The technology innovation system is guided by the“three-step”strategic thinking of scientific and technological innovation, striving to break through the weaknesses of key core technologies, drawing a blueprint of the fourth-generation technology system, introducing a series of measures such as building collaborative innovation platforms, fostering high-level and multi-tiered scientific and technological talent teams, and cultivating a favorable environment for innovation.
