The entropy method was used to measure the comprehensive level of 30 provinces except Tibet from 2011 to 2020. The spatial-temporal changes and spatial distribution characteristics of the coupling coordination degree were analyzed through the coupling coordination model and spatial autocorrelation model. The results showed as follows: (1) The overall urban resilience and industrial structure show a steady growth trend. In the face of the public health event of the new epidemic, the resilience of cities in each province has little impact, and the industrial structure is affected to varying degrees. (2) The coordination degree of urban resilience and industrial structure in China is on the rise as a whole, but the level is relatively low, and the provincial differences are large, showing a distribution pattern of "gradually weakening from the eastern coastal areas to the western regions, and strong in the south and weak in the north". (3) The overall relationship between urban resilience and industrial structure coupling coordination degree in China is positive, and the spatial distribution is uneven, with high concentration in the southeast and low concentration in the northwest.
