In order to help realizing the national “double carbon target”, it is necessary to explor oilfield recovery technology in-depth. Yanchang Oilfield has established two pilot test areas, an engineering demonstration site, and determined to start the planning of CCUS(carbon capture, utilization, and storage) project with an annual injection volume of 5 million tons, but there are some limitations and deficiencies in the existing CO2 injection and extraction process. The current situation and characteristics of CO2-driven injection and extraction technology in oilfields were systematically described, the problems in field application were thoroughly discussed. A series of improvements and refinements are proposed in injection and extraction wellheads, tubing columns, ancillary tools and anticorrosion measures, etc., to form an injection and extraction technology that meets the demand of prolonging the 360 000 ton annual injection volume of low-permeability reservoirs. The next direction of CO2 drive injection and extraction technology is proposed in order to provide reference and guidance for the development of the subsequent million-ton CCUS injection and extraction technology and supporting technology of Yanchang.

为助力国家“双碳”目标顺利实现和油田提高采收率技术深度探索,延长油田先后建立2个先导试验区、一个工程示范点,确定启动500万t/a注入量的CCUS(碳捕集、利用与封存)项目规划,但现有的CO2驱注采工艺还存在一些局限和不足。系统阐述目前油田CO2驱注采工艺技术现状及特点,深入探讨现场应用过程中出现的问题,并从注采井口、管柱、配套工具和防腐措施等方面提出一系列改进和完善措施,形成满足延长低渗透油藏36万t/a注入量需求的注采工艺技术。提出CO2驱注采工艺技术下一步攻关方向,以期为延长后续百万吨级CCUS注采工艺和配套工艺的发展提供借鉴和指导。

In order to help realizing the national “double carbon target”, it is necessary to explor oilfield recovery technology in-depth. Yanchang Oilfield has established two pilot test areas, an engineering demonstration site, and determined to start the planning of CCUS(carbon capture, utilization, and storage) project with an annual injection volume of 5 million tons, but there are some limitations and deficiencies in the existing CO2 injection and extraction process. The current situation and characteristics of CO2-driven injection and extraction technology in oilfields were systematically described, the problems in field application were thoroughly discussed. A series of improvements and refinements are proposed in injection and extraction wellheads, tubing columns, ancillary tools and anticorrosion measures, etc., to form an injection and extraction technology that meets the demand of prolonging the 360 000 ton annual injection volume of low-permeability reservoirs. The next direction of CO2 drive injection and extraction technology is proposed in order to provide reference and guidance for the development of the subsequent million-ton CCUS injection and extraction technology and supporting technology of Yanchang.

碳捕集、利用与封存(carbon capture, utilization, and storage,CCUS)技术是中国实现碳中和目标的重要手段,是有效实现碳减排的技术之一[1]。为响应国家“双碳”目标,大庆、胜利、吉林、中原、华东、长庆等各大油田开展了不同规模的CO2驱油与封存(CCUS-EOR)项目先导试验,取得了良好的矿场应用效果[2-3]。延长油田先后建立了2个先导试验区和1个工程示范点,确定了启动500万t/a注入量的CCUS项目规划。
注采工艺是CO2驱油技术的关键环节,具有承上启下的作用,是完成油藏工程方案部署的基本保证,也是地面工程建设的依据[4-6]。CO2驱注采工艺的关键在于注入管柱的气密封性和采油管柱的防腐性能[7-8],各大油田在注采管柱及配套工艺方面做了大量的工作。笼统注气方面,早在2004年华东油气田研制出Y211型整体式管柱[9-10],为提高注气管柱气密封性、降低作业难度和施工成本,长庆油田采用Y441型注气管柱[11],大庆油田设计出Y443型分体可钻式注气管柱[12-13],胜利油田研制出JY445型免压井注气管柱[14-16],苏北油田先后试验了自平衡式注气管柱、Y221型机械锚定式注气管柱、Y455型插管桥塞式注气管柱和Y445型二次压缩防返吐式注气管柱[17-18],吉林油田采用连续油管+插管式封隔器[19]。在分层注气方面,苏北油田先后试验了油套分层注气、同心测调一体分层注气和有缆式智能分层注气工艺[20]。延长油田目前处于笼统注气阶段,采用Y221型整体式注气管柱,在使用过程中存在管柱整体稳定性差、气密封性差、反洗阀打不开、无法循环更换油套环空缓蚀剂等问题,已经不能满足生产需要;自平衡式助其关注结构复杂、施工过程中遇卡风险大; Y445型插管式注气管柱结构结构简单,但插管与注气插管桥塞之间依靠密封胶圈密封,对于高压注气井适应性差,且适用于深井;Y445型二次压缩防返吐式注气管柱需要丢手后进行打捞解封作业,封隔器易发生丢手失败和打捞遇卡问题,增加了施工作业成本;连续油管+插管式封隔器这种结构,气密封效果好、作业效率高,但因封隔器需要国外进口定制、作业过程中需要现场具备连续油管作业条件,前期投入成本和作业成本很高,不能满足延长实际。生产管柱方面,华东油气田研制出分体式采油管柱[21-23],吉林油田研制出防腐防气一体化采油管柱[24-26],胜利油田采用多功能采油管柱[27],而延长油田试验区目前采用的是常规生产管柱。注采井防腐方面,目前各大油田多采用优化管柱结构、选用耐腐蚀材料、注缓蚀剂、外加电流阴极保护等方式来延缓CO2对于管材的腐蚀[28-32]。可见,试验区目前注采工艺与国内油田应用水平存在一定差异,因此亟须基于示范区注采工艺特点和试验中存在问题,开展注采工艺技术改进。
在注采井口的选择上,目前国内设计参数主要为耐压等级和材料等级。本文从压力等级、温度等级、材料等级、规范级别和性能等级5个参数综合考虑,将井口耐压等级由35 MPa降低到21 MPa、CC级变为EE级,并对温度级别、规范和性能等级做出了具体要求,在满足防腐和气密封要求的同时降低了井口装置采购成本。注入管柱方面,采用Y441型注气管柱,并有针对性地对Y441封隔器内部结构进行改进,同时封隔器与安全接头采用一体化设计,有效避免了因注入环境影响导致封隔器胶筒变形及注气过程中管柱蠕动对胶筒的影响,提高了管柱的气密封性,防止了作业中封隔器卡瓦不能技术收回,无须压井作业。采油工艺方面,采用防气防腐抽油泵及泵下多级分离器,可有效控制套压、解决因高气油比造成抽油泵气锁问题,在提高泵效的同时,延长了检泵周期。
(1)注入井口:KY35/65-65井口,材质采用CC级,压力等级为35 MPa,阀门采用手动平板闸阀;老井套管与井口连接处密封性差;且CC级井口通体采用不锈钢材质,硬度较低,适用于一般工况,而对于CO2驱对防腐、气密封性能要求较高的工况适应性较差。
(2)注入管柱从上到下:φ73 mmN80-BGT1气密封油管+滑套开关+Y221型封隔器+φ73.02 mmJ55普通油管(图1)。
在现场试验中,发现该管柱气密封性差、封隔器失效等问题,大多数注气井在6个月内出现较高套压。起出管柱分析认为,由于管柱腐蚀严重,造成封隔器胶筒气侵,且管柱锚定性能不佳、整体性较差,造成管柱气密封性降低;Y221封隔器采用单向卡瓦,坐封力来自油管重量,采用气水交替时,油管存在伸缩导致封隔器坐封失效。因此该注气管柱的适应性较差。
试验区采油井口选用KY25/65-50井口,压力等级为25 MPa,温度等级为L(-46-82 ℃),规范等级为PSL3,性能级别为PR1,CO2突破前材料等级为AA级,CO2突破后为CC级别。这种设计要根据注气情况调整井口,增加了施工难度和成本。AA级井口采用碳钢材质,不能满足酸性工况需求。
试验区目前采油工艺主要依靠常规举升方式,管柱结构为:丝堵+尾管+筛管(或气锚)+尾管+油泵组合(固定凡尔总成+泄油器+泵筒)+油管至生产井口。在试验过程中,陆续出现套压和气油比升高、泵效低的现象,有些井甚至出现“气锁”,导致抽油泵无法正常工作。
试验区注入井和采油井均未加腐蚀挂环,腐蚀情况由井筒故障后起出管柱观察,部分注入井采用加咪唑啉类缓蚀剂防腐,而采油井未作任何防腐措施。
目前试验区块主要采用笼统注气工艺,采用水气交替注入方式。通过计算,井口最大注气压力为15 MPa,因此井口耐压等级由35 MPa降低到21 MPa;考虑到CO2和H2S分压,材料等级由原来的CC级变为EE级,温度等级由L(-46~82 ℃)变为PU(-29~121 ℃);考虑到井口气密封要求,规范等级选用PSL3G;从经济角度考虑,性能级别选PR1。最终选用KQ21/65-65型、EE级、PU(-29~121 ℃)、PSL3G气密封井口,综合选择后,单台设备节约费用5万元左右,性能更稳定。水气交替注入井口装置示意图如图2所示。
根据试验区现场实践经验,结合其他油田矿场试验结果,对Y441型注气管柱结构进行了优化改进(图3)。考虑到气密封要求及后期卡瓦不能收回、无法起出管柱的问题,采用Y441气密封封隔器和安全接头一体化设计,安全接头采用旋转打开方式;将BGT1扣改为BGT2扣,油套环空加注15#白油环空保护液;注入管柱组合为:喇叭口+滑落球座+Y441-115气密封封隔器(与安全接头一体化设计)+BGT2扣气密封油管+腐蚀挂片装置(监测井)+井口,在一定程度上解决了注气管柱气密封差和腐蚀问题,无须压井作业。
Y441-115封隔器为双向卡瓦锚定,可有效避免注气过程中管柱蠕动对胶筒的影响,可实现双向承高压,避免气体沿油套环空气窜,与安全接头一体化设计,防止封隔器卡瓦不能及时收回,便于起出管柱。
结合采油井生产现状和井筒情况,井口温度等级由L(-46~82 ℃)变为PU(-29~121 ℃),CO2突破前后材料级别均为适用于酸性工况的DD级,规范级别由PSL3降低为PSL2,性能级别为PR1,井口装置增加了套压止回阀,考虑到后期管输增加了油压止回阀和压力表,最终设计井口:KY21/65-50(图4)。该井口设计在满足实际生产需要的同时,降低了装置成本和现场作业难度。
为了控制套压,避免抽油泵气锁,在井口装置低压端和生产管柱之间连接了地面套压控制器,当套压超过弹簧力和回压时,套压超过弹簧力和回压时,定压凡尔球被顶开,套管气放出,套压保持预设值,压力降到预设值以下,凡尔球关闭。
为解决气油比高的问题,通过控制井底合理流压来提高泵吸入口压力,开展油井合理生产制度优化,同时在泵下距抽油泵1或2根油管的距离安装泵下多级分离器,代替防砂,防气工具;采用具有防气、防腐功能的中空(置换腔)防气泵,相比于常规泵增加了一个集气管,上冲程时气体上行储存在集气管中,下冲程柱塞下行,气体从集气管和泵筒内空间排出,有效避免了气锁现象,提高了泵效。
综上所述,在生产初期采用常规生产管柱,CO2突破后管柱结构为:井口+地面套压控制器+油管+腐蚀挂环+中空(置换腔)防气泵+腐蚀挂环+井下多级分离器(图5)。该工艺配套合理流压控制和合理生产制度调整后,不仅可以减少气锁、提高泵效,还能有效控制油井套压、延长检泵周期。
油管材料:N80油管配合环空保护液使用。
封隔器材质:钢体采用13Cr主体,密封胶件采用氢化丁晴橡胶材质。
套管环空防腐:定期注15#白油环空保护液。
注入井筒治理:对水泥返高不够的井采用高强度复合材料二次固井;作业前开展套损井排查及治理。
采油井防腐:根据油井实际情况,分井组、分区块分别制定添加咪唑啉季铵盐类缓蚀剂和阴极保护法两种防腐措施。
(1)老井固井水泥失效。目前延长油田CO2驱注入井基本为原注水井或采油井转注气井,部分注气井固井质量差、水泥未返高到地面、胶结质量差,固井质量较好的井在固井时也没有考虑CO2的影响,在注气过程中可能存在水泥失效的情况[25],为保护套管,需要开展水泥失效研究。
(2)CO2驱注气井油管和套管错断。受低温、注气管柱气密封性差、注气方式等因素影响[26-28],注入井油管和套管容易发生脆断,因此有必要从注气管柱改进、注入方式优化、油套环空保护液研究等方面开展治理油套管错断对策研究。
(3)CO2多层分注技术。目前普遍使用的笼统注气工艺,无法解决层间吸气差异造成的气窜现象,因此需要从气密性、防回流、防腐蚀、提高调配精度和调配成功率等方面,探索适合延长实际的分层注气技术。
(1)通过矿场试验总结和室内研究,延长油田初步形成CO2驱技术体系,为36万t/a注入量实施提供了技术支撑。
(2)注采工艺的关键是解决气密封性和腐蚀问题,Y441封隔器与安全接头一体化设计、耐腐蚀材料、气密封油管、防腐方案制定可满足目前生产状况,但仍需改进工艺组合,满足延长油田低成本战略要求。
(3)系统开展了采油井合理工作制度优化,并针对区块油井井况开展防偏磨治理对策研究,为CO2驱采油井优化设计提供了理论依据。
