On the basis of the actual structure of the linear hydraulic shock absorber of the medium and low speed maglev vehicle, the AMESim simulation model of the linear hydraulic shock absorber was established and verified. The maximum simulation error of the established hydraulic shock absorber simulation model is only 8.6%, and the reliability is high. Combined with the model of hydraulic shock absorber and maglev vehicle structure, the co-simulation model of shock absorber and vehicle system was established. From the perspective of dynamic optimization design, the installation quantity and layout position of lateral shock absorber were designed, and the influence of different installation modes of lateral shock absorber on the stability of maglev vehicle was discussed. The dynamic calculation results show that the installation modes of lateral shock absorber has little effect on the vertical stability of maglev vehicle.When 8 lateral shock absorbers are installed on the suspension frame of a single car, the vehicle stability is the best. When the suspension frame of a single car is equipped with 4 lateral shock absorbers, the vehicle’s ride stability performances takes the second place. When the lateral shock absorber is not installed, the lateral ride stability performances of the measuring points at the end of the vehicle exceeds the excellent limit.

基于中低速磁浮车辆选用的线性液压减振器的结构,建立液压减振器的AMESim仿真模型。利用试验与仿真对比方法,对液压减振器AMESim仿真模型开展验证分析,证明建立的液压减振器模型仿真精度高,最大仿真误差仅为8.6%。建立液压减振器-车辆系统的动力学联合仿真模型,从动力学设计角度出发,对横向减振器的安装数量、布置位置等方面进行优化,探讨不同横向减振器安装方式对磁浮车辆平稳性的影响。计算结果表明:横向减振器的安装方式对磁浮车辆垂向平稳性基本无影响;单节车安装8支横向减振器时车辆平稳性最优;单节车安装4支横向减振器时车辆的平稳性次之;不安装横向减振器时车辆端部测点的横向平稳性超出优秀限值。

基于中低速磁浮车辆选用的线性液压减振器的结构,建立液压减振器的AMESim仿真模型。利用试验与仿真对比方法,对液压减振器AMESim仿真模型开展验证分析,证明建立的液压减振器模型仿真精度高,最大仿真误差仅为8.6%。建立液压减振器-车辆系统的动力学联合仿真模型,从动力学设计角度出发,对横向减振器的安装数量、布置位置等方面进行优化,探讨不同横向减振器安装方式对磁浮车辆平稳性的影响。计算结果表明:横向减振器的安装方式对磁浮车辆垂向平稳性基本无影响;单节车安装8支横向减振器时车辆平稳性最优;单节车安装4支横向减振器时车辆的平稳性次之;不安装横向减振器时车辆端部测点的横向平稳性超出优秀限值。

On the basis of the actual structure of the linear hydraulic shock absorber of the medium and low speed maglev vehicle, the AMESim simulation model of the linear hydraulic shock absorber was established and verified. The maximum simulation error of the established hydraulic shock absorber simulation model is only 8.6%, and the reliability is high. Combined with the model of hydraulic shock absorber and maglev vehicle structure, the co-simulation model of shock absorber and vehicle system was established. From the perspective of dynamic optimization design, the installation quantity and layout position of lateral shock absorber were designed, and the influence of different installation modes of lateral shock absorber on the stability of maglev vehicle was discussed. The dynamic calculation results show that the installation modes of lateral shock absorber has little effect on the vertical stability of maglev vehicle.When 8 lateral shock absorbers are installed on the suspension frame of a single car, the vehicle stability is the best. When the suspension frame of a single car is equipped with 4 lateral shock absorbers, the vehicle’s ride stability performances takes the second place. When the lateral shock absorber is not installed, the lateral ride stability performances of the measuring points at the end of the vehicle exceeds the excellent limit.

磁浮车辆与传统轮轨车辆最主要的区别是无轮轨系统,极大减少了因为轨道不平顺引起的车辆振动,车辆的垂向平稳性较具备轮轨系统的车辆更优异,但车辆的横向振动较具备轮轨系统的车辆基本无差异。为提升车辆的横向动力学性能,一般都装配横向减振器衰减车辆与悬浮架之间的横向振动,缓和横向冲击。
周小智等[1-3]从液压减振器的结构出发,探讨了液压减振器内部参数对减振器性能的影响,并基于建立的车辆系统联合仿真模型分析了液压减振器的内部参数对车辆系统动力学的影响;罗宇豪等[4]、龙伦等[5]对部件系统的振动特性进行了详细论述,对振动机理进行了研究;马卫华等[6]阐述了中低速磁浮各核心子系统的技术特征,梳理了近年来国内外中低速磁浮车辆的发展历程及技术特点,总结了中低速磁浮列车的技术重点和难点;李冠军等[7]基于某四悬浮架中低速磁浮车辆的结构,建立了动力学模型,研究了导向机构对车辆运行性能的影响;洪远卓等[8]、刘婉等[9]、赵逸凡等[10]基于悬浮架结构建立了磁浮车辆整车动力学模型,并对车辆系统的动力学行为开展了研究;马卫华等[6]对某型磁浮车辆的直线运行稳定性进行了研究,提出了增加横向减振器可有效提升车辆的横向稳定性的解决方案;邓小星等[9]针对抗蛇行减振器的安装方式对车辆动力学性能的影响进行了研究。刘德柱等[12]、陈双和赵凯旋[13]、戎红俊等[14]基于AMESim软件建立了减振器物理参数模型,并探讨了减振器内部结构参数对减振器非线性特性的影响规律。
综上论述,国内外文献在减振器安装方式对于轨道车辆动力学性能的影响方面研究较少,且均集中在轮轨系统的车辆上,未开展减振器安装方式对磁浮车辆动力学性能的影响及优化设计研究。同时,传统动力学仿真分析时采用基于Maxwell模型的简化减振器力元,该力元无法体现实际减振器的非线性特性对车辆动力学的影响。因此,基于可体现减振器非线性特征的物理参数仿真模型,研究减振器配置数量、布置位置对车辆系统平稳性的影响是非常有必要的。
本文基于中低速磁浮车辆选用的减振器结构建立了横向减振器的物理参数仿真模型,利用台架试验对减振器仿真模型进行了验证。以Simpack/Simulink/AMESim软件建立了减振器与车辆动力学的联合仿真模型,开展了横向减振器安装数量、布置位置对车辆系统平稳性的影响研究。
磁浮车辆选用的线性横向减振器的结构如图1所示,由活塞总成、底阀总成、活塞杆、压力缸、储油缸、导向套、阻尼阀、密封系统等部件组成。减振器内部在导向套、活塞总成及底阀总成上具备多种密封设计,保证减振器无泄漏以及阻尼外特性的稳定性及可靠性。减振器采用油液双向流动的设计方案;减振器拉伸时,油液通过活塞总成上的拉伸阻尼阀节流产生阻尼力,减振器压缩时,油液通过活塞总成上的压缩阻尼阀及底阀阻尼阀的节流产生阻尼力。拉伸及压缩行程的阻尼力对称性能好。阻尼阀采用特殊的节流设计结构,在低速阶段形成特殊的线性孔口节流作用,保证低速阻尼力的线性度。减振器的阻尼力在低速阶段的线性设计有利于保证磁浮车辆横向晃动时减振器可提供稳定的阻尼力,提高车辆系统横向低速振动时的稳定性。
基于减振器的实际结构及流固耦合理论,建立横向减振器的AMESim仿真模型,如图2所示。仿真模型充分考虑了减振器活塞总成阻尼阀、底阀总成阻尼阀、导向套、泄露等所有结构的节流作用,同时也考虑了活塞杆摩擦、质量惯性力等对减振器阻尼力的影响。
为验证建立模型的有效性及准确性,对该减振器模型的仿真输出曲线与实际试验数据进行对比分析,仿真模型的外特性对比曲线如图3所示。图3中减振器仿真示功图光滑,无跳动,同时两端部行程换向位置无震荡现象,与实际试验的F-V(阻尼力-速度)曲线相比,仿真与试验曲线基本完全重合,在最大误差率仅为8.6%,该点的仿真阻尼力为2.55 kN,试验阻尼力值为2.35 kN。结合模型验证结果可知,该减振器仿真模型精度较高,满足工程设计需求,为下一步减振器安装方式对车辆系统平稳性的影响探究提供了可信佐证。
磁浮车辆动力学利用SIMPACK进行建模分析,整个车辆建立在一个沿轨道前进且能反应轨道不平顺的移动平台上,走行机构有4对悬浮线圈,整车共有 20 对悬浮线圈,移动平台由20 对假想移动点组成。模块通过悬浮控制等效弹簧元件支承在这 20 对假想移动点组成的移动平台上。
左右模块抗侧滚建模与实际结构一致,因此抗侧滚梁和吊杆在模型中作为独立刚体处理。车辆的导向机构建模与实际结构一致。车辆的空气弹簧支承采用了垂向限位,以防止车辆过曲线时产生过度侧滚,影响曲线通过的平稳性和安全性,并且加强了车辆的抗侧风能力。为了避免空气弹簧产生过大的水平变形,空气弹簧横向也采用了限位措施。滑台是本车辆结构中的一个特殊部件,滑台相对车辆仅有横向平移自由度,每个滑台支承在两个空气簧上(端部除外)。根据车辆系统的实际组成建立了车辆系统动力学模型,如图4所示。
本文利用Simpack/Simulink/AMESim建立联合仿真实时交互模型。AMESim减振器模型接收来自经位移处理模块处理后的随机轨道谱激励下车辆动力学模型中的减振器安装点之间的相对位移,并以实时相对位移作为外部激励信号,使减振器模型产生阻尼力外特性响应,阻尼力经阻尼力处理模块处理后输入车辆动力学模型进行系统动力学计算。该计算过程往复循环,最终达到预设计算时间,完成动力学仿真计算。
该型磁浮车辆悬浮架的主要结构由悬浮架单元、滑台装置、横向稳定机构、受流器安装、测速装置安装、扫石器装置等部件组成。悬浮架采用5个基本悬浮架单元均布承载,空气弹簧支承车体并衰减缓和来自轨道不平顺产生的振动与冲击。采用线性轴承和横向稳定机构,提高车辆曲线通过性能。悬浮架位于车体的下部,通过悬浮电磁铁从外侧环抱轨道。减振器的安装方式分为减振器数量、布置位置、安装角度等。由于悬浮架空间结构限制了安装角度大小调整,对此不做深入研究。
为研究横向减振器的安装方式对车辆平稳性的影响,本文对横向减振器安装方式设计了表1所示的4种不同的方案。方案1在悬浮架不安装横向减振器;方案2在1单元与2单元、4单元与5单元的结合部位分别安装2根横向减振器,整个悬浮架安装8支横向减振器,安装方式如图5(a)所示;方案3在2单元、4单元上各安装2支横向减振器,整个悬浮架安装4支横向减振器,安装方式如图5(b)所示;方案4在1单元、5单元上各安装2支横向减振器,整个悬浮架安装4支横向减振器,安装方式如图5(c)所示。
动力学计算时,选取5个速度等级,分别为40、60、80、100、120 km/h,布置3个典型测点,测点分布位置如图6所示。测点1布置在3单元与4单元结合部位中部正上方的车体地板面;测点2布置在4单元与5单元结合部位左侧正上方的车体地板面;测点3布置在5单元最外侧端梁正上方的车体地板面。
利用动力学仿真软件SIMPACK对磁浮车辆在直线段的不同速度工况下的进行动力学性能分析。不同安装方式下,3个测点的横向平稳性曲线和垂向平稳性与不同速度等级的变化关系如图7所示。通过图7的平稳性指标对比可知,不同横向减振器的安装方式对车辆垂向平稳性的影响基本无影响。是否安装横向减振器,对车体的垂向平稳性影响很小。不安装横向减振器时,测点3在80 km/h速度附近,其横向平稳性指标超过2.5,不符合优秀标准;安装横向减振器后,3个测点在低速段(小于100 km/h)时,横向平稳性指标显著提升。在高速段(大于100 km/h),横向平稳性指标略有上升,但是平稳性指标都满足优秀限值;方案4比方案3的横向平稳性指标有微小提升;安装4支横向减振器后,车体不同测点处的横向平稳性指标均低于优秀指标的限值;但方案2与其他方案相比,横向平稳性指标更加优秀。
综合以上分析,采用方案2的减振器安装方式对车辆平稳性的影响效果是最优的。
(1)基于减振器实际结构建立的液压模型仿真精度高,仿真及试验对比的F-V曲线基本完全重合,在不同激励速度下的阻尼力最大误差仅为8.5%,满足工程设计需要。
(2)利用车辆系统联合仿真模型对横向减振器的安装方式及位置进行了探索分析。结果表明:不同横向减振器的安装方式对磁浮车辆垂向平稳性基本无影响。横向减振器的布置几乎不对磁浮车辆的垂向平稳性产生影响。
(3)单节车安装4支横向减振器时,横向减振器外置(方案4)稍微优于横向减振器内置(方案3),但两者对车辆平稳性的影响差异较小。
(4)单节车安装8支横向减振器时的磁浮车辆平稳性指标最优。
