In order to solve the influence of bolt length on roadway support under different geological and mining conditions, using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, the numerical simulation research of tunnel support effect of 1.6, 1.8, 2.0, 2.2 and 2.4 m different bolt lengths was carried out. Through five bolt-length support schemes, the stress change and displacement deformation rule of roadway under each scheme were analyzed, and the optimal bolt-length was obtained. The results show that the change of bolt length affects the displacement and deformation of roadway after excavation. When the diameter of the bolt is constant and the length is 2.2 m, the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is small, and the shear failure in the plastic zone is minimal. Through the comparison of several schemes, it is found that the roadway support effect is best when the length of bolt is 2.2 m.

为解决不同地质和开采条件下锚杆长度对巷道支护效果的影响,运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对1.6、1.8、2.0、2.2、2.4 m 5种不同锚杆长度进行巷道支护效果的数值模拟研究。通过5种锚杆长度的支护方案,分析各方案支护下巷道应力变化和位移变形量规律,得出最佳锚杆长度。结果表明,锚杆长度变化影响开挖后巷道位移变形量,锚杆直径不变、长度为2.2 m时,巷道围岩变形量较小,塑性区发生的剪切破坏也最小。通过几种方案的比较,发现锚杆长度为2.2 m时巷道支护效果最佳。

In order to solve the influence of bolt length on roadway support under different geological and mining conditions, using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, the numerical simulation research of tunnel support effect of 1.6, 1.8, 2.0, 2.2 and 2.4 m different bolt lengths was carried out. Through five bolt-length support schemes, the stress change and displacement deformation rule of roadway under each scheme were analyzed, and the optimal bolt-length was obtained. The results show that the change of bolt length affects the displacement and deformation of roadway after excavation. When the diameter of the bolt is constant and the length is 2.2 m, the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is small, and the shear failure in the plastic zone is minimal. Through the comparison of several schemes, it is found that the roadway support effect is best when the length of bolt is 2.2 m.

随着矿山开采不断深入,地下巷道支护问题日益突出[1-2]。巷道支护好坏直接影响矿山安全生产、作业效率及矿井经济效益[3-4]。众多支护措施中,锚杆支护作为一种常用且高效的支护形式,因其施工简便、成本较低及支护效果良好,被广泛应用于各类矿山巷道支护工作[5-6]。近年来在国内外大量矿山的应用实践中也证实,锚杆支护成为煤矿巷道主要支护形式之一[7-8]。李平[9]通过强度-刚度-可靠性-支护密度,形成一套支护体系来解决巷道围岩应力集中问题,通过增大锚杆间排距,降低巷道支护成本,在掘进时有效缓解巷道变形的同时也大幅提高了掘进速度。王肖猛[10]针对巷道表面变形大、巷道失稳等问题,通过FLAC数值模拟软件研究锚杆的长度、间排距和直径等参数得到相应的各类型参数,运用得到的参数通过工业性试验实践,取得了很好的效果。王世博等[11]针对煤矿现场变形严重问题,运用数值模拟得出玻璃钢锚杆所受轴力明显小于螺纹钢锚杆,更能改善锚固效果。王惠贤等[12]对隧洞侧压系数、弹性模量及锚杆长度等进行综合分析,确定了锚杆支护参数(锚杆长度、间距、半径等)对现场效果的影响。单梁等[13]通过锚带网索联合支护,并且确定锚杆长度为2.5 m时对现场巷道的变形控制效果最佳。
针对不同地质条件和开采条件矿井,锚杆长度选择基本不相同,锚杆参数选择没有定量化表征[14]。故面对何种地质条件如何选择合适长度锚杆仍是一个亟待解决的问题[15]。本文根据以上问题,保持其他参数不变,对某矿现场地质条件设置不同长度锚杆进行FLAC3D数值模拟研究,最终得出巷道支护的最佳锚杆长度,以期为不同矿井巷道支护提供借鉴。
基于某矿现场地质条件,对其建立数值模型。图1为根据现场地层绘制的综合柱状图。通过矿区地质力学参数建立初始应力平衡模型,建立模拟巷道的网格,求出相关应力,模型物理力学参数见表1
对不同锚杆长度进行模拟,得出各长度下锚杆应力及变形特征。设计方案见表2
图2为锚杆长度为1.6 m时的模拟结果。由图2(a)可知,巷道顶板发生剪切破坏较多,两帮和底板仅有一小部分发生剪切破坏。由图2(b)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根1.6 m长的锚杆时,巷道两帮水平应力呈现出明显的对称分布特征。巷道两帮、顶板及底板受到的水平应力最大值分别为2、8、10 MPa。对比可知,底板受到的水平应力更大。由图2(c)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根1.6 m长的锚杆时,巷道两帮垂直应力分布呈现出明显的对称分布特征,巷道两帮成对称“驼峰”形状分布。巷道顶底板受到的垂直应力在1 MPa左右,两帮受到的最大垂直应力为9 MPa,最小垂直应力为6.5 MPa,可见巷道两帮垂直应力分布相对复杂。由图2(d)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根1.6 m长的锚杆时,巷道发生了较明显的位移变形,在巷道两帮变形到达峰值。巷道两帮在x方向的位移变形量在240 mm左右,由于两帮都是打3根1.6 m长的锚杆,因此巷道两帮的变形情况基本一致,呈现出对称变形。由图2(e)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根1.6 m长的锚杆时,巷道发生了较明显的位移变形,在巷道顶板处变形到达峰值。巷道顶板变形量相对底板变形量来说差别较大,顶板变形量在400 mm左右,而底板变形量在100 mm左右。
图3为锚杆长度为1.8 m时的模拟结果。由图3(a)可知,巷道顶板未发生剪切破坏,两帮和底板发生剪切破坏,且右帮发生剪切破坏更严重。由图3(b)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根1.8 m长的锚杆时,巷道两帮水平应力分布呈现出明显对称分布特征。巷道两帮、顶板及底板受到的水平应力最大值分别为2、7、9 MPa。对比可看出,底板受到的水平应力更大。由图3(c)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根1.8 m长的锚杆时,巷道两帮垂直应力分布呈现出明显的对称分布特征,在巷道两帮成对称 “驼峰”形状分布。巷道顶底板受到的垂直应力在2 MPa左右,两帮受到的最大垂直应力为9 MPa,最小垂直应力为6 MPa,由此可见巷道两帮垂直应力分布相对复杂。由图3(d)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根1.8 m长的锚杆时,巷道发生了较明显的位移变形,在巷道两帮变形到达峰值。巷道两帮在x方向的位移变形量在200 mm左右,由于两帮都是打3根1.8 m长的锚杆,因此巷道两帮的变形情况基本一致,呈现出对称变形。由图3(e)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根1.8 m长的锚杆时,巷道发生了较明显的位移变形,在巷道顶板处变形到达峰值。巷道顶板变形量相对底板变形量来说差别较大,顶板变形量在350 mm左右,而底板变形量仅在100 mm左右。
图4为锚杆长度为2.0 m时的模拟结果。由图4(a)可知,此时,在巷道顶底板和左帮发生剪切破坏较少,而两帮和底板都发生剪切破坏,相比之下,右帮发生的剪切破坏更严重。由图4(b)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根2.0 m长的锚杆时,巷道两帮水平应力分布呈现出明显的对称分布特征。巷道两帮、顶板及底板受到的水平应力,最大值分别为2、7、9 MPa。对比可看出,底板受到的水平应力更大。由图4(c)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根2.0 m长的锚杆时,巷道两帮垂直应力分布呈现出明显的对称分布特征,在巷道两帮成对称 “驼峰”形状分布。巷道顶底板受到的垂直应力在1 MPa左右,两帮受到的最大垂直应力为9 MPa,最小垂直应力为6 MPa,由此可见巷道两帮垂直应力分布相对复杂。由图4(d)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根2.0 m长的锚杆时,巷道发生了较明显的位移变形,在巷道两帮变形到达峰值。两帮在x方向的位移变形量在150 mm左右,由于两帮都是打3根2.0 m长的锚杆,因此巷道两帮的变形情况基本一致,呈现出对称变形。由图4(e)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根2.0 m长的锚杆时,巷道发生了较明显的位移变形,顶板处变形到达峰值。顶板变形量相对底板变形量来说差别较大,顶板变形量在300 mm左右,而底板变形量在100 mm左右。
图5为锚杆长度为2.2 m时的模拟结果。由图5(a)可得,在巷道顶底板没有发生剪切破坏,左帮发生剪切破坏较少,相比之下,右帮发生的剪切破坏更严重。由图5(b)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根2.2 m长的锚杆时,两帮水平应力分布呈现出明显的对称分布特征。两帮、顶板及底板受到的水平应力最大值分别为2、7、9 MPa。对比可得,底板受到的水平应力更大。由图5(c)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根2.2 m长的锚杆时,巷道两帮垂直应力分布呈现出明显的对称分布特征,在巷道两帮成对称 “驼峰”形状分布。巷道顶底板受到的垂直应力在3 MPa左右,两帮受到的最大垂直应力为8 MPa,最小垂直应力为6 MPa,由此可见巷道两帮垂直应力分布相对复杂。由图5(d)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根2.2 m长的锚杆时,巷道发生了较明显的位移变形,在巷道两帮变形到达峰值。巷道两帮在x方向的位移变形量在100 mm左右,由于两帮都是打3根2.2 m长的锚杆,因此巷道两帮的变形情况基本一致,呈现出对称变形。由图5(e)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根2.2 m长的锚杆时,巷道发生了较明显的位移变形,在巷道顶板处变形到达峰值。巷道顶板变形量相对底板变形量来说差别较大,顶板变形量在220 mm左右,而底板变形量在50 mm左右。
图6为锚杆长度为2.4 m时的模拟结果。由图6(a)可知,巷道底板未发生剪切破坏,底板和左帮仅有一小部分发生剪切破坏,相比之下,右帮发生剪切破坏更严重。由图6(b)可知,巷道开挖后,巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根2.4 m长锚杆时,两帮水平应力分布呈现出明显的对称分布特征。两帮、顶板及底板受到的水平应力最大值为2、6、8 MPa。对比可知,底板受到的水平应力更大。由图6(c)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根2.4 m长的锚杆时,两帮垂直应力分布呈现出明显的对称分布特征,在巷道两帮成对称“驼峰”形状分布。顶底板受到的垂直应力在3 MPa左右,两帮受到的最大垂直应力为8 MPa,最小垂直应力为6 MPa,由此可见巷道两帮垂直应力分布相对复杂。由图6(d)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根2.4 m长的锚杆时,巷道发生了较明显的位移变形,在巷道两帮变形到达峰值。巷道两帮在x方向的位移变形量在110 mm左右,由于两帮都是打3根2.4 m长的锚杆,因此巷道两帮的变形情况基本一致,呈现出对称变形。由图6(e)可知,巷道开挖后,在巷道顶板和两帮分别打3根2.4 m长的锚杆时,巷道发生较明显位移变形,在巷道顶板处变形到达峰值。巷道顶板变形量相对底板变形量来说差别较大,顶板变形量在250 mm左右,而底板变形量在50 mm左右。
对上述不同锚固支护后位移及应力数据进行统计,得出图7所示结果。
图7可得,锚杆直径不变,长度增大时,巷道所受最大水平应力皆在底板处,锚杆长度在1.6 m时所受水平应力最大为10 MPa,锚杆长度在2.4 m时所受最大水平应力仅8 MPa。巷道所受最大垂直应力皆在两帮处。锚杆长度增加时,所受垂直应力变化波动不大。锚杆长度介于2.2~2.4 m时更适用。表明锚杆直径不变,长度增加会影响巷道所受水平应力和垂直应力。巷道x水平方向和y垂直方向位移与锚杆直径无关,与锚杆长度有关。x方向水平位移在锚杆长度为2.2 m时变形量最小(100 mm)。而锚杆长度在1.6~2.0 m和2.4 m时x方向位移变形量均大于100 mm。y方向垂直位移在锚杆长度2.2 m时变形量最小(220 mm)。而锚杆长度在1.6~2.0 m和2.4 m时y方向位移变形量均大于220 mm。故锚杆直径不变,长度增加时,会影响到巷道水平和垂直方向变形。由塑性区剪切破坏可得,无论巷道支护选择多长锚杆,巷道右帮所受剪切破坏基本上比顶底板和左帮剪切破坏严重,锚杆长度在2.2~2.4 m时巷道整体所受剪切破坏较小。故锚杆长度变化影响开挖后巷道位移变形量。锚杆直径不变、长度为2.2 m时,巷道围岩变形量较小。从塑性区来看,锚杆长度在2.2 m时塑性区发生的剪切破坏最小。因此,综合考虑后应选择2.2 m长的锚杆应用于现场支护。
(1)煤矿井下深部开采时,采用锚杆支护的情况下,应考虑巷道位移变形量因素。同时,为减少巷道变形,应采用合适长度锚杆用于巷道支护。
(2)选择合适长度锚杆进行巷道支护后,巷道两帮和顶底板仍会出现较小变形,可知围岩巷道具有一定的自承能力。
(3)经数值模拟得出,锚杆长度为2.2 m时,该矿围岩巷道发生的变形量相对较小,表明现场治理时,锚杆均有一个合适长度,应提前对其设计。
