Understanding the distribution and characteristics of tunnel noise is a prerequisite for noise control and prevention. Tianba Shierpo construction tunnel was established as the prototype, the noise of key regions was measured, the law of noise in key areas was explored. Using discrete wavelet transform, the energy distribution characteristics of the main noise sources in the tunnel were defined, noise hazards are classified. The results show that the frequency spectrum distribution of fan and shotcrete noise is similar, and shotcrete noise is discrete noise. The root cause of the difficulty of noise control in tunnel is the different intrinsic characteristics of different noises. The pattern of energy distribution for fan and shotcrete noise exhibits an initial increase, followed by a decrease, and then another increase, whereas the drilling noise displays a decline initially followed by an increase. It can be graded according to the damage to human body as, drilling > shotcrete > fan.

掌握隧道噪声分布与特征是开展噪声控制及防治的前提。依托天巴拾贰坡施工隧道现场,通过现场实测探究双线隧道重点区域噪声特征及规律,引入噪声评价数和离散小波变换,揭示主要噪声源能量分布特征,并进行噪声危害分级。结果表明:喷浆噪声与风机噪声在频谱上具有相似性,表现为离散噪声;隧道内噪声治理难的根源问题为不同噪声能量分布规律不同,风机、喷浆类噪声表现为先增加后减小再增大,钻孔噪声表现为先减小再增大;职业伤害分级为钻孔>喷浆>通风机。

Understanding the distribution and characteristics of tunnel noise is a prerequisite for noise control and prevention. Tianba Shierpo construction tunnel was established as the prototype, the noise of key regions was measured, the law of noise in key areas was explored. Using discrete wavelet transform, the energy distribution characteristics of the main noise sources in the tunnel were defined, noise hazards are classified. The results show that the frequency spectrum distribution of fan and shotcrete noise is similar, and shotcrete noise is discrete noise. The root cause of the difficulty of noise control in tunnel is the different intrinsic characteristics of different noises. The pattern of energy distribution for fan and shotcrete noise exhibits an initial increase, followed by a decrease, and then another increase, whereas the drilling noise displays a decline initially followed by an increase. It can be graded according to the damage to human body as, drilling > shotcrete > fan.

近年来,中国隧道实现了质量、数量上的巨大跨越,隧道建设正聚焦西部,正式迈进了工程攻坚克难的关键时期[1]。隧道修建过程存在多种职业性危害,但职业危害研究主要集中在粉尘防治领域,高强度长时间的噪声危害成为职业防护薄弱环节[2-3]。相关研究表明,隧道内噪声易超过人体系统损坏的界限值[4]。因此,亟待开展施工隧道噪声预防及治理研究。
隧道噪声研究主要围绕噪声特性、噪声防治等方面展开[5-6]。针对受限与非受限空间噪声特性,熊春梅等[7]发现了 噪声衰减规律具备反弹效应;刘小明等[8]根据噪声分布界定了隧道内外噪声强弱区。为控制隧道内部噪声,张忠宇等[9]进行了降噪分析,发现隔声墙比喷涂吸声材料降噪效果好,但占用空间大。而于越等[10]发现在隧道内壁布设无机多孔吸声材料,最大降噪量可达14.3 dB(A)。陈勇等[11]研究了阻塞比与噪声的因果关系,提出了多阶段降噪的梯形缓冲设施。为兼顾施工难度及工程实际意义,张振华等[12]认为增强隧道的吸声系数可减少隧道内部噪声,而不同材料具备不同的吸声系数,进而表现出不同的噪声。凌天清等[13]发现了陶砂砂浆与陶粒混凝土具有高刚度、低噪声特性。不同纹理的隧道混凝土路面噪声也不相同。李波等[14]发现了露石混凝土路面的声压级范围为97~100 dB(A)。此外,袁玮等[15]为改善个人作业环境,基于环境特点,设计出具有源降噪功能的特制防护服。上述研究对隧道噪声防治提供了重要借鉴,但隧道复杂受限空间下重点噪声源特征及噪声分级等相关报道较少,难以进行针对性噪声治理。
鉴于上述研究成果与现存问题,本文以重点区域噪声为切入点,通过确立噪声源及分布规律,并分析重点噪声频域特征,引入离散小波变换,界定噪声能量分布,明确噪声相似性及差异性,以期为作业设备众多的隧道、矿山等受限空间场所的噪声治理及预防提供参考。
南北向天巴拾贰坡隧道地处广西凤山县。隧址属构造剥蚀、侵蚀中低山地貌,穿越山体。进出口高程分别为742.7、776.9 m,最大埋深430 m。天巴路拾贰坡隧道为分离式、小净距和长大隧道(总长4.7 km,开挖断面175 m2)。开挖坡度9%、长度约700 m的斜井,长隧短打。斜井到底后,借助斜井而朝隧道大小里程方向开挖。随着隧道施工进程,进入通风困难时期,井底隧道正洞增设接力通风机,满足大里程方向左右线掌子面用风,施工隧道的工序种类不变。但是,小净距的车行通道、人行通道沟通了左右线受限空间,引起了复杂的受限空间噪声问题。
研究隧道主体为半贯通式隧道,测点布设区域可分为初支台车、二衬台车、新布设通风机,隧道内测点布置参考《声环境质量标准》(GB 3096—2008)、《风机和罗茨风机噪声测量方法》(GB/T 2888—2008)。小净距双线施工拾贰坡隧道的噪声测定方案如图1所示。
图1中,噪声采集基于动态信号采集仪系统,其主要技术参数如下:①0~96 kHz,误差不超过0.1 dB,信号采集动态范围大于130 dB;②传感器灵敏度50 mV/Pa,动态范围18~142 dB,频率范围10~20 000 Hz;③AWA6021A声校准器,以20 μPa为基准,标称声压级94 dB或110 dB,频率1 kHz;④声压级准确度1级,A、C和Z计权方式任选;⑤总谐波失真不超过1%。
为保证测量噪声的准确性,噪声测量过程中,采用支架搭载传声器,测量人员全程远程测量,以消除噪声误差。单测点噪声取计权平均值,单个测点测量时间不少于20 s。通风机噪声测量分为两部分,一部分为通风机噪声对隧道内部影响,另一部分为车通道、人通道对噪声的影响。
隧道施工一般采取压入式通风,但当施工长度大而不利于通风时,会布设接力风机。同时,受限空间下噪声叠加干涉可能加重隧道内部噪声污染,车、人通道也改变隧道噪声分布。因此,以隧道内通风机为噪声源,确定隧道噪声分布规律及相关变化,如图2所示。
图2可知,分布规律变化主要源于隧道内部结构的变化,以接力通风机为起点,掌子面方向为正方向,声压级呈现先减小后增加的趋势。随着距离增加,通风机噪声发生衰减,当距离通风机100 m时,通风机噪声降低10 dB(A),当距离风机200 m时,噪声衰减速率减缓,声压级降低至77 dB(A)。当隧道两向车道之间有车通道或人通道时,靠近通道侧(开挖侧)的噪声声压级大幅增加,对另一侧噪声也有明显提高。可见,以通道为传播途径,噪声干涉是影响小净距双线隧道声场的重要因素,尤其是若存在高分贝作业环节,将引发联通道周边双线隧道噪声剧增。
钻孔作业是钻爆法施工的关键工序。掌子面钻孔作业的特点为作业人数多、多孔开钻、高噪声,高分贝噪声来自机械振动及围岩摩擦等。若作业人员单次长时间、累计长期暴露在噪声环境中,可能对身体产生不可逆影响。
在初支台车上钻孔作业,根据台车结构将钻孔噪声分为5个区域,噪声测定结果见表1。多孔开钻时,声源叠加造成部分区域的声压级增加,表现为各区域噪声分布不均匀。其中,区域3是初支台车钻孔作业环节中噪声最高区域。
另外,表1显示,二衬台车周边噪声分布不均匀,源于作业人员分布不均匀、作业工种分布不均匀,并且造成噪声信号测量具有一定的随机性,但总体的噪声不超过85 dB(A)。掌子面的喷浆作业,喷浆持续时间较久,通过现场实测喷浆噪声声压级为85.4 dB(A)。掌子面附近的噪声具有声源多、垂向分布广、随机性强的特点。部分噪声的声压级近似,因此,有必要分析不同频率的噪声频域特征。
噪声作为复杂信号,特性多体现在频域上,这要求揭示主要噪声源在中低频段的声压级分布。通过采集环境噪声,进行傅里叶变换后进行频谱分析,人耳可分辨的噪声最小为20 Hz,即频谱图范围最小值设为20 Hz,如图3所示。在图3中,为了便于观察频谱变化,对横轴的频率对数化处理。
图3所示,依次分析了通风机、喷浆及钻孔的噪声低中频特征,3类噪声在低中频段的声压级上具有一定的相似性,通风机与喷浆噪声在20~400 Hz的频谱特征分布相似,频段中的峰值分布位置及数量类似。
与钻孔的相同频段的噪声相比,通风机噪声峰值多,频谱密度较低。当频谱超过400 Hz,通风机噪声最高值为通风机离散噪声基频,即为图3中450 Hz邻域内的峰值,离散噪声高阶谐频与基频成一定比例,故峰值分布较规律,将各峰值称为离散点。发现喷浆作业在400~2 000 Hz的峰值数量和位置与通风机噪声相同,呈现出离散特点。进一步,对比通风机的离散点,随着频率的增大,喷浆作业离散点扩大为离散区域,导致了喷浆作业噪声声压级升高。相比喷浆作业,钻孔未出现离散特点,但频谱密度更大。
频谱分析具有一定局限性,为研究3类噪声源高频噪声特点,开展倍频程分析,如图4所示。
3类主要噪声源的差异在中高频段,即63~8 000 Hz时,钻孔噪声明显比其他噪声声压级更高,并且随着倍频程增加,噪声差值越大。而据表1可知,钻孔噪声在区域3的声压级最大。为了解释其致因,建立钻孔作业不同区域倍频程与声压级的关系图,如图5所示,并选取表1所列出的“区域1”“区域3”和“区域5”进行对比,声场叠加噪声集中在倍频程1 000~8 000 Hz;根据声压级大小可推断,高频噪声易叠加,低频噪声不宜叠加。因此,高频噪声叠加是钻孔噪声区别于其他作业环节噪声的显著特征。为确定3类主要噪声源特性在其他差异性并将其分级,可通过离散小波变换实现。
国际标准化组织以人耳听力特点为依托,结合频率与声压级可评价噪声对作业人员的身心影响[16],得出噪声评价曲线簇,以此得到通风机、喷浆、钻孔的噪声评价数,并根据噪声评价对各类噪声进行分级,如图6所示。
图6可知,以噪声评价数为依据,喷浆与通风机的噪声评价数变化趋势为先增加后减小,且喷浆和通风机对作业人员影响最大的噪声为512 Hz噪声,同时,由于喷浆噪声有离散噪声变化,其噪声评价数总是高于通风机,喷浆噪声比通风机噪声更易影响作业人员。钻孔的整体变化趋势呈递增的趋势,发现在4 096 Hz处对作业人员影响大。可见,若将噪声按照对人体影响排序为钻孔>喷浆>通风机。
隧道噪声职业危害与作业人员的工种有关,部分工种在频谱特征上表现为相似性,而同时又具有一定的差异性。将这些噪声进行离散小波变换,多层分解非线性信号,表征出不同尺度下的局部特征,刻画噪声信号特性[17]。具体来说,离散小波变换具体过程为:①将噪声分解为低频信号和高频信号;②在以上基础上,低频信号再分解为高频信号和低频信号;③根据分解层数,多层迭代。
利用离散小波变换,对各类噪声信号进行5层分解,得到不同Level分量下的相对能量占比,如图7所示,Level 1~5代表的频率范围分别为8 000~4 001 Hz、4 000~2 001 Hz、2 000~1 001 Hz、1 000~501 Hz、500~250 Hz;此外,Approx.代表剩余频段。
图7可知,随着频率的增加,钻孔噪声的能量占比为先减小再增大。随着频率的增加,通风机与喷浆表现出:先增加,主要差异集中在中频段500~2 000 Hz;然后减小,再增大。并且,对于高频部分的能量占比,通风机与喷浆近似相等,二者的差异主要由离散噪声引起。
实践表明,500 Hz~6 kHz频段范围噪声对职业性听力损失严重,其中,4~6 kHz的听力损失最为严重。相比于通风机和喷浆作业,钻孔作业的能量集中在高频部分,相对能量占比提高16.6%,中频部分相对能量占比下降超过10%,且低频部分也有明显提高。钻孔作业的噪声能量占比集中在低、高频段,特别是高频噪声能量衰减快,加重了对作业人员的听力不可逆影响。此外,钻孔除了具有高能量占比的高频噪声外,在低频噪声部分也具有较高比例的能量分布,实际上,低频噪声能量衰减慢,这是钻孔噪声难以治理的一大原因。
图8所示,按照分解后高、中、低频段,从现场采集的噪声信号中提取1 000个采样点,纵轴代表近似系数幅值,横轴代表噪声信号的随机采样点数。高频Level 1幅值关系为钻孔>喷浆>风机,中频Level 3幅值关系为喷浆>风机>钻孔,低频Level 5幅值关系为风机>喷浆>钻孔。幅值可代表噪声大小,幅值关系亦可称为噪声治理难度关系。针对不同工种的噪声,在不同频段具有显著性差异,职业危害防治应结合频段具体分析。
(1)界定隧道内主要噪声源的能量分布规律,风机、喷浆噪声表现为先增加后减小再增大,钻孔噪声表现为先减小再增大。
(2)风机与喷浆噪声的频谱分布相似性和声压级差异性均表现在离散噪声上。
(3)引入噪声评价数及离散小波变换,揭示隧道内主要噪声差异性表现在高中低频段上。按照对人体的伤害分级为钻孔>喷浆>通风机。若按照噪声治理难度分级,高频段钻孔噪、中频段喷浆噪声、低频段通风机噪声难以治理。因此,为隧道噪声治理及预防达到最优,应根据噪声源提出不同控制方案。
