15111 working face of Huangyanhui Coal Mine in Shanxi Province was selected as the support of the actual project, and the stress distribution state and roadway deformation characteristics of coal pillar and solid coal under different coal pillar widths were analyzed in depth, aiming to realize the optimal design of the parameters of coal pillar excavation along the gob of the track channel in this working face. The lateral stress distribution law of goaf was deeply discussed, and the stress distribution of small coal pillar after goaf excavation was studied. At the same time, the distribution characteristics of vertical stress and horizontal stress during mining are comprehensively analyzed, and the specific values of vertical displacement and horizontal displacement in mining stage are precisely measured. The research results show that with the continuous increase of the width of coal pillar, the stress carried by coal pillar and solid coal increases correspondingly. At the same time, the increase of the width of coal pillar causes the deformation of the two sides of the tunnel to expand first and then shrink, and the deformation decreases further when the tunnel reaches a stable state. However, the deformation of the top plate and the bottom plate showed a gradually decreasing trend. Through research and analysis, the optimal design size of coal pillar in goaf excavation is optimized and determined. The research result will provide a key and reliable reference standard for the coal pillar maintenance of Huangyanhui Coal Mine and other similar projects, and effectively promote the improvement of the safety, stability and economy of the project, which has important value for promoting the technological progress in related fields.

选取山西黄岩汇煤矿15111工作面为实际工程依托,对不同煤柱宽度下煤柱及实体煤的应力分布状态以及巷道变形特征进行深度剖析,旨在实现对该工作面轨道顺槽沿空掘巷煤柱留设参数的优化设计。深入探讨工作面采空区侧向应力的分布规律,对沿空掘巷后小煤柱的应力分布情形进行研究,同时全面分析回采期间垂直应力与水平应力的分布特性,并精确测定回采阶段垂直位移与水平位移的具体数值。研究结果显示,随着煤柱宽度持续增加,煤柱与实体煤所承载的应力也相应上升。与此同时,煤柱宽度的增大致使巷道两帮变形呈现出先扩大后收缩的变化趋势,待巷道达到稳定状态后,变形进一步减小,而顶板和底板的变形则呈现出逐步递减的态势。通过研究与分析,精准优化并确定了沿空掘巷煤柱的最佳设计尺寸。这一研究成果将为黄岩汇煤矿以及其他类似工程的煤柱留设提供关键且可靠的参考标准,有力地促进工程在安全性、稳定性以及经济性方面的提升,对于推动相关领域的技术进步具有重要价值。

选取山西黄岩汇煤矿15111工作面为实际工程依托,对不同煤柱宽度下煤柱及实体煤的应力分布状态以及巷道变形特征进行深度剖析,旨在实现对该工作面轨道顺槽沿空掘巷煤柱留设参数的优化设计。深入探讨工作面采空区侧向应力的分布规律,对沿空掘巷后小煤柱的应力分布情形进行研究,同时全面分析回采期间垂直应力与水平应力的分布特性,并精确测定回采阶段垂直位移与水平位移的具体数值。研究结果显示,随着煤柱宽度持续增加,煤柱与实体煤所承载的应力也相应上升。与此同时,煤柱宽度的增大致使巷道两帮变形呈现出先扩大后收缩的变化趋势,待巷道达到稳定状态后,变形进一步减小,而顶板和底板的变形则呈现出逐步递减的态势。通过研究与分析,精准优化并确定了沿空掘巷煤柱的最佳设计尺寸。这一研究成果将为黄岩汇煤矿以及其他类似工程的煤柱留设提供关键且可靠的参考标准,有力地促进工程在安全性、稳定性以及经济性方面的提升,对于推动相关领域的技术进步具有重要价值。

15111 working face of Huangyanhui Coal Mine in Shanxi Province was selected as the support of the actual project, and the stress distribution state and roadway deformation characteristics of coal pillar and solid coal under different coal pillar widths were analyzed in depth, aiming to realize the optimal design of the parameters of coal pillar excavation along the gob of the track channel in this working face. The lateral stress distribution law of goaf was deeply discussed, and the stress distribution of small coal pillar after goaf excavation was studied. At the same time, the distribution characteristics of vertical stress and horizontal stress during mining are comprehensively analyzed, and the specific values of vertical displacement and horizontal displacement in mining stage are precisely measured. The research results show that with the continuous increase of the width of coal pillar, the stress carried by coal pillar and solid coal increases correspondingly. At the same time, the increase of the width of coal pillar causes the deformation of the two sides of the tunnel to expand first and then shrink, and the deformation decreases further when the tunnel reaches a stable state. However, the deformation of the top plate and the bottom plate showed a gradually decreasing trend. Through research and analysis, the optimal design size of coal pillar in goaf excavation is optimized and determined. The research result will provide a key and reliable reference standard for the coal pillar maintenance of Huangyanhui Coal Mine and other similar projects, and effectively promote the improvement of the safety, stability and economy of the project, which has important value for promoting the technological progress in related fields.

在中国煤炭开采领域,宽煤柱护巷技术是一种传统的巷道维护手段,其关键在于留存特定宽度的煤柱,以此保障巷道的稳定状态,但这也造成了煤炭资源的损耗[1-4]。鉴于此,为在降低煤柱损失的同时达成安全高效的生产目标,沿空掘巷技术顺势出现,并逐步得到广泛的推广与应用[5-6]。完全沿空掘巷技术存在其他两种沿空巷道所不具备的影响因素,所以该种掘巷方式在实际应用中较为少见,公开的文献资料也相对匮乏。留设大煤柱沿空掘巷曾是沿空掘巷的主要形式,然而其在复杂地质条件下的适用性欠佳,因此这种施工方式逐渐被弃用。
沿空掘巷是在已采工作面的采空区边缘进行巷道掘进的技术。这种技术能够有效利用采空区边缘的应力分布特点,在一定程度上降低巷道掘进和维护的难度。中国沿空留巷技术具有一定的应用经验[7-9]。但在实际应用中,仍存在诸多问题有待解决,不同矿区需要根据自身的地质条件和开采技术等因素,对沿空掘巷技术进行优化和改进。孙利辉等[10]以芦子沟矿8103工作面沿空掘巷工程为背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验等方法,研究了沿空掘巷应力场传递演化规律及分布范围。孟巧荣等[11]以深埋倾斜特厚煤层窄煤柱沿空掘巷为背景,开展了理论分析、现场实测及数值模拟研究,提出了基于煤柱多重塑性破坏区发育规律的煤柱加固和高应力区精准卸压联合的围岩控制技术体系。张礼[12]以乡宁矿区申南凹煤矿坚硬顶板大采高开采实际工程为背景,对小煤柱留设宽度及巷道围岩稳定性控制技术展开了细致研究,进而建立了坚硬顶板条件下邻空侧覆岩结构力学模型,推导了坚硬顶板条件下内应力场长度计算式。Zhang等[13]分析了回采巷道围岩的移动特征及邻近大煤柱巷道的回采效果,建立了弱胶结巷道破坏的力学模型,并通过数值模拟验证了沿软厚煤层留小煤柱的可行性。邢博晖等[14]利用数值模拟软件3DEC模拟济源市某隧洞的开挖过程,计算围岩块体的位移、应力和塑性区,分析围岩节理强度对围岩稳定性的影响,最后提供支护方案。
山西黄岩汇煤矿15111工作面所处地质条件呈现出高度的复杂性。这种复杂地质环境给开采作业带来诸多挑战,其中,对该工作面轨道顺槽沿空掘巷的煤柱进行优化设计成为亟待解决的关键问题。从实际需求出发,为了确保在开采过程中巷道围岩能够维持稳定状态,同时尽可能地提升煤炭资源的采出效率,本文拟定借助FLAC3D程序模拟计算这一先进的技术方法,开展15111工作面轨道顺槽沿空掘巷煤柱优化设计研究,旨在为该煤矿的一线施工作业提供具有坚实理论依据的指导与支持。
山西黄岩汇煤矿15111工作面东部是15109工作面的采空区域,西部为尚未开采的区域,北部有轨道运输大巷等3条主要巷道,南部为保护煤柱,其工作面布置如图1所示。
在 15111 轨道顺槽的掘进作业进程中,自顶板向底板方向逐步揭露的岩层呈现出如下特征:其老顶部分主要由中砂岩或者粉砂岩构成,岩层厚度的波动区间介于6~10 m,经详细勘测与统计分析,该部分岩层的平均厚度精准测定为 8 m。直接顶的岩性为砂质泥岩,厚度跨度在5~8 m范畴,平均厚度达到7 m。值得留意的是,在靠近顶板的局部区域,存在一层厚度约为2 m的泥岩夹层,此泥岩中还隐匿着一条厚度达0.4 m的煤线,这无疑为岩层结构增添了更多复杂性。直接底岩性确定为泥岩,厚度大致在3 m;而底板则主要由砂岩组成,厚度达到35 m。综合柱状图如图2所示。
创建一个长、高、宽分别为 400、200、80 m 的有限元模型,如图3所示,用于本次模拟研究。在建模过程中,依据实际的不同岩层情况,于竖直方向实施等比例的构建操作,以此来确保模型能够精准反映实际地质结构。此模型的约束设定如下:下覆岩层的底面采取固定措施,使其位置保持不变;四周则对法向位移加以约束限制,防止其出现不必要的侧向移动;而模型的上部保持自由状态,并且在上部施加一个大小 0.9 MPa 的铅垂方向作用力,以此来模拟实际工况中的上覆岩层压力,使模型更贴近真实的受力环境。围岩的各项物理力学参数已详细列于表1中,这些参数将为后续的模拟计算提供关键的数据支持。
数值模拟研究了不同宽度煤柱情况下对应采场围岩的应力分布格局以及位移的动态演变趋向。通过这种方式,对采场围岩的稳定性进行精准判断,进而综合各方面因素,最终确定出最为合理的煤柱尺寸,以保障整个开采过程的安全与高效,为后续的开采作业提供可靠的参数依据,使得开采工作能够在稳定的围岩环境下有序推进,避免因煤柱宽度不合理而引发的一系列安全隐患和生产问题,实现资源的科学、合理开发利用,提升矿山开采的经济效益和社会效益。
上区段采空区作用下煤层应力分布状况如图4所示。具体而言,通过精准提取煤层处于1/2高度位置处的数据信息,并展开深入分析,进而成功获取受上区段采空区影响之际,煤层垂直应力以及水平应力各自的分布曲线走向。从区域分布来讲,应力降低区处于距煤体边缘2.5 m以内范围,应力升高区在距煤壁 4.0 m处,原岩应力区则处于距煤壁 4.0 m之外的区域。
研究发现,采空区侧向垂直应力的周边地带常常会致使顶底板以及巷道帮部发生较为剧烈的变形状况,并且在水平应力峰值的邻近区域,巷道底鼓现象极易出现。因而,在筹划巷道布置方位的进程中,务必要从全方位、多角度展开考量,将采空区边缘的应力分布态势以及破坏区域的实际情形统统纳入考量范畴,切实规避把巷道安置于应力过度集中的地带。这样做的目的在于保障巷道的稳定性与安全性,有效降低因应力集中而引发的巷道变形、破坏等一系列不利情况的发生概率,从而为后续的开采工作营造优良的基础条件,助力整个开采流程在效率与安全性方面实现显著提升。
沿15109采空区掘15 111轨道顺槽后,4、5、6、8 、10 m煤柱相应的垂直应力分布如图5图6所示。
图5图6可知,巷道掘进期间工作面沿空掘巷窄煤柱应力分布具有如下特征。
(1)在煤柱宽度逐步拓展的过程中,煤柱与实体煤所承担的应力呈现出逐渐上扬的态势。当煤柱宽度为4 m时,煤柱所承载的最大垂直应力为6.1 MPa,煤体所承受的最大垂直应力为18.3 MPa。当把煤柱宽度达到10 m时,煤柱的最大垂直应力增加至17.1 MPa,而煤体的最大垂直应力也转变为17.8 MPa。这一情况出现的内在原因在于,巷道掘进这一行为促使围岩应力出现转移与重新调配,进而衍生出的压力需由煤柱以及实体煤协同分担。换言之,伴随煤柱宽度逐步递增,二者所承载的垂直应力水平也随之相应升高。
(2)煤柱的应力分布呈现出单峰形态,其应力峰值并非处于煤柱的中心位置,而是向采空区一侧有所偏移,偏移的距离介于0.3~0.5 m。从煤柱宽度方向进行观察,垂直应力低于原岩应力的区间介于4.5~4.9 m。基于此,可以推断在当前的地质条件下,小煤柱两侧空区一侧的破碎范围约为2.0 m。
(3)当沿空掘巷达到稳定状态之后,实体帮应力峰值及其所处位置与煤柱宽度之间的关联特性与煤柱自身的应力分布情况较为相似。具体而言,垂直应力峰值会随着煤柱宽度的增大而呈现出下降的趋势,其数值介于17.8~18.3 MPa,应力集中系数为2.0,并且峰值位置与巷道实体帮之间的距离介于5.6~7.2 m。
对沿空掘进扰动且稳定后的巷道,统计了4、5、6、8、10 m煤柱巷道围岩变形量(表2)。由表2可知,煤柱加宽,掘进稳定后巷道两帮变形先增后减,顶底板变形渐小,煤柱5 m时两帮变形最大。故而煤柱不宜设为5 m,小于5 m时顶底板变形加剧;反之,巷道两侧与顶底板变形均减小。仅从掘进视角看,煤柱宽应超5 m。
沿空掘进巷道直至回采前,采场处于稳定态势。开采启动后,采场围岩受开采引发的采动作用,巷道与煤柱会产生进一步变形,此时煤柱应力是悬覆支护压力和上覆岩层荷载共同叠加的结果,其值高于开切后煤柱的应力。本次模拟设定回采工作面顺着开切眼推进90 m,借助数值模拟运算超前工作面15 m时煤柱内以及工作面前方实体煤的应力与位移情形。回采阶段不同尺寸煤柱的垂直应力与水平应力分布状况如图7图8所示。
对工作面推进90 m时的各垂直应力等线图展开分析,得出以下结论。
(1)垂直应力显著增大。当工作面推进90 m后,受二次采动影响,煤柱以及15 111回风巷顶底板的垂直应力明显增大,与空掘沿线的应力分布相比,这种增大的幅度尤为突出。
(2)煤柱应力与高应力区变化。在超采因素影响下,煤柱垂直应力峰值随着煤柱宽度不断增加而上升。具体地,煤柱宽度从4 m增加到10 m时,煤柱的最大垂直应力便从15 MPa提升至40 MPa。
(3)不同宽度护巷煤柱的沿空掘巷中,掘巷时实体帮应力峰值介于19.8~21.5 MPa,距煤壁约7.5 m;受超前采动影响,应力值升至29~38 MPa,峰值位置从距实体帮4.5 m移至5~7 m。在此过程中,煤柱宽度渐增,实帮应力峰值与实帮煤体间距逐渐缩减。如煤柱4 m时,实帮应力峰值在距实帮7 m处;煤柱 10 m 时,在 5 m 处。这是因为小煤柱护巷时,其承载能力低,巷道变形应力传至固帮,固帮浅部围岩难承此应力,便将高应力转至深部岩体;煤柱加宽,承载能力提升,应力传至边部实帮后有所减小,实帮应力峰值位置与表面间距也比小煤柱时小。
15111 工作面回采期间,4、5、6、8 、10 m 煤柱相应的垂直位移分布如图9所示,4、5、6、8、10 m 煤柱相应的水平位移分布如图10所示。
对15111工作面前方推进 90 m 所获取的垂直位移与水平位移等值线图展开分析,能够清晰地察觉不同煤柱尺寸下的位移变化情况。当煤柱宽度设定为4 m时,顶板下沉量显著增大,达到970 mm,煤柱朝15111回风顺槽的水平位移拓展至390 mm,实体煤帮水平位移亦达到763 mm;而在煤柱为5 m的情况下,顶板最大下沉量攀升至892 mm,煤柱向15111回风顺槽的水平位移扩大到290 mm,实体煤帮水平位移为717 mm。进一步来看,回采时若留设6 m煤柱,15111回风巷顶板最大下沉量增加至859 mm,煤柱向该回风巷的水平位移量提升到199 mm,实心煤帮水平位移量达到702 mm。当煤柱宽度达到8 m时,顶板最大下沉量增大至S975 mm,煤柱向15111回风顺槽的水平位移增至354 mm,实体煤帮水平位移达771 mm;若煤柱为10 m,顶板最大下沉量进一步提升至1 051 mm,煤柱向15111回风顺槽的水平位移增大到376 mm,实体煤帮水平位移达779 mm。
对 15111 工作面开采时不同煤柱条件下的巷道位移深入剖析可知,巷道变形随煤柱宽度增大呈现出先变小、再变大、后趋于平稳的变化态势,且在煤柱宽度为 6 m 时达到最小。
通过对沿空掘进巷道及前回采工作面各尺寸煤柱进行数值模拟综合分析,在兼顾较小尺寸煤柱设计并考虑巷道与煤柱稳定性的情况下,选取6~7 m的煤柱较为适宜。
(1)伴随煤柱宽度渐次拓展,煤柱与实体煤所承受的应力水平亦随之稳步抬升。一旦煤柱宽度超出8 m这一阈值,煤柱所遭遇的峰值应力便会开始超越煤侧的峰值应力。就煤柱内部的应力分布格局而言,呈现出单峰特性,其应力峰值所处位置并非煤柱的几何中心点,而是向着采空区那一侧发生偏移,偏移的距离介于0.3~0.5 m。在不同宽度的各个煤柱的横向维度上,垂直应力低于原岩应力的区域跨度为4.0~4.6 m。基于此迹象可合理推断,小煤柱两侧整体的破碎区间大致介于4.5~4.9 m,其中,巷道侧对应的破碎范围介于2.1~ 2.8 m,采空区侧的破碎范围则约为2.0 m。
(2)在沿空掘巷达到稳定状态后,实体煤应力峰值的大小以及所处位置与煤柱宽度之间的联系并不显著。垂直应力峰值介于17.8~18.3 MPa,应力集中系数为2.0,峰值位置与巷道实体帮的距离为5.6 ~ 7.2 m。
(3)在煤柱宽度持续扩大的过程中,巷道稳定后,其两帮的变形先是呈现增大的趋势,随后逐渐变小,而顶底板的变形则持续降低。当煤柱宽度为5 m时,巷道两帮的变形量最大,故而煤柱宽度应大于5 m。
(4)经由对 15111 工作面掘进环节在不同煤柱设定条件下巷道位移状况予以深入探究与剖析,得到伴随着煤柱宽度持续增大,巷道变形量呈现出起初逐步递减、继而有所递增、最终趋向平稳的态势。其中,当煤柱宽度设定为6 m时,巷道变形量恰好达到最低程度。
