In practical operation, GIS mechanical failure is a major cause of accidents. In recent years, the proportion of accidents caused by mechanical failures has gradually increased. However, there are few reports in existing research on the specific process of mechanical failures, how to effectively handle such failures, and how to prevent accidents caused by them. A chain accident caused by a mechanical failure of a GIS equipment isolation switch was introduced. Taking the chain accident of two consecutive trips and two main transformers losing power in sequence caused by mechanical problems of the isolation knife switch in the GIS composite electrical equipment of a 110 kV substation as an example, through the investigation and analysis of the operating mode, protection action, and unpacking inspection results before the GIS fault, the occurrence process of this accident was depicted, and the analysis results of this accident were given. Corresponding rectification suggestions are proposed, providing a typical basis for the production, installation and operation of GIS equipment.

在实际运行中,GIS机械性故障是导致事故发生的一大主要原因。近年来,由机械故障引起的事故占比逐渐增长。然而,关于机械故障发生的具体过程、如何有效处置这类故障以及如何预防由此引起的事故,在现有研究中鲜有报道。介绍了一起GIS设备隔离开关机械故障引起的连锁事故。以日照西分站GIS组合电器中隔离刀闸机械问题引起的连续两次跳闸、两台主变顺序失电的连锁性事故为例,通过对GIS故障前运行方式、保护动作、开箱检查结果的调查分析,刻画了本次事故的发生过程,给出了本次事故的分析结果,提出了相应的整改意见,为GIS设备的生产、安装及运维提供了典型依据。

在实际运行中,GIS机械性故障是导致事故发生的一大主要原因。近年来,由机械故障引起的事故占比逐渐增长。然而,关于机械故障发生的具体过程、如何有效处置这类故障以及如何预防由此引起的事故,在现有研究中鲜有报道。介绍了一起GIS设备隔离开关机械故障引起的连锁事故。以日照西分站GIS组合电器中隔离刀闸机械问题引起的连续两次跳闸、两台主变顺序失电的连锁性事故为例,通过对GIS故障前运行方式、保护动作、开箱检查结果的调查分析,刻画了本次事故的发生过程,给出了本次事故的分析结果,提出了相应的整改意见,为GIS设备的生产、安装及运维提供了典型依据。

In practical operation, GIS mechanical failure is a major cause of accidents. In recent years, the proportion of accidents caused by mechanical failures has gradually increased. However, there are few reports in existing research on the specific process of mechanical failures, how to effectively handle such failures, and how to prevent accidents caused by them. A chain accident caused by a mechanical failure of a GIS equipment isolation switch was introduced. Taking the chain accident of two consecutive trips and two main transformers losing power in sequence caused by mechanical problems of the isolation knife switch in the GIS composite electrical equipment of a 110 kV substation as an example, through the investigation and analysis of the operating mode, protection action, and unpacking inspection results before the GIS fault, the occurrence process of this accident was depicted, and the analysis results of this accident were given. Corresponding rectification suggestions are proposed, providing a typical basis for the production, installation and operation of GIS equipment.

GIS(gas insulated switchgear, GIS)设备是由断路器、隔离开关、接地开关、互感器、避雷器、母线等电气设备组成的封闭式组合电器[1-2],因其具有占地面积小、运行性能可靠、安全性高、检修维护量小等优势,已被广泛应用于电力系统中[3-4]。然而,随着GIS设备基数不断扩大和投运年限的增长,其故障问题逐渐暴露。特别是,近年来,GIS设备机械故障问题占比逐渐增长,约占39%,已成为GIS设备的主要故障类型之一[5]
GIS的机械故障主要包括开关触头异常、啮合不平衡、导杆弯曲等[6-7]。一部分机械故障会引起SF6气体主绝缘漏气,可以通过检测设备气压实现故障过程发展监测[8-10];还有一部分机械问题降低GIS设备气体绝缘强度,引发放电,可以通过局部放电检测实现故障过程刻画[8,11-13]。值得注意的是,还有一部分机械故障工况下,GIS设备既不发生气体泄露也无放电现象,在运行一段时间后或者在启动时发生事故[14-16]。这一类事故的过程不明晰,现场实例少,分析刻画难度大,对GIS设备的危害巨大。
GIS是全封闭组合电力设备,其内部开关动作、设备状态不可见。故障涉及元件多,发展过程复杂,停电范围广[17-18]。由于全封闭的结构,机械故障往往难以排查[19]。目前,机械故障诊断相关的状态检测信号有机械振动、声信号、线圈电流与触头行程等[20-21],这些信号从不同角度反映出开关设备在操作过程中的机械特性信息。然而,相关研究大多侧重于信号的处理[22-23],且相关方法由于实例的缺乏而鲜见向实际工程大面积推广。到目前为止,GIS设备运行的时间还很有限[19-20],运行人员和检修人员的现场运行维护经验也并不丰富。由此可见,加强对典型GIS机械故障的分析是保证设备安全的必要手段。因此,对典型的机械性故障及其引起的事故发展过程进行刻画、对机械故障引发的事故结果进行分析,并由此提出相应的运维整改意见,对GIS生产、安装、生产运维具备实际意义。
综上所述,本文以日照西分站因刀闸机械故障引起的连续两次跳闸、两台主变顺序失电的连锁性事故为例,通过分析故障前运行方式、保护动作、开箱检查结果,刻画了事故发生过程,找出了事故的主要原因,给未来处理与防范此类事故提供了一种可参考的解决方案。
日照西分站110 kV西分站2014年建设;其中电西线111-GIS间隔(气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备)为2015年扩建,GIS软、硬件装置为国内生产厂商集团设计、供货及安装调试,2021年电西线配套3#135发电机组并网投入运行。日照西分站系统线图及事故发生点位如图1所示。
5月17日10时16分59秒560毫秒,110 kV ⅠA母三相电压发生跌落且降至0 V,#1主变、#3主变先后失电,其中A相、C相先发生跌落,10 ms后B相也跌落至0 V,110 kV ⅠB母、ⅡA母、ⅡB母同时因此发生电压跌落现象,电压跌至0 V并维持30 ms。造成电网系统甩掉29.2万kW负荷(由33.6万kW降至4.4万kW),导致公司产线大面积停产。事故发生实际位置设备示意图如图2所示。
事故发展过程及期间的具体操作处置过程如下所述。
(1)2024年5月17日10:07 W51电力工场操作10 kV 1#母联100 A开关,ⅠA母线-ⅡA母线合环运行,进行正常负荷线路倒母操作。
(2)10:16,110 kV A相Ⅰ母差动动作(动作电流51A,动作定值3A),ⅠA母线失电,母联100 A开关、360烧结102开关、电西线111开关、联络Ⅰ线101开关、分段1001开关跳闸,1#主变失电。
(3)10:35,恢复供电操作时,将110 kV电西线111开关(3#135发电并网线)倒至110 kV ⅡA母运行,合上电西线111-2刀闸,110 kV B相Ⅱ母线差动动作(动作电流27.63 A,动作定值3 A),ⅡA母线失电,450烧结Ⅰ线105开关、联络Ⅲ线104开关、2#分段1002开关跳闸,3#主变失电;判断110 kV电西线111开关-1刀闸处发生故障,-1刀闸与-2刀闸下口部位绝缘受短路影响绝缘破坏,不具备送电条件。
(4)10:40,将110 kV电西线111开关转为冷备用进行隔离;对其他停电线路恢复送电操作、各停产单位组织恢复生产;18:40各停机产线除3#135发电外均恢复生产。
(5)10:43,将110 kV 2#分段1002开关转为运行,ⅡA母线恢复送电;12:10检查110 kV ⅡA母线送电正常,将110 kV ⅠA母线所带负荷转在ⅡA母线运行正常。
(6)12:30,将110 kV ⅠA母线转为检修。经检查判断,电西线111-1刀闸内部发生短路故障,现场组织进行抢修;经拆解111-1刀闸位置查看,刀闸内部短路无法修复;经核实设备参数,ABL站停运GIS开关可拆备件使用;组织对损坏设备抢修,5月18日11:00故障点修复完成。
110 kV GIS开关设备间隔由母线、-1隔离刀闸、-2隔离刀闸、断路器上口接地刀闸、断路器上端电流互感器、断路器、断路器下口互感器、断路器下口接地刀闸、-3隔离刀闸、电缆仓构成。110 kV西分站侧F24间隔GIS示意图如图3所示。
西分站110 kV系统四路进线电源,取自220 kV日钢站,GIS母线为双母线双分段,正常运行分段运行状态、母联冷备状态,Ⅰ段母线、Ⅱ段母线分列运行。
故障发生时Ⅰ段母线、Ⅱ段母线(A、B网)处于合环运行状态,110 kV A、B网系统涉及1#变电站、2#变电站Ⅱ段、3#变电站Ⅰ段、4#变电站Ⅱ段等负荷。
调查事故GIS间隔SF6的气体压力,最近一次巡视时间为4月26日,巡视记录正常;事故检查气室压力,Ⅰ段母线(含-1刀闸气室)压力表压力值为0.438 MPa,不存在泄露现象。
检查西分站母差保护装置定值,设定差动保护启动定值3 A,核对定值单投入正确.根据110 kV母差保护动作逻辑,母线各支路电流向量和差值超出保护设定值时保护动作;故障位置处于电西线间隔断路器上后互感器之外,处于母线差动保护动作区域内。故障发生时,母差保护动作电流51 A。
根据动作记录,母差保护动作后,母联、联络Ⅰ线、#1主变、360烧结Ⅱ线、电西线开关发生跳闸。根据差动电流绝对时间,A相、C相同时发生、B相滞后6 ms。事故发生时A/B/C三相的电流录波如图4所示。
对故障位置进行开箱检查,发现ABC三相触头有不同程度的烧蚀,如图5所示。通过观察可以发现,A相触头烧蚀程度明显比其他两相严重(A相梅花触指烧蚀1/3),判断A相动静触头位置为故障始发位置。
对损坏下线的-1刀闸动静触头进行表观检查,如图6所示。通过观察下线的-1刀闸烧蚀情况,发现A相梅花触指烧蚀1/3,A相触头触指捆绑弹簧熔断,触指存在单侧烧蚀严重的现象,分析该单侧烧蚀原因为动静触头啮合存在偏心导致。
对损坏下线的-2刀闸动静触头进行表观检查,如图7所示。对比该GIS间隔的-2刀闸,未发现完全烧损,但其现象表现一致,内部的铜钨合金导向杆一侧挤压变形,说明动触头向一侧挤压,挤压侧接触好,未出现拉弧放电,而另一侧则存在明显拉弧放电现象,发热氧化严重,进而进一步佐证装置触头啮合存在对中偏差问题。
通过对GIS故障前运行方式、保护动作、开箱检查结果的调查分析,对本次事故的发生过程刻画如下。
(1)对于烧蚀较为严重的-1刀闸,结合本次单侧烧蚀现象,在啮合不对中情况下,存在触头局部接触不良,导致局部放电过热,静触头侧弹簧受高温影响弹性减弱,瓣形触指抱紧力下降、触指抱紧失效。动静触头接触不良,产生接触电弧,SF6在拉弧情况下形成电弧分解物,气室内绝缘能力下降,最终导致相间绝缘击穿,1#主变失电。
(2)对于其他相刀闸烧蚀及连锁性主变失电,-1刀闸故障后,恢复供电合闸操作后,其他相出现了过流,导致局部过热,绝缘击穿,母线失电,开关再次跳闸,3#主变失电。
(3)据事故恢复送电过程分析,送电操作前未能正确辨识故障点位及设备状况,盲目进行送电操作,造成Ⅱ母差动动作、停电范围扩大;第二次故障原因:-1刀闸动触头位置绝缘强度不足,导致合-2刀闸过程中Ⅱ母差动动作。
综上,连锁性事故的直接原因为A相动静触头接触不良,导致局部过热击穿,根本原因是GIS原装置触头啮合存在对中偏差问题,引起了刀闸机械性故障,且引发了连续两次跳闸、两台主变顺序失电的连锁性事故。
根据事故分析结果及过程刻画,本次事故是一起GIS设备机械性故障引起的连续两次跳闸、两台主变顺序失电的连锁性事故。针对机械性事故,应在以下几方面进行改善。
(1)完善运行操作标准:在运行设备倒闸操作前后对机构合位主传动轴进行划线确认内容,判断是否有不到位的情况。
(2)设备厂家进行GIS设备操作回路自闭锁逻辑确认,通过操作试验排查是否存在功能失效问题。
在运维过程中加强机械性故障的排查,使用X光检测、在线声信号监测等手段,在运行状态下排查是否存在弹簧断裂、弹簧弹力失效、严重偏心、动触头啮合深度不足等机械异常情况。
本文介绍了一起因刀闸机械故障引起的连续两次跳闸、两台主变顺序失电的连锁性事故,主要得到以下结论。
(1)GIS隔离开关啮合不对中,会导致局部放电过热,静触头侧弹簧受高温影响弹性减弱,瓣形触指抱紧力下降、触指抱紧失效。动静触头接触不良,产生接触电弧,SF6在拉弧情况下形成电弧分解物,气室内绝缘能力下降,最终导致相间绝缘击穿。
(2)在上述条件下,若不排查故障而进行恢复供电合闸操作,其他相出现过流,则导致局部过热,绝缘击穿,母线失电,开关再次跳闸。
(3)考虑到GIS隔离开关机械性事故具有连锁性、波及范围广、停电时间长,应在运维过程中加强机械性故障的排查,使用X光检测、在线声信号监测等手段,在运行状态下排查是否存在弹簧断裂、弹簧弹力失效、严重偏心、动触头啮合深度不足等机械异常情况。
