Taking a closed-loop supply chain composed of manufacturers and retailers as the research object, the impact of different environmental and social responsibility modes on system decision-making was explored. The results show that supply chain members who do not bear environmental and social responsibility can benefit from the environmental and social responsibility behaviors of other members of the supply chain. The environmental and social responsibility behaviors of any supply chain member can effectively improve the environmental and social governance performance of the system and improve the reliability of products. The environmental and social responsibility behaviors of supply chain members will have a profit effect, which can effectively adjust the profit distribution of the system.

考虑环境与社会责任的闭环供应链决策问题,以一个制造商与零售商组成的闭环供应链为研究对象,探究不同环境与社会责任承担模式对系统决策的影响。研究发现:不承担环境与社会责任的供应链成员能够从供应链其他成员的环境与社会责任行为中获益;任意供应链成员的环境与社会责任行为都能够有效改善系统的环境与社会治理绩效、改善产品的可靠性;供应链成员的环境与社会责任行为会产生让利效应,能够有效调整系统的利润分配。

Taking a closed-loop supply chain composed of manufacturers and retailers as the research object, the impact of different environmental and social responsibility modes on system decision-making was explored. The results show that supply chain members who do not bear environmental and social responsibility can benefit from the environmental and social responsibility behaviors of other members of the supply chain. The environmental and social responsibility behaviors of any supply chain member can effectively improve the environmental and social governance performance of the system and improve the reliability of products. The environmental and social responsibility behaviors of supply chain members will have a profit effect, which can effectively adjust the profit distribution of the system.

随着消费者消费观念的不断变化,产品的消费周期逐渐缩短,一些厂商通过定期发售新产品以维护基础忠诚顾客和吸引新顾客购买而获得市场竞争优势,常见的品牌如苹果、三星、oppo、联想等厂商每年都会有1或2次的产品更新迭代,新产品的推出往往意味着旧产品的淘汰。如果这些闲置的废旧产品得不到妥善的处理,不仅会造成资源浪费,还会加剧环境恶化,企业不能只关注正向供应链中的销售活动,更要重视闭环供应链管理实现产品的回收再利用。
在闭环供应相关研究领域中,Savaskan等[1]率先提出了闭环供应链的三种回收模式,并表明零售商承担回收的回收模式更具经济效益。近年来,在可持续性发展的大背景下,碳减排决策、政府补贴、企业社会责任等问题热度持续高涨。张令荣等[2]构建单一零售商和制造商组成的闭环供应链系统,在碳限额碳交易背景下探讨了制造商谎报行为对闭环供应链系统绩效的影响。李文川等[3]在碳交易政策背景下,考虑信息不对称和供应链成员的公平关切行为,构建Stackelberg动态博弈模型,探究公平关切行为和信息不对称对系统定价决策的影响。Yu等[4]构建三级闭环供应链考虑碳税差异化监管对闭环供应链合作与协同的影响,研究发现合作与协同有利于闭环供应链表现的提升,差异化监管能够有效减少系统的碳排放。
同时,我国国务院办公厅印发的《生产者责任延伸制度推行方案》,要求企业的环境责任从生产环节延伸到产品的生命全周期,不断优化与提高产品的综合竞争力和资源环境效益。在企业资源计划(enterprise resource planning,ERP)的要求下,企业承担环境责任的同时,也应当积极承担企业社会责任(corporate social responsibility,CSR),Servaes和Tamayo[5]表明,企业关注消费者权益,积极承担社会责任的行为能够增加企业价值。现实中,越来越多的企业积极承担CSR责任,华为、比亚迪、长安、宁德时代等企业都积极披露企业社会责任报告,报告中包含大量的环境与社会治理量化指标数据。目前已有不少学者在闭环供应链的研究中考虑企业CSR行为的影响,刘珊等[6]构建考虑回收竞争的闭环供应链模型,从不同视角分析CSR投入对闭环供应链运作的影响,并设计契约实现了系统的协调。Wang等[7]构建双渠道闭环供应链模型,考虑制造商的公平关切和CSR行为,探讨公平关切和信息不对称对企业社会责任绩效的影响。
上述相关研究大多只考虑产品价格对产品需求的影响,在现实中,制造商进行产品质量改进也能够有效提升产品销量[8]。此外,2023年7月,工业和信息化部等5部门印发《制造业可靠性提升实施意见》,要求企业从产品以及人机交互性、安全性、环保性、经济性等多维度综合考虑可靠性的改善提升,产品质量被被赋予了可靠性内核,产品可靠性的改善同样可以增加产品的市场表现力,有效促进产品的销售。因此,产品可靠性将是企业发展的核心竞争力之一。
综上,目前关于闭环供应链与企业社会责任的研究成果丰硕,但少有文献在闭环供应链中考虑产品可靠性改进,在考虑企业CSR行为的闭环供应链相关研究中也鲜有文献同时考虑环境影响和社会福利。基于此,本文在考虑企业具有环境与社会治理责任的基础上进一步研究闭环供应链产品可靠性改进和定价决策,分别在制造商承担、零售商承担以及制造商与零售共担环境与社会治理责任的不同情形下,探究闭环供应链的最优决策和环境治理绩效,以期为企业的生产经营与发展的战略决策提供参考,促进供应链、产业链的高质量和可持续发展。
考虑一个制造商、一个零售商以及消费者组成的闭环供应链,所有成员企业之间的信息完全对称且属于制造商领导的Stackelberg博弈。制造商负责新产品的生产以及旧产品的再制造,率先决策产品批发价格、产品可靠性水平以及旧产品转移价格;零售商回收效率更高[1],负责产品的销售以及旧产品的回收,决策产品的零售价格以及旧产品的回收价格。为使得模型更具合理性,进行如下假设。
(1)市场需求不仅受到价格影响,还受到产品可靠度的影响,假设市场需求为q=Q-βp-γ(1-g)。
(2)产品可靠性的改善需要制造商进行成本投入,假设产品可靠性改进成本为${C}_{g}=\frac{1}{2}k{g}^{2}。$
(3)废旧产品的回收量受到回收价格和消费者环保意识的影响[9],假设回收量为qr=a+br。
(4)假设再制品与新产品是同质,但生产成本结构不同,新产品的制造成本为cn,再制造品的生产成本为cr,旧产品转移价格f,且再制造具有经济效益,满足cn-cr-f>0。
(5)假设产品制造会产生环境负效应,闭环供应链通过再制造可以减少供应链系统对环境的影响,系统的环境负效应减少量为E=(en-er)qr
(6)供应链成员具有社会责任意识下,将不再单纯以利润最大化为目标[10],并会关注供应链系统的环境负效应减少量以及消费者福利,假设企业的社会责任意识表现为对供应链系统环境负效应减少量和消费者剩余的关注,即CSR=CS+E,其中,$CS={\int }_{{p}_{min}}^{{p}_{max}}qdp=\frac{{(Q-\beta p+\gamma h)}^{2}}{2\beta }。$
相关符号及其含义如表1所示。
为表述准确,另$\prod {U}_{j}^{i}$表示情形i中供应链成员j的利润(效用),${V}_{SC}^{i}=\Delta e{q}_{r}^{i}+C{S}^{i}$表示情形i中供应链系统的环境与社会治理绩效,其中$\Delta e={e}_{n}-{e}_{r};i\in \{M,R,D\},$分别表示制造商单独承担CSR、零售商单独承担CSR、共同承担CSR的情形;$j\in \{M,R,SC\},$分别表示制造商、零售商及供应链系统。
供应链中仅制造商具有CSR意识时,其以追求效用最大化为目标${U}_{M}={\prod }_{M}+\lambda {V}_{SC},$而零售商不会关注供应链的环境与社会治理绩效,此时闭环供应链成员的决策顺序为:首先,制造商率先决策产品批发价格、产品可靠度水平以及旧产品转移价格;随后,零售商决策产品的零售价格以及旧产品的回收价格。令Δc=cb-cr,制造商与零售商的利润(效用)函数分别为

性质1表明,随着制造商承担CSR强度的增加,闭环供应链产品批发价格、零售价格降低,旧产品回收价格、转移价格、零售商单位产品销售利润、单位废旧产品回收利润提高,同时产品市场需求得到刺激并增加了废旧产品的回收量。这说明制造商单独承担环境与社会治理责任的行为会使得制造商通过降低批发价格、提高回收转移价格的方式让利于零售商,单位产品销售效益以及单位产品回收效益的增加使得零售商有足够的定价空间,其会选择决策更低的零售价格和回收价格从而提高供应链的产品销量和产品回收量。
供应链中仅零售商具有CSR意识时,其以追求效用最大化为目标${U}_{R}={\prod }_{R}+\lambda {V}_{SC},$而制造商不再关注环境与社会治理绩效,闭环供应链的决策顺序与模型M相同。制造商与零售商的利润(效用)函数分别为

性质2表明,随着零售商承担CSR强度的增加,制造商的批发价格提高、废旧产品转移价格降低,零售的批发价格降低、回收价格提高,零售商的单位产品销售效益以及单位废旧产品回收效益减少,供应链系统的产品需求以及废旧产品回收量都增加。这说明,零售商单独承担环境与社会治理的行为会使得零售商让利于制造商,在面对较高的批发价格与较低的废旧产品转移价格下,其仍愿意向顾客提供更低的零售价格以及更高的废旧产品回收价格从而提高供应链的市场需求和废旧产品回收量。
分担情形下供应链成员均关注环境与社会治理绩效,制造商承担的供应链系统环境与社会治理责任比例为θ,零售商承担的供应链系统环境与社会治理责任比例为(1-θ),D模型下闭环供应链决策顺序与M和R模型相同。此时制造商与零售商的效用函数分别是:

性质3表明,制造商与零售商共同承担环境与社会治理责任下,随着供应链CSR程度的增加,供应链产品批发价格、零售价格降低,废旧产品回收价格提高,低产品零售价格和高废旧产品回收价格使得产品需求增加、废旧产品回收量增加。同时,值得注意的是,制造商与零售商CSR承担比例也会影响定价决策,当$\theta \frac{1}{2}$时,制造商的废旧产品转移价格才会随着CSR强度的增加而提高。此外,随着制造商承担CSR比例的增加,制造商批发价格将降低,零售商零售价格将提高。

性质4表明,随着CSR强度的增加,无论何种环境与社会治理责任承担模式,闭环供应链的产品市场需求和废旧产品的回收量都将随着CSR强度的增加而增加。同时,三种CSR承担模式下,供应链产品的可靠度水平都随着CSR强度的增加而提高,说明闭环供应链的环境与社会治理责任行为在提高环境与社会治理绩效的同时能够有效改善系统的产品可靠性。
通过比较不同模型间均衡结果的大小关系,得到以下推论。

推论1表明,制造商单独承担CSR责任时产品的批发价最低,零售价格最高;零售商单独承担CSR责任时产品的批发价格最高,零售价格最低;制造商与零售商共同承担CSR时的批发价格和零售价格处于二者之间。结合性质1~性质3可知,制造商的CSR表现为愿意提供较低的批发价格和较高的废旧产品转移价格,零售商的CSR表现为在批发价格较高且废旧产品转移价格较低时仍愿意决策较低的零售价格和较高的回收价格。同时,结合性质4可知,供应链的CSR行为能够提高废旧产品的回收量,且三种CSR承担模式对废旧产品回收量的提高效果相同。此外,值得注意的是,无论CSR由谁承担,供应链的CSR行为都能够改善系统的产品可靠性并提高产品的市场需求量。但由零售商单独承担CSR时,系统的产品可靠性与市场需求最优,而制造商单独承担CSR时,系统的产品可靠性与市场需求最差。这可能是因为制造商单独承担CSR时,为了提高产品的可靠性需要承受较大的成本,该成本抑制了制造商提高产品可靠性的积极性。而当零售商单独承担或双方共同承担CSR时,缓解了制造商承担CSR下的成本压力,充足的利润空间促使其有足够的动力去改善产品的可靠性,同时也说明产品可靠性的提升有利于闭环供应链系统环境于社会治理绩效的改善。

推论2表明,制造商利润在零售商单独承担CSR时最优,供应链成员共同承担CSR时次之,其自身单独承担CSR时最差。零售商利润在制造商单独承担CSR时最优,供应链成员共同承担CSR时次之,其自身单独承担CSR时最差。这说明,供应链成员单纯以经济效益为目标时,其都希望由对方承担CSR,而自身就能够从对方承担CSR的让利行为下获取更多的利润。闭环供应链系统的总利润和环境与社会治理绩效在零售商单独承担CSR时最优,供应链成员共同承担CSR时次之,制造商单独承担CSR时最差。进一步说明,制造商改善产品可靠性的成本支付会降低其承担CSR时改善系统环境与社会治理绩效的积极性,并且不利于闭环供应系统的总利润提升。以闭环供应链系统的总利润以及环境与社会治理总绩效角度,闭环供应链系统的环境与社会治理责任应该由零售商承担,但此时零售商自身的利益表现最差,供应链系统的利益分配不均,不利于闭环供应链系统的稳定。而由供应链成员共同承担环境与社会治理治理责任下,尽管系统的总利润以及环境与社会治理总绩效都有所降低,但相对于制造商或零售商单独承担社会与环境治理下,其自身利益会得到改善,利于维持闭环供应链系统的稳定。
推论3:①制造商单独承担CSR下,当$0<\lambda <{\lambda }^{*},{\prod }_{M}^{M*}>{\prod }_{R}^{M*};{\lambda }^{*}<\lambda <1,{\prod }_{M}^{M*}<{\prod }_{R}^{M*};$②供应链成员共同承担CSR下,当$0<\theta <{\theta }^{*},{\prod }_{M}^{D*}>{\prod }_{R}^{D*};{\theta }^{*}<\theta< 1,{\prod }_{M}^{D*}<{\prod }_{R}^{D*}。$
其中,${\lambda }^{*}=\frac{14{\beta }^{2}{c}_{b}k+(-4{c}_{b}{\gamma }^{2}+2Qk+2\gamma k)\beta -{\gamma }^{3}}{k\beta \left(2\right.\beta {c}_{b}+2Q-\gamma )},{\theta }^{*}=-8{\beta }^{2}{c}_{b}k\left(\lambda -\frac{7}{4}\right)+[-4{c}_{b}{\gamma }^{2}+2Qk+2\gamma (2-2\lambda \left)k\right]\frac{\beta -{\gamma }^{3}}{k\beta (-6\beta {c}_{b}+2Q-3\gamma )}。$
推论3证明:$F({\prod }_{M}^{M*}-{\prod }_{R}^{M*}\left)、F\right({\prod }_{M}^{R*}-{\prod }_{R}^{R*})$关于$\lambda,F({\prod }_{M}^{D*}-{\prod }_{R}^{D*})$关于θ存在唯一非负解,同时求得$\frac{\partial {\prod }_{M}^{M*} }{\partial \lambda }<0,\frac{\partial {\prod }_{R}^{M*} }{\partial \lambda }>0,\frac{\partial {\prod }_{M}^{R*} }{\partial \lambda }>0,\frac{\partial {\prod }_{R}^{R*} }{\partial \lambda }<0,\frac{\partial {\prod }_{M}^{D*} }{\partial \theta }>0,$推论3得证。
推论3表明,供应链的环境与社会责任治理强度以及成员间不同CSR承担比例会影响供应链成员间的利润大小关系。制造商单独承担CSR情形下,随着CSR强度的提高,制造商和零售商的利润呈此消彼长的态势,且零售商的利润在制造商承担的CSR强度较高时会超过制造商利润。供应链成员共同承担环境与社会治理责任情形下,随着制造商承担CSR比例的增加,制造商的利润将减少,零售商的利润将增加并慢慢超过制造商的利润。结合性质4,表明供应链成员的环境与社会责任意识不仅能够提高供应链系统的环境友好度、减少系统的环境负效应并提高消费者福利,还能够起到调节供应链系统利益分配的作用。
通过算例分析对文中的性质及推论的正确性进行验证,同时得到一些新的管理启示。首先对部分参数进行赋值,令$\beta =0.5,\gamma =0.7,k=5,Q=20,{c}_{b}=10,\Delta e=2,b=1.5,a=2,\Delta c=5。$根据不同环境与社会治理责任分担情形下的最优均衡结果如表3~表5所示。
表3~表5可知,无论何种环境与社会治理责任承担模式,闭环供应链系统的产品市场需求、废旧产品回收量都随着系统的CSR强度的增加而增加。同时,值得注意的是,随着CSR强度的增加,供应链系统的回收率逐渐减小,这是因为环境与社会治理责任行为对正向销售渠道的促进作用要大于其对回收渠道的促进作用。观察零售商单位产品销售利润以及单位产品回收利润的变化情况,进一步印证了供应链成员在CSR影响下的让利行为。
同时,供应链成员环境与社会治理行为能够明显改善供应链系统的产品可靠性,但随着制造商承担CSR比例的增加,产品的可靠性逐渐减小,这是因为制造商承担了改善产品可靠性的成本,较高的CSR比例压缩了制造商的利润空间,抑制了其改善产品可靠性的积极性。
图1所示,零售商单独承担环境与社会治理责任时供应链系统的环境与社会治理绩效最优,制造商与零售商共同承担下次之,制造商单独承担下最差。且在供应链成员分担环境与社会治理情形下,随着制造商承担CSR比例的增加,供应链系统的环境与社会治理绩效将降低,进一步表明由零售商承担CSR更利于供应链系统环境与社会治理绩效的提升,与推论2的结论相合。
图2表明,制造商单独承担CSR下,当其承担CSR强度较低时,制造商的利润要高于零售商的利润,制造商与零售商的利润差距将随着CSR强度的逐渐增大而缩小,并在CSR强度大于某一阈值时,零售商的利润会反超制造商的利润。零售商单独承担CSR下,制造商的利润总是要高于零售商的利润,且随着CSR强度的增加,利润差距也将进一步拉大。
图3表明,供应链系统的总利润在零售商单独承担CSR下最优,制造商单独承担CSR下最差。CSR共担模式下,随着制造商CSR承担比例的增加,供应链系统的总利润将减少。进一步说明,由零售商承担CSR更让有利于供应链系统总利润的提升。尽管零售商单独承担CSR下供应链系统的总利润以及供应链系统的环境与社会治理绩效都最优,但由图2可知,零售商自身利润因承担CSR而被大幅削减,这不利于闭环供应链系统的稳定。
本文考虑供应链成员企业具有环境与社会治理责任意识,分别在制造商单独承担CSR、零售商单独承担CSR、制造商与零售商共同承担CSR三种模式下,探讨了闭环供应链的产品可靠性生产决策和定价决策。
(1)供应链的CSR强度的增加均有利于降低产品销售价格、提升产品的可靠性以及改善系统的环境与社会治理绩效。
(2)制造商或零售商关注并承担环境与社会治理绩效的行为会对供应链其他成员产生让利效应。
(3)制造商改善产品可靠性的成本结构会阻碍闭环供应链系统环境与社会治理绩效的改善。
(4)供应链成员CSR行为能够调整供应链的利润分配,制造商单独承担CSR下,供应链成员间的利润差距随着CSR强度的增加而减小;CSR共同承担下,供应链成员间利润差距随着制造商承担CSR比例的增加而减小。
针对研究结论提出以下建议:商业实践中,主导制造商应积极承担CSR,使得供应链内利润分配更具合理性,有利于闭环供应链系统的稳定运行;供应链成员应积极参与链内的CSR治理,这有利于提升供应链系统的环境与社会治理绩效;政府引导企业进行产品可靠性改进和承担社会责任的同时,也应该对相关企业提供合理补贴或税务减免,激励供应链成员企业协同促进供应链、产业链的高质量和可持续发展。
