传统无镉蓝光量子点因材料缺陷,导致发光效率低、色纯度差。研究团队基于锌基材料ZnSeTeS,提出“等电子调控”策略,通过三苯基亚磷酸酯配位硫原子,抑制碲(Te)原子聚集及深能级缺陷形成,并采用核-壳-壳(ZnSeTeS/ZnSe/ZnS)封装技术提升量子点结构稳定性。
