起,因此可以简化为悬臂端;而近端搭在拱架上,则可以考虑成铰接或连杆支撑,是典型的超静定结构。为便于计算分析,提出旋喷桩超前加固的简化力学模型(图角),并做如下假设。
(1)将单根旋喷桩简化为杆件,纯弯曲变形。
(2)旋喷桩末端与岩层相对稳定的固结在一起,简化为固定支座。
(3)旋喷桩近端搭在拱架上,简化为铰支座;末端固定支座、近端铰支座,则旋喷桩为超静定结构。
(4)根据《公路隧道设计规范》中深埋隧道拱顶压力的计算公式,围岩压力取150 kPa,旋喷桩受75 kN/m的均布压力(环向计算宽度取1 m)。
相应的,掌子面的工况可分为3种,工况Ⅰ是掌子面直立,旋喷桩受荷长度大致为1.2 m(两个开挖循环);工况Ⅱ是掌子面有较小范围的垮塌,旋喷桩受荷长度大致为3 m;工况Ⅲ是掌子面发生较大范围的圆弧滑动,旋喷桩受荷长度大致为6 m。针对上述3种工况建立4个受力模型,其中模型1对应工况Ⅰ,非支撑跨度按1 m计,远端按固定支座计,近端按铰支座计(图12表5);模型2对应工况Ⅱ,非支撑跨度按3 m计,远端按固定支座计,近端按铰支座计(图12表5);模型3、模型4对应工况Ⅲ,非支撑跨度按6 m计,远端分别按固定支座、铰支座计,近端均按铰支座计(图13图14表5)。对比模型4计算结果(±33.7 MPa)和3.1节中第4组的计算结果,可以看到,在开挖跨度为6 m时,将尾端支撑条件视为铰接更为合理。
上述简化计算模型可比较简便地按照基本的结构力学知识进行求解,且围岩压力可按照现行的《公路隧道设计规范》按围岩特征进行计算,更符合设计及施工过程的实际需求。
(1)富水疏松砂岩的典型特点是成岩程度低,弱胶结-无胶结,是事实上的地下水流通通道。在经历了隧道的开挖扰动后,地下水活动会导致岩层的胶结进一步变弱,水流同时会携走一部分细颗粒,形成“管涌”状的渐进式破坏;同时砂层与泥岩交界处泥岩浸泡后崩解、软化,是该类地层在施工中容易发生大的变形、落拱、突泥涌水等病害的主要原因。
(2)香山2号隧道的实践结果表明,在合理的施工参数下,水平旋喷桩在该类地层中有着良好的成桩效果。内插等长的注浆钢花管,并进行二次补充注浆可解决以高压水平旋喷桩为基础的超前支护体系存在的若干固有问题。该支护体系在富水疏松砂岩地层中的应用取得了决定性作用,成功解决了坍塌冒顶、掌子面塌方、拱脚沉降等一系列病害问题。
(3)水平旋喷桩超前支护体系的另一关键参数为旋喷桩的单次施作长度及两次施作间搭接长度。试桩试验表明,合理单次打设长度为9 m;数值计算表明,当单次开挖长度小于5 m(即搭接长度≥4 m)时,桩身弯矩值及掌子面形变处于相对稳定的状态,当单次开挖长度为进一步增大时,弯矩值出现了明显的增长,综合桩身内插钢管起到的“劲芯”作用,搭接3 m是材料强度充分利用的一个临界值。
(4)为便于计算分析,将旋喷桩超前加固体系简化为纯弯曲变形的杆件结构,并根据旋喷桩与周围地层的估计情况、支撑掌子面的变形情况等条件,对旋喷桩的边界条件进行简化,简化后的模型可根据结构力学基本知识进行求解,求解结果与数值计算接近,可做进一步的推广应用。
