全球导航卫星系统反射测量（GNSS-R）技术通过创新性地利用地表反射的GNSS信号，为海洋、陆地、冰雪及大气环境参数监测开辟了低成本、全天候、高时空分辨率的新型观测范式。历经10余年发展，GNSS-R技术已实现从理论探索到工程应用的跨越式突破，然而当前研究仍亟需对技术演进规律进行系统性归纳，并对未来发展方向作出战略性预判。
