In this paper, the current status of prevention and control on the airport noise pollution in China is summarized, including the gradual improvement of the management system, the implementation of environmental standards for aircraft noise around airports, the advancement of noise pollution prevention measures, and real-time monitoring of aircraft noise around airports. Meanwhile, China still faces challenges such as the lack of a unified coordination mechanism against the airport noise control, difficulties in raising funds for governance, and weak supervision of noise during airport operations. 总结了中国机场噪声污染防治的现状,包括管理制度体系的逐步完善、机场周围航空器噪声环境标准的实施、噪声污染防治措施的推进以及机场周围区域航空器噪声的实时监测,指出了中国在机场噪声污染防治方面仍面临缺少统一协调机制、治理经费筹集困难、机场运行期间噪声监督管理薄弱等问题。通过对国内外机场噪声管理经验的分析,提出了推进机场周围航空器噪声区划及土地兼容性使用、完善机场噪声收费和补偿机制、落实机场自行监测并实施噪声污染综合治理方案等建议。
