As a kind of self-supporting supporting structure, lattice diaphragm wall is used in soft soil areas such as ports, wharfs and shipyards in the past, but it is rarely used in complex hard rock strata. Taking Laiwushan slope support project in Longhua District of Shenzhen as an example, the construction site preparation, solitary stone treatment, rock entry process, steel cage hoisting, cross steel plate joint treatment and other key processes were discussed, which provide a reference for the construction of similar projects.

格型地连墙作为一种自立式支护结构,以往多应用于港口、码头、船坞等软土地区的工程中,而对于复杂的硬岩地层应用较少。以深圳市龙华区赖屋山边坡支护工程为例,对格型地连墙的施工场地准备、孤石处理、入岩工序、钢筋笼吊装、十字钢板接头处理等关键工序进行研究,为后续类似工程的施工提供参考。

As a kind of self-supporting supporting structure, lattice diaphragm wall is used in soft soil areas such as ports, wharfs and shipyards in the past, but it is rarely used in complex hard rock strata. Taking Laiwushan slope support project in Longhua District of Shenzhen as an example, the construction site preparation, solitary stone treatment, rock entry process, steel cage hoisting, cross steel plate joint treatment and other key processes were discussed, which provide a reference for the construction of similar projects.

格型地连墙作为一种自立式支护结构[1],其特点为无需支撑,可悬臂支护比较高的深度,在国内最早可追溯至1984年上海某玻璃熔窑基坑支护[2]。由于港口工程的特殊性,需要较深的支护且无法形成对撑体系,因此格型地连墙多数用于港口、码头、船坞等工程中[3-4],在其他建筑领域应用较少。由于在港口工程中多数为软土地区,格型地连墙的受力形式是可以看作一种半重力式挡土结构,依靠自身重力和抗弯刚度抵抗滑移和变形。
本项目与多数位于港口、河岸等软土地区的格型地连墙不同,原始场地为山地,主要土层为全风化-微风化花岗岩,并夹杂大量孤石,且岩面起伏极大,最高支护深度达16.5 m,嵌固端均为微风化花岗岩,此格型地连墙不存在滑移的问题,可将其看作一个大型的“工”字型悬臂桩,这些条件对格型地连墙的施工提出了新的挑战。
本项目位于龙华区布龙路阳台山地铁站西南侧,原场地为城中村,旧改过程中由于规划需要,与非拆除范围的场地之间形成较大的高差,形成了本次边坡支护的前置条件,现场照片如图1所示,边坡顶部为民房,标高为+97 m,底部为规划道路,标高为82~80.5 m,场地高差达15~16.5 m。边坡支护边线距离现有民房(人工挖孔桩基础,5~14层)最近约15.26 m。场地主要土层为全风化-微风化花岗岩,土层内含有大量孤石,岩面起伏极大,地质剖面图如图2所示。
由于民房桩基础平面布置形式未知,且锚杆侵入红线外地块存在纠纷风险,无法采用锚杆支护。
底部规划道路的另一侧还存在20.8 m深的基坑工程待施工,无法形成支撑体系,只能采取悬臂支护结构解决。
由于周边条件的限制,且为保证民房的安全,设计阶段对比过三排桩、大直径双排桩、桩托扶壁式挡墙等多种方案,并采用数值分析手段加以验证[5-6],最终选择采用格型地连墙支护的形式,地连墙厚度D=1 m,格型地连墙分别由2个“T”型墙(宽度2.3 m)和1个“一”字型墙(宽度4 m)组成,总支护结构宽度8.6 m,地连墙厚度1 m,肋板水平间距6 m,总支护高度15~16.5 m。 “T”型墙的阳角处采用3根双管旋喷桩预加固,后排“T”型墙邻近民房侧采用双排旋喷桩预加固。具体平面图如图3所示,典型剖面如图4所示。
本项目格型地连墙结构边缘距离民房最近距离仅6.66 m,为降低施工过程中对民房的影响,在墙后设置一排双管旋喷桩作为隔离。为确保成槽过程中“T”型槽段阳角处槽壁的稳定性,在阳角处设置了3根双管旋喷桩[7-9]
场地现状为拆迁后平整场地,虽然场地土层自身情况较为理想,但是施工格型地连墙需要采用旋挖机(每台重量约180 t)、双轮铣(每台重量约200 t)、汽车吊(每台重量约280 t)等大型设备。为确保施工过程中机械设备的安全,并控制导墙完工后导槽的变形[9],在导墙外侧一定范围内和格型内部设置0.2 m厚的C30钢筋混凝土板,采用14@200单层双向配筋,平面设置如图5所示。在场地加固硬化前,墙后旋喷桩和阳角处旋喷桩应提前施工完成。
由于场地条件限制,施工过程中大型机械设备需压在导墙上方进行移动并开展施工。为降低施工机械对未实施的地连墙区域的导墙造成的影响,避免导槽变形坍塌,所有导墙拆模后,导槽内部均进行填土压实,并覆盖2 cm厚钢板,确保未实施区域导墙在施工过程中的导槽稳定。
由于十字钢板接头均位于格型地连墙中的“T”型墙腹板处,必须先施工完成两幅“T”型墙后,方可施工中间的“一”字型墙,方可顺利整个格型地连墙的施工。根据市面上常规的成槽设备调研,液压抓斗、双轮铣的宽度标准为2.8 m[10],因此“T”型墙的腹板钢筋笼长度设计为2.3 m,预留0.5 m超挖的空间,作为下放十字钢板接头的条件。具体施工顺序如图6所示。
根据地质资料,场地存在大量孤石且大小不一,地连墙底部嵌固端需入中风化-微风化岩6 m,而地连墙成槽最深处达34 m,且“T”型墙的肋板处存在两个垂直角,若成槽垂直度偏差过大,槽壁清刷不到位,阳角处塌孔,则极容易造成下放钢筋笼时产生“卡笼”现象。对于地连墙成槽过程中的垂直度控制要求极高,因此成槽的施工方法和设备选型非常关键。
场地的上部土层主要为全风化-强风化花岗岩,孤石成串珠状,直径达5~6 m。首先采用液压抓斗进行上部土层成槽,遇到较大的孤石则采用冲孔桩机冲击破岩,当遇到超过地连墙厚度的填石,冲孔工艺难以实现时,则采用旋挖引孔的方式进行破除,破除后的孤石如图7所示。
当遇到较硬的完整岩层,液压抓斗难以挖动时,则采用地连墙入岩的施工方式,首先采用旋挖机进行引孔,每一幅“T”型墙需要进行6次引孔,地连墙厚度1 m,旋挖机对应引孔直径为1 m,引孔顺序如图8所示,第1阶段先对A1、A3、A5位置进行引孔,第2阶段再对A2、A4、A6位置进行引孔,此引孔方式钻头受力均匀,可较好地避免钻进过程中的偏钻、打滑现象。
由于地连墙的设计终孔标高是整幅槽段至少入岩6 m作为控制条件,槽底必然要求平齐,在本项目地质条件起伏极大的情况下,需在第1阶段A1、A3、A5、A6引孔完成,方可准确判断槽底深度,部分引孔深度不足的孔位需加深。“T”型钢筋笼加工复杂,现场需根据槽段深度及时推断钢筋笼长度,合理安排钢筋笼的加工流水。
引孔工作完成后,再采用双轮铣进行破岩,双轮铣设备(宝峨86型)采用一幅双轮铣的水平宽度为2.8 m,一幅“T”型墙可分为3个铣槽段,应注意每个铣槽段下铣轮的平面位置应位于A3-A1中心、A3-A5中心、A3-A6中心,如图9所示。此做法可确保双轮铣的两个铣轮两侧受力均匀对称,不容易产生侧向偏移。双轮铣成槽时慢速掘进,掘进速度控制在1.0 m/h左右,以防槽壁失稳;成槽过程中,运用自动纠偏系统监控垂直度控制在1/300以内。成槽完成后,采用超声成孔成槽检测仪进行成槽垂直度检验。
成槽过程中,采用泥浆护壁,泥浆始终保持槽内泥浆面高于地下水位0.5 m以上,通过泥浆泵进行反循环排渣,通过抽吸槽内泥浆至泥浆净化器,可重复利用部分重新拌制后循环使用,经除砂后将可重复利用的泥浆重新输送至槽内,产生的渣土定期采用自卸汽车运至临时堆土场。整体成槽完成后,最终采用方锤进行修槽。“一”字型墙的成槽方式较为简单,本文不再复述。
“T”型钢筋笼为重心偏移的异型结构,吊装过程需控制钢筋笼自身的变形,若“T”型墙钢筋笼顺利下放后自身又存在变形或者倾斜,则后续“一”字型地连墙钢筋笼的下放又会产生新的问题,因此本项目的钢筋笼吊装为施工过程的重难点之一。
钢筋笼从上至下共4排起吊点,第1个吊点焊接于主筋上的吊环上,其余吊点为位于 “几”字形加强筋的吊耳,吊耳处设置加强筋,并在每个吊耳处增设一根横向加强筋,与主筋焊接成整体,以便增加钢筋笼的整体性。
对于“T”型钢筋笼除设置纵、横向起吊桁架和吊点之外,另要增设“人”字桁架和斜拉钢筋进行加强,以防钢筋笼在空中翻转角度时产生变形,并保证吊装施工安全。吊装到位入槽前,边放钢筋边切割斜拉钢筋。钢筋笼吊装采用一台主吊(三一SCC3200WE-320t)和一台辅吊(三一SCC1500WE-150t)配合工作,起吊时主吊机吊于钢筋笼顶端,副吊机吊于钢筋笼底端,使吊钩中心与钢筋笼中心线相重合,保证起吊平衡;先使双吊机配合将横置于地面的钢筋笼吊为竖直状态,然后使副吊机吊钩放松,由主吊机将钢筋笼缓慢移至“T”型槽段孔上方。现场吊装情况如图10图11所示。
十字钢板接头可传递剪力和弯矩,承担着连接“T”型墙和“一”字墙的重要功能。伍军和邓稀肥[11]、侯永茂[12]曾对十字钢板的受力性能进行研究,建议设置加劲钢筋增加十字钢板接头的整体刚度,但是伸出外侧的钢板加劲钢筋,在下方接头箱时容易产生碰撞,刷壁容易与刷壁器冲突且不易清理干净,在“一”字型地连墙钢筋笼下方时形成阻碍,极易造成卡笼现象,或造成加劲钢筋脱落。综合以上不利因素,最终选择在接头内侧设置加劲钢筋,外侧不设置,但是以加大外侧钢板长度的方式提高刚度。为防止混凝土浇筑时的绕流现象,在十字钢板两侧焊接防绕流铁皮[13]
十字钢板接头的构造特殊,本项目选用两个400 mm×450 mm的方形接头箱,如图12所示。采用汽车吊吊装,接头箱分节安装并沉入槽底,安装完成后的缝隙采用中粗砂填满,仍有较大的空隙则采用砂袋回填,接头箱应具备一定刚度,可承受混凝土浇筑时的侧压力,浇注完成后,利用接头箱在两侧预留有孔洞,采用特制扁担插入孔中,用大吨位液压顶升架进行顶拔,接头箱在混凝土灌注2~3 h后第一次起拔[14],以后每30 min提升一次,每次5~10 cm,直至终凝后全部拔出,拔除后应尽快回填砂袋,并清洗干净接头箱以便下一幅使用。液压顶升架的顶升力较大,可避免过早拔除接头箱造成十字钢板变形,墙体底部的混凝土未初凝而产生的漏浆问题[15]
“一”字型地连墙钢筋笼下放前,应对已经浇筑完成的两幅“T”型墙十字板接头进行处理。首先采用400 mm直径的旋挖机钻头对十字钢板外侧回填的砂袋进行清理,再用特制的刷壁器进行刷壁清理,刷壁器如图13所示,通常刷壁次数应不低于20次,确保钢板处无附着泥土后,方可停止刷壁。
接头箱安放到位后,及时下入灌注导管。安装3套灌注导管,沿“T”型槽均匀分布,相互间距约1.5 m。3套导管同时灌注,以满足水下混凝土扩散要求,保证灌注质量。
钢筋笼入槽4 h内开始混凝土灌注,采用3台罐车同时向初灌斗卸料,当初灌斗即将装满混凝土时,将3个料斗的底盖同时提起打开,并加大罐车卸料速度,使槽底混凝土一次埋至底部导管口以上不少于0.8 m。3台混凝土罐车保持同步、连续灌注,每小时上升高度控制在3~5 m,导管埋入混凝土的长度控制在2~4 m。采用混凝土面测定仪每隔30 min 测量一次混凝土面上升高度,测点均匀分布在槽内不同位置,以此保证槽内混凝土面的高差不大于300 mm。
沈良杰[16]对格型地连墙的整体浇注进行了关键技术研究,一幅“工”型截面整体浇注可避免接头刷壁、接头箱安装等问题。但本案例中,微风化岩强度高、入岩工作量大、整幅“工”字型截面成槽的时间长,通过泥浆护壁的槽段难以维持长期不塌孔,但整体浇注确实有着极大的优势,可进一步深入研究。
格型地连墙整体完工后,进行了抽芯和超声波检测,结果均满足设计要求。现场随即逐渐进行分层开挖工作,开挖至设计标高后,测斜的监测数据有逐渐增加的趋势,最终测斜变形稳定至14 mm,整体位移趋势呈悬臂结构特点,前排地连墙侧移如图14所示。周边的道路、民房均正常使用,无反馈不良情况,现场情况如图15所示。
从开挖的表观分析,外侧的“T”型地连墙钢筋笼仍存在一定的偏移,部分钢筋外露,最终现场进行了挂网喷混凝土修补。
格型地连墙以往在软土地层中应用较多,在复杂地层,尤其是较硬的孤石、入岩情况实践经验较少,赖屋山边坡项目的实施,提供了很好的案例经验。
(1)格型地连墙施工的机械设备重量大、数量多,场地整平时应提前进行加固,为后续施工打牢基础。
(2)遇孤石和入岩情况,应提前做好施工方案,采用旋挖机引孔,结合双轮铣完成成槽施工,入岩引孔过程中应提前判断成槽深度,合理安排钢筋笼的加工流水。
(3)“T”型墙的钢筋笼绑扎难度大,应提前做好钢筋笼样板方案,吊装的节点应进行加固,并做好专项吊装方案。
(4)十字钢板开孔应尽量在工厂完成,后续焊接工作可在现场加工。
(5)接头箱拔除的时间应不宜过早造成钢板变形,也不能过晚导致难以拔除,应根据经验判断出合适的时间。
本文仅对复杂地层施工格型地连墙的关键工序、施工难点进行了分析探讨,其余施工细节同样非常重要,仍待进一步研究。
