The migration trajectory of agricultural surface source pollution in watersheds and the factors influencing it are of great theoretical and practical significance. Further study of these factors would be beneficial in the prevention and control of surface source pollution in watersheds. An analysis of panel data on agricultural surface source pollution loads within the Yuanjiang River Basin in Hunan Province from 2013 to 2022 was analyzed to investigate the spatial and temporal characteristics of this phenomenon. The results demonstrate that the total nitrogen and total phosphorus pollutant loads in the Yuanjiang River Basin of Hunan Province from 2013 to 2022 exhibit a general decreasing trend, with a spatial pattern of “more in the east and less in the west”. Additionally, the intensity of pollutant loads demonstrates a decreasing trend, with a spatial decrease from a northeast-southwest line to both sides. The intensity of pollution loads is also observed to be decreasing, exhibiting a pattern of decline from the northeast to the southwest. Additionally, the migration trajectory of the center of gravity of the pollution loads is identified to be generally V-shaped, with an eastward migration.

研究流域农业面源污染的迁移轨迹,探讨其影响因素,对于推动流域面源污染防控具有重要的理论和现实意义。分析了2013—2022年湖南省沅江流域内农业面源污染负荷的面板数据,探究其时空变化特征。结果显示:2013—2022年湖南省沅江流域内总氮、总磷污染物负荷量总体呈现下降趋势,在空间上呈现“东多西少”的格局;污染负荷强度呈递减趋势,空间上表现由东北-西南一线向两边递减的格局;污染负荷强度重心迁移轨迹总体呈V形并向东迁移。

The migration trajectory of agricultural surface source pollution in watersheds and the factors influencing it are of great theoretical and practical significance. Further study of these factors would be beneficial in the prevention and control of surface source pollution in watersheds. An analysis of panel data on agricultural surface source pollution loads within the Yuanjiang River Basin in Hunan Province from 2013 to 2022 was analyzed to investigate the spatial and temporal characteristics of this phenomenon. The results demonstrate that the total nitrogen and total phosphorus pollutant loads in the Yuanjiang River Basin of Hunan Province from 2013 to 2022 exhibit a general decreasing trend, with a spatial pattern of “more in the east and less in the west”. Additionally, the intensity of pollutant loads demonstrates a decreasing trend, with a spatial decrease from a northeast-southwest line to both sides. The intensity of pollution loads is also observed to be decreasing, exhibiting a pattern of decline from the northeast to the southwest. Additionally, the migration trajectory of the center of gravity of the pollution loads is identified to be generally V-shaped, with an eastward migration.

《第二次全国污染源普查公报》显示,农业源氮磷排放量已经超过工业源和生活源,成为威胁水体安全的第一大污染来源[1]。农业面源污染源难以确定,其作用长期存在,整治难度大周期长[2]。目前农业面源污染主要围绕污染发生机制、污染排放测算、污染影响因素和治理途径[3]等方面开展研究。数学模型法、输出系数法、清单分析法和排污系数法[4]是目前测算农业面源污染负荷量的4种主要方法。已有研究认为输出系数法在面源污染负荷研究中具有一定的优越性[5],部分学者运用该方法对岗南水库、黄壁庄水库上游[6]和广东省[7]等地进行了研究;也有学者引入多种修正因子[8]对公式进行优化并分析了十堰市氮、磷营养盐来源和空间负荷分布。与此同时,有学者关注污染物负荷量时空特征及影响因素,发现山东省的农民收入与化肥面源污染之间存在倒“U”形的环境库兹涅茨(EKC)关系[9],还有学者发现秸秆还田[10]、城镇化[11]等因素也会导致污染物负荷量出现时空分布差异。
目前已有学者对湖南省农业面源污染进行省域尺度的研究,但对湖南省内各子流域研究的文章较少,尤其是西部发展较慢地区,因此根据湖南省沅江流域特点,选用输出系数法分析污染物负荷强度的时空移动轨迹规律。为避免单一污染源导致结论具有偶然性,分别从农村生活、禽畜养殖、农业种植和水产养殖等对农业面源污染贡献较大的污染来源进行测算和分析,旨在探索湖南省沅江流域农业面源污染时空变化特征,以期为该流域农业面源污染治理提供参考。
湖南省沅江流域位于湖南省西部(图1),流域涉及湖南省23个县(市、区),面积为53 059 km2,约占湖南省总面积的25.1%。2022年,湖南省沅江流域总人口为823.2万人,其中农村人口404.2万人,城镇化率为49.1%;生产总值为3 376.4亿元,其中农林牧渔业总产值为972.6亿元,农业和牧业占比为86.7%。流域西北邻武陵山,东南接雪峰山,东北-西南一线地区地势较低;属于亚热带季风性湿润气候,气候温和,雨量充沛。
以湖南省沅江流域为研究区域,数据资料包括人口(年末总人口和乡村人口)、面积(行政区划面积和农作物总播种面积)、禽畜养殖和农业总产值等,数据主要来自2013—2022年地方统计年鉴、湖南省统计年鉴与相关统计公报,具体数值如表1所示。
使用由Johns[12]改进的输出系数法测算农业面源污染负荷量,模型公式为

式中:Li为第i种污染物在该流域的总负荷,kg/a;n为流域内土地利用类型的种类或牲畜、人口;Ei为污染物在流域第i种土地利用类型中的输出系数,kg·hm-2/a,或者牲畜、人口的输出系数,kg/a;Ai为第i种土地利用类型的面积,hm2,或者牲畜、人口数量;Ii为第i种污染物输入量,kg/a;P为降雨输入的污染物量,kg/a;Ei为耕地面源污染负荷强度,kg/hm2,表示农业污染在耕地上的集聚程度。根据现有研究[13-14],忽略雨水的污染物输入。
农业面源污染农业种植输出系数取多地平均值[15-25],其他污染源输出系数参考现有研究成果后结合实际情况得出(表2)。选取2013年、2017年和2022年数据进行分析。
使用重心模型表述农业面源污染强度迁移轨迹,模型公式如下:

式中:(Xt,Yt)为研究区域第t年农业面源污染负荷强度重心的坐标;m为研究区域内行政单位数目;Cti为第ti区污染物负荷强度,kg/hm2;(Xi,Yi)为各县(区)的几何重心坐标。
根据湖南省沅江流域农村生活、禽畜养殖、水产养殖、农业种植四大主要污染来源分析,计算得出总磷和总氮的负荷量和负荷强度。从负荷总量上看,2013年湖南省沅江流域总氮负荷量为3.62×104 t,2022年总氮负荷量为2.88×104 t,总体呈下降趋势;2013年总磷负荷量为4.72×103 t,2022年总磷负荷量为4.05×103 t,也呈下降趋势,总氮负荷量下降率大于总磷负荷量。
从负荷强度上看,2013年湖南省沅江流域总氮负荷强度为1.90×102 kg/km2,2022年总氮负荷强度为1.39×102 kg/km2,总体呈下降趋势;2013年总磷负荷强度为91.4 kg/km2,2022年总磷负荷量为77.5 kg/km2,也呈下降趋势。
2013—2022年,农村生活源、禽畜养殖源和农业种植源的总氮负荷量约占总负荷量的99.0%,湖南省沅江流域总氮负荷量呈下降趋势(图2)。其中,各污染源负荷量占比不断变化,农村生活源总氮负荷量占比从40.3%降为30.8%,禽畜养殖源负荷量占比从29.7%上升为35.2%,农业种植源的负荷量占比从29.3%上升为33.4%,水产养殖源负荷量占比维持在1.0%左右。分析其变化原因,一方面由于人口老龄化和人口流失的持续,导致农村人口不断减少,农村生活源负荷占比降幅较大;另一方面,禽畜养殖源和农业种植源负荷量变化幅度较小,但农业面源污染负荷总量下降幅度较大,导致禽畜养殖源负荷量占比相对提高。
湖南省沅江流域总磷负荷量总体呈下降趋势(图3),其中,禽畜养殖总磷负荷量占比从48.4%波动上升到53.2%,农业种植源占比从29.6%波动上升到31.3%,农村生活污染源负荷量从21.5%下降到13.1%。
湖南省沅江流域总氮负荷量总体呈“东高西低、北高南低”的趋势(图4),贡献度最高的前三个县为桃源县、溆浦县和沅陵县,主要因为其地域面积较大,农村人口较多,禽畜养殖规模位于研究区各县(市、区)内前列,导致污染负荷量较大。2022年,桃源县、溆浦县和沅陵县总氮贡献率分别为14.3%、9.4%和6.5%,且年际变化幅度不大,但由于污染负荷总量的减少,因此污染程度也逐步降低。
湖南省沅江流域总磷负荷量总体呈现“东多西少”的趋势,贡献度最高的三个县为桃源县、沅陵县和溆浦县,这三个县约占总磷负荷量的30.0%,是主要总磷负荷地区。其中负荷量变化最大的是绥宁县,从4.2%上升到6.4%,绥宁县作为全国生猪调出大县,生猪养殖规模不断扩大,使得总负荷量呈不断上升趋势。
2013—2022年湖南省沅江流域各县(市、区)农业面源污染总氮负荷强度均呈下降趋势,下降幅度最大的是麻阳苗族自治县,下降幅度约为34.0%,有13个县(市、区)下降幅度超过均值(图5)。2013年、2017年和2022年,湖南省沅江流域总氮污染负荷强度高的区域整体上都集中于中部,均呈现出由东北-西南一线向两边递减的空间格局。2013年,总氮污染负荷强度最高的是桃源县,其主要原因可能是该县禽畜养殖规模和数量相对较大,导致总氮污染导致负荷强度偏大。2017年,桃源县、花垣县、芷江侗族自治县、靖州苗族侗族自治县、鹤城区和中方县污染负荷强度均有所下降,可能与这些地区的禽畜养殖规模和农村人口降幅较大有关;2022年,凤凰县和绥宁县污染负荷强度较2017年有所增加。古丈县污染负荷强度始终保持在较低层次,主要原因是其农村人口较少,禽畜养殖规模和农业种植规模均较低,污染负荷强度相对较小。
2013—2022年湖南省沅江流域各县(市、区)农业面源污染总磷负荷强度除绥阳县外均呈下降趋势,绥阳县总磷负荷强度上升21.4 kg/km2,下降幅度最大的是中方县,下降幅度约为27.8%,有10个县(市、区)下降幅度超过均值(图6)。2013年、2017年和2022年,湖南省沅江流域总磷污染负荷强度空间分布也表现为由东北-西南一线向两边递减的空间格局。2013年,湖南省沅江流域一共有11个县(市、区)污染负荷强度超过平均值,其中桃源县污染负荷强度最高;2017年,除了洪江市和绥宁县,其余县(市、区)污染负荷强度均有所下降,古丈县下降程度最大;2022年,有7个县(市、区)污染负荷强度较2017年上升,其中绥宁县污染强度上升最大,其主要原因是生猪养殖业的发展和农业种植面积的增加。相较于2013年,2022年总磷强度大幅度下降,其主要原因是生态农业技术全面推广、农村生态环境管理逐步加强、农村环境整治力度逐年加大,如推广测土配方施肥、农药化肥减量、农业废弃物科学处置等,农业面源污染负荷不断降低。
利用Arcgis10.7绘制湖南省沅江流域农业面源污染负荷强度重心迁移轨迹图,通过箭头方向表示年际的空间移动趋势。2013—2022年,湖南省沅江流域总氮和总磷负荷强度迁移路线方向相似,2013—2017年,总氮和总磷负荷强度向南迁移,2017—2020年,总体向北迁移,不同的是,总磷负荷强度2018—2019年向南迁移,2020—2022年,总氮和总磷负荷强度均向南迁移,且有向北迁移的趋势,两种污染物负荷强度迁移轨迹具有一定的协同性(图7)。不同的是,总氮负荷强度总体向东移动,而总磷负荷强度总体向东南移动,表明研究区东部地区对农业面源污染的总体影响在加强。造成这一现象的原因可能是由于湖南省沅江流域东部经济更为发达,农村人口的流失相对较少,研究期内桃源县农村人口变化率为25.2%,小于区域内平均变化率35.0%。
湖南省沅江流域总氮和总磷负荷强度迁移路线均呈现“V”形,表现显著的阶段性特征,2013—2017年,两者均向南迁移,2017年绥宁县和城步苗族自治县家禽存笼量较2013年分别增加43.5万羽和38.5万羽,大于湖南省沅江流域同时均值3.9万羽,同年,靖州苗族侗族自治县、会同县和通道侗族自治县农作物播种面积较2013年分别增加44.3 km2、38.3 km2和23.1 km2,同时期流域内平均减少19.3 km2,导致南部地区污染负荷强度持续高于其他地区,南部地区禽畜养殖规模大,农业种植面积增加,导致污染负荷强度相对较高。2017—2020年湖南省沅江流域总氮和总磷负荷强度迁移路线转向东北,2017—2020年,桃源县和溆浦县总人口量均位于流域内第一和第二名,由于在区域整体污染负荷强度下降的情况下,东北方向地区人口集中,导致污染负荷强度高于其他地区。2020—2022年湖南省沅江流域总氮和总磷负荷强度迁移路线有向东南方向迁移趋势,2022年,桃源县和溆浦县地区生产总值较2020年分别增长62.7亿元和29.4亿元,位于流域内地区生产总值第一和第二名,高于平均值16.4亿元,由于经济发展带来的技术进步和环保意识的加强,污染源减少,污染控制得力,使得西部和北部地区方向负荷强度相对降低。
本文利用输出系数法,估算了湖南省沅江流域不同污染类型农业面源污染物总氮和总磷的负荷量和负荷强度,并对其重心移动趋势进行分析,研究结果不仅可以为湖南省沅江流域的区域规划和农业污染治理提供依据,也可以给湖南省内其他流域农业面源污染防控提供参考,主要研究结论如下。
(1)湖南省沅江流域农业面源污染负荷量总体呈下降趋势,总氮负荷量从2013年的3.62×107 kg降至2022年2.88×107 kg,降幅达20.5%;总磷负荷量从2013年4.72×106 kg降至2022年4.05×107 kg,降幅达14.2%;总氮和总磷负荷量整体上均呈现“东多西少、北多南少”的空间分布格局,与地势走向吻合。
(2)湖南省沅江流域农业面源污染负荷强度呈下降趋势,其中总氮负荷强度降幅最大的三个地区是麻阳苗族自治县、中方县和会同县,总磷负荷强度降幅最大的三个县是中方县、古丈县和泸溪县。
(3)2013—2022年,湖南省沅江流域农业面源总氮负荷强度总体向东迁移,总磷负荷强度总体向东南迁移,但都呈现“V”形空间分布。
