In order to study the deformation of high fill in the Dalin Railway Station, a typical cross-section was selected. Four rows of settlement plates and slope observation piles were buried in the high fill, and flexible displacement meters were installed on the geogrid at the foot of the slope. After more than two years of observation, it was found that after more than half a year of construction and filling, as well as more than 12 months of standing after completion, the settlement of the high fill tended to stabilize. The maximum percentage of settlement during the filling period to the total settlement is 69.05%. The test results of the observation piles on the left and right slopes show that the high fill slope is also stable, and the maximum proportion of settlement during the filling period is 99.77% of the total settlement. After the filling is completed, the deformation of the geogrid is basically stable, indicating that the slope is also stable. It is recommended to carry out subsequent construction 12 months after the completion of filling.

为了研究大临铁路站场的高填方变形,选择典型断面,在高填方体中埋设4排沉降板以及边坡观测桩,在边坡坡脚部位的土工格栅上布设柔性位移计。通过两年多长期观测,发现铁路站场高填方工程经过长达半年多的施工填筑以及竣工后超过12个月的静置,高填方体的沉降趋于稳定。填筑期间所发生的沉降量占总沉降量的最大百分比为69.05%。左、右边坡观测桩的测试结果显示,高填方的边坡也是稳定的,填土期间发生的沉降量占总沉降的最大比例为99.77%。填土结束后,土工格栅的变形基本稳定,说明边坡是稳定的。建议填筑结束后12个月方可开展后续施工。

为了研究大临铁路站场的高填方变形,选择典型断面,在高填方体中埋设4排沉降板以及边坡观测桩,在边坡坡脚部位的土工格栅上布设柔性位移计。通过两年多长期观测,发现铁路站场高填方工程经过长达半年多的施工填筑以及竣工后超过12个月的静置,高填方体的沉降趋于稳定。填筑期间所发生的沉降量占总沉降量的最大百分比为69.05%。左、右边坡观测桩的测试结果显示,高填方的边坡也是稳定的,填土期间发生的沉降量占总沉降的最大比例为99.77%。填土结束后,土工格栅的变形基本稳定,说明边坡是稳定的。建议填筑结束后12个月方可开展后续施工。

In order to study the deformation of high fill in the Dalin Railway Station, a typical cross-section was selected. Four rows of settlement plates and slope observation piles were buried in the high fill, and flexible displacement meters were installed on the geogrid at the foot of the slope. After more than two years of observation, it was found that after more than half a year of construction and filling, as well as more than 12 months of standing after completion, the settlement of the high fill tended to stabilize. The maximum percentage of settlement during the filling period to the total settlement is 69.05%. The test results of the observation piles on the left and right slopes show that the high fill slope is also stable, and the maximum proportion of settlement during the filling period is 99.77% of the total settlement. After the filling is completed, the deformation of the geogrid is basically stable, indicating that the slope is also stable. It is recommended to carry out subsequent construction 12 months after the completion of filling.

随着铁路建设的大力发展,越来越多的铁路修筑在山区,需要穿越较深沟壑,出现大的高填方[1-4],甚至有的站场建设在高填方上,随即就需要解决以下问题:大的高填方的变形如何?高填方的变形何时能稳定?施工期间的沉降占总沉降的百分比有多少?高填方的坡脚变形能否稳定[5-9]?由于山区高填方大都是移挖做填形成的,好多为土石混合料[10-13],其受力变形不同于一般的高填土[14-16]。为此,本文以在建大临铁路临沧车站填方为对象,选择典型断面,布设测试填方体变形的元器件,得到高填方变形的规律性资料,以期为高填方的稳定评价提供理论支持,为站后工作以及后期站场的安全运营提供保证。
在填土体中布设4排沉降板,最底层的沉降板均布设在标高为1 498.2 m处,第1排沉降板距左边坡坡脚57.7 m,沉降板的竖向间距分别为2.5、9、9 m;第2排沉降板距右边坡脚70.9 m,间距分别为2.7、9、9 m;第3排沉降板距右边坡坡脚35 m,间距分别为2.1、9、9 m;第4排沉降板距右边坡坡脚35 m,间距分别为2.1、9、9 m。在边坡左边第1个坡脚处、第2个坡脚处及坡顶面各布设1个观测桩,编号分别为A、B、C,在右边的坡脚处各布设3个观测桩,坡顶面布设1个观测桩,编号分别为D、E、F、G。埋设柔性位移计是用来监测填土体的水平向变形,在断面左、右半幅的土工格栅上布设柔性位移计,第1层~第5层柔性位移计所在处的标高分别为1 498.2、1 501.06、1 507.11、1 510.25、1 512.65 m,具体布设情况如图1所示。沉降板[图2(a)]所反映的沉降值是通过水准仪法测量获得,土工格栅[图2(b)]上位移计读数初期是通过综合测试仪[图2(c)]人工读取,后期所有电子元器件的导线均接入综合机箱[图2(d)],采取自动采集、无线传输方式获得数据,然后在计算机上分析整理得到变化曲线。
另外,进行了填土体土压力的实测与分析,因篇幅所限,本文仅介绍填土体变形的观测结果。
初期土工格栅的变形读数是通过综合测试仪读取。图3为现场人工读取柔性位移计的变形数据。
填土中土工格栅的变形情况如图4表1表2所示,可以看出土工格栅的变形规律相似,即土工格栅最左端变形最大,右端变形最小。从图4(a)可知,土工格栅在9、18、27、36 m测点处土工格栅变形分别为50、43、45、40 mm;从图4(b)可知,土工格栅在7.3、16.3、25.3 m处的变形分别为54、49、10.8 mm。通过分析可知左幅第3层土工格栅18、30 m处的变形量分别为35.87、27.8 mm,右幅第3层格栅变形稳定后17.3、26.3 m处的变形量分别为35.87、23.76 mm,左幅第4层格栅变形稳定后,在11、20 m处的变形量分别为24.61、22.14 mm。
左半福第2层土工格栅在8、17、26、35 m处的最终变形分别为7.7、37.15、5.8、76.1 mm,可知17 m处的变形最大,26 m处的变形最小,变形呈波浪线分布。右半福第2层土工格栅在8.7、17.7、26.7、35.7、44.7 m处最终变形分别为53.1、1.2、5.72、12.57、15.26 mm,8.7 m处的变形最大,17.7 m处的变形最小,变形呈喇叭口形分布。右幅第4层土工格栅的变形呈抛物线形式分布,变形为两头大、中间小,变形稳定后在8.7、17.7、26.7 m处的变形量分别为25.26、18.81、30.26 mm。
第1批沉降版的埋设时间为2019年3月15日,沉降版编号分别为1#、2#、3#;第2批沉降板的埋设时间为2019年5月24日,编号分别为4#、5#、6#;第3批沉降板的埋设时间为2019年6月17日,编号分别为7#、8#、9#;第4批沉降板的埋设时间为2019年3月15日,编号分别为11#、12#、13#,这样形成3排沉降板,分别布设于4个不同的标高处,另外,在边坡的坡脚及坡顶还设置边坡观测桩。填土体沉降分布情况如图5图6所示。
图5所示沉降随时间的变化曲线并结合表3中沉降量值可以看出,由1#沉降板所测沉降量在2020年7月23日已经稳定,最大沉降量为33.9 cm,4#沉降板所测沉降量在2020年5月24日已经稳定,最终沉降量为24.9 cm,7#沉降板所测沉降值在2020年6月21日稳定,最终沉降量为19.4 cm,11#沉降板所测数值在2020年5月5日稳定,最终值为14.5 cm。通过详细分析可知,对于第2排沉降板,2#沉降板所测沉降量在2020年4月2日已经稳定,最大沉降量为34.9 cm,5#沉降板所测沉降量在2020年7月23日,没有稳定,其沉降量为29 cm,8#沉降板所测沉降值在2020年5月20日稳定,最终沉降量为17 cm,12#沉降板所测数值在2020年4月20日稳定,最终值为14.7 cm。对于第3排沉降板,3#沉降板所测沉降量在2020年6月8日已经稳定,最大沉降量为37.1 cm,6#沉降板所测沉降量在2020年7月23日,没有稳定,其沉降量为26.2 cm,9#沉降板所测沉降值在2020年6月19日稳定,最终沉降量为17.3 cm,13#沉降板所测数值在2020年5月20日稳定,最终值为15.3 cm。
边坡的沉降变形规律同填方土体相似,沉降最终都趋于稳定,如图6表4所示。
为了更加清楚地了解填土体完成后静置期间土体变形情况,将填筑完成的时间为节点,该节点以后的时间即为填方的静置期,整理出施工完成后柔性位移计、沉降板所测数据曲线,对比表1~表4中的数值,可一并了解填方土体静置期间变形的规律性。
填土静置期间,土工格栅的变形随时间的变化规律如图7所示。从图7(a)所示的右幅第1层土工格栅变形,填土结束后,9、18、27、36 m处格栅变形值分别为49.46、43.51~44.69、46.95、39.26 mm,除了18 m处的变形值稍有波动外,其他各点的值都稳定。进一步分析可知,左半福第1层土工格栅,在测点7.3、16.3、25.3 m处变形值分别为49.66~54.04、48.98、10.23~10.30 mm,可以看出,除了7.3 m处的数值变化大外,其他两点处的变化都不大。左半福第2层土工格栅在测点8、17、26、35 m处所测变形值分别7.6、34~37.30、4.63~4.65、5.71~6.63 mm,除了8 m处稍有变化外,其他各点处的值变化都不大,变形基本稳定,仍然呈波浪线分布。右半福第2层土工格栅变形可以看出,在8.7~44.7 m的范围,所测各点变形值基本稳定。
图7(b)可知,左幅第3层土工格栅的变形仍然呈直线分布,左端变形大,右端变形小。左端变形值为34.3~34.78 mm,右端变形值为28.1~28.25 mm。进一步分析可知,右幅第3层土工格栅变形为17.3 m处的变形量为39.5 mm,26.3 m处的变形量为23.76 mm,以上数值基本稳定。填土完成后,在静置期间,水平变形量都比较小。右幅第3层土工格栅的变形呈直线分布,仍然为左端变形大,右端变形小,稳定后17.3 m处的变形量为39.5 mm,26.3 m处的变形量为23.76 mm。
综合以上可以发现,填土完成后静置期间,土工格栅的变形量都非常小,且趋于稳定,从而表明边坡是稳定的。
填筑结束后,高填方沉降量随时间关系曲线如图8所示,边坡观测桩沉降随时间关系如图9所示,填筑结束时沉降量所占总沉降量的比例关系如图10所示,边坡观测桩沉降量所占总沉降量的比例关系如图11所示。
图8所示的第1排沉降版的各曲线可以发现,高填方填筑结束后,填筑体的沉降还在发展,大约经过11个月后,才趋于稳定。从图8所示的各曲线可以发现,边坡沉降大约填方结束后12个月趋于稳定。
综合以上,对于临沧地区的高填方站场,建议填筑结束后12个月方可开展后续的建设。
图10所示的第1排沉降板填筑期间沉降量占总沉降量的比例可以看出,1#、4#、7#、11#沉降板所测填筑期间沉降总量约占总沉降量的百分比分别为63.72%、45.78%、8.25%、3.45%。相应地,通过进一步分析可知,2#、5#、8#、12#沉降板所占的百分比分别为69.05%、38.28%、1.76%、2.04%;3#、6#、9#、13#沉降板所占的百分比分别为65.77%、41.22、8.67%、1.96%。
图11可知,A、B、C、D、E、F边坡观测桩填筑期间沉降量约占总沉降量的百分比分别为9.7%、69.9%、10.%、99.7%、99.7%、72.4%、96.2%。
修筑完工后的临沧站场高边坡如图12所示,2020年通车后,该站场一直安全运营。
(1)约40 m的铁路站场高填方工程,经过长达半年多的填筑施工以及填筑完成后11个月以上的静置,高填方体的沉降基本稳定。左、右边坡观测桩的测试结果显示,填筑完成后12个月,边坡沉降趋于稳定。填土结束后,土工格栅的变形基本稳定,说明其所处边坡也是稳定的。
(2)沉降板测试数据显示,填筑期间所发生的沉降量占总沉降量的百分比为1.76%~69.05%,观测桩数据显示,在填土期间发生的沉降量占总沉降的比例为9.7%~99.7%。
(3)对于临沧高填方铁路站场,建议填筑结束后12个月方可开展后续施工。
