In view of the centralized construction of pile foundation or large-scale excavation of foundation pit in rainstorm and typhoon weather, a technology for purification, treatment and recycling of construction sludge and wastewater is proposed. An integrated purification treatment device was used to form a sludge and wastewater treatment system that integrates sedimentation, purification and recycling. Flocculants, polyacrylamide, polyaluminum chloride were used to mix, mix and react with the sewage after three-stage sedimentation, so that the sewage solid-liquid can be separated into mud and clean water. 针对暴雨、台风天气下桩基集中施工或基坑大面积开挖等情况,提出一种施工污泥废水净化处理循环利用技术,利用一体化净化处理装置,形成集沉淀、净化和循环利用于一体的污泥废水处理系统。采用絮凝剂、聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝与三级沉淀后的污水进行混合、搅拌、反应,使污水固液分离成泥浆和清水。清水可循环用于现场施工、洗车、洒水降尘等,达到绿色经济、高效环保的效果,大幅提升现场文明施工形象,取得了显著的效益。

In view of the centralized construction of pile foundation or large-scale excavation of foundation pit in rainstorm and typhoon weather, a technology for purification, treatment and recycling of construction sludge and wastewater is proposed. An integrated purification treatment device was used to form a sludge and wastewater treatment system that integrates sedimentation, purification and recycling. Flocculants, polyacrylamide, polyaluminum chloride were used to mix, mix and react with the sewage after three-stage sedimentation, so that the sewage solid-liquid can be separated into mud and clean water. Clear water can be recycled for on-site construction, car washing, watering and dust reduction, etc., achieving the effect of green economy, high efficiency and environmental protection, greatly improving the image of on-site civilized construction, and obtaining significant benefits.

随着城市基础工程建设快速发展,高层及超高层建筑大量兴建,基坑支护、土方开挖及桩基础工程项目越来越多,施工中产生大量的污泥、废水,给现场文明施工管理带来困难[1]。为处理施工中产生的污泥废水,一般在现场设置排水沟和三级沉淀池,将污泥废水经排水沟流入沉淀池进行分级沉淀,达到要求后再排入市政管网。但在暴雨期间或台风季节,尤其当桩基集中施工、基坑大面积开挖时,传统的排水系统往往难以满足现场排污要求,三级沉淀池无法达到良好的处理效果,使未得到有效处理的污泥废水被排入市政管网,造成市政管道污染甚至堵塞情况的发生。
为使基础工程施工中所产生的大量污泥废水排放符合环保要求,课题组在前海嘉里(T102-0261宗地)项目开展了“基础工程施工污泥废水净化处理循环利用技术”研究,利用一体化净化处理装置,采用絮凝剂、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)与三级沉淀后的污水进行混合、搅拌、反应,使污水固液净化分离成泥浆和清水,清水循环用于现场施工、洗车、洒水降尘等。此技术经过多个工程项目的应用实践,形成了一套先进的污泥废水循环利用处理施工技术,达到了高效环保、质量可靠、绿色经济的效果,提升了现场文明施工形象,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。
前海嘉里(T102-0261宗地)项目位于深圳市南山区前海深港合作区核心地段,前湾片区东北、桂湾河水廊道公园南侧,该地区北侧为紫荆西街,东侧为嘉里地块二期基坑,地铁9号线航海路车站折返段区间位于场地的东北角。本项目用地红线占地面积约1.7万m2,基坑周长约533 m,面积约1.58万m2,基坑支护采用“荤素咬合灌注桩+三道钢筋混凝土支撑”形式,荤桩桩径为φ1 400 mm,素桩桩径为φ1 000 mm;桩基础采用旋挖或冲击成孔灌注桩,非塔楼区域抗拔兼抗压桩桩径为φ800~φ1 800 mm,设计桩端入中风化岩大于3.0 m,塔楼区域抗压桩桩径为φ1 600~φ2 400 mm,设计桩端入中微风化岩大于1.0 m;基坑开挖深度18.5~22.0 m,土石方开挖量总计28.9万m3
工程施工过程中产生了大量的污泥废水,项目现场研究采用基础工程施工污泥废水净化处理循环利用技术,在排污净化处理效率、环保成本控制等方面突显出了独特的优越性,解决了施工现场产生大量污泥废水仅通过三级沉淀池净化处理慢、效果差的问题,大大提升了污泥废水利用率,达到绿色、环保、无污染的应用效果,获得了参建单位的一致好评。
适用于基坑支护、土方开挖及桩基础工程产生的污泥废水净化处理和循环利用;适用于暴雨、台风期间施工产生的大量抽排污泥废水处理。
污泥废水净化处理循环利用系统主要由沉淀处理系统、净化处理系统和循环利用系统3个部分组成,系统流程如图1所示,整体布设示意图如图2所示。
沉淀处理系统由一级、二级、三级沉淀池及排水沟(管)组成,污泥废水经排水沟(管)进入一级沉淀池并逐级沉淀[2]。在三沉池旁设置一个泥浆储存池用于存储沉淀后泥浆。沉淀处理系统如图3所示。
污泥废水排入沉淀池后,利用污水中悬浮杂质颗粒比重大于水的特性,逐级将污水中的颗粒沉淀分离[2]。经三级沉淀后的污水尚未达到排放标准,泵吸至净化系统进行二次处理。
净化处理系统主要由药水桶、反应槽、配药槽、配水区、絮凝沉淀区及清水溢流槽组成,如图4所示。当施工处于暴雨期,由于污废处理量较大,可考虑并列两台净化处理设备,以满足现场需求,如图5所示。
(1)反应槽污水药剂反应原理:经三级沉淀处理后的污水通过高压泵抽送至反应槽,与药水桶中的配比药剂和配药槽中的絮凝剂进行反应(图6)。污水与药水桶中配比药水发生桥联、网捕、吸附等物理和化学反应,将废水中的悬浮物、胶体和可絮凝的其他物质凝聚成“絮团”从而产生分离[3]。污水与絮凝剂的反应则是利用其聚合性质使污水中的颗粒集中完成分离[3]。当污水与两种配制好的药物进行反应时会迅速产生胶状的、能吸附和沉淀的氢氧化铝絮状物[3]
(2)配水区缓冲、静置原理:三级沉淀后泵入的污水与药水桶配比药水及絮凝剂反应时始终处于流动状态,反应后即通过设置在反应槽底部开设的连通口流入配水区缓冲、静置,使其逐渐自然沉淀,如图7所示。
(3)絮凝沉淀原理:污水在配水区静置缓冲后,反应形成的絮泥状物沉积于底部。该净化设备专门设计底部为锥形的低于配水区的沉淀槽,以便配水区中产生的絮泥状物沿底部相通口快速流入沉淀槽进行沉淀,从而形成底层为比重较大的絮凝状泥浆和上层清水,如图8所示。其中,上层清水通过溢流堰自然溢流至清水槽内,如图9所示。
(1)上层清水循环。上层清水循环系统主要由排水管、清水池、抽水泵、蓄水桶、加压泵等组成,如图10所示。固液净化分离后的上层清水由设置在清水槽的水管接至清水池,再通过抽水泵抽吸至蓄水桶内,最后采用加压泵将桶内清水泵送至施工场地内循环使用。
(2)絮凝沉淀池底层泥浆循环。絮凝沉淀池底层泥浆循环系统主要由空压机、泥浆抽排管、泥浆储存池等组成。经净化处理后的絮团沉积于絮凝沉淀池底部,呈泥浆状态。在沉淀池的两个锥形底部各开设φ100 mm圆口并连通PVC(聚氯乙烯)管,PVC管接入空压机用于将沉淀后的泥浆通过管路泵入泥浆储存池。在反应槽的底部同样开设排淤口,与沉淀池泥浆抽排管路连接,将反应产生的絮状沉淀物一并排入泥浆储存池中,如图11所示。
基础工程施工污泥废水净化处理循环利用施工工序流程如图12所示。
(1)净化设备现场安装。①根据场地地形、道路进出条件、安全防火及环境要求,将成套处理设备合理布置于靠近三级沉淀池附近的位置;②三级沉淀池和泥浆储存池为现场开挖,采用环保砖砌筑,并接入排水沟,安装相应的抽水泵[4];③安装场地采用硬地化处理,安装完成后进行用电、防雷接地、管路等试运行。
(2)现场污泥废水收集。①通过场地周边设置的排水沟将现场各个区域内产生的污泥废水集中排入沉淀池中,采用水泵将场地内集中坑或集水井内的污泥废水抽吸泵入沉淀池内[5];②污泥废水收集池较深,在四周设置安全护栏,以防人员掉入发生安全事故。
(3)污水排入沉淀池逐级沉淀。①污水进入一级、二级、三级沉淀池中逐级进行物理沉淀[2];②在一级沉淀池中利用钢管架固定一台泥浆泵,当污水流入量过大时可进行临时抽排;③在第三级沉淀池中安装浮球液位计和排污泵,当水位达到设置高度时将自动触发电控箱中的排污泵开关,将三级沉淀池中的废水抽至净化处理系统。
(4)添加絮凝剂至配药槽。①在配药槽中加入絮凝剂与水混合,按照水∶絮凝剂=1 000∶1.5比例进行调配;②配药槽上部安装搅拌装置将絮凝剂与水搅拌均匀,搅拌时间约30 min,使搅拌后药剂呈稠状;③在配药槽底部安装抽吸泵,打开管路阀门和电源即可将絮凝剂抽吸至反应槽。
(5)药水桶中调配混合药剂。①药水桶用于药剂调配,置于反应槽一侧的地上;②药剂采用PAM∶PAC=3∶1进行配制,混合物呈粉状颗粒,并按水:混合药剂=500∶1的比例在药水桶内加水调配;③为促使药剂溶解,安设小型搅拌机在药水桶内进行搅拌。
(6)污水、配药槽絮凝剂、混合药剂泵入反应槽搅拌。①采用高压泵将待处理的三级沉淀池内污水抽入反应槽,同时将配药槽内的絮凝剂和药水桶中的混合药剂分别通过设置在设备一侧的抽水泵抽入反应槽,如图13所示;②为使污水与药剂发生充分反应,在反应槽上方安装电动搅拌机对槽内的药剂和污水进行搅拌,加快混合。
(7)反应槽内混合液流至配水区。①经过反应槽加药反应处理后的污水处于流动状态,为此在反应槽侧加设配水区将水体稳定;②反应槽与配水区通过隔离钢板隔开,钢板底部设置宽20 cm矩形口将两个区域连通;③反应槽中的水体通过连通口缓慢流至配水区,此时经过药剂处理的污水在配水区相对静止平稳后迅速发生絮凝沉淀分离,其中,比重大的絮凝物下沉至底部,比重较小的则形成泥浆,流至絮凝沉淀区漏斗底部,配水区上层则为初步反应后的浑水,如图14所示。
(8)配水区污水流至絮凝沉淀池沉淀。①配水区使加药反应后的水体状态更加稳定,由于配水区底部与絮凝沉淀区的方形漏斗口连通,混凝沉淀物凝集成“絮团”呈泥浆状自然流入沉淀区的锥形底部;②经过沉淀作用,沉淀区上层为沉淀后形成的清水。
(9)下层沉淀泥浆抽至泥浆储存池。①经过药剂反应后的污水通过沉淀固液分离,底部絮团成为污泥,在污水净化处理过程中,反应槽和絮凝沉淀区将产生泥浆堆积;②为将沉淀污泥排出,在沉淀区和反应槽底部开口,接通φ100 mm PVC泥浆抽排管,并配置空气压缩机将泥浆排入泥浆储存池;③空压机本身具有自动排泥装置,其开关有手动、自动两种模式,自动模式的工作原理为通过“溢流球”实现:溢流球收集排出泥浆,当泥浆收集量达到溢流球总容量的2/3时,将自动打开排放阀进行排污,压缩空气沿进入方向的反向充入,即迅速将泥浆排至储存池[6]
(10)上层清水溢流至清水槽。①絮凝沉淀区上层清水通过加设的溢流堰溢流至清水槽;②溢流堰呈波浪形,用于将絮凝沉淀池中顶部的悬浮物隔断,同时起到挡流作用,使絮凝沉淀池趋于稳定。
(11)清水收集并循环利用。①清水槽连通PVC管将净化处理后的清水排至清水池集中存放,如图15所示;②地面设置蓄水箱,通过抽水泵将清水池中的清水抽排至蓄水箱内;③蓄水箱设置排水阀、排水管和增压泵,可将蓄水箱内清水输送至各施工场地,用于洗车、降尘、冲洗道路等,实现节水节能、绿色文明施工[7]
(1)排污效率高。对传统的三级沉淀池处理污废的方法进行了改良,在沉淀池中加装浮球液位计及抽水泵,通过采用浮球液位计对污水储存量进行全天候监测,实现水位达到设定高度时自动开启净化处理流程,处理效率达20 m3/h,相比传统三级沉淀池处理污水的效率提升3倍有余。
(2)处理效果好。利用絮凝剂、聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝等化学原料,使清水与污泥分离效果显著提升,处理时间短,并实时进行分类集纳,处理效果好。
(3)经济效益显著。采用先进的绿色节能技术,有效降低污泥废水处理能耗和处理成本,净化处理后的清水循环用于现场生产、洗车、降尘、冲洗道路等,同时,整套净化处理设备可重复使用,经济效益显著。
(4)绿色环保无污染。通过对污泥废水进行有效处理,大大减少工地排污量,极大程度地减轻了对环境的影响,净化处理后的清水可循环用于现场生产,节省了大量资源;同时,所采用的抽水泵、空压机等噪声小,有效提升现场绿色施工水平。
(1)在传统的排水沟和三级沉淀池处理排放污废的基础上,增加了药剂反应槽、配水区、絮凝沉淀区及清水溢流槽等分区及相应的处理功能,有效实现一体化沉淀净水处理,通过采用絮凝剂、聚丙烯酰胺、聚合氯化铝与三级沉淀后的污水进行混合、搅拌、反应,使污水固液净化分离转换成泥浆和清水,实现资源循环利用。
(2)有效集成污泥废水沉淀、净化及循环利用3大处理系统,通过采用先进的绿色节能工艺,有效降低污泥废水处理能耗和处理成本,大大减少工地排污量,极大程度地减轻了环境污染。①对传统三级沉淀池处理污废的方法进行改良,在沉淀池中加装浮球液位计及抽水泵,通过采用浮球液位计对污水储存量进行全天候监测,实现水位达到设定高度时自动开启净化处理流程,比传统三级沉淀池处理污水的效率提升3倍有余;②经三级沉淀处理后的污水与加入药水桶的药剂和配药槽中的絮凝剂进行化学反应,将废水中的悬浮物、胶体和可絮凝的其他物质凝聚成“絮团”产生分离,并流入配水区缓冲静置,使其逐渐自然沉淀,形成底层为比重稍大的絮凝状泥浆和上层清水;③上层清水接入清水池内,再抽吸至蓄水桶,采用加压泵将桶内清水泵送至施工场地循环利用;经净化处理后的絮团沉积于絮凝沉淀池底部,通过管路泵入泥浆储存池;反应槽底部开设排淤口,与沉淀池泥浆抽排管路连接,将反应产生的絮状沉淀物一并排入泥浆储存池中。
(3)一体化净化处理设备采用预制化、模块化、装配式设计,现场安装快速便捷,占用场地小,操作简单,且运行过程自动化控制程度高,同时可根据降雨情况及污泥废水净化处理量等不同需求,对净化处理系统进行并列增设安装[8]
通过在现行方法中改进及引入相关技术进行创新,提出一种高效、环保、经济的污泥废水处理施工方法,将基础工程施工产生的污泥废水在三级沉淀后抽入净化处理装置,流经药剂反应槽、配水区、絮凝沉淀区及清水溢流槽等分区进行药剂反应及絮凝沉淀,经一体化净化处理后,污泥废水实现固液分离,形成的清水可循环用于现场施工及洒水降尘、洗车冲路等,废泥渣则被减量化装车外运,有效减轻城市环境污染,提升现场绿色文明施工水平,形成良好的环境和生态效益,该成果具有良好的可操作性,易于技术推广,并对现场施工操作流程提供具体的指导建议,是一种施工工艺上的突破和创新。
