Under the technical support of geographic information system(GIS), the country park in Yannan Mountain Area of Urumqi was taken as the research object. Based on the field investigation, 10 key ecological sensitivity evaluation indexes were selected. By applying analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each factor, the evaluation index system of ecological sensitivity of country parks was constructed. The results show that the ecological sensitivity of country parksis mainly highly sensitive, with an area of 173.30 hm2, accounting for 31.64%. The remaining sensitive areas are 91.07 hm2, 93.01 hm2, 126.07 hm2, and 64.30 hm2, accounting for 16.63%, 16.98%, 23.02%, and 11.74%, respectively.

在地理信息系统(GIS)的技术支撑下,以乌鲁木齐市燕南山片区郊野公园作为研究对象,基于现场调研,选取10项关键的生态敏感性评价指标,通过应用层次分析法(AHP)确定各因子的权重,构建郊野公园生态敏感性评价指标体系。结果表明,郊野公园生态敏感性以高度敏感为主,区域面积为173.30 hm2,占比31.64%,其余敏感等级区域:不敏感区91.07 hm2、弱度敏感区93.01 hm2、中度敏感区126.07 hm2、极度敏感区64.30 hm2,分别占比16.63%、16.98%、23.02%、11.74%。

Under the technical support of geographic information system(GIS), the country park in Yannan Mountain Area of Urumqi was taken as the research object. Based on the field investigation, 10 key ecological sensitivity evaluation indexes were selected. By applying analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each factor, the evaluation index system of ecological sensitivity of country parks was constructed. The results show that the ecological sensitivity of country parksis mainly highly sensitive, with an area of 173.30 hm2, accounting for 31.64%. The remaining sensitive areas are 91.07 hm2, 93.01 hm2, 126.07 hm2, and 64.30 hm2, accounting for 16.63%, 16.98%, 23.02%, and 11.74%, respectively.

生态敏感性是指生态系统对外界压力的适应性及遭受破坏后的恢复力,是识别区域生态环境问题的有效手段之一[1],它反映生态系统对自然环境变化和人类活动干扰的难易程度和可能性大小。随着工业化和城市化的快速发展,人类活动对生态环境的影响日益显著,资源约束趋紧、环境污染加剧、生态系统退化等问题已成为全球性挑战。生态敏感性分析作为评估区域对自然变化和人类活动干扰程度的重要工具[2],为区域生态文明建设、维持生态平衡、实现人与自然和谐统一提供科学依据[3]
目前,国内外众多学者利用地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIS)技术对生态敏感性进行研究。例如,贺莹等[4]基于CRITIC(criteria importance though intercrieria correlation)客观赋权法和GIS工具对三江源国家公园生态敏感性进行综合评价,探讨其保护管理区划;徐鑫等[5]基于遥感(remote sensing, RS)、GIS技术和层次分析法对山东康王河流域进行生态敏感性分析;闫莹玉等[6]利用GIS和层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)对洛阳市龙门风景名胜区进行生态敏感性评价,为风景名胜区可持续发展提供思路;王亚楠等[7]利用GIS软件和模糊层次分析(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,FAHP) 法对郑州市进行生态敏感性分析,为区域生态文明建设提供依据;刘若琦和黄志强[8]基于GIS技术和层次分析法对宜春市进行生态敏感性综合评价,为未来城市规划建设提供方向。乌鲁木齐燕南山片区属于干旱地区,对于该研究区的生态敏感性评价,旨在缓解燕南山片区郊野公园建设用地开发与生态保护之间的矛盾。
燕南山位于乌鲁木齐市天山区境内,是乌鲁木齐市的南大门,周围有乌拉泊水库、红雁池水库两个水源地,地理坐标为北纬43°68'99″~43°71'36″,东经87°59'04″~87°63'31″(图1)。研究区属于典型的温带大陆性气候,冬季寒冷漫长,夏季炎热短暂,降水稀少且季节分配不均。年平均降水量不足200 mm,土壤冻结期长且蓄水能力差,土质条件极为恶劣,这种气候条件对植被的生长构成了一定的挑战。
研究使用的基础数据来源于地理空间数据云网站、Globeland30网站以及资源环境科学数据平台。利用GIS的空间分析功能对各评价因子进行分析,结合燕南山片区郊野公园的地理特点,得到单因子生态敏感性分析图及生态敏感性评价指标体系;再依据层次分析法计算出的权重值将各因子进行加权叠加,得到燕南山片区郊野公园综合生态敏感性分析图。
构建燕南山片区郊野公园的生态敏感性评价体系,必须选择具有地方特色的生态评价因子。根据燕南山片区的实际环境状况,结合研究区生态环境的独特性及地区的差异性,从自然环境与地方特色的角度出发,最终选定高程、坡度、坡向、地形起伏度、地表切割深度、地形粗糙度、植被覆盖度、土地利用类型、建设用地和道路交通等评价因子对燕南山片区郊野公园生态敏感性进行综合评价。生态敏感性评价因子分为不敏感、弱度敏感、中度敏感、高度敏感与极度敏感5个等级[9],并依次赋值1、2、3、4、5,表示敏感度由低到高(表1)。
根据燕南山片区郊野公园的特点以及不同生态因子对土地的影响程度,确定评价因子及其权重值。为了保证各评价因子权重值的准确性与燕南山片区郊野公园敏感性等级划分的可靠性,采用层次分析法(AHP)来测算生态敏感性各评价因子的权重(表1),根据判断矩阵进行一致性检验,如果一致性比率CR<0.1,说明所构建的判断矩阵成功通过一致性检验,若不通过则需重新建立判断矩阵。经计算CR=0.068<0.1,通过了一致性检验(表2)。
用ArcGIS10.8对研究区的数字高程模型(digital elevation model,DEM)数据进行分析,发现研究区高程主要集中在1 006.24~1 216.5 m范围内。随着海拔的升高,生物多样性降低,抗干扰能力减弱,生态敏感性赋值增大[10]。由图2表3可知,燕南山片区大部分区域为弱度敏感和中度敏感区域,分别占总面积的33.45%和27.11%,不敏感区占总面积的19.98%,高度敏感区占总面积的15.43%,极度敏感区占总面积的4.04%,占小部分区域,主要分布于燕南山西北部。
坡度主要用于表现地势的陡峭程度,坡度越大越容易水土流失,生态承载力越差[11],敏感性程度越高。由图3表3分析可知,燕南山片区坡度生态敏感性以不敏感和弱度敏感为主,分别占总面积的39.92%和27.52%,该区域面积较大,且研究区坡度不陡,呈交错分布集中,中度敏感区占总面积的15.43%,高度敏感区占总面积的11.60%,极度敏感区域仅占总面积的5.53%,主要集中在北部较高的区域。
在地理环境条件中,山地的南坡所受到的太阳辐射强度及时间都要强于北坡,因此大多数山体南坡植被类型都要多于北坡、生境系统稳定性强于北坡、生态敏感性低于北坡[12]。由图4表3分析可知,不敏感区(南、平坡)占总面积的20.03%,弱度敏感区(东南、西南)占总面积的24.56%,中度敏感区(东、西)占总面积的12.06%,高度敏感区(东北、西北)占总面积的18.56%,极度敏感区(北)占总面积的24.78%。
地形起伏度描述了一定区域内海拔变化的程度,具体是指在特定区域内最高点海拔与最低点海拔的差值[13]。由图5表3分析可知,燕南山片区地形起伏度敏感性以不敏感和弱度敏感为主,分别占总面积的36.24%和30.83%,中度敏感区占总面积的16.82%,高度敏感区占总面积的10.13%,极度敏感区域仅占总面积的5.99%。
地表切割深度越大,坡度越大[14],地形起伏变得更加剧烈,导致土壤侵蚀加剧,生态系统更加脆弱,生态敏感性也随之提高。由图6表3分析可知,燕南山片区地表切割深度敏感性以不敏感和弱度敏感为主,分别占总面积的40.52%和31.04%,中度敏感区占总面积的14.63%,高度敏感区占总面积的9.15%,极度敏感区域仅占总面积的4.66%,呈纵横分布于燕南山偏北部的较高海拔地区。
地形粗糙度越大,地表的微地形特征越复杂,从而可能对生态系统的稳定性和功能产生影响,生态敏感性赋值增大。由图7表3分析可知,燕南山片区地形粗糙度敏感性以不敏感区域为主,占比达到总面积的71.67%,弱度敏感区占总面积的17.23%,中度敏感区占总面积的7.75%,高度敏感区占总面积的3.16%,极度敏感区域占极小部分区域,仅占总面积的0.20%,主要分布于燕南山的西部区域。
植被覆盖度反映研究区的植被生长情况,采用归一化植被指数(normalized difference vegetation index,NDVI)对植被覆盖度进行分析。植被覆盖度高的区域,植物群落丰富,植被容易存活;植被覆盖较少的区域,植被存活困难,应减少人为的干扰[15]。由图8表3分析可知,燕南山片区植被覆盖度生态敏感性整体程度较高。不敏感区域占总面积的10.40%,弱度敏感区域占总面积的7.87%,中度敏感区域占总面积的11.88%,高度敏感区域占总面积的19.52%,极度敏感区域占总面积的50.32%。
图9表3分析可知,燕南山片区土地利用类型敏感性以弱度敏感和极度敏感为主,分别占总面积的41.84%和55.53%,不敏感区域占总面积的0.13%,中度敏感区域占总面积的0.14%,高度敏感区域仅占总面积的2.37%,主要分布于燕南山西北部。
燕南山片区为大片的山体地形,建设用地相对较少。由图10表3分析可知,生态敏感性程度整体较低,不敏感区域占总面积的83.50%,弱度敏感区域占总面积的3.98%,中度敏感区域占总面积的3.56%,高度敏感区域占总面积的1.26%,极度敏感区域占总面积的7.70%。
人类工程活动是影响生态稳定性的重要条件,由于地形限制,房屋多建于道路两旁,研究采用了与道路距离作为人类工程活动指标[16]。燕南山片区多为围合山体的道路和横穿的铁路,距离道路越近,生态敏感性程度越高。由图11表3分析可知,燕南山片区道路交通敏感性以不敏感区域为主,占总面积的44.13%,弱度敏感区占总面积的8.51%,中度敏感区占总面积的9.43%,高度敏感区占总面积的10.68%,极度敏感区域占总面积的27.25%。
利用GIS的栅格加权叠加功能,将不同的生态评价因子分析结果进行加权叠加,得到燕南山片区郊野公园的综合评价值为1.123 4~4.775 7的分析结果(图12),表明该研究区的生态敏感性大体为外围高中部低。通过重分类工具对综合评价值进行处理,采用自然间断点分级法将分析结果分为5个数值区间,获得燕南山片区郊野公园生态敏感性综合分析结果(图13)。
根据图13表4可知,燕南山片区郊野公园不敏感区域面积为91.07 hm2,占区域总面积的16.63%;弱度敏感区域面积为93.01 hm2,占区域总面积的16.98%;中度敏感区域面积为126.07 hm2,占区域总面积的23.02%。以上区域主要分散于燕南山的中部及东北部,大部分为草地,生态环境较好。高度敏感区域面积为173.30 hm2,占区域总面积的31.64%;极度敏感区域面积为64.30 hm2,占区域总面积的11.74%,主要分布于燕南山的北部及南部小范围区域,大部分为荒漠,且海拔较高,对生态环境保护的需求更高,可以作为生态保护区,减少人类建设活动。
(1)燕南山片区郊野公园的综合生态敏感性比较均衡,敏感区域分布较为分散,中部、西南及东北部敏感性较低,北部及东南部敏感性较高。
(2)燕南山片区郊野公园高度敏感区和中度敏感区占比较大,分别为31.64%和23.02%;弱度敏感和不敏感区域分别占比16.98%和16.63%;极度敏感区占比较小,仅有11.74%。
(3)燕南山片区郊野公园生态极度敏感区主要为水体及荒漠,容易遭受破坏,可作为生态修复区,严格限制其开发建设;生态中度敏感和高度敏感区主要为耕地和建筑,容易受到人为干扰,造成生态环境的破坏,应限制其开发,保护生态环境;生态弱度敏感和不敏感区主要是草地、林地和灌木,承载力较好,可适当开发景区,并采取相应措施,形成生态旅游模式,确保自然资源的可持续发展。
为了保护燕南山片区郊野公园优良的生态环境,避免环境遭到人为干扰和破坏,应结合生态敏感性评价结果,因地制宜,合理保护郊野公园的各类生态敏感区。燕南山片区郊野公园生态敏感性评价结果,可对该地区郊野公园的规划设计提供一定的参考。
