Loose sandstone oil and gas fields often experience sand production during development due to factors such as declining formation pressure and increasing water content, which can have a serious impact on oil recovery and production, and even lead to production shutdowns. Taking the Linhe Formation, the main reservoir of Xinghua X Block in Bayan Oilfield, as the research object, based on the classic model of sand production prediction, the TAW-1000 rock mechanics test equipment and sand control screen comprehensive simulation test system were used to carry out the sand production trend analysis and sand control parameter optimization experiments for the target reservoir. Based on model analysis and experimental evaluation, the sand production probability of the reservoir in the early stage of development of Bayan Oilfield block was predicted, and the law of reservoir rock strength changing with saturation rate was clarified. The sand control technology and screen accuracy parameters suitable for the target reservoir were optimized and determined. The study can provide important reference for the sand control technology measures and intervention timing adopted for the development of X block in the target oilfield, and has certain production guidance significance.

疏松砂岩油气田在开发过程中往往随着地层压力衰减及含水率上升等因素存在出砂现象,这对油田采收率及生产造成严重影响,甚至躺井停产。以巴彦油田兴华X区块主力储层临河组为研究对象,基于出砂预测经典模型,并利用TAW-1000岩石力学试验专用设备和防砂筛管综合模拟试验系统,开展针对目标储层的出砂趋势分析及防砂参数优化试验。基于模型分析和试验评价,预测巴彦油田区块开发初期储层的出砂概率,明晰储层岩石强度随饱水率变化的规律,优化确定适合目标储层的防砂工艺及筛管精度参数,为目标油田X区块开发所采取的控砂工艺措施及介入时机提供了重要参考,具有一定的生产指导意义。

疏松砂岩油气田在开发过程中往往随着地层压力衰减及含水率上升等因素存在出砂现象,这对油田采收率及生产造成严重影响,甚至躺井停产。以巴彦油田兴华X区块主力储层临河组为研究对象,基于出砂预测经典模型,并利用TAW-1000岩石力学试验专用设备和防砂筛管综合模拟试验系统,开展针对目标储层的出砂趋势分析及防砂参数优化试验。基于模型分析和试验评价,预测巴彦油田区块开发初期储层的出砂概率,明晰储层岩石强度随饱水率变化的规律,优化确定适合目标储层的防砂工艺及筛管精度参数,为目标油田X区块开发所采取的控砂工艺措施及介入时机提供了重要参考,具有一定的生产指导意义。

Loose sandstone oil and gas fields often experience sand production during development due to factors such as declining formation pressure and increasing water content, which can have a serious impact on oil recovery and production, and even lead to production shutdowns. Taking the Linhe Formation, the main reservoir of Xinghua X Block in Bayan Oilfield, as the research object, based on the classic model of sand production prediction, the TAW-1000 rock mechanics test equipment and sand control screen comprehensive simulation test system were used to carry out the sand production trend analysis and sand control parameter optimization experiments for the target reservoir. Based on model analysis and experimental evaluation, the sand production probability of the reservoir in the early stage of development of Bayan Oilfield block was predicted, and the law of reservoir rock strength changing with saturation rate was clarified. The sand control technology and screen accuracy parameters suitable for the target reservoir were optimized and determined. The study can provide important reference for the sand control technology measures and intervention timing adopted for the development of X block in the target oilfield, and has certain production guidance significance.

砂岩油藏在国内外油田开发中分布极其广泛[1-2]。这类油藏因自身弱固结、强度低的特征,投产后往往面临出砂风险。尤其随着生产开发进行,地层压力衰减、含水率上升、岩层上应力变化及压裂改造等因素容易造成出砂现象[3-6]。油田油井出砂往往会导致产能采收率下降、管路冲蚀破坏泄漏、泵卡甚至躺井停产等严重问题[7-8]。因此,防砂不仅是油气开采自身的需要,也涉及安全和环保的要求[9-10]。兴华X是巴彦油田的主力区块,主力储层临河组为典型砂岩油藏,也会面临生产出砂的可能趋势,因此针对该储层开展出砂趋势分析及防砂工艺研究至关重要。
国内外在油田出砂趋势预测及试验研究方面已经取得了显著进展[11-13]。出砂预测方法主要包括现场观察法、经验分析法以及数值计算法等。这些方法通过分析岩心强度、DST(钻杆地层测试)数据、出砂指数等参数,来判断油气井是否出砂及出砂程度。近年来,随着物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术的发展,出砂预监测手段变得更加智能化和精准化[14-15]。在防砂工艺试验评价方面,国内外均形成了较为完善的体系和评测规范。主要涵盖了针对防砂器材挡砂介质的微观评价和全尺寸防砂筛管综合挡砂性能试验评价[16-17]。国内外学者和工程师通过大量的现场试验和室内模拟实验,基于计算机数据自动采样系统,通过改变充填材料、携砂液性质、充填方式等不断优化防砂工艺参数,进而提高防砂效果[18-21]。本文基于出砂预测模型开展了兴华X区块出砂趋势预测分析,统计跟踪已投产井的生产出砂结果,验证出砂预测的准确性,进一步获取目标层位岩心,进行岩心单/三轴强度试验,利用专业综合防砂介质试验系统评价优选适用目标储层的防砂工艺和精度参数[22]
一般说来,出砂预测是指利用密度、声波时差、泥质含量、井径等测井资料,计算岩石强度参数,然后计算出砂指数的大小对油井出砂情况进行预测[23]。科学地进行出砂预测可以为防砂提供可靠的决策依据。本文基于兴华X区块探井A的测井曲线利用声波时差法、组合模量法及出砂指数法开展出砂预测研究[24],结果如图1所示。
图1中可看出,井声波时差Δtc纵向剖面上基本都低于312 μs/m,表明储层岩石发育沉积比较致密,岩层强度高,所以声波传播速度较快,生产初期出砂概率便较小,但存在黄色的出砂风险区;组合模量法数值中基本都大于2×104 MPa,生产初期不易出砂;对于出砂指数法,虽然纵向数值绝大部分大于5.9×107 MPa2,但也存在明显的红色出砂高风险窗口。后两种预测方法曲线数值越大,表明岩石的弹性模量大,岩石的强度就更高,稳定性更好。通过上述3种模型方法综合表明目标区块投产初期存在一定的出砂概率,需要提前考虑采取适合的防砂措施。
基于此,本文统计分析了兴华X区块已投产井的防砂方式及生产效果,其防砂方式均采用泵下挂滤的简易防砂,部分井生产中存在出砂现象;同时针对邻边区块也进行了16口/18井次的采油井含砂情况监测跟踪,存在14井次出砂,占比77.8%,出砂情况比较明显,已对生产造成不利影响,这也验证了前述的出砂预测结论。
为了更深入地对目标区块主力储层特性进行研究,本文取选一定数量的地层岩心开展岩心单/三轴强度试验、饱水后强度试验及部分岩样的粒径筛析[25-27]。岩心强度试验参照 《煤和岩石物理力学性质测定方法 第9部分:煤和岩石三轴强度及变形参数测定方法》(GB/T 23561.9—2009)标准,利用三轴强度实验装置TAW-1000深水孔隙压力伺服试验系统进行,所取岩样及设备如图2图3所示。
一般随着油井开发的进行,受储层不均质及油水流度影响,油水界面也会发生变化,导致地层含水率呈明显上升态势,地层岩石强度大幅下降,出砂趋势就会加剧。分析出砂机理为地层水能溶解砂粒之间的部分胶结物,发生水化膨胀,使得地层胶结强度下降进而导致其单轴抗压强度和内聚强度都会明显下降,岩石更容易发生破坏,这为出砂创造了先决条件[28-30],因此,通过取心开展岩石饱水前后的强度对比试验研究可为防砂时机的界定提供具体参考。试验数据见表1
表1可知,对于A井层位一相邻深度岩样饱水前单轴抗压强度分别为26.27、32.08 MPa,饱水后抗压强度降低至25.89、28.56 MPa,下降率分别为1.45%和10.97%;对于层位二,相邻深度岩样饱水前单轴抗压强度分别为37.09、14.31 MPa,饱水后抗压强度降低至28.82、7.66 MPa,下降率分别为22.30%和46.47%。这表明地层含水率上升明显降低了储层岩石的胶结强度,这会进一步增加剧烈出砂的可能性。通过对岩样干湿称重处理,计算平均饱水率为70%。这进一步指明在油田开发中当储层含水率上升至70%以后要密切监测关注油井出砂情况,避免对生产造成不可逆转的危害。
对所取层位的岩心进行岩样筛析,基于业内经典图版及Saucier方法开展了目标区块的防砂工艺优选及参数优化设计[31]。利用自主研制的筛管防砂介质防砂效果评价系统评价了兴华X区块一、二主力储层设计工艺的综合防砂效果[22],实体装置如图4所示。
防砂筛管的防砂效果取决于筛管内部的防砂介质,不同结构形式防砂介质因对储层砂粒架桥阻挡差异,其防砂效果千差万别,对油田的适用性也大不相同。因此该系统试验主要针对筛管的防砂介质开展专业评价。防砂介质设计为圆形样板并置于试验筒腔底部,介质上下两侧布有压差传感器,实时录取试验过程中的压力数值。防砂介质上部装填模拟储层砂,试验筒底部放空用于收集驱替试验中通过介质的流液。驱替系统KD-250型恒速恒压泵可根据地层生产压差与产液强度设定泵送流速等相关参数。试验研究采取的主要原理方法是:测量防砂介质两侧的驱替流量和压差以及过砂量等;通过测量防砂介质上下两侧压差,可计算防砂介质的渗透率[32]:

式中:μ为试验用流体的黏度,mPa·s;l为试验防砂介质的有效渗滤长度,m;d为试验防砂介质直径,m;qi为第i时刻通过防砂介质的流量,m3/s;ΔPi为第i时刻防砂介质上下两侧压差,Pa;ksi为第i时刻防砂介质的渗透率,μm2。试验步骤如下。
(1)按照巴彦油田兴华X区块目标储层砂样粒度筛析分布曲线混配试验用砂。
(2)试验用砂按照砂∶水=2∶1的体积比例进行12 h饱和。
(3)将防砂介质试样、隔板、密封圈等组合后,安装于下堵头槽内并和压帽等旋到釜体上,旋紧到位。
(4)将已配好的模拟地层砂缓缓加入试验釜体内,并层层夯实,旋转上压帽。
(5)打开控制台面板上的“总电源”开关和恒温箱上的“电源”开关,启动电脑,准备试验。
(6)启动恒速恒压泵进行液体驱替,并观察试验曲线及现象,此时试验数据自动录取。
(7)持续泵送流体,待试验渗透率曲线平稳后,表明防砂介质架桥砂粒与来液之间达到平衡态,即完成一组评价试验。
(8)同步骤,更换不同防砂精度的介质试样,依次完成评价试验。试验过程如图5所示。
按照试验设计,选取4种防砂精度规格筛板开展驱替评价试验,试验参数见表2
按照上述评价方法和步骤利用不同层位的模拟砂更换不同精度类型的防砂介质试样,利用压力、流量等参数计算得出不同防砂介质板的渗透率随时间的变化曲线。对于兴华X区块临河组E3l3试验结果如图6表3所示。
防砂介质的过流抗堵塞性能就是防砂生产过程中承受被储层中胶质、沥青质、固相细质等堵塞物堵塞的能力,抗堵性能越好的防砂介质生产过程中被堵塞的风险程度越低[33]。堵塞的机理是由于储层中<44 μm的固相颗粒逐渐运移到介质内部导致渗透率减小的过程,可用渗透率变化值进行表征[34]。由图6可以看出,随着试验的进行4种不同精度的防砂介质均较快地降到了一个稳态阶段,这表明在油井生产过程中,产出砂会因微粒运移渐渐聚积到防砂筛管表面,过流面积逐渐减小,渗透率逐步下降,生产压差逐渐升高,后期逐渐形成一个相对稳定的环空砂堆积的架桥结构,此时流量、出砂量及渗透率均趋于稳定[35-36]。通过对比渗透率变化曲线看出,在驱替稳定后200 μm筛板渗透率为1 450 mD,要高于其他3种精度筛板1.2~3倍,这说明200 μm型筛板结构过流抗堵塞效果更好。试验过程中对过砂量进行了收集烘干称重,具体如图7表4所示。
筛管的控砂效果用出砂浓度进行表征,这与过流抗堵塞能力成反比[37]。由表4看出,不同防砂精度的筛板出砂量及出砂浓度不同,随着防砂精度的减小,出砂量和出砂浓度也降低。对于兴华1区块E3l3,基于本次驱替试验,结论如下。①过流能力:200 μm>120 μm>150 μm>100 μm;②出砂浓度:200 μm>150 μm>100 μm>120 μm。综合考虑出砂浓度及过流能力,该层位选择120 μm独立筛管防砂具备良好适用性。
根据相同评价流程,针对兴华X区块临河组E3l3层位开展不同防砂精度的防砂介质适用性评价。试验结果如图8表5所示。
图8可知,随着驱替进行,4种不同精度的防砂介质渗透率曲线也存在逐渐下降趋于平缓的规律,同样符合储层微粒运移堵塞防砂筛管的现象。通过比对渗透率变化曲线看出,在驱替稳定后150 μm筛板最终渗透率为3 217 mD,要高于其他3种精度筛板,100 μm筛管渗透率最低,为996 mD。这说明150 μm型筛板结构过流抗堵塞效果在该储层中表现更好。对试验过程中过砂量进行收集称重计算出砂浓度,具体如图9表6所示。
表6看出,不同防砂精度的筛板出砂量及出砂浓度也不尽相同,100 μm筛板的防砂性能虽最优,但其过流能力最差,对后期投产产能存在影响;150 μm筛板的过流性能最佳,其防砂性能也处于合理范围,因此综合考虑两项指标,该层位选择150 μm独立筛管防砂具有良好的适用性。
(1)根据兴华X区块探井A的测井数据基于多种出砂预测方法开展预测,表明该区块投产初期存在出砂的可能性。通过对本区块及邻近区块已投产井防砂效果跟踪统计也进一步验证了出砂预测结果的合理性。
(2)对该区块主力储层开展岩心强度对比试验,同层位相邻深度点岩心饱水后强度下降1.45%~22.30%,出砂临界生产压差下降明显。当储层含水率上升至70%时,生产出砂风险进一步增大。建议控制生产压差,抑制油井含水率上升过快,延长无水采油期。
(3)利用专业防砂效果评价试验装置开展目标区块主力储层的防砂综合评价,综合考虑控砂率及产能释放,对于临河组E3l3、E3l3层位采用120、150 μm精度独立筛管防砂工艺具有良好适用性。
(4)基于油田经典出砂预测模型理论,结合不同含水率情况下的岩心力学强度试验手段,界定了储层在特定含水率情况下的出砂严重趋势,通过对比分析已投产井的生产出砂现象,验证了该研究结果的科学性和准确性。该研究模式思路为后期新投产井提供了一种防砂时机介入的重要参考,也为砂岩油气藏的出砂趋势提供了一种新选择,具有重要的理论和现场指导意义。
