通过梳理近年来国外关于后疫情时代的社会影响、风险防控、应急管理相关研究，解析了后疫情时代概念和内涵。概述了后疫情时代的国外研究现状，分析了国外关于后疫情时代的城市规划、出行方式等社会影响以及风险防控与应急管理等核心问题的研究进展，总结了现有研究的特征与不足，对后疫情时代的进一步研究进行了展望。研究发现新冠肺炎疫情显著影响了人们的交往、出行、工作方式，推动了行业形态、科技发展和社会治理等方面的变革。后疫情时代最大的风险特征是不确定性，多风险耦合为应急管理实践带来新一轮挑战。
