    中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所于强亮团队报道了一种新型多功能涂层。他们将羰基铁粉作为吸波内核,通过溶胶-凝胶法在其表面包覆一层致密的全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷外壳,后将这种核壳颗粒分散于氟硅树脂中制成涂层。
    外壳同时发挥了3重作用:首先,作为疏水、化学惰性的物理屏障,隔离腐蚀介质,保护铁粉核心;其次,作为绝缘层阻止颗粒间直接接触,降低了介电常数,优化了阻抗匹配;最后,全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷包覆的纳米粒子涂层表面形成微纳米结构,表现出超疏水特性,水流过表面时,“固-液”直接接触转变为“固-气-液”三相接触,从而极大减少了“固-液”之间的摩擦阻力。
    结果表明,该涂层展现出优异的防腐、吸波、减阻性能。水接触角达158°,在0.1~100 s-1剪切速率范围内减阻率超过70%。电化学阻抗谱表明在质量分数3.5% NaCl溶液中浸泡40 d后,低频阻抗模值仍保持在107 Ω · cm2以上。此外,1.3 mm厚度涂层获得7.52 GHz有效吸收带宽。涂层制备工艺简单,可采用喷涂方式施工、室温固化,适合大面积涂装。
