The study has found that since the 18th CPC National Congress, the introduction of China's science and technology policy has maintained a high degree of consistency and synchronization with the reform and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, which is the specific implementation of the country's innovation driven development strategy, the strategy of strengthening the country through talent, and the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.
