The strong heterogeneity of the Lower Permian gas reservoir in the Hechuan Gas Field and the significant differences in gas well productivity, along with the unclear characteristics of high-efficiency wells, have constrained the profitable development of the gas reservoir. To identify the controlling factors of high-yield wells, research was conducted from both geological and engineering perspectives, focusing on the relationships between paleogeomorphology, dolomitization degree, reservoir thickness, fracture and vug development, acid treatment volume, and gas test productivity. The results indicate that wells located in high paleogeomorphological positions, with high dolomite content and large reservoir thickness, exhibit well-developed fractures and vugs, achieving productivity of up to a million cubic meters. Large-scale acid treatments can modify the surrounding reservoir of the wells, enhancing their productivity.

合川气田下二叠统气藏储层非均质性强、气井产能差异大、高效井特征不清晰的问题制约了气藏效益开发。为摸清高产井控制因素,从地质及工程两个角度出发,对古地貌、云化程度、储层厚度、裂缝及孔洞发育程度、酸液施工量与试气产能的关系进行相关研究。结果表明,古地貌高部位、高云质含量、储层厚度大的气井,裂缝和孔洞较为发育,产能可达百万立方米,大规模工程酸液施工可改造气井周缘储层,提升气井产能。

The strong heterogeneity of the Lower Permian gas reservoir in the Hechuan Gas Field and the significant differences in gas well productivity, along with the unclear characteristics of high-efficiency wells, have constrained the profitable development of the gas reservoir. To identify the controlling factors of high-yield wells, research was conducted from both geological and engineering perspectives, focusing on the relationships between paleogeomorphology, dolomitization degree, reservoir thickness, fracture and vug development, acid treatment volume, and gas test productivity. The results indicate that wells located in high paleogeomorphological positions, with high dolomite content and large reservoir thickness, exhibit well-developed fractures and vugs, achieving productivity of up to a million cubic meters. Large-scale acid treatments can modify the surrounding reservoir of the wells, enhancing their productivity.

合川气田位于重庆市合川区西北部和四川省武胜县境内,区域地貌以浅丘和山地为主,整体构造平缓。目前合川气田在下二叠统提交千亿立方米的探明储量,展现出巨大的勘探开发潜力。截至2024年末,合川气田下二叠统共48口井试气获工业气流,其中超百万立方米18口井,测试产量3.49万~256万m3/d。现有钻井结果表明下二叠统储层以白云岩储层为主,主要集中在栖霞组二段中上部及茅口组二段中下部。下二叠统试采井9口井,单井日产气介于5万~36万m3/d,试气、试采特征差异较大,目前尚未形成系统的针对下二叠统气井产能主控因素的清晰认识,更多的是从地质上对储层形成主控因素的研究,初步构建了储层发育模式[1-3],各地质特征对气井产能的影响作用论证不充分,高产井主控因素的不明确对下部整体勘探开发部署和产能建设工作带来了一定的不确定性。本文以试气产能为研究对象,从地质和工程两个角度,研究了地质和工程参数对气井产能的影响作用,落实气井高产的关键指标,以期为下二叠统的井位部署提供依据。
合川气田位于四川盆地中部川中古隆中斜平缓带乐山-龙女寺古隆起的东南斜坡部位,处于古今构造叠合相对较高的位置,现今整体表现为由东南向北西倾伏的单斜构造[4-5]。区内发育3期走滑断裂,早期为近东西向、中晚期为北西向、北东向。早期断裂规模较大,多数向上终止于茅口组顶部,断至龙潭组泥岩,部分断层向下延伸至寒武系底部,沟通筇竹寺组与龙马溪组优质烃源岩,为气源输导提供通道。中晚期断裂为储层溶蚀改造提供通道,扩大溶蚀体,改善储层物性[6-7]。栖霞-茅口组地层整体继承性发育,构造趋势相近,栖霞组地层厚度90~130 m,茅口组地层厚度180~220 m。受东吴运动影响,区内茅口组被剥蚀至茅三段,依据沉积旋回,合川气田栖霞-茅口组自下而上划分为7个亚段,其中栖二段与茅二段均细分为上、下2个亚段。栖霞组下部普遍发育深色泥晶灰岩,上部以浅灰色生屑灰岩为主,夹薄层白云岩,茅口组下部主要为泥质灰岩、泥晶灰岩,上部生屑灰岩发育,局部夹薄层白云岩(图1)。
合川气田栖霞-茅口组为台内滩相沉积环境。栖霞组沉积期,四川盆地整体处于西高东低的古地貌格局下,栖一段缓坡相沉积,栖二段经历缓坡台地向镶边台地演化,区内主要发育中高能生屑滩、低能滩和滩间海亚相,滩体厚度相对较薄。茅口组沉积时继承栖霞组西高东低的古地貌格局,沉积特征与栖霞组较为相似,茅一段以中-深缓坡沉积为主,茅二段受构造拉张作用,由缓坡相演变为弱镶边台地相沉积,受北西向高隆带影响,区内台内颗粒滩和台地边缘滩大面积发育,且高能滩相展布范围广,具有连片性发育的特征[4,8-10](图2)。
合川气田现有取心资料表明下二叠统储层段岩性以白云岩为主,非储层段泥晶生屑灰岩、砂屑灰岩和生屑灰岩发育。茅二段中细晶白云岩发育,部分见颗粒幻影结构,栖二段以细-粉晶白云岩为主。下二叠统整体生屑颗粒较为发育,镜下见棘屑、腕足、介形虫等生物碎片,反映其浅水高能的沉积环境(图3)。储集空间类型主要为溶蚀孔洞、裂缝、晶间(溶)孔、粒内溶孔等,缝洞组合类型多样,几何形态复杂,具有较强的非均质性[11-13]。前人研究认为茅口组缝洞系统受准同生期岩溶及埋藏期溶蚀作用影响形成,沿构造缝、断层、缝合线等溶蚀扩大形成的孔洞、溶洞。孔洞为主要的储集空间,裂缝为渗流通道,其沟通孔洞,改善储层渗流能力。裂缝与孔洞的良好搭配也是优质储集层形成及气井高产的重要原因[1,3-5]
实验分析表明,栖霞-茅口组储层物性总体表现为低孔低渗特征,局部发育高孔渗段。栖二段有效孔隙度主要集中在2%~5%,平均3.2%,中值2.8%,空气渗透率主要集中在0.01~100 mD,平均5.73 mD,中值0.11 mD;茅二段储层有效孔隙度主要集中在2.0%~4.5%,平均2.8%,中值2.6%,空气渗透率主要集中在0.01~83.5 mD,平均2.54 mD,中值0.49 mD。结合储集空间类型、孔渗关系及孔喉特征将栖霞-茅口组储层划分为裂缝-孔洞型、孔洞型和孔隙型3种储层类型,其中裂缝-孔洞型储层为优质储层(图4)。
综合栖霞-茅口组储层发育特征分析,合川气田下二叠统白云岩储层的形成受原始沉积及准同生期白云石化、岩溶作用、深部热液流体的叠加改造等因素影响[14-18]。白云岩储层的形成首先与古地貌高部位的高能生屑滩相有关,高能滩相易形成较大的孔隙空间,同时高部位滩体更易接受大气淡水淋滤,岩溶作用更强,易形成规模较大的缝洞系统。在继续沉积过程中,缝洞内充填了打碎的岩溶角砾和生屑颗粒,这些充填物较为疏松,颗粒间孔隙较大,受峨眉地裂运动影响带来的富硅、富镁海水更易渗入缝洞系统中,使未完全固结的缝洞充填物白云石化,形成白云岩储层(图5)。
截至目前,合川气田探明储量区内共有48口井55层在下二叠统试气获得工业气流,测试产量介于3.49万~256万m3/d。其中茅口组共有38口井,气井测试产量为3.49万~256万m3/d,平均测试日产量89万m3,18口井测试产量大于100万m3/d,其余井测试产量均小于50万m2/d,利用一点法计算试气无阻流量介于4.92万~1 160万m3/d。栖霞组获工业气流共有10口井,气井测试产量2.08万~118.29万m3/d,平均测试日产量27.7万m3,2口井测试产量大于50万m3/d,其余井测试产量均小于50万m3/d,利用一点法计算试气无阻流量介于2.08万~210.06万m3/d。结合单井储层类型划分标准,高产井裂缝-孔洞型储层、孔洞型储层占比较高,低产井孔隙型储层为主要贡献单元。下二叠统气井产能整体差异较大,茅口组试气产能高,栖霞组试气产能低,茅口组内气井产能差异明显,大于百万立方米井及小于十万立方米井占比较高(图6)。
截至2024年12月,下二叠统探明储量申报区内茅口组8口井投入试采工作(AS4、HX4、HX3、HX11、HX401、HX402、AS401、AS402),茅口组、栖霞组联合开展试采工作气井1口(AS6井),栖霞组试采井1口(AS2井)。茅口组总体试采效果较好,单井产量压力较为稳定;栖霞组试采井、气水同产,产量、压力递减较快,目前处于关井状态,栖霞与茅口合采井,试采期间产气量较为稳定。
HX4位于沉积地貌高部位,受岩溶改造作用较强,岩心上可见缝洞系统发育,整体物性较好,储层段主要为裂缝-孔洞型储层,云质含量近75%,相对较高,储层垂、斜厚近22.5 m,其试气产量为205.16万m3/d,一点法计算无阻流量340万m3/d。该井于2022年4月开始试采,初期井口油压61.7 MPa,日产气19万m3。目前井口压力52.13 MPa,日产气36.95万m3,整体试采情况较好。计算动态储量60亿m3,井控半径4.47 km,试采具备40万m3以上的稳产能力,预测现有配产下可稳产10年以上(图7)。
区内栖霞组试采2口井,AS2井为栖霞组试采,试采稳定期,日产气6万m3,后期大量出水,日产水峰值为70 m3/d,2022年2月关井后未再开井。AS6井茅口组、栖霞组联合试采,该井茅口组储层发育情况较差,云质含量在25%左右,物性较差;栖霞组储层较发育,云质含量在65%左右,物性较好,岩心上孔洞较发育,综合储层发育特征及硫化氢数据分析,该井栖霞组产气贡献程度大于茅口组。AS6井于2022年7月19日对茅口组、栖霞组开始联合试采,初期油压稳定在约60 MPa,随着开采,压力下降幅度较大。2024年1月前日产气稳定在10万~15万m3,24年3月该井产水量突增,产气量逐步降低,判断为栖霞组水体上涌,目前AS6井日产气仅为5万m3,产水量为25 m3/d(图8)。
目前茅口组试采不产水,试采效果较好,栖霞组生产情况受水体影响极大,邻区栖霞组试采井证实,合川地区栖霞组存在局部封存水,但气水关系复杂,无统一气水界面,气水分布有待进一步研究。
前人针对碳酸盐产能的研究主要从优质储层发育和储层改造,两方面对产能主控因素进行了分析[19-20]。本文针对下二叠统储层发育特征、试气试采情况及工程改造措施,从古地貌、云质含量、储层厚度、裂缝和孔洞发育程度、酸化压裂施工总液量5个方面对合川气田下二叠统产能的主控因素进行分析。
合川气田下二叠统实钻井及储层发育模式明确区内高隆带具有控相、控储、控藏的作用,古地貌位置控制储层品质、气井产能。沉积古地貌高隆带是高能颗粒滩沉积场所,高能颗粒滩为优质储层发育提供物质基础,其更易于白云石化,形成优质储层。本研究通过残厚法刻画茅二段沉积古地貌,恢复后的茅二段古地貌“高隆带”特征明显,整体呈北西走向,高隆带南北两侧地层向高隆带逐渐上超。茅口组试气井与茅二段古地貌叠合图明确高产井多位于古地貌高部位,低产井多处于低洼地带,古地貌高部位的平均测试产气量为192.31万m3/d,古地貌低部位的平均测试产气量为12.84万m3/d,古地貌高部位的井产能更优(图9)。
合川气田下二叠统气藏类型为受储层控制的高压岩性气藏,气藏平面分布受滩体发育边界控制,钻井过程中高云质含量段,全烃明显增高,气测显示活跃,表明云质含量在气井产能贡献中具有重要作用。岩心资料证实下二叠统高产井储层段岩心以白云岩、含灰云岩和灰质云岩为主,云质含量普遍大于60%,试气多大于100万m3/d。低产井储层段云质含量多小于30%,以云质灰岩、含云灰岩为主,试气产能多小于20万m3/d。通过分析单井试气产量与云质含量关系,探索两者量化的关联程度。明确单井产能与云质含量具有正相关关系,关联系数达0.78。随着云质含量的增加,日产量增大(图10)。
储层钻遇厚度为气井能否高产的关键因素,下二叠统气藏作为区内岩性气藏,优质储层钻遇厚度更是决定性因素。合川地区下二叠统为滩相沉积,高能颗粒滩处于近海平面附近,沉积速率较快,沉积厚度较厚,高能滩云化后的储层段也相对较厚。通过无阻流量与储层厚度关系散点图(图11)可知单井产能与储层厚度有较强的正相关性,储层厚度增加,单井日产量增大。
井漏是油气勘探中的重要油气显示标志,一定程度上可以指示岩溶缝洞的发育程度及优质储层发育段。裂缝作为下二叠统储层的渗流通道,可以有效沟通远端孔洞,提高动用范围。钻井过程中高产井白云岩储层段均有钻井液漏失现象发生,且在优势储层段取心时,因裂缝孔洞较为发育,岩心较为破碎,不能完整取心,取心率较低。根据电成像测井显示高产井储层溶蚀程度更高,孔缝洞更发育,储层整体品质好;低产井溶蚀程度弱,孔缝洞发育一般,以小孔为主,储层整体品质中等(图12)。
海相碳酸盐岩具有较强的非均质性,为提升气井产能,现普遍采用酸压技术以沟通远端缝洞,提高导流能力及气井动用范围。合川地区目前采用压裂液+胶凝酸酸液体系,以主裂缝沟通天然缝洞形成新的复杂缝网体系,实验表明酸压后岩样的导流能力可明显提高。现场试验表明,随着酸液量的提升,酸液对近井地带缝洞沟通范围显著提升,试气产能明显升高(图13)。
(1)合川气田栖霞-茅口组优质储层发育受古地貌、白云石化、岩溶作用控制。古地貌是高隆带,是高能生屑滩发育的有利条件,高能滩是优质储层形成的基础,岩溶作用形成的缝洞系统控制了优质储层的分布。
(2)合川气田栖霞-茅口组整体试气效果较好,茅口组试气平均测试日产量89万m3,栖霞组平均测试日产量27.7万m3。试采方面茅口组优于栖霞组,茅口组8口试采井整体日产规模可达200万m3/d,生产稳定,压降速率低,具有巨大的生产潜力。栖霞组试采效果不理想,日产气低且油压递减较快,区域出水,生产潜力不足。
(3)井位位于古地貌高部位的井储层品质更优,其云化程度高,厚度大、孔洞系统发育,气井更易高产,工程上大规模酸液量酸压可扩大气井连通范围,提高气井产能。
