The Huanglan coal mining area is the most threatened mining area in Hunan Province by water hazards, which seriously affects the sustainable development of the local coal industry. Accurate detection of hidden water hazards can effectively reduce the probability of hidden dangers, and exploring more efficient technical methods and using high-precision detection instruments are effective ways to solve this problem. Multi-polarized magnetotelluric technology (MPMT) measures electric field polarization at different polar distances at a common center point to obtain Kania resistivity at different polar distances, thereby obtaining more dimensional electric field data, local anomalies, and background data, which can more efficiently meet the needs of geological body detection in complex geological environments. According to the hydrogeological conditions of the Huanglan mining area, the multi-polarized magnetotelluric method was used to carry out work, analyze its application effect and electrical properties of the mining area, and prove the effectiveness of the method through known water body experiments and apply it to the whole area of water hazard exploration. The comparison between the interpretation results and the actual excavation conditions of later tunnels proves the accuracy of the method, providing a scientific basis for the design of drainage tunnels, drainage measures, and safety prevention of groundwater in the Huanglan mining area.

黄兰煤矿区是湖南省水害威胁最大的矿区,严重影响当地煤炭工业的可持续发展。精确探测隐蔽水害可有效降低隐患发生概率,探寻更高效的技术方法,使用高精度的探测仪器是破解这一难题的有效途径。多极化大地电磁技术(MPMT)通过在其中心点的不同极距测量电场极化,获取不同极距的卡尼亚电阻率,从而能够得到更多维度的电场数据、局部异常和背景数据等,能更高效满足复杂地质环境下地质体探测。根据黄兰矿区水文地质条件,采用多极化大地电磁法开展工作,分析其应用效果及矿区电性规律,通过已知水体实验证明了方法的有效性并应用于全区水害勘查,根据解释结果与后期巷道实际开挖情况的对比证明了方法的准确性,为黄兰矿区排水巷道、排水措施设计和地下水的安全防治提供了科学依据。

The Huanglan coal mining area is the most threatened mining area in Hunan Province by water hazards, which seriously affects the sustainable development of the local coal industry. Accurate detection of hidden water hazards can effectively reduce the probability of hidden dangers, and exploring more efficient technical methods and using high-precision detection instruments are effective ways to solve this problem. Multi-polarized magnetotelluric technology (MPMT) measures electric field polarization at different polar distances at a common center point to obtain Kania resistivity at different polar distances, thereby obtaining more dimensional electric field data, local anomalies, and background data, which can more efficiently meet the needs of geological body detection in complex geological environments. According to the hydrogeological conditions of the Huanglan mining area, the multi-polarized magnetotelluric method was used to carry out work, analyze its application effect and electrical properties of the mining area, and prove the effectiveness of the method through known water body experiments and apply it to the whole area of water hazard exploration. The comparison between the interpretation results and the actual excavation conditions of later tunnels proves the accuracy of the method, providing a scientific basis for the design of drainage tunnels, drainage measures, and safety prevention of groundwater in the Huanglan mining area.

黄(丰桥)兰(村)煤矿区是湖南省“十二五”期间完成的唯一整装勘查矿区,探获煤炭资源储量3.43亿t,是湘东南地区经济发展的能源基地[1],同时也是湖南省水害威胁最大的矿区之一。黄兰矿区开采历史悠久,面临着过去无序开采形成的采空区、老窑积水及多期构造形成的断层裂隙水等水害[2],矿井水害威胁已经成为制约国内煤矿安全生产的重大隐患[3],不仅造成开采过程中的重大灾害事故,而且给人民生命财产带来严重损失,也不符合国家环境可持续发展的政策[4]
对水害问题的精细探测是地球物理勘查的难题之一。岩层富水后会与周围岩石形成明显的电阻率差异,这为电磁法勘探提供了物性前提。前人做了许多该方面的研究[5-19],包括了直流电透视、高密度电法、瞬变电磁法、大地电磁法、天然电场选频法、时频电磁法、广域电磁法等,取得了一定的应用效果。
多极化大地电磁系统(multi-polarized magnetotelluric technology,MPMT)是由湖南五维地质科技有限公司和中南大学合作研制的,近年来多应用于金属矿勘查方面[20],因为该方法在中心点位置和基站同步观测相互正交的水平磁场极化,利用中心点和基站的磁场极化差异得到不同频率下准静态磁场激发的磁化率差异[21],从而容易忽略其在电阻率测量方面的优点。该方法可沿着测线方向布置3个不同的电极距,可以在同一点获得多维度的电场信息,有利于克服复杂地形的影响,有助于消除静态效应和电磁干扰[22]
MPMT法是基于天然源平面波电磁测深理论,在地表布设对称的一对或多对电极采集不同水平方向和频率的电场与磁场信息,通过数据计算得出频率域的视电阻率,由于采集频率的差异,根据趋肤深度受频率影响的理论,获取不同地层深度的电阻率差异信息。
MPMT技术原理上与传统音频大地电磁(audio magnetotelluric,AMT)、:可控源音频大地电磁(controllable source audio magnetotelluric,CSAMT)等类似,由于二次电场的影响,近地表存在局部电性不均匀体时,在电流经过时会形成界面积累电荷,并由此产生一个附加电场,产生静态效应问题。电极距的不同会对采集到的电场数据产生影响,也就是说不同的极距计算的积累电荷产生的电场强度会有所不同,距离越大,越接近于背景电阻率,距离越小,越容易获得地下不均匀体的异常响应。韦洪兰等[23]通过数学关系及正演模拟等方法也证明了该方法的科学性。
传统的AMT等方法开工前一般选择3或4个不同电极距开展电极距试验工作,在背景场和异常场中折中选择,最终确定最佳观测极距。而多极化大地电磁法可布设3对不同极距的电极测量电场,可在一定程度上消除极距带来的影响,获得多维度信息。通过不同极距计算的电场相互校正,凸显出背景场与异常场,从而有效解决静态效应问题。
矿区位于攸县北东部的黄丰桥镇洋滨村,兰村向斜北东部扬起端,地表地形复杂,最大落差达200 m。
区内出露地层由老到新主要有二叠系上统龙潭组(P3l)、大隆组(P3d),三叠系下统大冶组(T1d),侏罗系中统(J2),第四系(Q)。主要含煤地层为二叠系上统龙潭组上段(P3l2)、下段(P3l1),如图1所示。
地质构造上位于中国东部新华夏系第二复式沉降带,湘东新华夏系“多”字形构造带的东部边缘,属长寿街-酒埠江-东坡晚期新华夏系褶断中段。处于醴攸红盆地之东南侧。兰村复式含煤向斜与其北西的黄丰桥含煤向斜合称黄兰煤矿区。矿井发育的褶曲构造有雪竹湖向斜、雪竹湖背斜、贺家冲向斜、桃树坪向斜、吉林桥向斜、龙王丘背斜、龙王丘向斜等两背五向7个次级褶曲,断裂构造发育有F7、F16、F12、F11、F9
矿山范围内主要充水地层有第四系、三叠系下统大冶组、二叠系上统大隆组及龙潭组,其含水性差异较大。其特点是含水岩层少且薄,含水性弱,但隔水层多且厚,隔水性能良好。矿区内的主要断裂构造有F7、F12,多为走向压扭性逆断层,断层带比较紧密,透水性一般较差。断层切割的岩层大都为隔水性良好的隔水层和富水性微弱的含水层,矿区综合地质柱状图如图2所示。
矿区煤系地层为二叠系上统龙潭组,煤层具有中灰、低挥发分的特点,而岩层为不同粒度的砂岩和泥岩组成,据工作区钻孔测井资料,水体、煤层与围岩电阻率有明显差异。三叠系下统大冶组主要由泥质灰岩夹灰岩、钙质泥岩组成;二叠系上统大隆组由钙质泥岩、泥岩夹泥质灰岩、灰岩组成,全组厚度一般50~120 m。大冶组及大隆组地层电阻率一般在100 Ω·m以上,成为煤系地层的上覆高阻层。龙潭组分为上、下两段:上段(P3l2)为含煤段,由黑色泥岩、砂页泥岩及浅灰色砂岩互层组成,厚约200 m,含煤13层;下段(P3l1)含煤4层,由泥岩、砂质泥岩、砂岩组成,厚约200 m。整个煤系地层呈低阻层,电阻率一般为n×10 Ω·m,n=1,2,…,9。
可以看出,不同岩层其电阻率不同,煤层段低于非煤层段砂岩、泥质砂岩等。
富水区的电阻率呈极低值(一般为n~n×10 Ω·m),采空影响区电阻率略高,呈低、中低值(一般为n×10 Ω·m),相对隔水层(体)弱含水煤和完整岩层呈中低、中高阻(一般为n×10~n×100 Ω·m)。电性差异明显,反映在电阻率等值线剖面上的形态为“漏斗”“封闭”“半封闭”状低阻异常区,或者等值线疏密程度突变、等值线曲率突变。根据以上特点,结合矿区地表地形复杂程度,开展多极化大地电磁测深法查明积水区物性条件是行之有效的方法。
基于上述理论技术方法,本文通过已知水体实验证明了MPMT方法的有效性并应用于全区水害勘查,取得了较为理想的效果,为矿井安全生产提供了一种行之有效的物探测量技术。
实验采用MPMT-18型大地电磁仪,3电道布极,电极距分别为10、20、40 m,工作频率选择0.1 Hz~56 kHz,采样时间大于30 min,开工前仪器进行了一致性检查及平行实验。方法试验遵循由已知到未知、由简单到复杂的原则,试验点选择在已知富水区内具有代表性的地段,矿区东北部A2-9线,8—8地质勘探线附近。
图3为试验剖面成果解译与矿区地质剖面对照示意图,即为本次多极化大地电磁测深工作的典型剖面。反演剖面图显示,宏观上等值线反映出了吉林桥向斜构造的特征,且主要含煤地层(P2l)呈低阻特征;一般在煤层未开采时,岩层比较稳定,电阻率等值线会随地层产状较均匀变化,但受采空影响,电阻率等值线会发生明显扰动,形成低阻圈或低阻凹陷,在采空积水(富水)区,对应电阻率值极低。图中剖面大片等值线发生扰动,且表现为低阻特征,推测是受煤层采空影响所致,如图品红色线圈所示区域;图中多处呈漏斗状低阻凹陷或低阻圈,电阻率值极低,推测为采空富水区,如图黄色线圈所示区域,其中有3处电阻率极低区域(红色线圈所示区域)对应已知水体部位,与物探推测可疑含水区基本吻合。
试验结果表明该区富水区与采空影响区电性差异明显,采用多极化大地电磁测深法效果良好。
从上述分析可以看出,采用多极化音频大地电磁测深法探测老空区积水、已知水体等强富水区域反映清晰,所反映的积水体电阻率为“低、极低”值。层间裂隙、透水层等相对较弱的采空影响区为低、中低阻;弱含水完整的砂岩、泥岩或者未开采煤层,为中低至中高阻。方法选择合理,效果良好,达到了试验方案的预期效果,说明采用多极化大地电磁测深法探查含水区的方法可靠,选定的采集参数满足勘探要求。
矿区分为A、B两个测区,共布置测线16条(其中:A1区6条,方位角SE155°;A2区10条,方位角SE140°),点距20 m,线距100 m。
由于测线较多,本文不一一展示测线剖面图,根据每条测线的电阻率剖面上解释的采空影响区(低阻区)、可疑含水区(极低阻区)的分布范围,切出了不同标高水平的采空影响区、可疑含水区平面图。图4~图8分别为标高+300、+200、+100、±0、-100 m水平采空影响区、可疑含水区平面图。图中的A1、A2表示平面上测点的位置和解释的平面区域。
根据各水平标高划定的可疑含水区,其中相邻且可能存在联系的进行了合并处理,确定了可疑含水区13个,图9为测区标高-200 m以上各可疑含水区平面投影图。
探测结果通过已知水体与后期巷道实际开挖情况对比证明了该物探方法的有效性。
(1)通过在黄兰矿区开展由已知到未知的多极化大地电磁实验,并结合矿区实际开采情况证明了该方法探测煤矿水害的科学性、适用性及准确性。
(2)多极化大地电磁法(MPMT)采用3组不同的极距观测电场,通过反演的不同极距电阻率值,可获得不同空间范围的电场信息,实现了对异常场和背景场的综合判断,提升了探测效果。
(3)多极化大地电磁法(MPMT)仪器轻便,采集效率高,地形影响、静态效应及电磁干扰影响较小,是煤矿水害勘查中的一种准确高效的物探手段,可为矿区防范水害提供科学依据。
