However, there are still few reviews on the relationship among neighborhood environment, physical activity and health, especially on leisure time physical activity. Therefore, this study first sorts out the relationship among neighborhood environment, leisure time physical activity and health, and constructs an analytic framework of the review. Secondly, it addresses the different mechanisms of objective built environment, subjective environment and social environment, and sorts out and comments on the literature from two angles:the neighborhood environment impact on leisure physical activity and the intermediary effect of leisure physical activity on residents' health.
