Combined with the construction case of the large-span circular steel box girder structure at the visitor reception center of Cuiping Mountain Scenic Area in Yibin City, the principle of high-precision assembly technology and key technical points of large-span circular steel box girders were introduced.3D modeling was used to assist in the factory processing of circular steel box girders, the design and installation of temporary support frames, the precise control of steel box girder hoisting and positioning through BIM(building information modeling) technology in conjunction with total station instruments, and the information-based monitoring of the welding process. These key technological processes have been implemented in the project, which not only shortened the construction period and saved costs but also greatly improved the installation accuracy. This has made the overall assembly of the steel box girder structure smoother and the visual effect of the shape better.

Combined with the construction case of the large-span circular steel box girder structure at the visitor reception center of Cuiping Mountain Scenic Area in Yibin City, the principle of high-precision assembly technology and key technical points of large-span circular steel box girders were introduced.3D modeling was used to assist in the factory processing of circular steel box girders, the design and installation of temporary support frames, the precise control of steel box girder hoisting and positioning through BIM(building information modeling) technology in conjunction with total station instruments, and the information-based monitoring of the welding process. These key technological processes have been implemented in the project, which not only shortened the construction period and saved costs but also greatly improved the installation accuracy. This has made the overall assembly of the steel box girder structure smoother and the visual effect of the shape better.

随着建筑施工技术的不断进步与发展,人类对建筑物外观要求不断提升,为达到美轮美奂的外立面效果,在传统混凝土结构无法实现建筑设计外观要求的情况下,大跨度、大悬挑等复杂的钢结构在工程设计运用中越来越多见。高精度拼装施工技术适用于空间结构复杂、施工跨度大、空中定位难的大型公共建筑钢箱梁吊装施工。目前,针对大跨度环形钢箱梁施工,尹华博和季健华[1]通过数字化交通导改与临时支架设置、分段吊装结合分析,探讨环形钢箱梁分段吊装的关键施工技术;李洪杰[2]对大跨度公路桥梁中钢箱梁施工具体技术展开深度探究,旨在提高钢箱梁施工技术整体水平,保证大跨度桥梁建设质量;杨海峰和钱叶琳[3]研究跨越运营地铁钢箱梁悬拼工艺技术,从钢箱梁架设吊装、精确定位、焊接等方面阐述跨越运营地铁钢箱梁悬拼精确安装施工工艺;范传斌等[4]阐述了板单元制造的关键工艺和设备,制定了整体节段拼装及大节段拼装的工艺流程及控制要点,解决了具有平曲线线形的超高变宽钢箱梁在制造过程中的各项技术难题;王琦[5]从分块单元尺寸精度控制、焊接变形及预留焊缝收缩量控制、焊接残余应力消除控制等方面分析了钢箱梁的制作加工质量控制措施,并探讨了钢箱梁的安装控制措施,涉及临时支墩控制、梁段安装控制等环节;杨博和金仁和[6]对环形钢桥在施工中遇到的难点和关键点进行了分析,提出适用于城市道路施工条件的分块吊装施工方案并对其进行控制。此外,众多工程人员也对钢箱梁拼装施工技术进行了大量研究[7-16]。本文针对大跨度环形钢箱梁的拼装施工,结合依托工程的特征,针对高精度拼装工艺原理和关键技术进行研究,以期为类似工程提供参考。
宜宾市翠屏山景区游客接待中心整体造型为3个圆环,分为1个大环和2个小环,大环主体轮廓线呈圆弧形,为环状廊桥结构。大环采用8个混凝土核心筒作为支撑体系,主体为大跨度环形钢箱梁,结构外径110 m,最大跨度37.6 m,1层钢箱梁标高为-0.220 m,屋面主钢箱梁标高为6.000 m。构件吊装高度9.6 m。跨度内构件最大重量为100 t,分段后最大分段长度为17.71 m,构件重量为46.2 t。该项目的构件重,跨度大,定位要求精度高。环形钢箱梁效果图如图1所示。
环状廊桥结构中的异形钢箱梁结构体系跨度大、弧度大、构造复杂,采用传统二维图纸指导进行钢箱梁制造和安装可能会产生较大的线形偏差,影响整体线形,达到设计要求的难度较大。此外,大弧度大跨度也导致材料加工过程中的难度增加,需要更精细的加工技术以保证构件的精度和质量。
通过施工现场实地调查,结合先进的数字化模拟技术,基于三维模型辅助对钢箱梁进行虚拟拆分、零件深化,争取最大限度地将构件进行分段,确保在钢结构厂内分段加工制作能够满足模型中的造型尺寸、曲线线型。根据现场场地和道路运输条件设置临时支撑架后,将分段钢箱梁勾践分区段拼装为整体,过程中采用全站仪进行测量复核,及时发现施工中不合理之处并进行深化设计,从而提高制作和安装精度,保证整体符合设计要求。
施工工艺原理:通过前期的测量数据与现场实际情况进行数字化模拟建模,构建现场三维原始信息模型,然后通过设计图纸确定的钢箱梁定位、尺寸以及厂内分段制作加工情况初步确定临时支撑架布置方案,通过建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)模型对异形梁接点区域的对接区进行施工前的定位模拟安装,依据模拟得来的数据再对临时支架的布置方案进行进一步调整,实施阶段临时支撑架搭设布置安装完毕后通过全站仪进行校准精调,然后进行吊装焊接。
施工工艺流程:施工准备→测量放样及临时支撑布置→支撑安装→平整度调整→环形钢箱梁分节加工制作、运输、拼接安装→简易固定调整→全站仪复核定位→尺寸确认无误后焊接→焊缝无损检测→钢箱梁涂装。
首先根据设计图纸初步创建环形钢箱梁精确的BIM三维模型,并针对钢箱梁安装区域进行局部细化建模,尺寸结合现场情况综合考虑,模拟采用先弯曲腹板、平面加工顶、底板的加工方式达到弯曲效果。由于该模型为下单加工和后期安装的原始依据,过程中要求加工厂家与设计人员共同参与,提出钢箱梁在分段区域和加工过程可能会遇到的问题,并对三维模型分段进行深化,深化过程通过专用计算机设计软件对每一件分段进行分析及模拟,确定每一分段构件的下料尺寸、加工制作方法以及构件与构件之间的连接方法等,优化钢箱梁最适合的分段区域和加工尺寸。钢箱梁分段示意图如图2所示。
模型构建工作完成后,下一步进入生产加工环节,模型成果反馈给厂家后,由参与建模过程的厂家技术人员负责对生产加工人员进行交底,并结合以往生产加工经验对模型每一个单元板块进行编号,将所对应编号的构件长度、重量分别列表,便于查找和运输。而后根据下料软件先对底板、腹板、顶板进行平面放样,通过数控切割机进行数字化切割下料,切割出来的几何尺寸差值控制在±3 mm,若大于±3 mm则需在拼接时进行调整。此外,由于腹块是弯曲的,腹板还需在卷板机上进行卷制,卷制角度调试到位,弯曲矢高按1 m进行分段,精度也控制在±3 mm。腹板加工好后,再进行整体箱形的拼装。环形箱梁三维模型如图3所示。
利用全站仪对现场进行测量得出现场点位数据,把收集好的点位数据导入BIM相关软件放样确定临时支架位置,分段确定支架的位置后,对现场支架基础施工,在确认支架基础满足相关强度要求后再进入下道工序。
临时支撑架用于大环环形主梁安装,支撑架设计为型钢支撑架,材质Q235B,立柱φ273 mm×8 mm,架顶横梁为HW300×300×10×15H型钢(第1个数字300表示截面高度,第2个数字300表示翼缘宽度,第3个数字10表示腹板厚度,第4个数字15表示翼缘厚度,单位均为mm),水平支撑、斜支撑(斜腹杆)φ114 mm×4 mm(表示管道外径114 mm,管壁厚度4 mm的钢管)。型钢支撑架节段内的各节点连接采用全焊接,水平支撑与立柱之间的焊缝为半熔透焊缝,熔深0.8t(t为U肋板厚度),焊缝尺寸不小于0.75t且不小于8 mm;斜支撑连接的各节点焊缝为角焊缝三级,焊缝尺寸不小10 mm。柱脚设置柱脚加劲板,板厚16 mm,尺寸不小于150 mm,支架基础内预埋钢板,临时支架柱脚板与预埋件焊接固定。最后,根据方案及测量放样结果进行临时支撑安装并调节平整度。此外,在箱形梁安装前对临时支撑架及配套连接件的定位逐一进行检查,对位移过大的要求重新调整定位。临时支撑、柱脚大样图如图4图5所示。
起吊前,要对钢丝绳、吊耳、吊点进行全面检查,吊装过程中,在距施工作业面20 m范围内拉设警戒带,施工作业面周围不得站无关人员。加工厂将支架及支墩部位三维坐标提取给施工单位技术人员,施工单位利用BIM技术规划钢箱梁的吊装路径,将单个吊装单元吊装到预定位置进行初步定位,而后利用全站仪将三维模型确定的控制点放线至支墩和支架顶部进行精确定位,确保钢箱梁的位置和角度符合设计要求。构件安装就位后,严格按照三维模型确定的坐标对构件安装的位置精确度进行复核,必要时可采用吊车、千斤顶、手拉葫芦等配合全站仪进行精调,保证构件定位不会出现较大误差。构件合拢前,还需对构件合拢两端进行测量复核,达到精度要求方可进行对接安装。对接到位后,需再次使用全站仪对钢箱梁的水平、高程坐标进行复测。钢箱梁吊装拼接现场如图6所示。
采用二氧化碳气体保护焊进行焊接,确保焊接人员持有相应的资质证书,使用焊接监控系统实时跟踪焊接过程,传感器和数据采集系统收集焊接过程中的关键参数,如电流、电压、焊接速度、温度等,利用计算机系统实时监控焊接参数,确保它们在预设的范围内,如有偏差则自动调整或发出警报。采用自动化或半自动化焊接设备,提高焊接的一致性和质量。完成焊接后,进行外观检查,检查焊缝的平滑度、宽度和高度。
安装完成后静置24 h,检查新安装钢构件的坐标是否有变化。若无变化,采用无损检测技术,如超声波检测(UT)、射线检测(RT)或磁粉检测(MT),评估焊缝内部的质量,检测合格后对焊缝进行补漆和继续下道工序施工。
与传统的施工方法相比,钢箱梁利用三维模型在钢结构厂内分段制作,现场分区段采用BIM技术+全站仪现场放样的协同配合拼装,这种技术组合提升了施工管理的信息化水平,还提高了施工放样的精度和效率,为现场工作人员提供了更加直观的操作指导。从预埋件的施工开始到箱形梁的加工,从现场临时支撑的提前就位到最后到钢箱梁的空中对接、安装成型、焊接过程控制,这种协同配合方式一直贯穿其中,总结下来有以下几个亮点和创新点。
(1)大大提高了钢箱梁构件安装的精度,高精度的安装技术确保了各个构件之间的完美对接,减少了误差,提高了整体结构的稳定性和安全性。
(2)减少了现场误差引起的返工,这不仅减轻了工人的劳动强度,还提高了工作效率,使工人能够将精力投入到更加复杂和创造性的工作中。
(3)减少了施工机具的使用时长,因为机器的精确操作减少了返工和多次调整的需要。这样,施工机具的使用时间得到了有效节约,同时也减少了因设备使用不当而造成的损耗。
(4)整个施工周期得以明显缩短,项目能够更快地完成,从而加快了资金的回流和项目的投入使用。
(5)从施工成品的角度来看,钢箱梁的整体拼装更为顺畅,各个部分的配合更加紧密,减少了现场调整的时间和难度。这种高精度的安装技术使得结构的完整性和美观性得到了保证。
(6)高精度安装确保了焊缝的均匀性和一致性,使得焊缝检测的合格率大大提高,从而保证了结构的安全性。
