No-load and load tests are routine tests for transformers. The test equipment required for no-load and load tests of large transformers is bulky and heavy, and the test equipment needs to be lifted, fixed, transported, unloaded, and reassembled and wired. This process has certain transportation risks and low efficiency. To solve this field test problem, this paper designed an No-load and load test platform by using SolidWorks, and integrated variable frequency power supply, intermediate transformer, instrument transformer set, capacitor set and other test equipment into two test vehicles. Through gravity center analysis, 3D mechanical simulation, equipment bolt fastening scheme design, and finally developed the test platform according to the analysis results. After long-distance driving and field test, the on-board equipment is stable and has no eccentricity or deviation problem, and the field test efficiency is increased by 3 times.

空载及负载试验是变压器的例行试验。大型变压器空载及负载试验所需试验设备体积大质量重,试验设备需要被吊装、固定、运输、卸货、二次组装接线,这一过程存在一定的运输风险且效率较低。针对这一现场试验问题,采用SolidWorks设计空负载试验平台,将变频电源、中间变压器、互感器组、电容器组等试验设备集成两个试验车上,并通过重心分析、3D力学仿真、设备螺栓紧固方案设计,最后根据分析结果研制试验平台。该试验平台经过长途驾驶及现场试验,车载设备稳固无偏心无偏移问题,现场试验效率提高了3倍。

空载及负载试验是变压器的例行试验。大型变压器空载及负载试验所需试验设备体积大质量重,试验设备需要被吊装、固定、运输、卸货、二次组装接线,这一过程存在一定的运输风险且效率较低。针对这一现场试验问题,采用SolidWorks设计空负载试验平台,将变频电源、中间变压器、互感器组、电容器组等试验设备集成两个试验车上,并通过重心分析、3D力学仿真、设备螺栓紧固方案设计,最后根据分析结果研制试验平台。该试验平台经过长途驾驶及现场试验,车载设备稳固无偏心无偏移问题,现场试验效率提高了3倍。

No-load and load tests are routine tests for transformers. The test equipment required for no-load and load tests of large transformers is bulky and heavy, and the test equipment needs to be lifted, fixed, transported, unloaded, and reassembled and wired. This process has certain transportation risks and low efficiency. To solve this field test problem, this paper designed an No-load and load test platform by using SolidWorks, and integrated variable frequency power supply, intermediate transformer, instrument transformer set, capacitor set and other test equipment into two test vehicles. Through gravity center analysis, 3D mechanical simulation, equipment bolt fastening scheme design, and finally developed the test platform according to the analysis results. After long-distance driving and field test, the on-board equipment is stable and has no eccentricity or deviation problem, and the field test efficiency is increased by 3 times.

变压器是电网系统重要的变电设备,其空载损耗和短路损耗数据的大小与其正常运行损耗指标、供电质量以及抗故障短路能力关系非常紧密 [1-6]
240 MW及以下容量的220 kV电力变压器空负载试验现场试验所需的变频电源、中间变压器、互感器组、电容器组、电容器等进行,体积大,质量重,试验时需要吊装、固定、运输、卸货,需配备一台吊车和二台卡车,由卡车将设备运到现场[7-10]。存在一定的运输风险,试验准备工作耗时耗力。
针对以上现场空负载试验困难、效率低的问题,本文设计并研制了240 MW 220 kV变压器空负载试验平台。该平台采用两台移动车辆,试验时,无需搬运设备和二次接线,2人即可完成大型变压器空负载试验,提高了试验效率[11-12]
变压器空负载试验平台需要将输入柜、输入电缆、变频电源、输出滤波、中间变压器、互感器、PLC、电容分压器,安装固定。根据试验电气接线及设备体积重量特点, 全部电气设备安装在1号车(东风25 t厢式货车)内,3组补偿电容器组安装到2号车(东风25 t厢式货车)内。
1号车依次放置电源输入控制装置、变频电源及高压滤波装置,三者安装在一个箱体内,均由计算机远控操作,变频电源外侧放置中间变压器,变频电源输出接线端子与中间变压器输入端子(侧面引出)相对使用铜排连接,中间变压器输出端子在另一侧面引出,其两侧套管斜向布置使接线板位置与A、C相精密测量互感器位置平行,通过铜排与精密测量电流互感器连接,本文采用SolidWorks进行设计[13-14],3D整体结构设计如图1所示。
2号车内三相电容器组从内到外依次放置,最内外侧放置可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)控制柜以及电磁阀柜。3D整体结构设计如图2所示。
对1号车和2号车所有设备质量进行统计,如表1表2所示。
平台结构设计,假设车辆平台前轴中心位置地面投影点为原点,车辆平台纵向为x,横向为y,水平高度为z,车辆平台重心为(X,Y,Z)。

式中:Gi为各类设备的质量,kg;Xi为各类设备的x方向坐标,mm;Yi为各类设备的y方向坐标,mm;Zi为各类设备的z方向坐标,mm。
车辆平台悬架、轮胎具有一定弹性,本文是弹性支撑,将刚性梁视为刚体车架受力分析如图3所示。
根据图3受力分析,可得方程:

1号车主要设备的中心及质量如表3所示。
车辆底盘总质量为21 425 kg<25 000 kg。
经计算车重心位于第一轴中心偏后3 651.11 mm、重心高度在地面上方1 588.10 mm、左右偏离轴心线约6.53 mm。
式(1)~式(9)中:已知量为L2=1 950 mm,L3=7 300 mm,k1k2$\frac{1}{2}$k3。底盘簧上质量M=21 425 kg,L0=3 917.74 mm。把整个汽车大梁以上看作一个刚体,初始安装高度S1 =0。
G1=6 385.11 kg,桥G2=5 900.21 kg,桥G3=9 139.67 kg。
底盘各轴最大载荷分别为7 000 kg、7 000 kg、11 000 kg,满足要求。
2号车主要设备的中心及质量如表4所示。
车辆底盘总质量为21 525 kg<25 000 kg。
经计算车重心位于第一轴中心偏后4 107.18 mm、重心高度在地面上方1 615.33 mm、左右不偏离轴心线。
式(1)~式(6)中:已知量为L2=1 950 mm,L3=7 300 mm,k1k2$\frac{1}{2}$k3。底盘簧上质量M=21 525 kg,L0=4 107.18 mm。把整个汽车大梁以上看作一个刚体,初始安装高度S1 =0。
算出桥G1=5 645.69 kg,桥G2=5 615.32 kg,桥G3=10 263.00 kg。
底盘各轴最大载荷分别为7 000 kg、7 000 kg、11 000 kg,满足要求。
依据上文试验平台的3D结构设计,建立试验平台的3D力学仿真模型,仿真分析各个设备的振动情况和紧固力学裕度,进而针对紧固力不足的部件研究相应的解决方案。
由经典力学理论可知,物体的动力学通用方程为

式(13)为经典的特征值问题,此方程的特征值为${\mathit{\omega }}_{\mathit{i}}^{2}$,其开方ωi 就是自振圆频率,自振频率为$\mathit{f}=\frac{{\mathit{\omega }}_{\mathit{i}}}{2\mathit{\pi }}$ 。特征值ωi对应的特征向量xi 为自振频率$\mathit{f}=\frac{{\mathit{\omega }}_{\mathit{i}}}{2\mathit{\pi }}$对应的振型。
模型的整体构建如图4所示。
首先分析1号试验车,1号试验车依次放置电源输入电缆盘、变频电源、变频电源右侧放置中间变压器,变频电源输出接线端子与中间变压器输入端子使用电缆连接,中间变压器输出端子在另一侧面引出,其套管斜向布置使接线板位置与A、C相精密测量互感器位置平行,通过母排与精密测量电流互感器连接。将车底盘设定为固定约束,其中变压器和互感器的外壳被隐藏时可以看到其内部的铁芯和绕组结构。
假设车辆上坡行驶,此时受到重力和地面支持力的合力与摩擦力方向相同,均沿车身向下,研究试验车上下坡行驶的振动情况时,可以简化为沿车身方向对其施加力,来判断车辆及设备的振动情况以及上下坡行驶是紧固不足的地方。1号车总质量为21 425 kg,2号车总质量为21 525 kg,在一般的沥青或混凝土路面上轮胎与地面的摩擦系数一般为0.018~0.020,假设坡度分别为30°和45°,1号车和2号车的仿真结果分别如图56所示, 1号车和2号车在上坡时整体基本都没有变形,1号试验车上的频率电源会发生左右滑动,2号试验车最里面的电容器组也易发生左右滑动,当坡度增加时,位移有极小的增加,可以忽略不计,整体情况不变。同样,当车辆下坡行驶,此时受到重力和地面支持力的合力与摩擦力方向相反,假设坡度分别为30°和45°,1号试验车和2号试验车的仿真结果分别如图78所示。
与上坡情况相似,1号车和2号车在下坡时整体基本都没有变形,同样,1号车上的频率电源会发生左右滑动,需要加强四角的固定,2号车最里面的电容器组也易发生左右滑动,需要加强靠近车头侧两角的固定,当坡度增加时,位移有极小的增加,可以忽略不计,整体情况不变。
根据上述章节体积大、重心高的变频源等设备容易出现滑动变形情况,以质量最重的变频源4 000 kg的车载单部件在时速100 km的条件下紧急制动的初设条件对所设计的紧固件进行强度校核计算。
在紧急制动时,车辆平台制动距离为100 m左右,制动加速度近似为定值,计算为3.858 m/s2
以1号平台车辆最重的部件变频电源为例,使用12个6.8级M20螺栓连接,校核螺栓强度。
校核具体计算如下。
(1)螺栓的拧紧力矩:

式中:F0为单个螺栓的拉紧力,kN;TK为螺栓的拧紧力矩规定值,Nm;φ为螺栓升角;ρv为螺旋副当量摩擦角:ρv=arctanfv,其中fv为螺旋副当量摩擦系数,取fv=0.17;d1为螺纹小径,mm;d2为螺纹中径,mm;fc为螺栓工作面摩擦系数,取fc=0.15~0.20;Dw为螺栓头摩擦面外径,mm;d0为螺栓头孔直径,mm;T1为螺栓副螺纹阻力矩,Nm。

校核结果如表5所示。
螺栓许用应力[σ]=73.85 MPa;
螺栓计算应力σ=68.54 MPa。
校核计算结果:σ≤[σ]满足固定要求,长途运输设备固定无隐患。
为验证本文以上的结构设计,按照1∶1研制了空负载试验平台1号车和2号车如图9所示,并进行车辆成功通过静侧翻试验。试验时试验平台以3°/min升速度(匀速)至侧倾稳定角为28°,后以27°/min速度(匀速)。车辆经过长途驾驶湖北省武汉市新洲区金阳大道国网电力科学研究院武汉南瑞有限责任公司前往广州市南沙区广州供电局有限公司员工技术技能实训中心,经过30%陡坡、90°急转弯,全程为1 067.1 km。经检测,车载设备没有出现明显的变形和位移。
经调研大型变压器空负载试验,一般需要3名司机,5名试验工作人员进行试验设备吊装、运输、搬运、试验接线等工作,准备及试验总时长约为8 h。本试验平台研制投运后,此类试验只需要2名司机,2名试验人员,准备及试验总时间长约为4 h,试验时间缩短一半,人力减少一半,运输设备减少三分之一。
针对大型变压器现场空负载试验耗时耗力效率低等问题,设计并研制了变压器空负载试验平台,得到如下结论。
(1)本文采用solidworks对试验平台的1号车和2号车进行了3D设计,对1号车和2号车进行重心分析,1号车重心位于第一轴中心偏后3 651.11 mm、重心高度在地面上方1 588.10 mm、左右偏离轴心线约6.53 mm。2号车重心位于第一轴中心偏后4 107.18 mm、重心高度在地面上方1 615.33 mm、左右不偏离轴心线。平台车辆重心符合GB/T12538—2003重心位置的要求。
(2)采用ANSYS对平台的1号车和2号车进行了3D力学分析,结果表明1号车的频率电源会发生左右滑动,需要加强四角的固定,2号车最里面的电容器组也易发生左右滑动,需要加强靠近车头侧两角的固定。
(3)针对仿真容易出现滑动的设备,进行设备螺栓紧固方案设计,以质量最大的变频源为例,进行强度校核计,使用12个6.8级M20螺栓连接,σ≤[σ]满足固定要求,长途运输设备固定无隐患。
(4)本文首次设计并研制了大型变压器空负载现场试验平台,通过静侧翻及现场试验效率提高3倍。
