Vibrations generated by subway train operations have the potential to adversely affect the normal use of precision instruments within laboratories. In order to analyze the current state of vibration response at a laboratory site proposed to be built along the subway line, a study was conducted to test environmental vibrations and train-induced vibrations at the site. An integrated seismograph was used to verify the accuracy of conventional velocity sensors at low frequencies. The results indicate that the 941B velocity sensor demonstrates good accuracy for frequency bands above 0.6 Hz, which meets the vibration measurement and evaluation standards based on VC vibration criteria. When considering the comprehensive impact of environmental vibrations within a determined period, the current site’s vibrations are at a relatively low level, essentially satisfying the vibration requirements for most general-purpose equipment and the vast majority of precision instruments. Moreover, the ambient vibrations can significantly increase under the influence of certain instantaneous external vibration sources, but these effects are mostly within the 10 Hz or higher frequency bands. When a subway train passes, there is an increase in vibrational energy near 50 Hz, which is relatively favorable for passive vibration isolation.

地铁列车运行产生的振动会对实验室内精密仪器设备的正常使用造成潜在影响。为分析地铁沿线拟建实验室场地振动响应现况,对场地内环境振动和车致振动进行测试研究。采用一体化地震仪对常规速度传感器在低频的精准度进行验证。结果表明:941B速度传感器对0.6 Hz以上的频段具有较好的准确性,可以满足基于VC振动标准的振动测量与评价。考虑确定时段内综合环境振动影响时,现况场地振动处于较低的振动水平,基本可满足绝大多数普通仪器设备和绝大多数精密仪器设备的振动要求。此外,现况环境振动在某些瞬时外部振源作用下会显著提升,但影响频率多在10 Hz或更高频段。地铁列车过车时,在50 Hz附近振动能量增大,对于被动隔振相对有利。

地铁列车运行产生的振动会对实验室内精密仪器设备的正常使用造成潜在影响。为分析地铁沿线拟建实验室场地振动响应现况,对场地内环境振动和车致振动进行测试研究。采用一体化地震仪对常规速度传感器在低频的精准度进行验证。结果表明:941B速度传感器对0.6 Hz以上的频段具有较好的准确性,可以满足基于VC振动标准的振动测量与评价。考虑确定时段内综合环境振动影响时,现况场地振动处于较低的振动水平,基本可满足绝大多数普通仪器设备和绝大多数精密仪器设备的振动要求。此外,现况环境振动在某些瞬时外部振源作用下会显著提升,但影响频率多在10 Hz或更高频段。地铁列车过车时,在50 Hz附近振动能量增大,对于被动隔振相对有利。

Vibrations generated by subway train operations have the potential to adversely affect the normal use of precision instruments within laboratories. In order to analyze the current state of vibration response at a laboratory site proposed to be built along the subway line, a study was conducted to test environmental vibrations and train-induced vibrations at the site. An integrated seismograph was used to verify the accuracy of conventional velocity sensors at low frequencies. The results indicate that the 941B velocity sensor demonstrates good accuracy for frequency bands above 0.6 Hz, which meets the vibration measurement and evaluation standards based on VC vibration criteria. When considering the comprehensive impact of environmental vibrations within a determined period, the current site’s vibrations are at a relatively low level, essentially satisfying the vibration requirements for most general-purpose equipment and the vast majority of precision instruments. Moreover, the ambient vibrations can significantly increase under the influence of certain instantaneous external vibration sources, but these effects are mostly within the 10 Hz or higher frequency bands. When a subway train passes, there is an increase in vibrational energy near 50 Hz, which is relatively favorable for passive vibration isolation.

随着城市轨道交通的快速发展,地铁列车振动对周围环境的影响越来越引起人们的重视。其中,精密仪器对外部振动环境尤为敏感[1]。当在既有实验室附近新建轨道交通线路或在既有线路附近新建实验室时都需要开展详细的振动测量与评估工作。黄自武和向卫[2]采用实测与数值计算相结合的方法评估了西安地铁2号线对拟建数据中心精密设备的振动影响。蔡忠祥等[3]以合肥某医学中心项目为背景,采用工程类比法对邻近地铁线路运行引起的天然场地振动进行实测,为医学中心场地选址提供依据。倪景峰和李莉[4]采用类比法预测了长春地铁7号线对沿线精密仪器场区的振动响应。孙晓静等[5]、耿万里等[6]将实测和数值计算相结合,通过验证有限元模型的准确性,对北京地铁16号线对北大新建实验楼内仪器振动进行预测,结果表明需要对精密仪器进行隔振处理。谢蓥松等[7]通过对地铁列车通过时的地面振动响应进行测试,分析其对精密仪器的影响,结果表明地铁运行时地面振动不满足振动标准要求,应对精密仪器采取防微振措施。杨宜谦等[8]分析了北京地铁15号线近距离经过清华大学东配楼的振动影响,分析表明列车通过使得振动水平不能满足振动要求,且楼外振动随距振源距离的增大而衰减。刘卫丰等[9-11]、马蒙等[12]针对北京地铁对邻近线路科研楼内精密仪器振动影响开展了详细的测量与预测研究,发现交通振动叠加列车振动会影响精密仪器正常使用,钢弹簧浮置板轨道具有明显减振效果。
从现有研究可以看出,现场测试并与仪器容许振动限值比较是开展针对评估的重要手段,测试数据的准确性直接决定评估结果。然而,有两方面问题既有文献鲜有涉及:一是精密仪器大多对低频振动要求严格,常规的环境振动测试传感器在低频工作可靠性缺乏深入讨论;二是对振动数据的处理方法会对评估结果产生直接影响,但既有文献大多对此描述较为模糊。基于上述研究,本文依托郑州地铁1号线沿线拟建郑州大学某实验室场地振动影响评估,对场地内环境振动和车致振动开展测试研究,并重点对上述两个问题进行分析。
郑州大学拟建某实验室位于河南省郑州市长椿路和地铁区间隧道东侧,测试场地西侧边缘距离东侧区间隧道中心线146 m,距离道路边缘133 m(图1)。地铁列车为6节编组的B型车,通过测试断面车速约为60 km/h。主干道车流量较大且时有大型卡车经过。实验室南侧有施工区域。此外,在实验室南侧将规划建设街道,与实验室相邻,路面交通引起的振动可能会对实验仪器产生较大影响。
待建实验室所属区域包括目前的一座废弃试验厂房及其南侧道路。为了全面测得待建实验室不同区域的现况振动响应,分别在厂房南侧小路和厂房内布设两条测线(记作测线A和测线B)。测线A共布置8个测点,测点间距为10 m;测线B共布置4个测点,测点间距为20 m。
数据采集仪选用INV3060S型24位网络分布式同步采集仪,速度传感器选用941B拾振器。每个测点放置1个垂向速度传感器和1个水平速度传感器。测试时,水平传感器分两次采样,共采集得到3个正交方向的振动响应。将东西向、南北向和垂向分别记作xyz。为了验证941B传感器在超低频段的振动采集性能,使用了2台具有超低频振动拾振功能的CMG-40TDE便携式一体化地震仪作为标定,分别安置在A2测点和B1测点。其密封的不锈钢外壳包含了一个3分向宽频带反馈地震计、一个24位数据采集器以及一个功能灵活的数据通信和存储单元。现场传感器布置如图2所示。
图3图4为两种传感器采集得到的测点A2和B1的2 Hz下低频振动响应比较。可以看出,地震仪在0.6 Hz以上频率的结果与941B基本吻合,0.6 Hz以下,地震仪数据明显更高。这反映出941B速度传感器对0.6 Hz以上的频段具有较好的准确性。当采用VC振动标准[13](一种广泛应用于评估和测量微振动的技术标准,它包括了一系列的标准曲线,如VC-A、VC-B、VC-C、VC-D、VC-E、VC-F、VC-G、NIST-A、NIST-A1、VC-H、VC-I、VC-J、VC-K、VC-L、VC-M等)分析通用精密仪器振动影响时,最低分析频率为1 Hz,则采用941B速度传感器可以开展场地微振动响应测量。
由于周围道路交通、施工等引起的环境振动较大,所以从时域来看地铁列车过车信号不明显(图5)。同时,地铁列车引起的振动频率一般为20~80 Hz,为更清楚地找到列车过车时段,处理数据时对100 Hz以上频段进行滤波处理。之后,将处理后的数据进行Z振级分析,依据所记录的列车出站时间推断出列车经过测点的时间段。
图6图7分别为室外第1次和第2次采样时段内的A1测点垂向的Z振级随时间变化图。可根据记录的列车出站时间结合Z振级分析情况,推断出过车时间。图6图7中圆圈标注即为推断出的列车过车时段。
对各测点3个方向约30 min记录全程数据和列车通过时间段的振动响应进行1/3倍频程分析,包括垂向振动和水平向振动。对测试数据进行线性平均处理,并与VC振动标准[13]进行比较,得到图8~图11所示厂房内、外背景振动与地铁列车振动1/3倍频程谱。
对测试数据采用线性平均处理方式,全程各测点垂向振动量级均低于VC-E限值,水平振动量级均低于VC-E限值,部分可低于VC-F限值;过车时段测点垂向振动量级均低于VC-C限值,水平振动量级均低于VC-E限值。线性平均结果反映出,场地现况振动整体处于非常低的环境振动水平,即可满足绝大多数仪器设备的一般工作要求。
为了分析数据处理方式对测试结果的影响,分别采用线性平均、峰值保持、最大值保持3种分析方法。
线性平均是指全程分析过程中的每次FFT(fast Fourier transform,快速傅里叶变换)结果进行线性平均;峰值保持是指全程分析过程中,每条谱线分别保持其最大值;最大值保持是指全程分析过程中,搜索能量最大的一幅波形(总有效值最大),对其进行频谱分析,作为最后的结果。用数学公式对3种处理方式进行表示。

式中:n为某段时域区间等分成n份;jn段时域中的第j段时域;fi为第i个中心频率。
图12所示为采用不同数据处理方式所得到的厂房外测点背景振动1/3倍频程速度均方根值。
结果表明,在线性平均方式下,室外垂向测点1~80 Hz分频振动速度均低于VC-E限值,且各测点整体变化趋势基本重合;在峰值保持方式下,室外垂向测点1~80 Hz分频振动速度低于VC-A限值;在最大值保持方式下,室外垂向测点1~80 Hz分频振动速度均低于VC-B限值,各测点均在10 Hz附近量值较高。
线性平均结果反映出室外场地振动整体处于非常低的环境振动水平,现况振动即可满足绝大多数仪器设备的一般工作要求。峰值保持和最大值保持出现第1峰值频率在10 Hz左右。这一频率对于仪器设备隔振来说也是有利的。
对室内外所有测点在不同数据处理方式下得到的垂向振动响应进行统计,结果见表1。对结果进行分析可知,对相同测点,不同数据处理方式下的垂向能满足的VC标准振动等级有所差异。峰值保持处理后的振动等级较高,线性平均处理后的振动等级较低。对于背景振动,峰值保持与线性平均所得振动响应最大相差4个等级,平均相差3个等级,最大值保持与线性平均最大相差4个等级,平均相差3个等级。对于地铁列车振动,峰值保持与线性平均所得振动响应最大相差2个等级,平均相差2个等级,最大值保持与线性平均最大相差1个等级,平均相差1个等级。
本次测试对地铁和其他振源综合引起的拟建实验室区域振动响应进行了现场实测。根据对测试数据的分析,得到以下结论。
(1)对于1 Hz以下的超低频,振动基本以水平向为主,垂向不明显。水平向在0.1 Hz左右量值较大,0.1~0.6 Hz振动量值迅速下降,之后呈缓慢上升趋势。
(2)考虑一段时间范围内所有振源综合影响的平均振动,现况场地振动处于较低的振动水平。在保持现况振动水平不增加的情况下,基本可满足绝大多数普通仪器设备和绝大多数精密仪器设备的振动要求。
(3)现况环境振动在某些瞬时外部振源作用下振动会显著提升。尽管这些某些瞬时时刻外部振源会显著影响场地振动水平,但影响频率多在10 Hz或更高频段,这对于特殊使用要求的仪器设备被动隔振是相对有利的。
(4)现况垂向振动比两个水平方向一般大1~2个量级,水平两个方向差异不大。这表明,现况场地振动主要以垂向振动为主。
(5)地铁列车过车在时域内不明显,单独详细分析过车时段振动,在50 Hz附近振动能量有增大趋势。由于该频段频率较高,对于被动隔振相对有利。
