    中国科学院大连化学物理研究所孙剑和葛庆杰团队提出了一种基于费托合成体系的催化新策略,实现了合成气在温和条件下向低碳烯烃的高效转化。2026年4月1日,相关成果发表于《Nature》。
    费托合成是以合成气(CO和H2)为原料,制备燃料和化学品的重要工业过程。中国能源结构具有“富煤、贫油、少气”的特点,发展以合成气为中间体的转化技术,对保障能源安全和推动化工原料多元化具有重要意义。传统费托合成制烯烃过程通常需要在300℃以上、压力>2 MPa的条件下运行,能耗和成本相对较高。此外,反应体系普遍存在转化率与低碳烯烃选择性之间的权衡关系,即随着转化率的提高,低碳烯烃选择性往往显著下降。
    为解决上述问题,科研团队经研究发现,在钠-钴-锰催化体系中引入特定羟基助剂,可以构建富含表面羟基的反应界面,提升一氧化碳的活化效率。在250~260℃、0.1 MPa的温和条件下,该催化体系可实现80%的一氧化碳转化率、60% 的低碳烯烃选择性和超过80% 的总烯烃选择性,并适用于较宽的氢碳比范围。结构表征与机理研究表明,羟基助剂能够抑制催化剂的过度还原和碳化,从源头上改善一氧化碳活化过程,为理解和调控合成气转化反应提供了新的视角。
    这类新型氧化物活性位倾向于通过“氢辅助”路径完成关键断键过程。通俗来说,与让一氧化碳在催化剂表面直接断键相比,氢辅助路径相当于先将其关键化学键“软化”,使一氧化碳更容易被激活,进而更高效地生成后续形成烯烃所需的关键中间体。
