Aging denotes the organ function decline over time, the process of which is closely related to the occurrence of a variety of chronic diseases. To reveal the biological basis of aging and develop effective intervention measures has become an important and urgent issue facing the biomedical community. In this paper, the core issues of aging research were discussed, and the construction of aging model, mechanism exploration, quantification of aging degrees and implementation of intervention strategies were reviewed. 衰老是机体伴随时间推移而出现的一系列器官功能衰退的过程,与多种慢性疾病的发生密切相关。揭示衰老的生物学基础并制定有效的干预措施,已成为生物医学界面临的一项重要且紧迫的课题。探讨了衰老研究的核心问题,从衰老模型构建、机制探索、程度评估及干预策略实施等层面综述了相关进展。分析表明,衰老研究需要构建多元化、系统性的研究体系,采用还原论与整体观相结合的思维解析衰老机制,开发具有普适性、可靠性和高灵敏性的检测体系,以及发展精准高效的衰老干预策略,以全面应对衰老带来的挑战。
