In order to solve the seal failure and string safety problems caused by unreasonable application of prestress on the positioning seal of the injection pipe string in Q Oilfield of Bohai Sea, the wellbore string model of the injection well was established by using Landmark software to simulate and analyze the string expansion during the injection process of well X1 and the mechanical behavior changes of the pipe string after different prestress was applied to the positioning seal. The results show that the scientific application of positioning sealing prestress according to different well inclines can reduce the risk of pipe seal failure. The research results can provide theoretical support for the rational application of positioning sealing prestress to the waterflood string in Q oilfield.

针对渤海Q油田注水管柱因管柱定位密封预应力施加不合理而导致密封失效及管柱安全问题,以Q油田X1井为例,采用Landmark软件建立注水井井筒管柱模型,模拟分析X1井在注入过程中的管柱伸缩量和对定位密封施加不同预应力后管柱的力学行为变化。研究结果表明,根据不同井斜科学地施加定位密封预应力能够降低管柱密封失效的风险。该研究成果可为渤海Q油田注水管柱合理施加定位密封预应力提供理论支撑。

针对渤海Q油田注水管柱因管柱定位密封预应力施加不合理而导致密封失效及管柱安全问题,以Q油田X1井为例,采用Landmark软件建立注水井井筒管柱模型,模拟分析X1井在注入过程中的管柱伸缩量和对定位密封施加不同预应力后管柱的力学行为变化。研究结果表明,根据不同井斜科学地施加定位密封预应力能够降低管柱密封失效的风险。该研究成果可为渤海Q油田注水管柱合理施加定位密封预应力提供理论支撑。

In order to solve the seal failure and string safety problems caused by unreasonable application of prestress on the positioning seal of the injection pipe string in Q Oilfield of Bohai Sea, the wellbore string model of the injection well was established by using Landmark software to simulate and analyze the string expansion during the injection process of well X1 and the mechanical behavior changes of the pipe string after different prestress was applied to the positioning seal. The results show that the scientific application of positioning sealing prestress according to different well inclines can reduce the risk of pipe seal failure. The research results can provide theoretical support for the rational application of positioning sealing prestress to the waterflood string in Q oilfield.

注水可以维持地层压力,注够水、注好水、精细注水是保证油田持续、稳定、高效开发的重要手段[1]。注水管柱是油田实施注水的基础,渤海Q油田注水井采用插入密封的管柱结构,在实际注水过程出现了注水管柱泄露问题,影响了注水效果和注水安全。
针对上述问题,一些学者针对注水管柱泄露问题开展相关研究。张辉等[2]通过对渤海某区域注水井管柱泄露统计分析,将管柱泄露的原因总结为顶部封隔器在动管柱作业过程中造成内部密封筒磨损从而导致注水管柱密封性能降低等原因。杨子等[3]认为部分老井或多次修井后的注水管柱插入密封对应的密封筒密封因为反复的摩擦受损导致管柱密封失效。龚宁等[4]分析了注水管柱在注入过程中由活塞效应、鼓胀效应、温度效应及摩阻效应共同作用引起的注水管柱变形,管柱伸缩变形导致插入定位密封拔出顶部封隔器密封筒,进而引起管柱密封失效。陈彦超[5]指出由于动管柱作业造成封隔器密封胶筒发生损坏,使得插入密封和密封筒配合不严导致密封失效引起注水管柱泄露。韩耀图等[6]认为注水管柱的变形和注水管材的结垢腐蚀是注水井管柱泄露的两大主要原因,指出密封工具的疲劳损害是管柱泄露的原因之一。上述学者通过理论分析和现场调研两方面阐述了注水井管柱泄露的原因。
管柱在在井眼中轴向压力会使管柱屈曲加剧[7],这也说明管柱的初始状态对管柱有着较大的影响,当完井时,定位密封插入顶部封隔器施加向下的轴向力过大,也就是说管柱在初始阶段受到过大的轴向压缩力,后期管柱在注入或者生产过程中,受到温度、压力、排量等因素的影响会更容易发生管柱屈曲,导致管柱失效;若位密封插入顶部封隔器施加向下的轴向力过小,后期管柱受到环境因素的影响,管柱将发生收缩,当向下的压缩力不足以抵抗其收缩时,管柱将移除密封筒,最终导致管柱密封失效。目前修井过程中定位密封插入顶部封隔器施加向下的轴向力主要靠经验,还没有形成针对不同井型进行量化。本文从现场作业的角度出发,通过模拟研究将定位密封预应力在作业工程中量化,合理的预应力可以保障注水管柱在注入过程中管柱密封和安全问题。本文研究了在不同井身结构下对定位密封施加的预应力大小合理值(预应力为管柱下压力,下文统一用英文字母T表示),为渤海Q油田注水井现场实施阶段定量化施加定位密封预应力提供了理论依据。
渤海Q油田X1井注水井在注入过程中出现管柱定位密封处密封失效,环空压力一直跟随着注入压力变化,环空压力维持在10 MPa左右,图1为该井2019—2020年注入压力和排量监测数据,以X1井的井身结构和注入参数为基础开展研究。
X1井井身结构如图2表1所示,注水管柱组合如图3所示,管柱下深3 529.06 m,注水管柱的5″定位密封位置3 490 m,定位密封(图3)由定位部分和插入部分组成[8-9],定位部分长度为0.5 m左右,密封部分有效密封部分为0.5~1 m,不同型号的定位密封定位部分和密封部分会有所不同,当定位密封的有效密封部分由于管柱收缩抬出密封筒后,将导致注水管柱密封失效。顶部封隔器内部带有密封筒,与注水管柱的定位密封配合形成密封。
采用landmark软件对X1井井身结构进行受力分析模型建立,图4为软件建立的模型,X1井定位密封位置3 490 m,定位密封处井斜41°。在该模型的基础上对X1井在注入过程中开展管柱力学行为研究。
管柱在注入过程中因为虎克定律效应、屈曲效应、鼓胀效应、热效应的影响,会让管柱产生不同程度的伸缩[10-15],X1井实际注入温度60 ℃,注入压力为10 MPa,按照图1所建立的模型进行模拟计算分析。通过模拟分析结果(图5)可知,在该井实际注入工况下,虎克定律效应产生管柱收缩1.008 m,屈曲效应产生管柱收缩-0.036 m,鼓胀效应产生管柱收缩0.335 m,热效应产生管柱伸长0.242 m,最终注水管柱表现为总的收缩量为1.136 m。
通过上文可知,X1井在注水工况下,在对定位密封不施加预应力的情况下管柱会产生1.136 m的收缩量,在对定位密封插入密封筒后,分别施加1 t、3 t、5 t、7 t、9 t向下的预应力后,通过模拟后的结果(图6)可知,管柱的收缩量由未施加预应力时的1.136 m缩短为0.231 m。由此可见,下注水管柱到为以后,对定位密封施加向下的预应力在可以有效的防止注水管柱过度收缩,导致定位密封抬出密封筒,从而引起管柱密封失效。
通过对定位密封别施加1 t、3 t、5 t、7 t、9 t向下的预应力后进行软件模拟分析,由分析结果(表2)可知,随着对定位密封施加向下的预应力增大,注水管柱收缩量逐渐减小。在施加预应力在1~7 t时,注水管柱在注入过程中出现正弦屈曲, 但是在施加预应力达到9 t后,注水管柱在注入过程中将会发生螺旋屈曲,管柱发生正弦屈曲是可以接受的,但是管柱发生螺旋屈曲是不被允许的[16-18], 也充分说明对定位密封施加一定量的预应力确实有助于减少注水管柱的收缩量,但是预应力施加过量会造成管柱螺旋屈曲从而导致管柱失效。
海上注水井因为平台规模的限制,需要在有限的空间打更多的井,因此基本每口井都是定向井,而且每个平台井的井斜差异会比较大,前文研究了X1井在注入过程管柱伸缩变化的特例,为了能够提供更加全面的现场指导,很有必要开展在不同井斜下,定位密封预应力对注水管柱力学行为变化的研究。在X1井的井眼轨迹基础上通过改变定位密封处的井斜为0°、30°、60°、90°(图7)开展进一步研究。
在井斜0°时,在Q油田的注入工况下注水管柱在封隔器上部管柱2 743.20~3 490 m段发生螺旋屈曲,是因为井斜角对临界屈曲力的影响比较大,有研究表明随着井斜角的增大,临界屈曲力也随之变大[19]。因此在在井斜0°的注水井不适合对定位密封施加额外的预应力,这样会加剧管柱屈曲效应。如表3所示。
随着井斜的增大,通过软件模拟(图8)发现,在Q油田的注入工况下,10°以内井斜在2 743 m以下井段会发生螺旋屈曲,20°以内井斜会在3 048 m以下井斜发生螺旋屈曲,30°以内井斜会在3 352 m以内发生螺旋屈曲,即是说在井斜30°以内在不施加预应力的情况下注水管柱在注入工况下就会发生管柱螺旋屈曲。超过30°的井斜在注入过程中不发生螺旋屈曲。
在井斜60°时,通过软件模拟结果(表4)可知,在未对定位密封施加预应力时,在注入工况下管柱收缩0.778 m,随着定位密封预应力的增加,管柱收缩量逐渐降低,在预应力达到8 t时,管柱在注入过程中收缩量为0,在预应力达到9 t时,注水管柱发生了螺旋屈曲。
将井斜从60°增加到90°时,通过模拟结果(表5)可以看出,在定位密封预应力增加到7T时,管柱在注入过程中收缩量为0,即能达到很好的防止管柱收缩,在预应力超过7T后管发生了螺旋屈曲。
通过在海上Q油田实际注入工况下,研究了X1井为在注入过程中管柱伸缩量以及定位密封预应力对X1井管柱伸缩量的影响,结合海上实际进一步在X1井的基础上研究了Q油田注水井在不同井斜下,预防注水管柱过度收缩对定位密封所施加的最佳预应力,得出了以下结论。
(1)X1井在实际注入工况下,管柱收缩量达1.035 m,是注水管柱在注入过程中密封失效的主要原因,在对定位密封施加预应力1~7 t后,管柱收缩量从1.035 m降低至0.432 m,管柱收缩率降低了58.3%,防止管柱收缩效果明显。
(2)随着定位密封施加预应力的增加,虽然注水管柱收缩量会随之降低,但是超过一定值后,管柱会发生螺旋屈曲,X1井在预应力达到9 t时管柱就已经发生了螺旋屈曲,为保证管柱安全,施加预应力不能超过管柱的螺旋屈曲极限。
(3)Q油田30°井斜以下的注水井在注入过程中即使不对定位密封施加向下的预应力管柱就会发生螺旋屈曲,30°井斜以下的注水井不适合对定位密封施加预应力。
(4)保证管柱在不发生螺旋屈曲的情况下收缩量最小,推荐Q油田30°~60°井斜的注水井最大安全定位密封预应力为7 t,60°~90°井斜的注水井最大安全定位密封预应力为5T。
